本发明涉及合成革制造领域,具体地说,涉及一种海岛超纤PU合成革的制备方法。
背景技术
合成革产业化生产已有几十年历史,随着各种新材料的不断应用,其产品也在不断更新。革基布从机织物到今天的非织造布,所用树脂从聚氯乙烯(PVC)、丙烯酸树脂到聚氨酯(PU),底布基材纤维也从普通的化学纤维到藕状纤维和超细纤维等差别化纤维。在产品风格上,人工制革经历了从低档到高档,从仿形到仿真的发展过程,其特性甚至超越了天然皮革。目前聚氨酯(PU)合成革的加工技术已相当成熟,并且人们也在不断地开发运用新技术来提高产品的性能和价值。
海岛超纤皮革与真皮结构其为相似,均为束状超细纤维三维立体结构。超细纤维合成皮革是在充分剖析天然皮革的基础上发展起来的。超细纤维合成革是由束状超细纤维与聚氨酯经过特殊工艺加工而成。它是采用与天然皮革中束状胶原纤维结构和性能相似的尼龙超细纤维,制成具有三维网络结构的非织造布,再填充性能优异具有开式微孔结构的聚氨酯经后处理工艺通过含浸、减量抽出、整染、磨皮、揉制形成可用于后加工的超纤贝斯。
因为海岛型超纤皮革的外在表观和内在结构上具有真皮的特性,又因为具有皮质氨基结构的特殊聚氨酯树脂,使得海岛型超纤皮革产品的物理性能达到甚至超越真皮特性。海岛超纤皮革具有独特的外观与性能,在防霉、防蛀、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、透气性等方面都优于普通PU革和天然皮革,同时在使用方面具有外观纹理一致、色牢度好、裁剪下料方便、损耗低的优势,被广大消费者予以广泛应用,特别在制鞋、箱包、服装、家具、家居装饰、汽车内饰等邻域。
但是,我国目前的超纤后加工却限于技术方面的困扰,发展缓慢,特别是对时尚天然真皮的外观仿制。目前只能局限离型纸转移法进行简单的纹理贴面和后加工工艺,以花纹辊压花也只能用以热压和版压,所生产出的超纤合成革纹理简单,质感坚硬,严重破坏了超纤皮革性能和质感,致使海岛超纤的后加工领域停滞不前。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种海岛超纤PU合成革的制备方法,以克服目前超纤PU合成革在现有加工工艺中无法实现涂布湿式聚氨酯树脂发泡层的进行有效皮纹压花加工工艺的缺陷。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是采用经制造好的海岛超细纤维的定岛与不定岛超纤贝斯,经过转移贴合湿法PU微孔发泡膜与海岛超细纤维的定岛与不定岛超纤贝斯,通过膜转移技术,制造出一种可广泛后加工的PU超纤合成革。本发明的方法弥补了超纤贝斯用PU湿法生产工艺无法涂布合成的加工缺陷,本发明利用聚氨酯树脂的热可塑性功能,在超纤合成革表面实现压花加工技术的应用,丰富了超纤合成革在表面后加工领域的拓展。
具体来讲,本发明提供的海岛超纤PU合成革的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)海岛超纤贝斯的制备:将海岛纤维织造成非织造基布,使所述非织造基布浸有聚氨酯树脂(即PU树脂);然后将含浸有聚氨酯树脂的非织造基布减量抽出、染色、整理、磨皮、起毛,以制得海岛超纤贝斯;(2)湿法PU微孔发泡膜的制备:将聚氨酯浆料涂覆于涤纶针织布上,所述聚氨酯浆料包括:聚氨酯树脂JF-W-6025、DMF、作为纸浆粉的微晶纤维素、作为表面活性剂的司盘S-80、作为流平剂的聚二甲基硅氧烷、和常规的色浆;然后,将涂覆的涤纶针织布浸入配制有DMF与水的混合溶液中,以聚氨酯浆料中具亲水性的DMF与水置换,不具有亲水性的聚氨酯树脂凝固,以形成多微孔形的PU皮膜;然后经水洗、拉幅烘干、再将涤纶针织布与成型的多微孔形的PU皮膜通过剥离分卷机进行剥离分卷,以制得PU微孔发泡膜;(3)海岛超纤PU合成革的制备:平台放卷离型纸,