本发明涉及真空吸纹革生产技术领域,尤其涉及水性真空吸纹革的生产方法。
背景技术
真空吸纹机是引进德国技术、由中国台湾生产的高科技人造革专业成纹设备,它与普通的人造革压纹设备相比,其花纹成型原理是截然相反的。普通的人造革压纹设备是将人造革底胚经过发泡炉或压纹机加热发泡后经由橡胶辊和花纹辊(钢辊、硅胶辊等)相挤压后冷却定型而成,其产品厚度将变薄,而真空吸纹机的生产工艺是将人造革底胚经过发泡炉或压纹机加热发泡后经真空吸纹机的陶瓷花纹辊内的高负压真空吸塑后冷却而成,其产品厚度将增厚。陶瓷花纹辊筒是用非常特殊的陶原料及一些特殊的陶瓷化学助剂混合成型烧制而成,它具备了陶瓷固有的结构疏松、透气性好的特点,而真空吸纹机正是利用陶瓷花纹辊的这种特性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种工艺简单、效率高的水性真空吸纹革的生产方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴制备水性聚氨酯树脂浆料:
在20~100g的水性聚氨酯树脂中加入其质量0.1~8%的交联剂、0.1~6%的分散剂、0.3~10%的发泡剂、0.3~10%的稳泡剂、0.3~4%的色浆、0~40%的体质填料和0.3~10%的增稠剂,混合均匀后,即得粘度为3000cps~20000cps的水性聚氨酯树脂浆料;
⑵制备水性贝斯:
将所述水性聚氨酯树脂浆料以300~900g/m涂覆于基布上,然后放入水中逐渐凝固,经水洗后烘干,形成微孔水性聚氨酯面层,即水性贝斯;
⑶干法线涂饰或干法线粘合:
将所述水性贝斯装到生产线上并以15m/min匀速进行传送,并将水性聚氨酯面层浆料涂到水性贝斯上,于130℃烘干,3~10min后冷却至3℃~5℃后,即制成水性合成革并进行收卷;或
将离型纸装到生产线上并以15m/min匀速进行传送,将所述水性聚氨酯面层浆料以130~300g/m涂到离型纸上,于130℃烘干3~10min,使得烘干后水性聚氨酯层的厚度为0.03mm,此时冷却至3℃~5℃,并将水性聚氨酯粘接浆料均匀涂到烘干后水性聚氨酯层上,在0.3kg的压力下将所述水性贝斯与所述水性聚氨酯粘接浆料粘合制成水性合成革,于130℃烘干,3~10min后冷却至3℃~5℃后,将所述水性合成革和所述离型纸脱离并分别进行收卷;
⑷真空吸纹:
将干法线涂饰好的所述水性合成革或干法线粘合好的所述水性合成革装到生产线上并以20m/min匀速传送,经过真空吸纹机的陶瓷花纹辊内的高负压真空吸塑后冷却,即得水性真空吸纹革,该水性真空吸纹革检验合格后入库即可。
所述步骤⑴中的交联剂是指碳化二亚胺或环氧基硅烷。
所述步骤⑴中的分散剂是指脂肪酸类或酯类。
所述步骤⑴中的发泡剂是指阴离子表面活性剂。
所述步骤⑴中的稳泡剂是指聚醚改性有机硅。
所述步骤⑴中的色浆是指水性有机或无机色膏。

2、本发明采用水性聚氨酯树脂,所得产品VOC(挥发性有机化合物)含量为零,且耐曲折、耐黄变、防水透气效果好。
3、本发明工艺简单、易于实施,所得产品可用于鞋、沙发、箱包、汽车内饰、家居墙面等多个领域。
具体实施方式
实施例1 水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴制备水性聚氨酯树脂浆料:
在20g的水性聚氨酯树脂中加入其质量0.1%的交联剂、0.1%的分散剂、0.3%的发泡剂、0.3%的稳泡剂、0.3%的色浆、0.3%的增稠剂,混合均匀后,即得粘度为3000cps~20000cps的水性聚氨酯树脂浆料。

实施例2 水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴制备水性聚氨酯树脂浆料:
在100g的水性聚氨酯树脂中加入其质量8%的交联剂、6%的分散剂、10%的发泡剂、10%的稳泡剂、4%的色浆、40%的体质填料和10%的增稠剂,混合均匀后,即得粘度为3000cps~20000cps的水性聚氨酯树脂浆料。
其中:交联剂是指环氧基硅烷。分散剂是指酯类。发泡剂是指阴离子表面活性剂。稳泡剂是指聚醚改性有机硅。色浆是指水性无机色膏。体质填料是指重钙。增稠剂是指缔合型聚氨酯。
⑵制备水性贝斯:
将水性聚氨酯树脂浆料以900g/m涂覆于基布上,然后放入水中逐渐凝固,经水洗后于150℃烘干3min,形成微孔水性聚氨酯面层,即水性贝斯。
⑶干法线涂饰:
将水性贝斯装到生产线上并以15m/min匀速进行传送,并将水性聚氨酯面层浆料涂到水性贝斯上,于130℃烘干,3~10min后冷却至3℃~5℃后,即制成水性合成革并进行收卷。
其中:水性聚氨酯面层浆料是指芳香族水性聚氨酯。
⑷真空吸纹:

实施例3 水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:

在60g的水性聚氨酯树脂中加入其质量4%的交联剂、3%的分散剂、5%的发泡剂、5%的稳泡剂、2%的色浆、20%的体质填料和5%的增稠剂,混合均匀后,即得粘度为3000cps~20000cps的水性聚氨酯树脂浆料。

其中:交联剂是指环氧基硅烷。分散剂是指酯类。发泡剂是指阴离子表面活性剂。稳泡剂是指聚醚改性有机硅。色浆是指水性无机色膏。体质填料是指重钙。增稠剂是指缔合型聚氨酯。
⑵制备水性贝斯:
将水性聚氨酯树脂浆料以700g/m涂覆于基布上,然后放入水中逐渐凝固,经水洗后于110℃烘干5min,形成微孔水性聚氨酯面层,即水性贝斯。
⑶干法线粘合:
将离型纸装到生产线上并以15m/min匀速进行传送,将水性聚氨酯面层浆料以210g/m涂到离型纸上,于130℃烘干3~10min,使得烘干后水性聚氨酯层的厚度为0.03mm,此时冷却至3℃~5℃,并将水性聚氨酯粘接浆料均匀涂到烘干后水性聚氨酯层上,在0.3kg的压力下将水性贝斯与水性聚氨酯粘接浆料粘合制成水性合成革,于130℃烘干,3~10min后冷却至3℃~5℃后,将水性合成革和离型纸脱离并分别进行收卷。
其中:水性聚氨酯面层浆料和水性聚氨酯粘接浆料均是指脂肪族。
⑷真空吸纹:
将干法线粘合好的水性合成革装到生产线上并以20m/min匀速传送,经过真空吸纹机的陶瓷花纹辊内的高负压真空吸塑后冷却,即得水性真空吸纹革,该水性真空吸纹革检验合格后入库即可。
上述实施例1~6中,真空吸纹机由苏州市瞭远机电有限公司提供。

Claims (10)

1.水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴制备水性聚氨酯树脂浆料:
在20~100g的水性聚氨酯树脂中加入其质量0.1~8%的交联剂、0.1~6%的分散剂、0.3~10%的发泡剂、0.3~10%的稳泡剂、0.3~4%的色浆、0~40%的体质填料和0.3~10%的增稠剂,混合均匀后,即得粘度为3000cps~20000cps的水性聚氨酯树脂浆料;
⑵制备水性贝斯:
将所述水性聚氨酯树脂浆料以300~900g/m涂覆于基布上,然后放入水中逐渐凝固,经水洗后烘干,形成微孔水性聚氨酯面层,即水性贝斯;
⑶干法线涂饰或干法线粘合:
将所述水性贝斯装到生产线上并以15m/min匀速进行传送,并将水性聚氨酯面层浆料涂到水性贝斯上,于130℃烘干,3~10min后冷却至3℃~5℃后,即制成水性合成革并进行收卷;或
将离型纸装到生产线上并以15m/min匀速进行传送,将所述水性聚氨酯面层浆料以130~300g/m涂到离型纸上,于130℃烘干3~10min,使得烘干后水性聚氨酯层的厚度为0.03mm,此时冷却至3℃~5℃,并将水性聚氨酯粘接浆料均匀涂到烘干后水性聚氨酯层上,在0.3kg的压力下将所述水性贝斯与所述水性聚氨酯粘接浆料粘合制成水性合成革,于130℃烘干,3~10min后冷却至3℃~5℃后,将所述水性合成革和所述离型纸脱离并分别进行收卷;
⑷真空吸纹:
将干法线涂饰好的所述水性合成革或干法线粘合好的所述水性合成革装到生产线上并以20m/min匀速传送,经过真空吸纹机的陶瓷花纹辊内的高负压真空吸塑后冷却,即得水性真空吸纹革,该水性真空吸纹革检验合格后入库即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中的交联剂是指碳化二亚胺或环氧基硅烷。
3.如权利要求1所述的水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中的分散剂是指脂肪酸类或酯类。
4.如权利要求1所述的水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中的发泡剂是指阴离子表面活性剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中的稳泡剂是指聚醚改性有机硅。
6.如权利要求1所述的水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中的色浆是指水性有机或无机色膏。
7.如权利要求1所述的水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中的体质填料是指滑石粉或重钙。
8.如权利要求1所述的水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑴中的增稠剂是指膨润土或缔合型聚氨酯。
9.如权利要求1所述的水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑵中烘干条件是指温度为90℃~150℃,时间为3~6min。
10.如权利要求1所述的水性真空吸纹革的生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤⑶中水性聚氨酯面层浆料和水性聚氨酯粘接浆料均是指脂肪族或芳香族水性聚氨酯。
