Abstract

本发明涉及一种超细纤维革的制备方法,属于人造皮革技术领域。包括如下步骤:在离型纸上依次涂覆面层,烘干后,再涂一层中间层,再烘干后与超细纤维基材贴合,再烘干,剥离离型纸即得。本发明的超细纤维革在基布结构中,超细纤维三维交联在一起,起到骨架和支撑作用,形成类似于真皮胶原纤维的结构,分布在纤维四周的聚氨酯,使整个合成革基布形成一个整体,它在革体中不是简单的填充,而是具有许多圆形的、针形的发泡结构,形成微细的通透结构,使革体具有一定的透气透湿性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种革的制备方法,具体涉及一种超细纤维革的制备方法,属于人造皮革技术领域。
背景技术
真皮面料受自然条件的限制和制约,数量有限,因此难以满足广泛的需要和制成多花色、多风格及实现机械化大生产。鉴于天然皮革资源有限,随着科学技术进步和人民生活水平提高,开发研制高品质的仿真皮革满足市场需求,成为急需解决的问题。
近年来,有着更加优越特性和使用价值的超细纤维合成革得到快速发展。超细纤维合成革是一种跨行业的产品,是一种用极细的纤维做成的新型高档次的人造皮革,具有真皮的特性以及比真皮优越的指标,可用做鞋、箱包、家具、汽车内饰等的各领域,其研发及应用技术涉及到纺织、塑料、化工等诸多领域。由于基布采用超细纤维,弹性好,强度高,手感柔软,透气性好,高档合成革的许多物理性能已大大超过天然皮革,外在表现已具有天然皮革的特征。
超细纤维合成革具有强度高、质量均一、手感柔软滑爽、悬垂性好、可洗性好、易贮存、色泽鲜艳多样、绒毛丰满均匀、利于设计和裁剪等优点,并且超细纤维合成革具有天然真皮的许多特点,同时又兼容传统面料的特点,因此可以为服装设计师提供广阔的设计空间,彻底摆脱真皮尺寸不规则、内在质量差异大、颜色变化少的弊端,有利于进行时装化的设计。广泛用于男女上衣、休闲装、风衣、女裙等服装领域以及汽车坐套、沙发、箱包、装饰材料、高级鞋材及制球等多个行业,所以说超细纤维合成革是一种新型、高效科技、高附加值的产品。
从工业意义上讲,超细纤维合成革既适用于现代化规模生产,同时又能保护生态,减少环境污染,充分利用了非自然资源,在优势上有减少环境污染,保护生态环境还充分利用了非自然资源,另一方面有天然皮革所固有的吸湿透气性,并且在耐化学性、防水、防霉变性等方面超过天然皮革,利用超细纤维合成革为原料制作而成的人工皮革,具有双向经济效益,是非常适合现代化规模发展的材料。国际上超细纤维合成革的发展主要集中在亚洲,其中日本起步最早,水平也最先进,目前国内合成革行业的发展较为迅速,技术日趋成熟,已接近或达到世界先进水平。
中国发明“一种超细纤维革及其制备方法”,申请号200910201389.5;中国发明“一种篮球用超细纤维合成革及其制备方法”,申请号201110206906.5;中国发明“一种超细纤维人工皮革”,申请号201110385502.7;中国发明“一种超细纤维合成革的生产方法”,申请号201210543551.3;中国发明“一种超细纤维合成革的制造方法”,申请号201310139825.7都是关于超细纤维革的研究成果,各自侧重的技术不同。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种超细纤维革的制备方法,使人造革体具有一定的透气透湿性能。
为实现上述发明的目的,本发明采取的技术方案包括如下步骤:
在离型纸上依次涂覆面层,烘干后,再涂一层中间层,再烘干后与超细纤维基材贴合,再烘干,剥离离型纸即得;
所述面层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺20~60份、甲乙酮10~60份,面层浆料涂覆厚度为30~80um;
所述中间层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺20~60份、甲乙酮10~60份,中间层浆料涂覆厚度为100~200um;
所述超细纤维基材的制备方法为:单纤维纤度在0.001 ~ 0.3dtex 之间的针刺无纺布,浸渍聚氨酯树脂,然后用甲苯抽出低密度聚乙烯,烘干后即可。
一种超细纤维革,采用上述方法制备得到的。
   本发明的有益效果是:本发明的超细纤维革在基布结构中,超细纤维三维交联在一起,起到骨架和支撑作用,形成类似于真皮胶原纤维的结构,分布在纤维四周的聚氨酯,使整个合成革基布形成一个整体,它在革体中不是简单的填充,而是具有许多圆形的、针形的发泡结构,形成微细的通透结构,用本发明制得的超细纤维革具有一定的透气透湿性能,大大的提高了超细纤维革的舒适性。
具体实施方式
下面通过实例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围;
实施例1
一种超细纤维革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
在离型纸上依次涂覆面层,烘干后,再涂一层中间层,再烘干后与超细纤维基材贴合,再烘干,剥离离型纸即得;
面层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺20份、甲乙酮10份,面层浆料涂覆厚度为30um;
中间层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺20份、甲乙酮10份,中间层浆料涂覆厚度为100um;
    超细纤维基材的制备方法为:单纤维纤度在0.002dtex 的针刺无纺布,浸渍聚氨酯树脂,然后用甲苯抽出低密度聚乙烯,烘干后即可。
