背景技术
合成革用聚氨酯树脂是用来部分替代天然真皮的新型高分子材料,随着自然资源的日益枯竭,天然真皮资源会日显不足,无法满足日益增长的市场需求,而随着合成革行业的竞争日趋激烈化,人们对合成革用聚氨酯树脂的要求也越来越高,普通聚氨酯树脂已不能满足人们的要求,随之一些仿真皮的合成革材料成为市场的焦点。
通常市场上的聚氨酯合成革产品,由于其泡孔结构一般都是泡孔密度低、小泡孔、或者是细长型的泡孔,泡孔密度与动物皮中蛋白质纤维网状结构相差较大,于是形成的合成革手感没有天然动物皮那种柔软、自然。本发明针对现有技术中合成革产品不够柔软透气、不抗皱、不耐寒、不耐水解等问题,提供了以下技术方案。

本发明的目的在于提供一种麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革,所述蛋白革由基布、湿法贝斯层、干法贴面层组成;其中湿法贝斯层含有以下重量份组分:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺50-70份、耐水解聚氨酯树脂90-120份、咖啡粉3-6份、色浆1-3份、泡孔调节剂1-5份、防水助剂0.1-0.3份、竹纤维粉5-10份、魔芋葡甘聚糖7-12份、羟甲基纤维素1-2份、焦磷酸钠0.5-1份。
所述的干法贴面层由面料和底料组分,其中面料含有以下重量份原料:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺70-90份、色片3-6份、柔软型聚氨酯树脂70-90份、栀子汁5-10份、魔芋葡甘聚糖7-12份、羟甲基纤维素1-2份、焦磷酸钠0.5-1份、竹醋液5-10份、茶梗粉3-9份;其中底料含有以下重量份原料:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺80-100份、色片3-6份、柔软型聚氨酯树脂90-110份、栀子汁7-12份、魔芋葡甘聚糖5-12份、羟甲基纤维素1-2份、亚磷酸酯0.1-0.3份、糯米粉5-11份、玉米芯粉7-15份。

一种麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革的制备方法,包括如下:
(1)湿法贝斯层的制备:将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、咖啡粉、竹纤维粉、魔芋葡甘聚糖、羟甲基纤维素、焦磷酸钠混合搅拌30-60min,搅拌转速为110-130转/min,加入耐水解聚氨酯树脂、色浆、泡孔调节剂、泡孔调节剂、防水助剂,充分搅拌30-60min,搅拌转速为110-130转/min,经真空脱泡机脱泡30-60min后,即制湿法混合液,待用;将基布浸入浓度为10-20%的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺水溶液中,挤压去多余水溶液,在50-60℃下经过4轮烫平调节基布湿度为10-20%;将湿法混合液耳均匀涂布在基布表面,凝固完全后,形成微孔聚氨酯面层,再经轧干机轧干后,水洗、100-120℃烘干、扩幅、定型,即得到湿法贝斯层;
(2)干法贴面层的制备:将面料原料按配方量混合搅拌,以100-120rpm的转速搅拌30-60min,均匀涂布于离型纸上,100-120℃烘干、贴合;再将底料原料按配方量混合搅拌均匀,以100-120rpm的转速搅拌30-60min,涂布与面料层上,100-120℃烘干、卷取,得到干法贴面层;
(3)成品革制备:将上述步骤(1)和步骤(2)中的贝斯层以0.5-0.6Mpa的压力,贴合在贴面层上,再经过100-140℃烘干后,冷却,将离型纸与贴好面的湿法贝斯分离,分别卷取得到成品革;
(4)揉纹:将成品革放入揉纹机中,用添加3-5%的柔软剂的水溶液揉纹,50-60℃揉纹10-30min,100-120℃烘干,即得到麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革。
本发明的优点在于:
在本发明中,聚氨酯作为主体聚合物,配合魔芋葡甘聚糖、竹纤维粉、咖啡粉、栀子汁竹醋液、茶梗粉、玉米芯粉等等成分,提高了浆料的相容性、杀菌性、耐水解等特性。在贝斯层加入竹纤维、魔芋葡甘聚糖、羟甲基纤维素、焦磷酸钠、咖啡粉等,可以解决制革工艺中往往遇到流平不良等问题,通过改变聚氨酯大分子的表面张力,使其和其他原料粉末共混时相容性提高。而在贴面层加入栀子汁、魔芋葡甘聚糖、羟甲基纤维素、焦磷酸钠、竹醋液、茶梗粉、玉米芯粉、糯米粉等成分,增加了贴面的粘合性,防止与贝斯层压合使脱落,使得贴面层与贝斯层具有良好相容性,同时也提高了成品革的柔软性及透气性等,延长了使用寿命。
本发明湿法超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂含特殊材料,在凝固、水洗过程中跟水置换,形成泡孔,产品柔软、透气,再加上麂皮绒底布的优点,加工成服装,触感舒适,柔软细腻,抗皱、垂悬挺括,还具有耐水解、耐寒效果,有效延长其使用寿命。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革,所述蛋白革由基布、湿法贝斯层、干法贴面层组成;
其中湿法贝斯层含有以下重量份组分:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺60份、耐水解聚氨酯树脂100份、咖啡粉5份、色浆2份、泡孔调节剂3份、防水助剂0.2份、竹纤维粉8份、魔芋葡甘聚糖10份、羟甲基纤维素2份、焦磷酸钠0.5份。