在离型纸上通过第一涂台涂覆一干法PU树脂,所述干法PU树脂包括:聚氨酯树脂JF-S-8018、DMF、丁酮、常规的色粉和作为消泡剂的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,烘干以形成干法PU膜的面层;将所述面层通过第二涂台涂覆一双组份PU粘合树脂,所述双组份PU粘合树脂包括:聚氨酯树脂XC4525、DMF、丁酮、常规的色粉和作为固化促进剂的聚氨酯固化剂HN382,烘干以形成粘合层;将步骤(2)制作好的PU微孔发泡膜与所述粘合层一起通过贴合机压制贴合后,烘干以形成双粘合层;再将所述双粘合层通过第三涂台再涂覆所述双组份PU粘合树脂,烘干以形成复合粘合层;将步骤(1)制作好的海岛超纤贝斯通过贴合机与具有复合粘合层的湿法PU微孔发泡膜压制贴合、烘干、剥离分卷,以制得海岛超纤PU合成革。
在本发明中,使用的色浆和色粉都是由有机合成颜料制成的常规的色浆和色粉,其可根据具体选定的颜色,来确定使用的有机合成颜料的种类,如红色色浆或色粉的有机合成颜料为偶氮色酚AS、黄色色浆或色粉的有机合成颜料为对异吲哚啉酮、橙色色浆或色粉的有机合成颜料为苯并咪唑酮颜料、绿色色浆或色粉的有机合成颜料为酞菁颜料。
作为本发明的制备方法的进一步说明,优选地,在步骤(1)中,所述海岛纤维通过高密度针刺法织造成非织造基布,所述非织造基布的厚度为0.2~1mm。
作为本发明的制备方法的进一步说明,优选地,在步骤(2)中,所述聚氨酯浆料包括:100份聚氨酯树脂JF-W-6025、80-105份DMF、20-35份微晶纤维素、0.5-1.5份司盘S-80、0-1.0份聚二甲基硅氧烷、和5-15份常规的色浆。
作为本发明的制备方法的进一步说明,优选地,在步骤(1)中,DMF与水的混合溶液中,DMF与水的体积比为20∶100。
作为本发明的制备方法的进一步说明,优选地,在步骤(2)中,涤纶针织布与成型的多微孔形的PU皮膜通过水洗和拉幅烘干进行剥离分卷。
作为本发明的制备方法的进一步说明,优选地,在步骤(3)中,所述干法PU树脂包括:100份聚氨酯树脂JF-S-8018、60-90份DMF、0-20份丁酮、5-15份常规的色粉和0-0.2份聚醚改性聚硅氧烷。
作为本发明的制备方法的进一步说明,优选地,所述双组份PU粘合树脂包括100份聚氨酯树脂XC4525、60份DMF、0~10份丁酮、0~5份常规的色粉和1.5份聚氨酯固化剂HN382。
作为本发明的制备方法的进一步说明,优选地,制作好的海岛超纤PU合成革通过压花工艺,印刷、印花工艺,喷涂工艺,磨皮工艺,抛光、轧光工艺,揉纹工艺然后分卷包装。
由此可见,通过本发明的方法制作好的海岛超纤PU合成革可再通过压花工艺,印刷、印花工艺,喷涂工艺,磨皮工艺,抛光、轧光工艺,揉纹工艺等工艺,从而生产出各种真皮纹理,各式花色效果、外观质感与真皮相媲美的海岛超纤PU合成革,其物理性能可达到甚至超越天然皮革,可广泛应用于制鞋、箱包、服装、家具、家居装饰、汽车内饰等邻域,可以完全替代天然真皮,弥补了天然皮革材料的严重短缺和真皮移膜革、二层皮、普通PU合成革所存在的缺陷,使消费者使用成本大幅降低,提高使用工厂生产效率和降低材料损秏,使人造合成革表面加工和制造产业向前跨越了一个新的领域。

为了使审查员能够进一步了解本发明的结构、特征及其他目的,现结合所附较佳实施例附以附图详细说明如下,本附图所说明的实施例仅用于说明本发明的技术方案,并非限定本发明。
实施例1
首先,如图1所示,将海岛纤维通过高密度针刺法织造成0.5mm厚的非织造基布,使非织造基布浸有聚氨酯树脂,然后将含浸有聚氨酯树脂的非织造基布减量抽出,染色、整理、磨皮、起毛,以制得海岛超纤贝斯。
