Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性透气鞋面革制备工艺,先将150重量份水性聚氨脂湿法树脂、0.5‑1.5重量份分散剂和10‑20重量份木粉搅拌均匀,然后加入入4‑6重量份发泡剂和0.5‑2重量份水性色浆,最后加入1‑2重量份增稠剂搅拌均匀获得粘度值为20000‑25000cps的湿法浆料,湿法浆料过滤后发泡到1.5‑1.8倍率,再涂刮到基布上,经过凝固、轧水、水洗和干燥工序得到湿法贝斯,对湿法贝斯进行表面磨皮后采用由100重量份水性表处剂、0.5‑3.0重量份消泡剂、0.5‑5重量份水性色浆和1‑2重量份增稠剂形成的表处剂对其进行表处处理,烘干获得成品,本发明获得的人造革仿真效果好,健康、环保,穿着舒适。

水性透气鞋面革制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉一种合成革制造领域,特别是指一种水性透气鞋面革制备工艺。
背景技术
传统的鞋面革表面都是光面,或者在光面上压花形成花纹,然而一些鞋面革需要在表层形成反绒的真皮效果,目前这种带有反绒效果的人造革制作工艺为:上浆;植绒;预烘;真空抽吸;烘焙;真空冷却;刷毛;磨皮;揉软;这种工艺形成的绒面绒层不够牢固,容易掉绒,且绒毛层容易贴在人造革表面,整体仿真皮效果差,透气性也差。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种水性透气鞋面革制备工艺,采用该工艺方法生产的鞋面革表面具有绒感,仿真皮效果好,透气性好。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种水性透气鞋面革制备工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法混合配料:
a、将150重量份水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜搅拌的同时加入0.5-1.5重量份分散剂,然后缓慢加入10-20重量份木粉搅拌均匀;
b、向步骤a中获得的混合物中加入4-6重量份发泡剂搅拌搅拌均匀,再加入0.5-2重量份水性色浆充分搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入1-2重量份增稠剂搅拌均匀;
c、对步骤b中获得的混合物进行粘度检测,在低于40度的温度条件下混合物的粘度指标达到20000-25000cps为合格,对检测合格的混合物进行过滤待用;
步骤二:湿法贝斯生产:
将步骤一中过滤好的湿法浆料通过发泡机发泡到1.5-1.8倍率,将发泡后的湿法浆料涂刮在基布上,浸入质量百分浓度为4.5-5%的酸水溶液中进行凝固,然后顺序经过至少一道轧水工序、水洗工序和干燥工序最后得到湿法贝斯;
步骤三:磨皮:
将步骤二中得到的湿法贝斯用砂纸进行表面磨皮,得到带有表面绒感的半成品;
步骤四:表处剂配置:
将100重量份水性表处剂、0.5-3.0重量份消泡剂和0.5-5重量份水性色浆混合后搅拌均匀,再加入1-2重量份增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为20000-25000cps;
步骤五:表处处理:
将步骤三中磨好皮的半成品用步骤四中配置好的表处剂进行表处,然后经烘干得到成品;
步骤六:成品检查。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一的a分步中150重量份水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜以300-500转/分钟的速度进行搅拌,加入1.0重量份分散剂,然后缓慢加15重量份木粉在反应釜内,反应釜以400-600转/分钟的转速进行搅拌30分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一b分步中加入发泡剂后以300-400转/分钟的转速进行搅拌5分钟左右,然后再加入水性色浆。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一b分步中缓慢加入增稠剂,并在混合物增稠过程中注意观察分散情况来控制添加的速度,加入增稠剂过程中反应釜转速控制在500-600转/分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤二中基布在涂刮湿法浆料前先经过温度为130度的热烫轮烫平。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤二中酸水溶液为草酸水溶液或甲酸水溶液,步骤二中湿法贝斯生产车速在12-14米/min。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤三中湿法贝斯用180目砂纸进行表面磨皮。
作为本发明的进一步改进,水性表处剂包括100重量份份水性聚氨酯PU树脂、1-2重量份消光粉、1-2重量份手感剂和1-2重量份消泡剂。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤五中磨好皮的贝斯用配置好的表处剂,经过120目网纹辊表处,经烘箱烘干得到成品,车速在15-18米/min。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过将湿法浆料发泡后再涂覆在基布上形成湿法贝斯,这种湿法贝斯整体弹性好,具有真皮弹性,在其表面通过磨毛的方式形成绒感效果,最终再通过特殊的表处剂对磨绒层进行表面处理,使得磨绒层更具有仿真效果,且本发明材料全部采用水性材料,无需溶剂,有利于身体健康和环保,且本专利生产的人造革透气性好,穿着舒适。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种水性透气鞋面革制备工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法合配料:
湿法涂刮料按下表进行备料:

a、将湿法水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜以300-500转/分钟的速度搅拌的同时加入分散剂,然后缓慢加入木粉,反应釜在400-600转/分钟的转速下搅拌30分钟,使混合物搅拌均匀;
b、向步骤a中获得的混合物中加入发泡剂,反应釜搅拌转速降至300-400转/分钟,搅拌5分钟,搅拌均匀后再加入水性色浆充分搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入增稠剂,在增稠过程中注意观察分散情况来控制添加的速度,转速控制在500-600转/分钟;
c、对步骤b中获得的混合物进行粘度检测,在低于40度的温度条件下混合物的粘度指标达到20000-25000cps为合格,对检测合格的混合物进行过滤待用;
步骤二:湿法贝斯生产:
将基布经过温度为130度的热烫轮烫平,经过过滤好的湿法浆料通过发泡机发泡到1.5-1.8倍率,然后涂刮在烫平的基布上,再浸入质量百分浓度为4.5-5%的酸水溶液中进行凝固、然后经过至少一道轧水工序、再进行水洗和干燥后得到一种湿法贝斯,车速在12-14米/min;
步骤三:磨皮:
将步骤二中得到的湿法贝斯用180目砂纸表面磨皮,得到带有表面绒感的半成品;
步骤四:表处剂配置:
表处剂按下表进行备料:

将水性表处料、助剂和水性色浆按照上表比例混合后搅拌均匀,再加入对应比例的增稠剂,增稠至20000-25000cps粘度;
步骤五:表处处理:
将步骤三中将磨好皮的半成品,用表面处理剂经过120目网纹辊表处,经过烘箱烘干得到成品,车速在15-18米/min;
步骤六:成品检查。

Claims (9)

1.一种水性透气鞋面革制备工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法混合配料:
a、将150重量份水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜搅拌的同时加入0.5-1.5重量份分散剂,然后缓慢加入10-20重量份木粉搅拌均匀;
b、向步骤a中获得的混合物中加入4-6重量份发泡剂搅拌搅拌均匀,再加入0.5-2重量份水性色浆充分搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入1-2重量份增稠剂搅拌均匀;
c、对步骤b中获得的混合物进行粘度检测,在低于40度的温度条件下混合物的粘度指标达到20000-25000cps为合格,对检测合格的混合物进行过滤待用;
步骤二:湿法贝斯生产:
将步骤一中过滤好的湿法浆料通过发泡机发泡到1.5-1.8倍率,将发泡后的湿法浆料涂刮在基布上,浸入质量百分浓度为4.5-5%的酸水溶液中进行凝固,然后顺序经过至少一道轧水工序、水洗工序和干燥工序最后得到湿法贝斯;
步骤三:磨皮:

5.根据权利要求1所述的水性透气鞋面革制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中基布在涂刮湿法浆料前先经过温度为130度的热烫轮烫平。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性透气鞋面革制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中酸水溶液为草酸水溶液或甲酸水溶液,步骤二中湿法贝斯生产车速在12-14米/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性透气鞋面革制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤三中湿法贝斯用180目砂纸进行表面磨皮。