实施例2
一种超细纤维革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
在离型纸上依次涂覆面层,烘干后,再涂一层中间层,再烘干后与超细纤维基材贴合,再烘干,剥离离型纸即得;
面层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺60份、甲乙酮60份,面层浆料涂覆厚度为80um;
中间层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺60份、甲乙酮60份,中间层浆料涂覆厚度为200um;
    所述超细纤维基材的制备方法为:单纤维纤度在0.3dtex 的针刺无纺布,浸渍聚氨酯树脂,然后用甲苯抽出低密度聚乙烯,烘干后即可。
实施例3
一种超细纤维革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
在离型纸上依次涂覆面层,烘干后,再涂一层中间层,再烘干后与超细纤维基材贴合,再烘干,剥离离型纸即得;
面层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺30份、甲乙酮20份,面层浆料涂覆厚度为40um;
中间层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺30份、甲乙酮20份,中间层浆料涂覆厚度为120um;
    所述超细纤维基材的制备方法为:单纤维纤度在0.09dtex 的针刺无纺布,浸渍聚氨酯树脂,然后用甲苯抽出低密度聚乙烯,烘干后即可。
实施例4
一种超细纤维革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
在离型纸上依次涂覆面层,烘干后,再涂一层中间层,再烘干后与超细纤维基材贴合,再烘干,剥离离型纸即得;
面层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺50份、甲乙酮50份,面层浆料涂覆厚度为70um;
中间层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺50份、甲乙酮50份,中间层浆料涂覆厚度为180um;
    所述超细纤维基材的制备方法为:单纤维纤度在0.18dtex 的针刺无纺布,浸渍聚氨酯树脂,然后用甲苯抽出低密度聚乙烯,烘干后即可。
实施例5
一种超细纤维革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
在离型纸上依次涂覆面层,烘干后,再涂一层中间层,再烘干后与超细纤维基材贴合,再烘干,剥离离型纸即得;
面层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺40份、甲乙酮30份,面层浆料涂覆厚度为50um;
中间层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺40份、甲乙酮30份,中间层浆料涂覆厚度为150um;
    所述超细纤维基材的制备方法为:单纤维纤度在0.22dtex 的针刺无纺布,浸渍聚氨酯树脂,然后用甲苯抽出低密度聚乙烯,烘干后即可。

1.一种超细纤维革的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
在离型纸上依次涂覆面层,烘干后,再涂一层中间层,再烘干后与超细纤维基材贴合,再烘干,剥离离型纸即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种超细纤维革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述面层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺20~60份、甲乙酮10~60份。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述一种超细纤维革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述面层浆料涂覆厚度为30~80um。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种超细纤维革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述中间层浆料由如下重量份的组分组成:聚醚型聚氨酯树脂100份、二甲基甲酰胺20~60份、甲乙酮10~60份。
5.根据权利要求1和4所述一种超细纤维革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述中间层浆料涂覆厚度为100~200um。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种超细纤维革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述超细纤维基材的制备方法为:单纤维纤度在0.001 ~ 0.3dtex 之间的针刺无纺布,浸渍聚氨酯树脂,然后用甲苯抽出低密度聚乙烯,烘干后即可。
7.一种超细纤维革,其特征在于:所述的超细纤维革是采用权利要求1~6任意一项权利要求所述方法制备得到的。