接着,如图2所示,将100份的聚氨酯树脂JF-W-6025、105份的DMF溶剂、25份的作为纸浆粉的微晶纤维素、1份的作为表面活性剂的司盘S-80、10份的对异吲哚啉酮(黄色色浆)和0.5份的作为流平剂的聚二甲基硅氧烷调配成聚氨酯浆料,并涂覆于涤纶针织布上,然后将涂覆的涤纶针织布浸入配制有DMF与水的体积比为20:100的混合溶液中,让聚氨酯浆料中具亲水性的DMF与水置换,不具有亲水性的聚氨酯树脂凝固,从而形成多微孔性的PU皮膜,然后经水洗、拉幅烘干,再将如图3所示的涤纶针织布与成型的多微孔形的PU皮膜通过剥离分卷机进行剥离分卷,得到如图4所示的0.5mm厚的PU微孔发泡膜。
最后,如图5所示,平台放卷离型纸,在离型纸上通过第一涂台涂覆一干法PU树脂,所述干法PU树脂包括:100份的聚氨酯树脂JF-S-8018、90份的DMF、15份的丁酮MEK、10份的对异吲哚啉酮(黄色色粉)和0.1份的作为消泡剂的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,烘干以形成干法PU膜的面层;将该面层通过第二涂台涂覆一双组份PU粘合树脂,该双组份PU粘合树脂包括:100份的聚氨酯树脂XC4525、60份的DMF、10份的丁酮MEK、3份的对异吲哚啉酮(黄色色粉)和1.5份的作为固化促进剂的聚氨酯固化剂HN382,烘干以形成粘合层;将上一步制作好的PU微孔发泡膜与该粘合层一起通过贴合机压制贴合后,烘干以形成双粘合层;再将双粘合层通过第三涂台再涂覆与上述配方相同的双组份PU粘合树脂,烘干以形成复合粘合层;将第一步制作好的海岛超纤贝斯通过贴合机与具有复合粘合层的湿法PU微孔发泡膜压制贴合、烘干、剥离分卷,从而得到如图6所示的海岛超纤PU合成革。
实施例2
将海岛纤维通过高密度针刺法织造成1mm厚的非织造基布,使非织造基布浸有聚氨酯树脂,然后将含浸有聚氨酯树脂的非织造基布减量抽出,染色、整理、磨皮、起毛,以制得海岛超纤贝斯。
接着,将100份的聚氨酯树脂JF-W-6025、95份的DMF溶剂、20份的作为纸浆粉的微晶纤维素、1.5份的作为表面活性剂的司盘S-80、15份的偶氮色酚AS(红色色浆)和0.3份的作为流平剂的聚二甲基硅氧烷调配成聚氨酯浆料,并涂覆于涤纶针织布上,然后将涂覆的涤纶针织布浸入配制有DMF与水的体积比为20∶100的混合溶液中,让聚氨酯浆料中具亲水性的DMF与水置换,不具有亲水性的聚氨酯树脂凝固,从而形成多微孔性的PU皮膜,然后经水洗、拉幅烘干,再将涤纶针织布与成型的多微孔形的PU皮膜通过剥离分卷机进行剥离分卷,得到1mm厚的PU微孔发泡膜。
最后,平台放卷离型纸,在离型纸上通过第一涂台涂覆一干法PU树脂,干法PU树脂包括:100份的聚氨酯树脂JF-S-8018、80份的DMF、5份的偶氮色酚AS(红色色粉)和0.2份的作为消泡剂的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,烘干,形成干法PU膜的面层;将该面层通过第二涂台涂覆双组份PU粘合树脂,该双组份PU粘合树脂包括:100份的聚氨酯树脂XC4525、60份的丁酮MEK、8份的丁酮MEK、5份的偶氮色酚AS(红色色粉)和1.5份的作为固化促进剂的聚氨酯固化剂HN382,烘干形成粘合层;将上一步制作好的PU微孔发泡膜与该粘合层一起通过贴合机压制贴合后,烘干以形成双粘合层;再将双粘合层通过第三涂台再涂覆与上述配方相同的双组份PU粘合树脂,烘干以形成复合粘合层;将第一步制作好的海岛超纤贝斯通过贴合机与具有复合粘合层的湿法PU微孔发泡膜压制贴合、烘干、剥离分卷,从而得到海岛超纤PU合成革。
实施例3
将海岛纤维通过高密度针刺法织造成0.8mm厚的非织造基布,使非织造基布浸有聚氨酯树脂,然后将含浸有聚氨酯树脂的非织造基布减量抽出,染色、整理、磨皮、起毛,以制得海岛超纤贝斯。
