Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性超柔服装生态合成革的制备工艺,具体步骤为:将100Kg水性聚氨酯湿法树脂、0.5‑1Kg分散剂和10‑20Kg木粉搅匀后,顺序加入4‑5Kg发泡剂和0.5‑1Kg增稠剂获得符合粘度、克重和温度值要求的湿法料,将该湿法料发泡到1.5‑1.8倍率后涂刮在经过酸水溶液含浸并烘干的基布上,经过酸水凝固、轧水工序、水洗和干燥后得到湿法贝斯;分别将100kg水性聚氨酯干法树脂、0.5‑1.0kg助剂和0.5‑1Kg增稠剂混匀后形成干法面料和干法底料,将干法面料涂刮于离型纸上,干燥后,再涂刮底料粘合湿法贝斯,干燥后分离离型纸并进行揉纹处理即可,本发明可获得一种生态环保的纯水性合成革。

水性超柔服装生态合成革的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉一种合成革制造领域,特别是指一种水性超柔服装生态合成革的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前合成革制备工艺中都是采用溶剂溶解聚氨酯树脂等配料,并通过溶剂对湿法贝斯进行含浸和凝固处理,制作过程中会有含溶剂的废水产生,污染环境,且合成革成品中含有溶剂,再使用过程中会逐渐挥发出来,对人体健康存在安全隐患。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种水性超柔服装生态合成革的制备工艺,采用该水性超柔服装生态合成革的制备工艺能够获得一种生态环保的纯水性合成革。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种水性超柔服装生态合成革的制备工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法混合配料:
a.将100Kg的水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜低速搅拌的同时加入0.5-1Kg分散剂,然后缓慢加入10-20Kg木粉搅拌均匀;
b.向步骤a中得到的混合物中加入4-5Kg发泡剂,然后降速搅拌,搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入0.5-1Kg增稠剂搅拌均匀;
c.检测步骤b中得到的混合物粘度、克重和温度值,要求其粘度在18000mPa·s到23000mPa·s范围内,克重上下偏差在20g内,温度低于40度,检测合格则对混合物进行过滤;
步骤二:湿法贝斯生产:
将基布在质量百分浓度为0.5-2%的酸水溶液中含浸处理,然后烘半干,将步骤c中过滤好的浆料通过发泡机发泡到1.5-1.8倍率后涂刮在基布上,浸入质量百分浓度为4.5-5%的酸水溶液中进行凝固,然后经过至少一道轧水工序、再进行水洗和干燥后得到湿法贝斯;
步骤三:干法面料和干法底料配料:
a.将100kg水性聚氨酯干法树脂和0.5-1.0kg助剂混合后搅拌均匀,再加入0.5-1Kg增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为5000mPa·s-8000mPa·s形成干法面料;
b.将100kg水性聚氨酯干法树脂和0.5-1.0kg助剂混合后搅拌均匀,再加入0.5-1Kg增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为30000mPa·s-40000mPa·s形成干法底料,干法面料的水性聚氨酯材料选择上最佳选用硬度偏高、质感偏滑的水性聚氨酯材料,有利于提高人造革成品的耐磨和防刮性,干法底料的性聚氨酯材料选择上最佳选用较软的水性聚氨酯材料,有利于提高底料的粘性,提高人造革成品的耐剥离性;
步骤四:干法贴面:
将步骤三中配制好的干法面料涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,经过烘干干燥后,再涂刮底料粘合湿法贝斯,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离;
步骤五:揉纹
将做好的半成品水性革通过清水含浸,再把水挤压掉,开剪成段后放入烘干机进行揉纹烘干;
步骤六:成品检查。
通过上述工艺方法制备形成了一种生态环保的纯水性合成革,避免了溶剂的使用,产品对环境没有污染,对人体没有伤害,成品手感柔软花纹饱满。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一的a分步中水性聚氨脂湿法树脂在反应釜中以400转/分-800转/分的转速低速旋转搅拌,步骤一的a分步中加入木粉后以400转/分-600转/分的转速搅拌30分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一的b分步中加入发泡剂后以300转/分-400转/分的转速搅拌5分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一的b分步中添加增稠剂进行增稠过程中注意观察分散情况来控制添加的速度,转速控制在500转/分-600转/分。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一的b分步中在加入发泡剂并搅拌均匀后加入0.5-2Kg水性色浆充分搅拌均匀,然后再加增稠剂,在步骤三的干法面料和干法底料配料中将5-8kg水性色浆与水性聚氨酯干法树脂和助剂混合搅拌。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤二中酸水溶液为草酸溶液。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤二中经过含浸处理的基布通过130度的热烫轮烘半干。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤五中烘干机在的温度下进行揉纹烘干,烘干时间40分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤二中以12-14米/分的车速进行生产,步骤四中以以10-15米/分的车速进行生产。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述基布为纺织布纤维,步骤五中将半成品水性革开剪成40米的段长再放入烘干机。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明可获得一种生态环保的纯水性合成革,合成革制备过程中避免了溶剂的使用,采用纯水性材料通过特殊的工艺进行制备,避免了生产过程中含溶剂废水的产生,对环境无污染,获得的合成革产品内不含溶剂,长期使用不会有有害物质挥发出来,对人体健康没有损害,且成品手感柔软花纹饱满。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种水性超柔服装生态合成革的制备工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法混合配料:
按下表进行湿法配料进行备料:

