本发明公开了一种防霉PVC合成革,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:PVC?SG-5?30-60,PVC?SG-8?15-30,杜仲提取物0.2-0.5,竹叶提取物0.5-1,植酸0.5-1.5,聚赖氨酸0.5-1,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯40-60,癸二酸二辛酯10-20,浮石粉10-15,碳酸钙3-6,β-环糊精1-2,山梨糖醇酐油酸1-2,魔芋葡甘聚糖0.2-0.5,果胶1-2,色料5-10,改性助剂5-10;本发明的PVC合成革采用天然防霉剂,既达到防霉的功效,又无害环保。

一种防霉PVC合成革及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种防霉PVC合成革及其生产方法。
背景技术
目前,合成革主要分为聚氯乙烯(PVC)合成革和聚氨酯(PU)合成革两种。PU合成革手感和外观质量好,但是价格偏高,使用寿命不长,且目前较成熟的PU合成革工艺需要大量使用DMF作为溶剂,环境效应不好;PVC合成革价格低,物理性能能达到质量要求,缺点是手感和外观质量稍差,且透气性差,限制了其更广泛的使用。合理添加原料、改进配方以及工艺,有利于改善合成革的性能,使其具备多种功效。
杜仲提取物、竹叶提取物属于天然植物提取物,具有抗真菌的效果,作为添加剂能有效防霉。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种性能良好且有防霉功效的PVC合成革。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防霉PVC合成革,包括基布层和PVC层,其中:
PVC层由下述重量份的原料制得:
PVCSG-530-60,PVCSG-815-30,杜仲提取物0.2-0.5,竹叶提取物0.5-1,植酸0.5-1.5,聚赖氨酸0.5-1,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯40-60,癸二酸二辛酯10-20,浮石粉10-15,碳酸钙3-6,β-环糊精1-2,山梨糖醇酐油酸1-2,魔芋葡甘聚糖0.2-0.5,果胶1-2,色料5-10,改性助剂5-10;
其中改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
木浆纤维10-15,滑石粉5-10,玉米棒芯10-15,玉米淀粉1-5,羧甲基纤维素钠3-6,六偏磷酸钠1-3,纳米二氧化钛0.2-1,聚乙烯蜡0.5-1,甘露醇1-2,油酸0.1-0.3,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1-2;
改性助剂的制备方法是:
将木浆纤维与滑石粉、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵混合后加入适量5-10%醋酸溶液,600-800r/min搅拌1-2h后过滤并干燥,加入纳米二氧化钛,800-1000℃煅烧1-2h,降温至200-400℃后再处理2-4h,冷却后加入玉米棒芯和玉米淀粉,100-150℃处理2-3h后加入其余原料,混合后初步研磨均匀,60-80℃、200-400r/min搅拌2-4h,冷却后研磨至500-1000目,即得;
一种防霉PVC合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将魔芋葡甘聚糖溶于适量去离子水中,800-1000r/min搅拌1-3min,再加入植酸、杜仲提取物、竹叶提取物、山梨糖醇酐油酸和β-环糊精,30-60℃、400-600r/min搅拌30-60min,喷雾干燥后得活性粉体;
(2)将活性粉体与其余原料混合,先以200-400r/min低速搅拌15-30min,再以1000-1500r/min高速搅拌45-90min,100-200目过滤,加入密炼机,140-160℃塑化,再140-170℃开炼,得PVC层浆料;
(3)以水性聚氨酯作为粘结剂,将PVC层浆料与基布通过四辊压延机在160-180℃下压延贴合,速度为40-60米/分,冷却收卷,产品经表面效果处理,质量检验结果合格,即可出厂。
本发明的优点是:
1.本发明通过合理添加有效成分杜仲提取物、竹叶提取物和植酸,有效抑制了真菌在合成革表面繁殖,达到防霉的功效,采用天然防霉剂,无害环保;
2.通过添加改性助剂,改善了PVC合成革的透气性能,使其克服不透气的缺点,具有一定的透气吸湿功效,应用范围更加广泛;
3.通过配方与工艺改进,改善了合成革的手感和外观质量,使其具有类似于天然皮革的自然舒适手感。
具体实施方式
本发明非限定实施例如下:
实施例1
一种防霉PVC合成革,包括基布层和PVC层,其中:
PVC层由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
PVCSG-550,PVCSG-820,杜仲提取物0.4,竹叶提取物0.6,植酸1,聚赖氨酸0.6,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯50,癸二酸二辛酯15,浮石粉12,碳酸钙4,β-环糊精1.5,山梨糖醇酐油酸1.5,魔芋葡甘聚糖0.4,果胶1.5,色料8,改性助剂8;
其中改性助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:
木浆纤维12,滑石粉8,玉米棒芯12,玉米淀粉4,羧甲基纤维素钠5,六偏磷酸钠2,纳米二氧化钛0.5,聚乙烯蜡0.8,甘露醇1.5,油酸0.2,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1.5;
改性助剂的制备方法是:
将木浆纤维与滑石粉、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵混合后加入适量5%醋酸溶液,600r/min搅拌2h后过滤并干燥,加入纳米二氧化钛,1000℃煅烧1h,降温至400℃后再处理2h,冷却后加入玉米棒芯和玉米淀粉,100℃处理2h后加入其余原料,混合后初步研磨均匀,60℃、400r/min搅拌2h,冷却后研磨至800目,即得;
其生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将魔芋葡甘聚糖溶于适量去离子水中,1000r/min搅拌1min,再加入植酸、杜仲提取物、竹叶提取物、山梨糖醇酐油酸和β-环糊精,40℃、400r/min搅拌50min,喷雾干燥后得活性粉体;
(2)将活性粉体与其余原料混合,先以400r/min低速搅拌30min,再以1500r/min高速搅拌45min,100目过滤,加入密炼机,140℃塑化,再160℃开炼,得PVC层浆料;
(3)以水性聚氨酯作为粘结剂,将PVC层浆料与基布通过四辊压延机在160℃下压延贴合,速度为50米/分,冷却收卷,产品经表面效果处理,质量检验结果合格,即可出厂。
经产品性能测试,该产品经向拉伸负荷263.6N,纬向拉伸负荷187.9N,经向断裂伸长率7.2%,纬向断裂伸长率14.2%,经向撕裂负荷17.3N,纬向撕裂负荷16.9N,老化试验不开裂,符合产业标准的要求。