(4)揉纹:将成品革放入揉纹机中,用添加4%的柔软剂的水溶液揉纹,55℃揉纹20min,110℃烘干,即得到麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革。
将本实施例制备的蛋白革进行耐磨性能和透湿性能测试,将测试数据与市售的蛋白革测试数据进行对比,结果显示:本实施例制备的样品比市售样品的耐磨性能提高98.87%,本实施例制备的样品透湿性为5.16*10-11g.cm/cm2.s.Pa,市售样品透湿性为3.22*10-14g .cm/cm2 .s .Pa。本实施例制备的样品柔软度9.291±0.161mm、撕裂力15.36N,市售样品柔软度4.142±0.173mm、撕裂力2.59N。

所述基布为麂皮绒基布。
一种麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革的制备方法,包括如下:
(1)湿法贝斯层的制备:将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、咖啡粉、竹纤维粉、魔芋葡甘聚糖、羟甲基纤维素、焦磷酸钠混合搅拌30min,搅拌转速为110转/min,加入耐水解聚氨酯树脂、色浆、泡孔调节剂、泡孔调节剂、防水助剂,充分搅拌30min,搅拌转速为110转/min,经真空脱泡机脱泡30min后,即制湿法混合液,待用;将基布浸入浓度为10%的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺水溶液中,挤压去多余水溶液,在50℃下经过4轮烫平调节基布湿度为10%;将湿法混合液耳均匀涂布在基布表面,凝固完全后,形成微孔聚氨酯面层,再经轧干机轧干后,水洗、100℃烘干、扩幅、定型,即得到湿法贝斯层;
(2)干法贴面层的制备:将面料原料按配方量混合搅拌,以100rpm的转速搅拌30min,均匀涂布于离型纸上,100℃烘干、贴合;再将底料原料按配方量混合搅拌均匀,以100rpm的转速搅拌30min,涂布与面料层上,100℃烘干、卷取,得到干法贴面层;
(3)成品革制备:将上述步骤(1)和步骤(2)中的贝斯层以0.5Mpa的压力,贴合在贴面层上,再经过100℃烘干后,冷却,将离型纸与贴好面的湿法贝斯分离,分别卷取得到成品革;
(4)揉纹:将成品革放入揉纹机中,用添加3%的柔软剂的水溶液揉纹,50℃揉纹10min,100℃烘干,即得到麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革。
将本实施例制备的蛋白革进行耐磨性能和透湿性能测试,将测试数据与市售的蛋白革测试数据进行对比,结果显示:本实施例制备的样品比市售样品的耐磨性能提高97.69%,本实施例制备的样品透湿性为5.01*10-11g.cm/cm2.s.Pa,市售样品透湿性为3.22*10-14g .cm/cm2.s.Pa。本实施例制备的样品柔软度9.201±0.134mm、撕裂力14.56N,市售样品柔软度3.231±0.135mm、撕裂力2.59N。
实施例3
一种麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革,所述蛋白革由基布、湿法贝斯层、干法贴面层组成;其中湿法贝斯层含有以下重量份组分:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺70份、耐水解聚氨酯树脂120份、咖啡粉6份、色浆3份、泡孔调节剂5份、防水助剂0.3份、竹纤维粉10份、魔芋葡甘聚糖12份、羟甲基纤维素2份、焦磷酸钠1份。
所述的干法贴面层由面料和底料组分,其中面料含有以下重量份原料:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺90份、色片6份、柔软型聚氨酯树脂90份、栀子汁10份、魔芋葡甘聚糖12份、羟甲基纤维素2份、焦磷酸钠1份、竹醋液10份、茶梗粉9份;其中底料含有以下重量份原料:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺100份、色片6份、柔软型聚氨酯树脂110份、栀子汁12份、魔芋葡甘聚糖12份、羟甲基纤维素2份、亚磷酸酯0.3份、糯米粉11份、玉米芯粉15份。
所述基布为麂皮绒基布。
一种麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革的制备方法,包括如下:
(1)湿法贝斯层的制备:将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、咖啡粉、竹纤维粉、魔芋葡甘聚糖、羟甲基纤维素、焦磷酸钠混合搅拌60min,搅拌转速为130转/min,加入耐水解聚氨酯树脂、色浆、泡孔调节剂、泡孔调节剂、防水助剂,充分搅拌60min,搅拌转速为130转/min,经真空脱泡机脱泡60min后,即制湿法混合液,待用;将基布浸入浓度为20%的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺水溶液中,挤压去多余水溶液,在60℃下经过4轮烫平调节基布湿度为20%;将湿法混合液耳均匀涂布在基布表面,凝固完全后,形成微孔聚氨酯面层,再经轧干机轧干后,水洗、120℃烘干、扩幅、定型,即得到湿法贝斯层;
(2)干法贴面层的制备:将面料原料按配方量混合搅拌,以120rpm的转速搅拌60min,均匀涂布于离型纸上,120℃烘干、贴合;再将底料原料按配方量混合搅拌均匀,以120rpm的转速搅拌60min,涂布与面料层上,120℃烘干、卷取,得到干法贴面层;
(3)成品革制备:将上述步骤(1)和步骤(2)中的贝斯层以0.6Mpa的压力,贴合在贴面层上,再经过140℃烘干后,冷却,将离型纸与贴好面的湿法贝斯分离,分别卷取得到成品革;
(4)揉纹:将成品革放入揉纹机中,用添加5%的柔软剂的水溶液揉纹, 60℃揉纹30min, 120℃烘干,即得到麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革。
将本实施例制备的蛋白革进行耐磨性能和透湿性能测试,将测试数据与市售的蛋白革测试数据进行对比,结果显示:本实施例制备的样品比市售样品的耐磨性能提高98.17%,本实施例制备的样品透湿性为5.15*10-11g.cm/cm2.s.Pa,市售样品透湿性为3.22*10-14g .cm/cm2 .s .Pa。本实施例制备的样品柔软度8.976±0.102mm、撕裂力14.83N,市售样品柔软度4.142±0.173mm、撕裂力2.59N。

