本发明涉及合成革制造领域,特别涉及一种套色合成革及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:将配制好的聚氨酯面层一浆料涂覆在离型纸上,形成聚氨酯面层一;将配制好的聚氨酯面层二浆料涂覆在聚氨酯面层一上,形成聚氨酯面层二;将配制好的聚氯乙烯发泡浆料涂覆在聚氨酯面层二上,形成聚氯乙烯发泡层;将配制好的聚氨酯粘合料涂覆在聚氯乙烯发泡层上,再贴合基布,烘干后形成聚氨酯粘合层和基布层;去除离型纸,得到套色合成革。本发明利用聚氨酯面层一浆料与聚氨酯面层二浆料中两种色粉的性能差异以及颜色深浅度、鲜艳度的差异形成不同的套色效果。
