Abstract

本实用新型公开一种环保防滑自结皮地垫,由PU自结皮层、中间层、胶水和止滑层复合而成,中间层是与PU自结皮层材质相同或相近而可热熔固定的薄层,止滑层的上表面通过胶水粘贴中间层,中间层的上表面与PU自结皮层的下表面通过模内挤压发泡成型固定在一起。本实用新型具有弹性佳,脚感好,不打滑,易清洁,环保,品质佳等优点。

Description

一种环保防滑自结皮地垫
技术领域
本实用新型涉及地垫的技术领域,特别与新型环保防滑自结皮地垫的结构有关。 
背景技术
现有技术中,已有PU自结皮地垫问世,它是由聚氨酯发泡材料直接发泡成型。这种PU自结皮地垫具有弹性佳,脚感好,易清洁,环保等优点,但是,如果将此PU自结皮地垫直接用于潮湿或有水的地方,比如厨房和卫生间等,其底部自结皮与地面的抓紧力度很小,容易打滑,使用安全性差。为了解决打滑问题,业内人士是在PU自结皮地垫10的下表面直接复合止滑发泡层20,如图1所示,止滑发泡层20采用氯丁橡胶(choroprene rubber)或丁苯橡胶(styrene butadiene rubber),藉以借助止滑发泡层20使增加地垫的防滑功效,但是,由于聚氨酯发泡材料和氯丁橡胶或丁苯橡胶的材质不同,无法真正结合在一起,即直接复合的结合力差,复合后极易出现止滑发泡层与PU自结皮地垫分层、脱离、起泡的现象,直接影响产品质量和使用寿命。 
有鉴于此,本发明人对现有的PU自结皮地垫结构进行改进,研发出一种适用于厨房等的环保防滑自结皮地垫,本案由此产生。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种环保防滑自结皮地垫,以具有弹性佳,脚感好,不打滑,易清洁,环保,品质佳等优点。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下: 
一种环保防滑自结皮地垫,由PU(聚氨酯)自结皮层、中间层、胶水和止滑层复合而成,中间层是与PU自结皮层材质相同或相近而可热熔固定的薄层,止滑层的上表面通过胶水粘贴中间层,中间层的上表面与PU自结皮层的下表面通过模内挤压发泡成型固定在一起。
其中,所述中间层是PU发泡海绵层。 
所述胶水是醋酸乙烯,聚氨酯胶或天然乳胶。 
所述止滑层是热塑性发泡弹性体或橡胶发泡层,如PU止滑网、氯丁橡胶发泡层或丁苯橡胶发泡层。 
所述止滑层的下表面形成止滑纹路。 
所述止滑层的下表面形成止滑凸粒。 
所述止滑层的下表面形成止滑凸粒,止滑凸粒的下表面向上凹陷呈吸盘状。 
采用上述结构后,本实用新型因为在PU自结皮层和止滑层之间增加中间层,先用胶水将中间层固定在止滑层上,再在止滑层上直接发泡成型PU自结皮层,其中,中间层和PU发泡海绵层的材质相同或相近,可以借助模内挤压发泡成型使二者直接固定,所以,使PU自结皮层和止滑层固定结合,不分层、不脱离且不起泡,产品质量得到保证,使用寿命长,确实具有弹性佳,脚感好,不打滑,易清洁,环保,品质佳的优点。 
以下结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。

具体实施方式
如图2至图4所示,是本实用新型的较佳实施例。 
一种环保防滑自结皮地垫,由PU自结皮层1、中间层2、胶水3和止滑层4复合而成。 
其中,PU自结皮层1由聚氨酯发泡材料直接发泡成型,具有弹性佳,脚感好,易清洁,环保等优点。 
中间层2与PU自结皮层1材质相同或相近,可以通过热熔方式与PU自结皮层1固定,具体可采用PU发泡海绵层。 
胶水3可将中间层2和止滑层4牢固结合,具体可采用醋酸乙烯,聚氨酯胶或天然乳胶。 
止滑层4具有防滑功效,具体可采用热塑性发泡弹性体或橡胶发泡层,如PU止滑网、氯丁橡胶发泡层或丁苯橡胶发泡层。 
上述各层结合时,先在止滑层4的上表面通过胶水3粘贴中间层2,再将结合好的止滑层4和中间层2放入模具中,然后在中间层2的上表面直接进行发泡成型PU自结皮层1,使PU自结皮层1的下表面通过模内挤压发泡成型与中间层2固定在一起,组成一个完整的整体,使PU自结皮层1和止滑层4牢固结合,不分层、不脱离且不起泡,保证产品质量,产品使用寿命更长,确实达到弹性佳,脚感好,不打滑,易清洁,环保,品质佳的优点。 
为了能更好地起到止滑效果,本实用新型还可以在止滑层4的下表面进一步形成止滑纹路。如图3所示,在止滑层4的下表面形成止滑凸粒41,或如图4所示,在止滑层4的下表面形成止滑凸粒41,止滑凸粒41的下表面向上凹陷呈吸盘状。 
以上仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并非对本实用新型的限制,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,基于本案的设计要点,对其具体实施形态做出的种种变化,但均应落入本案的保护范围内。 

Claims (7)

1.一种环保防滑自结皮地垫,其特征在于:由PU自结皮层、中间层、胶水和止滑层复合而成,中间层是与PU自结皮层材质相同或相近而可热熔固定的薄层,止滑层的上表面通过胶水粘贴中间层,中间层的上表面与PU自结皮层的下表面通过模内挤压发泡成型固定在一起。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保防滑自结皮地垫,其特征在于:所述中间层是PU发泡海绵层。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保防滑自结皮地垫,其特征在于:所述胶水是醋酸乙烯,聚氨酯胶或天然乳胶。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保防滑自结皮地垫,其特征在于:所述止滑层是热塑性发泡弹性体或橡胶发泡层。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环保防滑自结皮地垫,其特征在于:所述止滑层的下表面形成止滑纹路。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种环保防滑自结皮地垫,其特征在于:所述止滑层的下表面形成止滑凸粒。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种环保防滑自结皮地垫,其特征在于:所述止滑层的下表面形成止滑凸粒,止滑凸粒的下表面向上凹陷呈吸盘状。
