[0001] 本发明涉及超细纤维合成革及合成革基布技术领域,尤其涉及一种超细纤维针织布为基布的超细纤维合成革及其制造方法。
背景技术
[0002] 超细纤维合成革是由超细纤维基布和聚氨酯两部分构成。在基布结构中,其三维结构网络的无纺布为合成革在基材方面创造了赶超天然皮革的条件,超细纤维三维交联在一起,起到骨架和支撑作用,形成类似于真皮胶原纤维的结构。分布在纤维四周的是聚氨酯,它使整个合成革基布形成一个整体,并具备了许多功能,且具有许多圆形的、针形的发泡结构,整体呈立体网状,形成微细的通透结构,使革体具有一定的透气透湿性能。因而不·论从内部微观结构,还是外观质感及物理特性和人们穿着舒适性等方面,都能与高级天然皮革相媲美了。此外,超细纤维合成革在耐化学性、质量均一性、大生产加工适应性以及防水、防霉变性等方面更超过了天然皮革。超细纤维合成革,其外在表现接近真皮,物性指标超过真皮的优势,逐渐有取代真皮的趋势,主要应用于制鞋、箱包、沙发、制球、服装等各类领域,但针对于服装行业,高档服装应用量相对较少。
[0003] 基布的结构和纤维是影响合成革性能的关键因素。目前市场上生产的超细纤维合成革,主要不足之处在于超细纤维合成革多以非织造布为基布,注重模拟动物皮内在结构,而忽视了作为面料外观丰富多彩、超薄、富有弹性、抗变形性及多样性的服饰要求;且还存在着染色不均匀、染色不彻底,色牢度和手感差等问题。由于非织造布的生产技术特征决定了以非织造布为基布的超细纤维合成革无法满足这些特殊要求,使超细纤维合成革在服装行业的用途及用量受到限制。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的在于提供一种超细纤维针织布为基布的合成革及其制造方法,本发明的超细纤维合成革具有弹性高、手感柔软,耐撕裂、抗变形性好,适用于高档服装等行业。

[0006] 本发明超细纤维针织布合成革由基布浸溃弹性聚氨酯、去除海成分后制成,其基布为海岛型超细纤维针织布,厚度为O. 2-3. Omm,结构为经编或纬编,一层或两层或两层以上,层与层通过针织而成,颜色为单色或多色,含浸弹性微孔聚氨酯占成品总重的10-65%,优选25-50%,至少一表面为绒面或为弹性微孔聚氨酯涂层。
[0007] 所述的基布,还含有导电纤维,具有抗静电性。
[0008] 所述基布为一层,是由海岛型超细短纤维纺成的纱或海岛型超细纤维长丝,经编或纬编针织结合织成。
[0009] 所述基布为一层,是由海岛型短纤维纺成的纱与其他纤维,超细纤维长丝与其他纤维,海岛型超细短纤维纺成的纱与导电纤维,海岛型超细纤维长丝与导电纤维中任一种,经编或纬编针织结合织成。[0010] 所述基布为两层或两层以上,其中至少一层为海岛型超细短纤维纺成的纱或海岛型超细纤维长丝,其余层为其他纤维,各层为经编或纬编或经纬编结合针织而成。

[0014] 一种超细纤维针织布合成革的制备方法,该方法包含下列步骤: [0015] (I)制海岛型超细纤维工序:将“海”成分与“岛”成分的两种高分子聚合物,其重量比为10〜80% : 90〜20%,进行混融或复合纺丝,制成O. 1-100旦的海岛型超细纤维长丝或短纤维;再将海岛型超细短纤维纺成细度为10-90S纱;
[0016] (2)制基布工序:将步骤(I)制成的海岛型超细纤维长丝或纱,采用经编或纬编或经纬编结合,针织成一层或两层或两层以上的基布;
[0017] (3)浸溃聚氨酯工序:将步骤⑵制得的针织基布,用浓度为8-40%的原色或有色聚氨酯浸溃液浸溃处理,或先进行减量处理、再用浓度为8-40%的原色或有色聚氨酯浸溃液浸溃处理,再经凝固剂凝固、轧干和表面刮干,制得合成革半成品;
[0018] (4)去“海”成分工序:将合成革半成品进行碱减量处理或用80_90°C的热甲苯,部分或全部溶去海岛型超细纤维中的“海”成分,再经水洗、轧干后,制得单丝纤度为0.01〜O. 0005旦,且纤维间有空隙的超细纤维针织布合成革;其弹性微孔聚氨酯的重量占总重量的 10-65% ;

[0028] 本发明的超细纤维针织布合成革与现有技术相比:
[0029] (I)本发明的超细纤维针织布合成革弹性比超细纤维非织造布合成革弹性好。因为针织物质地松软,有良好的抗皱性与透气性,并有较大的延伸性与弹性,穿着舒适。
[0030] (2)本发明的超细纤维针织布合成革强度比超细纤维非织造布合成革强度高。因为针织布长丝或纱线的取向度高,共同承受外来载荷构成;而非织造布是通过纤维间的摩擦力或自身的黏合力或外与黏合剂的黏着力使纤维结合在一起,且用于合成革基布主要是 通过纤维间的摩擦力的针刺或水刺工艺,其他方法生产的非织造布产品因存在的透气性等问题不易作为合成革基布。
[0031] (3)本发明的超细纤维针织布合成革比超细纤维非织造布合成革厚度范围更宽。因为针织布是通过针织机制得成品;而非织造布是经针刺或水刺通过纤维间的摩擦力制得成品,厚度越薄则摩擦力越小,且薄型成品往往需通过刨层(俗称片皮)工艺实现,其强力将大大降低;厚度过后受刺力限制,强度也会降低。
[0032] (4)本发明的超细纤维针织布合成革比超细纤维非织造布合成革花色、图案更丰富。因为针织布可以做成花色、图案不同的色织布;而非织造布多用短丝经混棉、梳理、铺网等工序,无法直接制成不同的花色、图案。
[0033] (5)本发明的超细纤维针织布合成革比超细纤维非织造布合成革色牢度更高。因为针织布可以直接针织成花色、图案不同的色织布;而非织造布合成革的花色、图案需通过表面印制颜料实现,因为超细纤维本身着色性差,所以印制的花色、图案易脱落。
[0034] (6)本发明的超细纤维针织布合成革比超细纤维非织造布合成革表面形状更多样性。因为针织布可采用不同设备、工艺变换表面形状调整纱线细度及间隔排布及提花织造,实现表面的凹凸不平;而非织造布经梳理、铺网等只能形成平面。
[0035] (7)本发明的超细纤维针织布合成革通过加入导电纤维比超细纤维非织造布合成革抗静电效果更佳。因为针织布可以根据不同要求,控制导电纤维的间隔排布,以达到有效调整抗静电性能;而非织造布的抗静电问题主要采用加抗静电剂或混合加入导电纤维方法解决,但抗静电剂易脱落,抗静电耐久性差,而混合加入导电纤维又不易混均而影响刺布效果,抗静电性能也受影响。