接着,将100份的聚氨酯树脂JF-W-6025、80份的DMF溶剂、35份的作为纸浆粉的微晶纤维素、0.5份的作为表面活性剂的司盘S-80、5份的苯并咪唑酮颜料(橙色色浆)和1份的作为流平剂的聚二甲基硅氧烷调配成聚氨酯浆料,调配成聚氨酯浆料,并涂覆于涤纶针织布上,然后将涂覆的涤纶针织布浸入配制有DMF与水的体积比为20∶100的混合溶液中,让聚氨酯浆料中具亲水性的DMF与水置换,不具有亲水性的聚氨酯树脂凝固,从而形成多微孔性的PU皮膜,然后经水洗、拉幅烘干,再将涤纶针织布与成型的多微孔形的PU皮膜通过剥离分卷机进行剥离分卷,得到0.8mm厚的PU微孔发泡膜。
最后,平台放卷离型纸,在离型纸上通过第一涂台涂覆一干法PU树脂,干法PU树脂包括:100份的聚氨酯树脂JF-S-8018、60份的DMF、20份的丁酮MEK、和15份的苯并咪唑酮颜料(橙色色粉),烘干,形成干法PU膜的面层;将该面层通过第二涂台涂覆双组份PU粘合树脂,该双组份PU粘合树脂包括:100份的聚氨酯树脂XC4525、60份的DMF、和1.5份的作为固化促进剂的聚氨酯固化剂HN382,烘干形成粘合层;将上一步制作好的PU微孔发泡膜与该粘合层一起通过贴合机压制贴合后,烘干以形成双粘合层;再将双粘合层通过第三涂台再涂覆与上述配方相同的双组份PU粘合树脂,烘干以形成复合粘合层;将第一步制作好的海岛超纤贝斯通过贴合机与具有复合粘合层的湿法PU微孔发泡膜压制贴合、烘干、剥离分卷,从而得到海岛超纤PU合成革。
实施例4
将海岛纤维通过高密度针刺法织造成0.2mm厚的非织造基布,使非织造基布浸有聚氨酯树脂,然后将含浸有聚氨酯树脂的非织造基布减量抽出,染色、整理、磨皮、起毛,以制得海岛超纤贝斯。
接着,将100份的聚氨酯树脂JF-W-6025、90份的DMF溶剂、30份的作为纸浆粉的微晶纤维素、1.2份的作为表面活性剂的司盘S-80、12份的酞菁颜料(绿色色浆)和0.8份作为流平剂的聚二甲基硅氧烷,调配成聚氨酯浆料,并涂覆于涤纶针织布上,然后将涂覆的涤纶针织布浸入配制有DMF与水的体积比为20∶100的混合溶液中,让聚氨酯浆料中具亲水性的DMF与水置换,不具有亲水性的聚氨酯树脂凝固,从而形成多微孔性的PU皮膜,然后经水洗、拉幅烘干,再将涤纶针织布与成型的多微孔形的PU皮膜通过剥离分卷机进行剥离分卷,得到0.2mm厚的PU微孔发泡膜。
最后,平台放卷离型纸,在离型纸上通过第一涂台涂覆一干法PU树脂,干法PU树脂包括:100份的聚氨酯树脂JF-S-8018、70份的DMF、10份的丁酮MEK、12份的酞菁颜料(绿色色粉)和0.15份的作为消泡剂的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,烘干,形成干法PU膜的面层;将该面层通过第二涂台涂覆双组份PU粘合树脂,该双组份PU粘合树脂包括:100份的聚氨酯树脂XC4525、60份的DMF、5份的丁酮MEK、2份的酞菁颜料(绿色色粉)和1.5份的作为固化促进剂的聚氨酯固化剂HN382,烘干形成粘合层;将上一步制作好的PU微孔发泡膜与该粘合层一起通过贴合机压制贴合后,烘干以形成双粘合层;再将双粘合层通过第三涂台再涂覆与上述配方相同的双组份PU粘合树脂,烘干以形成复合粘合层;将第一步制作好的海岛超纤贝斯通过贴合机与具有复合粘合层的湿法PU微孔发泡膜压制贴合、烘干、剥离分卷,从而得到海岛超纤PU合成革。
实施例5
将海岛纤维通过高密度针刺法织造成0.3mm厚的非织造基布,使非织造基布浸有聚氨酯树脂,然后将含浸有聚氨酯树脂的非织造基布减量抽出,染色、整理、磨皮、起毛,以制得海岛超纤贝斯。