1.一种麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革,其特征在于:所述蛋白革由基布、湿法贝斯层、干法贴面层组成;其中湿法贝斯层含有以下重量份组分:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺50-70份、耐水解聚氨酯树脂90-120份、咖啡粉3-6份、色浆1-3份、泡孔调节剂1-5份、防水助剂0.1-0.3份、竹纤维粉5-10份、魔芋葡甘聚糖7-12份、羟甲基纤维素1-2份、焦磷酸钠0.5-1份;
所述的干法贴面层由面料和底料组分,其中面料含有以下重量份原料:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺70-90份、色片3-6份、柔软型聚氨酯树脂70-90份、栀子汁5-10份、魔芋葡甘聚糖7-12份、羟甲基纤维素1-2份、焦磷酸钠0.5-1份、竹醋液5-10份、茶梗粉3-9份;其中底料含有以下重量份原料:N,N-二甲基甲酰胺80-100份、色片3-6份、柔软型聚氨酯树脂90-110份、栀子汁7-12份、魔芋葡甘聚糖5-12份、羟甲基纤维素1-2份、亚磷酸酯0.1-0.3份、糯米粉5-11份、玉米芯粉7-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革,其特征在于:所述基布为麂皮绒基布。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括如下:
(1)湿法贝斯层的制备:将N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、咖啡粉、竹纤维粉、魔芋葡甘聚糖、羟甲基纤维素、焦磷酸钠混合搅拌30-60min,搅拌转速为110-130转/min,加入耐水解聚氨酯树脂、色浆、泡孔调节剂、泡孔调节剂、防水助剂,充分搅拌30-60min,搅拌转速为110-130转/min,经真空脱泡机脱泡30-60min后,即制湿法混合液,待用;将基布浸入浓度为10-20%的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺水溶液中,挤压去多余水溶液,在50-60℃下经过4轮烫平调节基布湿度为10-20%;将湿法混合液耳均匀涂布在基布表面,凝固完全后,形成微孔聚氨酯面层,再经轧干机轧干后,水洗、100-120℃烘干、扩幅、定型,即得到湿法贝斯层;
(2)干法贴面层的制备:将面料原料按配方量混合搅拌,以100-120rpm的转速搅拌30-60min,均匀涂布于离型纸上,100-120℃烘干、贴合;再将底料原料按配方量混合搅拌均匀,以100-120rpm的转速搅拌30-60min,涂布与面料层上,100-120℃烘干、卷取,得到干法贴面层;
(3)成品革制备:将上述步骤(1)和步骤(2)中的贝斯层以0.5-0.6Mpa的压力,贴合在贴面层上,再经过100-140℃烘干后,冷却,将离型纸与贴好面的湿法贝斯分离,分别卷取得到成品革;
(4)揉纹:将成品革放入揉纹机中,用添加3-5%的柔软剂的水溶液揉纹,50-60℃揉纹10-30min,100-120烘干,即得到麂皮绒耐水解超软蛋白革。
