本发明公开了一种反毛皮革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:制备针刺无纺布:针刺无纺布属于无纺布的一种,以涤纶、丙纶原料制造,经过多次针刺加以适当热轧处理而成;在针刺无纺布上涂覆一层PVC发泡层;在发泡层外层涂覆一表面处理剂,待所述表面处理剂干固后形成一PVC面层;在PVC面层的表面涂覆一层反毛皮感人造革感涂层,反毛皮感人造革感涂层进行低温发泡压花工艺;在反毛皮感人造革感涂层的表面涂覆一层蜡感油性涂层。采用本发明制成的反毛皮感人造革制造衣物、鞋子、家具等,减少了对动物资源的依赖,而且针刺无纺布的运用提升了制品的舒适度。

反毛皮革的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种反毛皮革的生产工艺。
背景技术
动物的皮毛可以抵御风寒,透气性能好,又有装饰作用,但其价格昂贵,加工损耗大且不易保养。随着人们的环保意识日渐增强,以人造皮革取代动物皮革已是大势所趋,但普通人造皮革通常使用PU或PVC材料,外观无法呈现反毛皮毛茸茸的特殊效果,缺乏动物皮毛的质感,装饰性欠佳。
反毛皮感人造革就是一种仿造动物反毛皮效果的人造皮革。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,提供一种反毛皮革的生产工艺。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种反毛皮革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、制备针刺无纺布:针刺无纺布属于无纺布的一种,以涤纶、丙纶原料制造,经过多次针刺加以热轧处理而成;
B、在针刺无纺布上涂覆一层PVC发泡层;
C、在发泡层外层涂覆一表面处理剂,待所述表面处理剂干固后形成一PVC面层;
D、在PVC面层的表面涂覆一层反毛皮感人造革感涂层,反毛皮感人造革感涂层由低温发泡粉混合高固聚氨酯树脂制备而成,反毛皮感人造革感涂层进行低温发泡压花工艺;
E、在反毛皮感人造革感涂层的表面涂覆一层蜡感油性涂层,蜡感油性涂层由油蜡感皮革手感剂和水混合而成。
本发明的进一步改进在于:步骤D中的低温发泡粉和高固聚氨酯树脂的重量份分别为:1.5-2%、98-98.5%。
本发明的进一步改进在于:步骤E中的油蜡感皮革手感剂和水的重量份分别为:0.5-8%、92-99.5%。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
通过本发明制成的反毛皮感人造革由针刺无纺布、PVC发泡层、PVC面层、反毛皮感人造革感涂层、蜡感油性涂层组成,由于采用低温发泡粉混合高固聚氨酯树脂制备反毛皮感人造革感涂层,经低温发泡压花工艺,可制得类似真皮反毛皮感人造革的观感,即表面出现一种毛茸茸;由于采用蜡感油性涂层,使人造革触感更接近天然皮革;又由于采用针刺无纺布,减轻了整个皮革的重量。
采用本发明制成的反毛皮感人造革制造衣物、鞋子、家具等,减少了对动物资源的依赖,而且针刺无纺布的运用提升了制品的舒适度。
具体实施方式:
    为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
一种反毛皮革的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、制备针刺无纺布:针刺无纺布属于无纺布的一种,以涤纶、丙纶原料制造,经过多次针刺加以适当热轧处理而成;
B、在针刺无纺布上涂覆一层发泡层;
C、在发泡层外层涂覆一表面处理剂,待所述表面处理剂干固后形成一PVC面层;
D、在PVC面层的表面涂覆一层反毛皮感人造革感涂层,反毛皮感人造革感涂层由低温发泡粉混合高固聚氨酯树脂制备而成,低温发泡粉和高固聚氨酯树脂的重量份分别为:1.5-2%、98-98.5%,反毛皮感人造革感涂层进行低温发泡压花工艺;
E、在反毛皮感人造革感涂层的表面涂覆一层蜡感油性涂层,蜡感油性涂层由油蜡感皮革手感剂和水混合而成,油蜡感皮革手感剂和水的重量份分别为:0.5-8%、92-99.5%。
通过本发明制成的反毛皮感人造革由针刺无纺布层、PVC发泡层、PVC面层、反毛皮感人造革感涂层、蜡感油性涂层组成,上表层设置一层蜡感油性涂层,下表面设置一层针刺无纺布,蜡感油性涂层下面设置一层反毛皮感涂层,反毛皮感涂层下面设置PVC面层,在PVC面层与针刺无纺布之间设置一层PVC发泡层。由于采用低温发泡粉混合高固聚氨酯树脂制备反毛皮感人造革感涂层,经低温发泡压花工艺,可制得类似真皮反毛皮感人造革的观感,即表面出现一种毛茸茸;由于采用蜡感油性涂层,使人造革触感更接近天然皮革;又由于采用针刺无纺布,减轻了整个皮革的重量。
采用本发明制成的反毛皮感人造革制造衣物、鞋子、家具等,减少了对动物资源的依赖,而且针刺无纺布的运用提升了制品的舒适度。

1.一种反毛皮革的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
A、制备针刺无纺布:针刺无纺布属于无纺布的一种,以涤纶、丙纶原料制造,经过多次针刺加以热轧处理而成;
B、在针刺无纺布上涂覆一层PVC发泡层;
C、在发泡层外层涂覆一表面处理剂,待所述表面处理剂干固后形成一PVC面层;
D、在PVC面层的表面涂覆一层反毛皮感人造革感涂层,反毛皮感人造革感涂层由低温发泡粉混合高固聚氨酯树脂制备而成,反毛皮感人造革感涂层进行低温发泡压花工艺;
E、在反毛皮感人造革感涂层的表面涂覆一层蜡感油性涂层,蜡感油性涂层由油蜡感皮革手感剂和水混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述反毛皮革的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤D中的低温发泡粉和高固聚氨酯树脂的重量份分别为:1.5-2%、98-98.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述反毛皮革的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤E中的油蜡感皮革手感剂和水的重量份分别为:0.5-8%、92-99.5%。