a、按上述配料表将水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜以400转/分-800转/分的转速低速搅拌,加入分散剂,然后缓慢加入木粉搅拌,以转速4000转/分-6000转/分的转速搅拌30分钟;
b、水性聚氨脂湿法树脂和木粉充分搅拌均匀后,按配方加入发泡剂搅拌5分钟左右,搅拌转速降至300-400转,搅拌均匀后再加入水性色浆充分搅拌均匀,开始缓慢加入增稠剂,再增稠过程中注意观察分散情况来控制添加的速度,转速控制在500-600转;
c、所有物料添加完毕后,检测其粘度、克重和温度,使其粘度在18000mPa·s到23000mPa·s范围内,克重上下偏差在20g内,温度低于40度,检测合格的混合物进行过滤;
步骤二湿法贝斯生产:
将纺织布纤维材质的基布在质量百分浓度为0.5-2%的草酸水溶液中含浸处理,经过温度130度的热烫轮烘半干,将过滤好的浆料通过发泡机发泡到1.5-1.8倍率后涂刮在上基布上,浸入质量百分浓度为4.5-5%的草酸水溶液中进行凝固,然后经过至少一道轧水工序、再进行水洗和干燥后得到一种湿法贝斯,车速在12-14米/min;
步骤三干法面料和干法底料配料:
按下表进行湿法配料进行备料:

按上述干法配料将水性聚氨酯干法树脂、助剂和水性色浆混合后搅拌时间10-15分钟,再加入增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为5000mPa·s-8000mPa·s形成干法面料;
按上述干法配料将水性聚氨酯干法树脂、助剂和水性色浆混合后搅拌时间10-15分钟,再加入增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为30000mPa·s-40000mPa·s形成干法底料;
步骤四干法贴面:
将步骤三中配制好的干法面料涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,经过烘干燥再涂刮底料粘合湿法贝斯,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离,车速在10-15米/min。
步骤五:揉纹
将做好的半成品水性合成革通过清水含浸,再把水挤压掉开剪成40米左右的段长,放入烘干机进行揉纹烘干,烘干温度70度,烘干时间40分钟左右;
步骤六:成品检查看产品表面是否有外观不良瑕疵。

Claims (10)

1.一种水性超柔服装生态合成革的制备工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法混合配料:
a.将100Kg的水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜低速搅拌的同时加入0.5-1Kg分散剂,然后缓慢加入10-20Kg木粉搅拌均匀;
b.向步骤a中得到的混合物中加入4-5Kg发泡剂,然后降速搅拌,搅拌均匀后,缓慢加入0.5-1Kg增稠剂搅拌均匀;
c.检测步骤b中得到的混合物粘度、克重和温度值,要求其粘度在18000mPa·s到23000mPa·s范围内,克重上下偏差在20g内,温度低于40度,检测合格则对混合物进行过滤;
步骤二:湿法贝斯生产:
将基布在质量百分浓度为0.5-2%的酸水溶液中含浸处理,然后烘半干,将步骤c中过滤好的浆料通过发泡机发泡到1.5-1.8倍率后涂刮在基布上,浸入质量百分浓度为4.5-5%的酸水溶液中进行凝固,然后经过至少一道轧水工序、再进行水洗和干燥后得到湿法贝斯;
步骤三:干法面料和干法底料配料:
a.将100kg水性聚氨酯干法树脂和0.5-1.0kg助剂混合后搅拌均匀,再加入0.5-1Kg增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为5000mPa·s-8000mPa·s形成干法面料;
b.将100kg水性聚氨酯干法树脂和0.5-1.0kg助剂混合后搅拌均匀,再加入0.5-1Kg增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为30000mPa·s-40000mPa·s形成干法底料;
步骤四:干法贴面:
将步骤三中配制好的干法面料涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,经过烘干干燥后,再涂刮底料粘合湿法贝斯,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离;
步骤五:揉纹
将做好的半成品水性革通过清水含浸,再把水挤压掉,开剪成段后放入烘干机进行揉纹烘干;
步骤六:成品检查。
