本发明涉及皮革技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种天然纤维增强抑菌、排汗、透湿四面弹力皮革。
背景技术
目前人造革领域材料抑菌功能,主要是通过银离子或者铜离子等化学抑菌助剂来实现,这类化学助剂需要严格控制用量,如果是用过量会对人的健康造成危害,而且在日常使用中随着磨损和清洗的次数增加,抑菌功能会逐渐的减弱甚至丧失。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种具有亲肤、透气、透湿以及抑菌等功能的天然纤维增强抑菌、排汗、透湿四面弹力皮革。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种天然纤维增强抑菌、排汗、透湿四面弹力皮革,其特征在于,该皮革由牛皮纤维四面弹针织布、湿法贝斯层和干法贴面层组成;其中,所述牛皮纤维四面弹针织布100-200份;所述湿法贝斯层200-300份;所述干法贴面层300-400份。
优选的,在上述一种天然纤维增强抑菌、排汗、透湿四面弹力皮革中,所述湿法贝斯层包含有柔软聚氨酯树脂,超软聚氨酯树脂,二甲基甲酰胺,泡孔调节剂,色浆,苎麻纤维粉末,甲壳质粉,分散剂和防水助剂。
优选的,在上述一种天然纤维增强抑菌、排汗、透湿四面弹力皮革中,所述干法贴面层由由面层浆料和底料组成;其中,所述面层浆料包含有二甲基甲酰胺,色片,柔软贴面聚氨酯树脂;底层浆料包含有二甲基甲酰胺,色片,柔软贴面聚氨酯树脂。
经由上述的技术方案可知,与现有技术相比,本发明的皮革产品的亲肤、透气、透湿以及抑菌功能,都是对传统皮革的革命性突破,解决了传统人造革不能贴身服用或者是贴身穿不舒服的痛点,极大增加了皮革的应用范围和消费者的穿着舒适性;利用牛皮纤维这种天然有机纤维完美的替代了传统银离子、铜离子等化学抑菌助剂,实现了面料天然抑菌功能,结合皮革透气涂层工艺制备该产品,极大提高了传统皮革的亲肤、透气及抑菌功能,扩大了皮革的应用范围。

本发明融合了纺织和人造革的生产工艺,利用传统牛皮生产过程中产生的边角废料,通过一系列回收工序(选料、浸渍、脱脂、开松、除杂)将废料变成牛皮纤维,再将牛皮纤维和纯棉纤维混纺,制备成胶原蛋白纤维纱线。胶原蛋白纤维纱线通过针织织造工艺制成达到制革要求的革基布,最终通过皮革湿法工艺和涂层透气工艺制成可以有多种用途的人造革面料,四面弹力,触感舒适,柔软细腻,透气性好,排汗、透湿,并具有天然的抗菌、防霉功能。本发明涉及纺织和人造革领域,是人造革领域的一项重大突破。
实施例1:
一种天然纤维增强抑菌、排汗、透湿四面弹力皮革由牛皮纤维四面弹针织布、湿法贝斯层和干法贴面层组成,1.各层用料配比:
其中,
牛皮纤维四面弹针织布105份;
湿法贝斯层所含组分按重量份计:柔软聚氨酯树脂50份,超软聚氨酯树脂50份,二甲基甲酰胺70份,泡孔调节剂4份,色浆1份,苎麻纤维粉末15份,甲壳质粉10份,分散剂0.2份和防水助剂0.2份;
干法贴面层由面层浆料和底料组成,面层浆料配比:二甲基甲酰胺70份,色片6份,柔软贴面聚氨酯树脂70份;底层浆料配比:二甲基甲酰胺90,色片5份,柔软贴面聚氨酯树脂110份;
具体步骤如下:
A.湿法贝斯层制备:先将按比例将二甲基甲酰胺,甲壳质粉、苎麻纤维超细粉末混合,使用200转/分的速度快速搅拌10分钟,再按比例依次加入泡孔调节助剂、防水助剂、超软聚氨酯树脂、柔软聚氨酯树脂、分散剂和色浆,600转/分速度高速搅拌25分钟进行真空脱泡形成聚氨酯浆料,随后在含1%的阴离子表面活性剂的水槽中对无纺皮布进行浸水处理,再经烫平辊加热去除无纺皮布中的水分,烫平辊的温度为80-90℃,将聚氨酯浆料均匀地涂覆在无纺皮布上,然后在二甲基甲酰胺含量为15%的水溶液中凝固10分钟,水溶液温度35℃,凝固结束后再经水洗100℃烘干得到牛皮纤维贝斯;
B.干法贴面层制备:将所述面层浆料和底层浆料按照上述配比组分,分别进行混合搅拌得到面层浆料和底层浆料,先将底层浆料涂覆在离型纸上经干燥、冷却工艺后再涂面层浆料,经烘干卷取得到干法贴面层;
C.成品革制备:通过贴合设备将步骤A中所述的湿法贝斯层于步骤B中所述的干法贴面层进行贴合,经干燥、冷却后剥离离型纸,得到成品革;
D.后段处理:将步骤C制成的成品革放入添加3%的柔软剂水溶液中通过揉纹设备进行水揉20分钟,水温40℃,水揉后轧干再进行干揉干燥,经60℃烘干15分钟,收卷制成四面弹皮革,成品厚度0.65-0.70mm。
实施例2:
一种天然纤维增强抑菌、排汗、透湿四面弹力皮革由牛皮纤维四面弹针织布、湿法贝斯层和干法贴面层组成,1.各层用料配比:

B.干法贴面层制备:将所述面层浆料和底层浆料按照上述配比组分,分别进行混合搅拌得到面层浆料和底层浆料,先将底层浆料涂覆在离型纸上经干燥、冷却工艺后再涂面层浆料,经烘干卷取得到干法贴面层;
C.成品革制备:通过贴合设备将步骤A中所述的湿法贝斯层于步骤B中所述的干法贴面层进行贴合,经干燥、冷却后剥离离型纸,得到成品革;
D.后段处理:将步骤C制成的成品革放入添加3%的柔软剂水溶液中通过揉纹设备进行水揉20分钟,水温30-40℃,水揉后轧干再进行干揉干燥,经60℃烘干15分钟后制成超软牛皮纤维四面弹皮革,成品克重260-275克每平方米。

湿法贝斯层所含组分按重量份计:柔软聚氨酯树脂30份,超软聚氨酯树脂70份,二甲基甲酰胺70份,泡孔调节剂3份,色浆2份,苎麻纤维粉末18份,甲壳质粉10份,分散剂0.2份
干法贴面层由面层浆料和底料组成,面层浆料配比:二甲基甲酰胺80份,色片6份,柔软贴面聚氨酯树脂80份;底层浆料配比:二甲基甲酰胺90,色片4份,柔软贴面聚氨酯树脂100份
具体步骤如下:
A.湿法贝斯层制备:先将按比例将二甲基甲酰胺,甲壳质粉、苎麻纤维超细粉末混合,使用200转/分的速度快速搅拌8分钟,再按比例依次加入泡孔调节助剂、防水助剂、超软聚氨酯树脂、柔软聚氨酯树脂、分散剂和色浆,600转/分速度高速搅拌30分钟进行真空脱泡形成聚氨酯浆料,随后在含1%的阴离子表面活性剂的水槽中对无纺皮布进行浸水处理,再经烫平辊加热去除无纺皮布中的水分,烫平辊的温度为80-100℃,将聚氨酯浆料均匀地涂覆在无纺皮布上,然后在二甲基甲酰胺含量为15%的水溶液中凝固10分钟,水溶液温度30℃,凝固结束后再经水洗80℃烘干得到牛皮纤维贝斯;
B.干法贴面层制备:将所述面层浆料和底层浆料按照上述配比组分,分别进行混合搅拌得到面层浆料和底层浆料,先将底层浆料涂覆在离型纸上经干燥、冷却工艺后再涂面层浆料,经烘干卷取得到干法贴面层;
C.成品革制备:通过贴合设备将步骤A中所述的湿法贝斯层于步骤B中所述的干法贴面层进行贴合,经干燥、冷却后剥离离型纸,得到成品革;
D.后段处理:将步骤C制成的成品革放入添加3%的柔软剂水溶液中通过揉纹设备进行水揉20分钟,水温40℃,水揉后轧干再进行干揉干燥,经60℃烘干制成超软牛皮纤维四面弹皮革,成品厚度0.6-0.65mm,单位克重230-245克每平方米.
本实施超软牛皮纤维人造革进行抗菌、色牢度、柔软度以及物理性能测试,胶原蛋白纤维皮革成品抗菌率达到90%以上,ISO12947-2:1998马丁代尔测试结果达到60000转以上,水洗和摩擦色牢度均达到3级以上。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

Claims (3)
1.一种天然纤维增强抑菌、排汗、透湿四面弹力皮革,其特征在于,该皮革由牛皮纤维四面弹针织布、湿法贝斯层和干法贴面层组成;其中,所述牛皮纤维四面弹针织布100-200份;所述湿法贝斯层200-300份;所述干法贴面层300-400份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然纤维增强抑菌、排汗、透湿四面弹力皮革,其特征在于,所述湿法贝斯层包含有柔软聚氨酯树脂,超软聚氨酯树脂,二甲基甲酰胺,泡孔调节剂,色浆,苎麻纤维粉末,甲壳质粉,分散剂和防水助剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种天然纤维增强抑菌、排汗、透湿四面弹力皮革,其特征在于,所述干法贴面层由由面层浆料和底料组成;其中,所述面层浆料包含有二甲基甲酰胺,色片,柔软贴面聚氨酯树脂;底层浆料包含有二甲基甲酰胺,色片,柔软贴面聚氨酯树脂。