接着,将100份的聚氨酯树脂JF-W-6025、100份的DMF溶剂、32份的作为纸浆粉的微晶纤维素、1.3份的作为表面活性剂的司盘S-80、8份的苯并咪唑酮颜料(橙色色浆)和0.8份的作为流平剂的聚二甲基硅氧烷调配成聚氨酯浆料,并涂覆于涤纶针织布上,然后将涂覆的涤纶针织布浸入配制有DMF与水的体积比为20∶100的混合溶液中,让聚氨酯浆料中具亲水性的DMF与水置换,不具有亲水性的聚氨酯树脂凝固,从而形成多微孔性的PU皮膜,然后经水洗、拉幅烘干,再将涤纶针织布与成型的多微孔形的PU皮膜通过剥离分卷机进行剥离分卷,得到0.3mm厚的PU微孔发泡膜。
最后,平台放卷离型纸,在离型纸上通过第一涂台涂覆一干法PU树脂,干法PU树脂包括:100份的聚氨酯树脂JF-S-8018、65份的DMF、8份的丁酮MEK、8份的苯并咪唑酮颜料(橙色色粉)和0.1份的作为消泡剂的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,烘干,形成干法PU膜的面层;将该面层通过第二涂台涂覆双组份PU粘合树脂,该双组份PU粘合树脂包括:100份的聚氨酯树脂XC4525、60份的DMF、3份的丁酮MEK、1份的苯并咪唑酮颜料(橙色色粉)和1.5份的作为固化促进剂的聚氨酯固化剂HN382,烘干形成粘合层;将上一步制作好的PU微孔发泡膜与该粘合层一起通过贴合机压制贴合后,烘干以形成双粘合层;再将双粘合层通过第三涂台再涂覆与上述配方相同的双组份PU粘合树脂,烘干以形成复合粘合层;将第一步制作好的海岛超纤贝斯通过贴合机与具有复合粘合层的湿法PU微孔发泡膜压制贴合、烘干、剥离分卷,从而得到海岛超纤PU合成革。
此外,通过本发明的制备方法制成的如图6所示的海岛超纤PU合成革进一步通过压花工艺,印刷、印花工艺,喷涂工艺,磨皮工艺,抛光、轧光工艺,揉纹工艺然后分卷包装,制作成各种真皮纹理、各式花色效果、与真皮相媲美的海岛超纤PU皮革,其功能性甚至优于天然皮革。
下面,通过表1来对比本发明制备而成的海岛超纤PU合成革其在各项指标方面与PU合成革、超纤合成革、天然皮革的对比情况。

从表1可以看出,本发明制备的海岛超纤PU合成革与现有技术中的超纤合成革和PU合成革相比,(1)本发明的海岛超纤PU合成革可经过多样化的后处理工艺,例如皮纹压花加工、表面印刷加工、印花加工、磨皮加工、揉纹加工、喷涂加工、表面抛光加工和滚涂加工从而使得本发明提供的海岛超纤PU合成革的柔性、垂感、挺感、纹路、花样都得到很大提高,使用效果更接近真皮;(2)同时制造成本却远远低于真皮的制作成本;(3)本发明制备的海岛超纤PU合成革具有撕裂强度高,纤维密度紧致,高耐折度的产品性能,其产品性能指标高于天然皮革;(4)因本发明制备的海岛超纤PU合成革,增加了如图4所示的PU微孔发泡膜,提高了产品的回弹性和垂感,相比现有技术中的超纤合成革,解决了现有技术中的超纤合成革在制鞋、制皮包等加工过程的易拉伸变形和回弹性差的缺陷;(5)本发明利用聚醚合成的聚氨酯树脂制造出如图4所示的PU微孔发泡膜,能够完全达到耐水解功能,从而可弥补现有技术中的超纤合成革不具耐水解功能的缺陷。
由此可见,本发明提供的海岛超纤PU合成革的制备方法,利用湿法PU微孔发泡膜的转移法和干法PU涂覆生产加工方法,可根据目PU湿法加工技术制造出耐水解功能等特殊功能的海岛超纤PU合成革,从而解决了目前超纤PU合成革在现有加工工艺无法实现涂布湿式聚氨酯树脂发泡层的进行有效皮纹压花加工工艺方法。通过本发明提供的制备方法可将湿式PU发泡层与超纤贝斯形成良好的粘结,达到可后加工的目的,从而全面完善超纤合成革及特殊底布基材合成革在现有加工技术实现湿法工艺和干法工艺,使超纤合成革在仿真皮表面效果制作上增加了多样化的后处理工艺,具体包括湿式聚氨酯树脂发泡层的加工复合、干法贴面加工、皮纹压花加工、表面印刷加工、印花加工、磨皮加工、揉纹加工、喷涂加工、表面抛光加工和滚涂加工。经本发明提供的制备方法制造过的PU超纤合成革产品和特殊底布等基材合成革产品,它的柔性、垂感、挺感、纹路、花样都得到很大提高,制作好的超纤合成革和特殊底布等基材合成革产品它的使用效果更接近真皮,表面仿真效果更好,物性甚至于超过真皮和二榔皮。本发明可弥补天然皮革材料的严重短缺,和真皮比较起来,本发明的生产成本非常低,使生产厂家生产出满足消费者需求的高仿真高物性的合成革产品。

