背景技术
聚氨酯(PU)合成革是一类具有特殊性能的高分子材料,其具有耐磨、抗折、耐溶剂、耐油等优异性能,被广泛用于于运动休闲鞋、沙发、皮革箱包、球等,是理想的天然皮革替代产品。然而,一般的合成革耐水解性能不理想,这在一定程度上限制了其进一步的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种四面弹耐水解超软蛋白合成革,其柔软、透气,并具有耐磨、耐水解、耐霉变等性能,使用寿命长,可将其加工成耳机套。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种四面弹耐水解超软蛋白合成革,其包括湿法贝斯和贴合在所述湿法贝斯上的贴面,其中,所述湿法贝斯由涂布在基布上的湿法浆料制成,所述基布为四面弹布料,所述湿法浆料由以下重量份原料制成:超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂100份、DMF 50-60份、色浆2-3份、泡孔调节剂3-5份、防水剂0.2-0.5份。
所述超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂的制备原料按重量份计包括:二异氰酸酯7-10份、聚酯多元醇15-20份、改性粘胶纤维3-8份、扩链剂2-5份、DMF 60-70份;其中,所述改性粘胶纤维是将粘胶纤维于50℃、10wt%氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡30min后,水洗至中性,干燥,得预处理后的粘胶纤维;然后将棕榈酸、酸酐与浓硫酸混合,加热至80℃后加入预处理后的粘胶纤维,搅拌加热至100℃,并保温反应2h后过滤,所得滤渣用水、无水乙醇洗涤后,干燥,制得;预处理后的粘胶纤维与棕榈酸的重量比为1:3-10;酸酐与棕榈酸的摩尔比为1:1。
所述贴面由涂布在离型纸上的干法贴面浆料制成,所述干法贴面浆料分为面料和底料,其中,面料由80重量份溶剂、80重量份革用干法聚氨酯树脂、3-6重量份色粉制成;底料由90重量份溶剂、100重量份革用干法聚氨酯树脂、3-6重量份色粉制成。
所述溶剂为DMF和甲酯按重量比1:1混合制成。
所述四面弹耐水解超软蛋白合成革的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)湿法贝斯的制备:按配比将超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂、DMF、色浆、泡孔调节剂、防水剂混合均匀,脱泡,制成湿法浆料;然后将所得混合浆料均匀涂布在基布上,再浸入20~30℃、浓度为10wt%的DMF溶液中凝固1~2h;待凝固完成后,利用挤压辊挤去多余凝固液,再用50~60℃的水进行水洗后,在100~120℃下烘干、扩幅、定型、收卷,得到湿法贝斯;
2)贴面的制备:将溶剂、革用干法聚氨酯树脂、色粉分别按配比混合制成底料和面料,然后依次刮涂于离型纸上,经烘干后得到贴面;
3)合成革的制备:将步骤1)所得湿法贝斯贴合到步骤2)所得贴面上,经烘干、冷却后将离型纸与贴合在其上的湿法贝斯分离、卷起,再经三版处理、揉纹处理,制得所述四面弹耐水解超软蛋白合成革。
普通聚氨酯树脂在使用过程中可能因长时间吸水而导致其分子中的酯键断裂,进而使所制备的合成革性能下降。本发明中通过加入改性粘胶纤维,不仅可使制得的聚氨酯树脂具有更好的柔韧性,还可有效增加聚氨酯树脂中的酯键含量,以延长产品的使用寿命,同时,采用长链脂肪酸酯化改性的粘胶纤维制备聚氨酯树脂,可提高树脂的交联度,从而进一步提高产品的耐磨损性能,进而使产品使用寿命得到延长。
本发明利用超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂制备的四面弹耐水解超软蛋白合成革具有柔软、透气及耐磨、耐水解、耐霉变等性能,使用寿命长,可将其加工成耳机套。
具体实施方式
一种四面弹耐水解超软蛋白合成革,其包括湿法贝斯和贴合在所述湿法贝斯上的贴面,其中,所述湿法贝斯由涂布在基布上的湿法浆料制成,所述基布为四面弹布料,所述湿法浆料由以下重量份原料制成:超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂100份、DMF 50-60份、色浆2-3份、泡孔调节剂3-5份、防水剂0.2-0.5份。
所述超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂的制备原料按重量份计包括:二异氰酸酯7-10份、聚酯多元醇15-20份、改性粘胶纤维3-8份、扩链剂2-5份、DMF 60-70份;其制备方法是将聚酯多元醇、改性粘胶纤维、扩链剂及部分DMF加热至50-60℃,搅拌溶解,然后加入二异氰酸酯,在搅拌条件下升温至80-110℃,保温反应1-2h,然后再降温至50-60℃,滴加剩余DMF调整粘度,至粘度适合后终止反应,即得。
其中,所述改性粘胶纤维是将粘胶纤维于50℃、10wt%氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡30min后,水洗至中性,干燥,得预处理后的粘胶纤维;然后将棕榈酸、酸酐与浓硫酸混合,加热至80℃后加入预处理后的粘胶纤维,搅拌加热至100℃,并保温反应2h后过滤,所得滤渣用水、无水乙醇洗涤后,干燥,制得;预处理后的粘胶纤维与棕榈酸的重量比为1:3-10;酸酐与棕榈酸的摩尔比为1:1。

