水性太空运动鞋革制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉一种合成革制造领域,特别是指一种水性太空运动鞋革制备工艺。
背景技术
目前运动鞋革制备过程中,都采用油性树脂材料进行生产,油性树脂材料进行混合配料时,需要添加溶剂进行溶解,溶剂中的DMF具有毒性,生产时其对眼、皮肤和呼吸道有刺激作用,成品合成革长期使用也会有有害物挥发出来,污染环境,不利于人体健康,且现有的运动鞋革长期使用还容易出现脱皮和开裂等问题,影响运动鞋穿着寿命和美感。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种水性太空运动鞋革制备工艺,采用该工艺方法生产的水性太空运动鞋革具有高性能、纯水性,环保无污染。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种水性太空运动鞋革制备工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法涂刮料混合配料:
a、将100重量份水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜搅拌的同时加入0.5-1.5重量份分散剂,然后缓慢加入5-10重量份木粉搅拌均匀;
b、向步骤a中获得的混合物中加入4-6重量份发泡剂搅拌搅拌均匀,再加入0.5-2重量份水性色浆充分搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入1-2重量份增稠剂搅拌均匀;
c、对步骤b中获得的混合物进行粘度检测,在低于40度的温度条件下混合物的粘度指标达到20000-25000cps为合格,对检测合格的混合物进行过滤待用;
步骤二:湿法涂含浸料混合配料:
将100重量份水性聚氨酯湿法树脂与400-500重量份水混合,搅拌均匀后加入1-2重量份助消泡剂和1-3重量份色浆,待充分搅拌均匀后加入1-2重量份增稠剂;
步骤三:湿法贝斯生产:
将基布放入步骤二中获得的湿法含浸料中进行预含浸,然后,送入质量百分浓度为1.5-2%的酸水溶液中预处理,然后烘半干形成纺织布纤维,将步骤一中最终获得的合格湿法涂刮料通过发泡机发泡到1.2-1.3倍率,将发泡后的湿法涂刮料涂刮在纺织布纤维上,浸入质量百分浓度为4.5-5%的酸水溶液中进行凝固,然后顺序经过至少一道轧水工序、水洗工序和干燥工序最后得到湿法贝斯;
步骤四:干法混合配料:
将100重量份水性聚氨酯干法树脂、0.5-1.0重量份消泡剂和5-8重量份水性色浆混合搅拌均匀,再加入1-2重量份增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为5000-6000CPS,形成干法面料;
将100重量份水性聚氨酯干法树脂、0.5-1.0重量份消泡剂和5-8重量份水性色浆混合搅拌均匀,再加入1-2重量份增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为8000-9000CPS,形成干法中料;
将100重量份水性聚氨酯干法树脂、0.5-1.0重量份消泡剂和5-8重量份水性色浆混合搅拌均匀,再加入1-2重量份增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为15000-20000CPS,形成干法底料;
步骤五:干法贴面:
将步骤四中配制好的干法面料涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,烘干后在干法面料层表面涂刮干法中料,烘干后在干法中料层表面涂刮干法底料,并在干法底料表面粘合步骤三中获得的湿法贝斯,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离;
步骤六:成品检查。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一的a分步中100重量份水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜以300-500转/分钟的速度进行搅拌,加入0.5重量份分散剂,然后缓慢加入5重量份木粉在反应釜内以400-600转/分钟的转速进行搅拌30分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一b分步中加入发泡剂后以300-400转/分钟的转速进行搅拌5分钟左右,然后再加入水性色浆。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一b分步中缓慢加入增稠剂,并在混合物增稠过程中注意观察分散情况来控制添加的速度,加入增稠剂过程中反应釜转速控制在500-600转/分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤三中的酸水溶液为草酸水溶液或甲酸水溶液。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤三中预处理的基布经过温度为110度的热烫轮烘半干。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤五中在烘箱内进行烘干
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用水性聚氨酯树脂为主要原料生产太空运动鞋革,获得的产品为纯水性生态革,没有DMF和其他溶剂,避免了有害物质挥发,有利于人体健康和环境保护,且本发明的方法生产的运动鞋革具有剥离强度高、耐折弯,不易开裂,耐水解等显著优点。