Claims (8)

1.一种海岛超纤PU合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)海岛超纤贝斯的制备:将海岛纤维织造成非织造基布,使所述非织造基布浸有聚氨酯树脂;然后将含浸有聚氨酯树脂的非织造基布减量抽出、染色、整理、磨皮、起毛,以制得海岛超纤贝斯;
(2)湿法PU微孔发泡膜的制备:将聚氨酯浆料涂覆于涤纶针织布上,所述聚氨酯浆料包括:聚氨酯树脂JF-W-6025、DMF、作为纸浆粉的微晶纤维素、作为表面活性剂的司盘S-80、作为流平剂的聚二甲基硅氧烷、和常规的色浆;然后,将涂覆的涤纶针织布浸入配制有DMF与水的混合溶液中,以聚氨酯浆料中具亲水性的DMF与水置换,不具有亲水性的聚氨酯树脂凝固,以形成多微孔形的PU皮膜;然后经水洗、拉幅烘干、再将涤纶针织布与成型的多微孔形的PU皮膜通过剥离分卷机进行剥离分卷,以制得PU微孔发泡膜;
(3)海岛超纤PU合成革的制备:平台放卷离型纸,在离型纸上通过第一涂台涂覆一干法PU树脂,所述干法PU树脂包括:聚氨酯树脂JF-S-8018、DMF、丁酮、常规的色粉和作为消泡剂的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷,烘干以形成干法PU膜的面层;将所述面层通过第二涂台涂覆一双组份PU粘合树脂,所述双组份PU粘合树脂包括:聚氨酯树脂XC4525、DMF、丁酮、常规的色粉和作为固化促进剂的聚氨酯固化剂HN382,烘干以形成粘合层;将步骤(2)制作好的PU微孔发泡膜与所述粘合层一起通过贴合机压制贴合后,烘干以形成双粘合层;再将所述双粘合层通过第三涂台再涂覆所述双组份PU粘合树脂,烘干以形成复合粘合层;将步骤(1)制作好的海岛超纤贝斯通过贴合机与具有复合粘合层的湿法PU微孔发泡膜压制贴合、烘干、剥离分卷,以制得海岛超纤PU合成革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(1)中,所述海岛纤维通过高密度针刺法织造成非织造基布,所述非织造基布的厚度为0.2~1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,所述聚氨酯浆料包括:100份聚氨酯树脂JF-W-6025、80-105份DMF、20-35份微晶纤维素、0.5-1.5份司盘S-80、0-1.0份聚二甲基硅氧烷、和5-15份常规的色浆,聚二甲基硅氧烷的量不为零。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,DMF与水的混合溶液中,DMF与水的体积比为20:100。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)中,涤纶针织布与成型的多微孔形的PU皮膜通过水洗和拉幅烘干进行剥离分卷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)中,所述干法PU树脂包括:100份聚氨酯树脂JF-S-8018、60-90份DMF、0-20份丁酮、5-15份常规的色粉和0-0.2份聚醚改性聚硅氧烷;丁酮的量不为零,聚醚改性聚硅氧烷的量不为零。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(3)中,所述双组份PU粘合树脂包括100份聚氨酯树脂XC4525、60份DMF、0~10份丁酮、0~5份常规的色粉和1.5份聚氨酯固化剂HN382,丁酮的量不为零,色粉的量不为零。