Claims (2)

1.一种防霉PVC合成革,包括基布层和PVC层,其特征在于:
所述的PVC层由下述重量份的原料制得:
PVCSG-530-60,PVCSG-815-30,杜仲提取物0.2-0.5,竹叶提取物0.5-1,植酸0.5-1.5,聚赖氨酸0.5-1,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯40-60,癸二酸二辛酯10-20,浮石粉10-15,碳酸钙3-6,β-环糊精1-2,山梨糖醇酐油酸1-2,魔芋葡甘聚糖0.2-0.5,果胶1-2,色料5-10,改性助剂5-10;
所述改性助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
木浆纤维10-15,滑石粉5-10,玉米棒芯10-15,玉米淀粉1-5,羧甲基纤维素钠3-6,六偏磷酸钠1-3,纳米二氧化钛0.2-1,聚乙烯蜡0.5-1,甘露醇1-2,油酸0.1-0.3,十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵1-2;
所述改性助剂的制备方法是:
将木浆纤维与滑石粉、十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵混合后加入适量5-10%醋酸溶液,600-800r/min搅拌1-2h后过滤并干燥,加入纳米二氧化钛,800-1000℃煅烧1-2h,降温至200-400℃后再处理2-4h,冷却后加入玉米棒芯和玉米淀粉,100-150℃处理2-3h后加入其余原料,混合后初步研磨均匀,60-80℃、200-400r/min搅拌2-4h,冷却后研磨至500-1000目,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉PVC合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将魔芋葡甘聚糖溶于适量去离子水中,800-1000r/min搅拌1-3min,再加入植酸、杜仲提取物、竹叶提取物、山梨糖醇酐油酸和β-环糊精,30-60℃、400-600r/min搅拌30-60min,喷雾干燥后得活性粉体;
(2)将活性粉体与其余原料混合,先以200-400r/min低速搅拌15-30min,再以1000-1500r/min高速搅拌45-90min,100-200目过滤,加入密炼机,140-160℃塑化,再140-170℃开炼,得PVC层浆料;
(3)以水性聚氨酯作为粘结剂,将PVC层浆料与基布通过四辊压延机在160-180℃下压延贴合,速度为40-60米/分,冷却收卷,产品经表面效果处理,质量检验结果合格,即可出厂。