实施例:一种水性太空运动鞋革制备工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法涂刮料混合配料:
湿法涂刮料按下表进行备料:

a、将湿法水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜以300-500转/分钟的速度搅拌,加入分散剂,然后缓慢加入木粉,反应釜在400-600转/分钟的转速下搅拌30分钟,使混合物搅拌均匀;
b、向步骤a中获得的混合物中加入发泡剂,反应釜搅拌转速降至300-400转/分钟,搅拌5分钟,搅拌均匀后再加入水性色浆充分搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入增稠剂,在增稠过程中注意观察分散情况来控制添加的速度,一般分散快则增稠剂添加速度快,相反,分散慢则降低增稠剂添加速度,转速控制在500-600转/分钟;
c、对步骤b中获得的混合物进行粘度检测,在低于40度的温度条件下混合物的粘度指标达到20000-25000cps为合格,对检测合格的混合物进行过滤待用;
步骤二:湿法涂含浸料混合配料:
湿法含浸料按下表进行备料:

将水性聚氨酯湿法树脂与水混合搅拌,搅拌均匀后加入消泡剂和色浆,待充分搅拌均匀,加入增稠剂进行搅拌增稠;
步骤三:湿法贝斯生产:
将基布放入步骤二中获得的湿法含浸料中进行预含浸,然后,送入质量百分浓度为1.5-2%的草酸水溶液中预处理,然后经过温度110度的热烫轮烘半干形成纺织布纤维,将步骤一中最终获得的合格湿法涂刮料通过发泡机发泡到1.2-1.3倍率,将发泡后的湿法涂刮料涂刮在纺织布纤维上,浸入质量百分浓度为4.5-5%的草酸水溶液中进行凝固,然后顺序经过至少一道轧水工序、水洗工序和干燥工序最后得到湿法贝斯,车速在12-14米/min;
步骤四:干法混合配料:
干法面料按下表进行备料:

分别按照上述干法面料、干法中料和干法底料的配料表,将水性聚氨酯干法树脂、消泡剂和水性色浆混合搅拌均匀,再加入增稠剂,分别增稠,形成粘度为5000-6000CPS的干法面料,粘度为8000-9000CPS的干法中料和粘度为15000-20000CPS的干法底料;
步骤五:干法贴面:
将步骤四中配制好的干法面料涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,经过烘箱干燥形成干法面料层,然后在干法面料层表面涂刮干法中料,经过烘箱烘干形成干法中料层,再在干法中料层表面涂刮干法底料,并在干法底料表面粘合步骤三中获得的湿法贝斯,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离,车速在10-15米/min;
步骤六:成品检查。
成品性能检测数据如下:
1.采用电子剥离试验机对成品剥离性能进行测试:3公分宽度剥离强度达到10-12公斤;
2.常温下对人造革进行弯曲破裂实验:耐折15万次不开裂;
3.采用恒温恒湿耐水解法或高温碱液加速法测试成品样品耐水解性能达到5-8年。

1.一种水性太空运动鞋革制备工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法涂刮料混合配料:
a、将100重量份水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜搅拌的同时加入0.5-1.5重量份分散剂,然后缓慢加入5-10重量份木粉搅拌均匀;
b、向步骤a中获得的混合物中加入4-6重量份发泡剂搅拌搅拌均匀,再加入0.5-2重量份水性色浆充分搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入1-2重量份增稠剂搅拌均匀;
c、对步骤b中获得的混合物进行粘度检测,在低于40度的温度条件下混合物的粘度指标达到20000-25000cps为合格,对检测合格的混合物进行过滤待用;
步骤二:湿法涂含浸料混合配料:
将100重量份水性聚氨酯湿法树脂与400-500重量份水混合,搅拌均匀后加入1-2重量份助消泡剂和1-3重量份色浆,待充分搅拌均匀后加入1-2重量份增稠剂;

步骤五:干法贴面:
将步骤四中配制好的干法面料涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,烘干后在干法面料层表面涂刮干法中料,烘干后在干法中料层表面涂刮干法底料,并在干法底料表面粘合步骤三中获得的湿法贝斯,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离;
步骤六:成品检查。