实施例3
一种四面弹耐水解超软蛋白合成革,其包括湿法贝斯和贴合在所述湿法贝斯上的贴面,其中,所述湿法贝斯由涂布在基布上的湿法浆料制成,所述基布为四面弹布料,所述湿法浆料由以下重量份原料制成:超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂100份、DMF 60份、色浆3份、泡孔调节剂5份、防水剂0.5份。
所述超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂的制备原料按重量份计包括:二异氰酸酯7份、聚酯多元醇20份、改性粘胶纤维8份、扩链剂2份、DMF 63份;
其中,所述改性粘胶纤维是将粘胶纤维于50℃、10wt%氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡30min后,水洗至中性,干燥,得预处理后的粘胶纤维;然后将棕榈酸、酸酐与浓硫酸混合,加热至80℃后加入预处理后的粘胶纤维,搅拌加热至100℃,并保温反应2h后过滤,所得滤渣用水、无水乙醇洗涤后,干燥,制得;预处理后的粘胶纤维与棕榈酸的重量比为1:4;酸酐与棕榈酸的摩尔比为1:1。
所述贴面由涂布在离型纸上的干法贴面浆料制成,所述干法贴面浆料分为面料和底料,其中,面料由80重量份溶剂、80重量份革用干法聚氨酯树脂、6重量份色粉制成;底料由90重量份溶剂、100重量份革用干法聚氨酯树脂、6重量份色粉制成。
对比例1
将实施例1制备超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂中所用改性粘胶纤维省去,其余步骤按实施例1,制得不含改性粘胶纤维的合成革对照样1。
对比例2
将实施例1制备超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂中所用改性粘胶纤维替换为未经改性的粘胶纤维,其余步骤按实施例1,制得未经改性的合成革对照样2。
将按实施例1-3及对比例1-2制得的合成革样品进行耐水解性能测试,结果见表1。测试方法为,剪切长20cm、宽3cm的合成革样品,测定其水解前的剥离强度,然后将样品置于4%氢氧化钠水溶液中,室温静置24h后,用热水将样品中的残留氢氧化钠水溶液洗净,烘干,并测定水解后样品的剥离强度。

Claims (3)

1. 一种四面弹耐水解超软蛋白合成革,其包括湿法贝斯和贴合在所述湿法贝斯上的贴面,其中,所述湿法贝斯由涂布在基布上的湿法浆料制成,所述贴面由涂布在离型纸上的干法贴面浆料制成,其特征在于:所述湿法浆料由以下重量份原料制成:超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂100份、DMF 50-60份、色浆2-3份、泡孔调节剂3-5份、防水剂0.2-0.5份;
所述干法贴面浆料分为面料和底料,其中,面料由80重量份溶剂、80重量份革用干法聚氨酯树脂、3-6重量份色粉制成;底料由90重量份溶剂、100重量份革用干法聚氨酯树脂、3-6重量份色粉制成;
所述超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂的制备原料按重量份计包括:二异氰酸酯7-10份、聚酯多元醇15-20份、改性粘胶纤维3-8份、扩链剂2-5份、DMF 60-70份;
所述改性粘胶纤维是将粘胶纤维于50℃、10wt%氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡30min后,水洗至中性,干燥,得预处理后的粘胶纤维;然后将棕榈酸、酸酐与浓硫酸混合,加热至80℃后加入预处理后的粘胶纤维,搅拌加热至100℃,并保温反应2h后过滤,所得滤渣用水、无水乙醇洗涤后,干燥,制得;其中,预处理后的粘胶纤维与棕榈酸的重量比为1:3-10;酸酐与棕榈酸的摩尔比为1:1;
所述基布为四面弹布料。
2.根据权利要求1所述四面弹耐水解超软蛋白合成革,其特征在于:所述溶剂为DMF和甲酯按重量比1:1混合制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述四面弹耐水解超软蛋白合成革,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)湿法贝斯的制备:按配比将超软耐水解聚氨酯树脂、DMF、色浆、泡孔调节剂、防水剂混合均匀,脱泡,制成湿法浆料;然后将所得混合浆料均匀涂布在基布上,再浸入20~30℃、浓度为10wt%的DMF溶液中凝固1~2h;待凝固完成后,利用挤压辊挤去多余凝固液,再用50~60℃的水进行水洗后,在100~120℃下烘干、扩幅、定型、收卷,得到湿法贝斯;
2)贴面的制备:将溶剂、革用干法聚氨酯树脂、色粉分别按配比混合制成底料和面料,然后依次刮涂于离型纸上,经烘干后得到贴面;
3)合成革的制备:将步骤1)所得湿法贝斯贴合到步骤2)所得贴面上,经烘干、冷却后将离型纸与贴合在其上的湿法贝斯分离、卷起,再经三版处理、揉纹处理,制得所述四面弹耐水解超软蛋白合成革。
