技术领域
本发明涉一种合成革制造领域,特别是指一种无氟环保型运动鞋材合成革生产工艺。
背景技术
目前合成革为提高其耐水解性能,生产过程中都是采用含有氟聚醚类的耐水解树脂进行制作,这种传统的生产工艺虽然在一定程度上提高了合成革的耐水解性能,但是这种合成革在生产和使用过程中会产生氟碳化合物排放,氟碳化合物排放会造成环境污染,影响人体健康。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种无氟环保型运动鞋材合成革生产工艺,该工艺方法所采用的材料为无氟树脂,避免了对环境的侵害和污染。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种无氟环保型运动鞋材合成革生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法备料:
湿法贝斯涂刮料包括:100kg湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨脂树脂、20-80kg无氟二甲基甲酰胺、0.5-2kg无氟表面活性剂、0.5-5kg湿法无氟耐水解助剂和3-13kg湿法无氟耐水解色浆;
湿法贝斯含浸料包括:100kg湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨脂树脂、100-500kg无氟二甲基甲酰胺、0.5-2kg无氟表面活性剂、0.1-5kg耐水解助剂和5-15kg湿法无氟耐水解色浆;
步骤二:湿法贝斯涂刮料混合配料:
a.将10-15kg无氟二甲基甲酰胺与湿法无氟耐水解色浆高速搅拌均匀,过滤静止待用;
b.剩余的无氟二甲基甲酰胺、湿法无氟耐水解助剂以及无氟表面活性剂加入可抽负压的真空反应釜中混合搅拌;
c.将步骤a中获得的混合物放入反应釜中再搅拌5-15分钟后加入湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀,对反应釜抽负压,混合物在负压状态下消泡,消泡后过滤,然后静止自然消泡待用;
步骤三:湿法贝斯含浸料混合配料:
d.将10-15kg无氟二甲基甲酰胺与湿法无氟耐水解色浆高速搅拌均匀,过滤静止待用;
e.将湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂和剩余的无氟二甲基甲酰胺高速搅拌均匀后,再加入无氟表面活性剂和步骤d中配好的混合物,搅拌均匀后静止待用;
步骤四:湿法贝斯生产:
f.将无纺布放入步骤三中获得的湿法贝斯含浸混合液中,使其充分湿润;
g.含浸处理后的无纺布通过定量辊,使无纺布内含有定量的无氟高耐水解聚氨脂树脂;
h.在无纺布表面涂刮步骤二中制得的湿法贝斯涂刮料混合液,然后,进入质量百分比浓度为15%-25%的DMF凝固池凝固成膜;
j.挤压水洗后烘干定型形成湿法贝斯;
k.检验步骤j中制得的湿法贝斯外观,并测试物性,检测合格即待用;
步骤五:干法混合配料:
将10-70kg无氟二甲基甲酰胺和100kg干法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀,再缓缓加10-30kg无氟耐水解色浆和0.1-1.0kg无氟表面活性剂高速搅拌均匀,过滤密封静止待用;
步骤六:干法贴面:
将步骤五中配合好的干法混合液涂刮在离型纸上,然后通过无氟粘合剂贴合步骤四中得到的湿法贝斯合格品,干燥后与离型纸分离。
步骤七:检测包装:
对成品进行外观检验、物性和化性的测试,检测合格后进行包装。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤二的a分步中无氟二甲基甲酰胺与湿法无氟耐水解色浆高速搅拌15-20分钟;步骤二的b分步中无氟二甲基甲酰胺、湿法无氟耐水解助剂以及无氟表面活性剂在可抽负压的真空反应釜中混合搅拌15-20分钟;步骤二的c分步中加入湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂后搅拌1.5-2个小时,且温度控制在20℃-40℃之间;步骤三的d分步中无氟二甲基甲酰胺与湿法无氟耐水解色浆搅拌15-20分钟;步骤三的e分步中湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂和剩余的无氟二甲基甲酰胺搅拌20-30分钟后加入无氟表面活性剂和步骤d中配好的混合物搅拌30-50分钟;步骤五中无氟二甲基甲酰胺和干法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂搅拌15-20分钟,再加无氟耐水解色浆和无氟表面活性剂搅拌35-50分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤二的c分步中反应釜抽负压达到0.06-0.08MPa,在负压状态下经过1-2.5小时脱泡。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤四的g分步中定量辊的定量间隙为50-100丝。

实施例:一种无氟环保型运动鞋材合成革生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法混合备料:
湿法贝斯涂刮料按下表进行湿法配料进行备料:

步骤二:湿法贝斯涂刮料混合配料:
a.按上述配料表将10-15kg的无氟二甲基甲酰胺与湿法无氟耐水解色浆高速搅拌15-20分钟,过滤静止待用;
b.将剩余的无氟二甲基甲酰胺和湿法无氟耐水解助剂以及无氟表面活性剂加入可抽负压的真空反应釜中混合搅拌15-20分钟;
c.将步骤a中制得的混合料放入反应釜中再搅拌5-15分钟后加入湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂搅拌,温度控制20℃-40℃,搅拌时间为1.5-2个小时使其充分混合均匀,然后对反应釜抽负压到0.06-0.08MPa,经过1-2.5小时脱泡后过滤,静止自然消泡待用;
步骤三:湿法贝斯含浸料混合配料:
d.将10-15kg的无氟二甲基甲酰胺与湿法无氟耐水解色浆高速搅拌15-20分钟,过滤静止待用;
e.将湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂和剩余的无氟二甲基甲酰胺高速搅拌20-30分钟后加入无氟表面活性剂和步骤d中制得的混合料搅拌30-50分钟,静止待用;
步骤四:湿法贝斯生产:
f.将无纺布放入步骤三中获得的湿法贝斯含浸混合液中,使其充分湿润;
g.含浸处理后的无纺布通过定量间隙为50-100丝的定量辊,使无纺布内含有定量的无氟高耐水解聚氨脂树脂;
h.在无纺布表面涂刮步骤二中制得的湿法贝斯涂刮料混合液,然后,进入质量百分比浓度为15%-25%的DMF凝固池凝固成膜;
j.挤压水洗,水温30℃-60℃,然后,在烘干定型机中烘干定型形成湿法贝斯,定型温度控制在100℃-140℃;
k.检验步骤j中制得的湿法贝斯外观,并测试物性,检测合格即待用;
步骤五:干法混合配料:
干法涂刮料按下表进行湿法配料进行备料:

步骤六:干法贴面:
将步骤五中配合好的干法混合液涂刮在未被污染的有一定花纹的离型纸上,通过无氟粘合剂贴合已生产的湿法贝斯,经100-150度温度干燥,干燥时间为5-15分钟,与离型纸分离,通过干法离型纸转移贴面的方法使其成为有花纹的运动鞋革的成品;
步骤七:检测包装:
对成品进行外观检验、物性和化性的测试,检测合格后进行包装。
本发明秉着减少氟碳化合物排放对环境保护的理念进行开发,使用了无氟型耐水解树脂生产合成革产品,生产的合成革产品解决了常规有氟耐水解对环境的侵害,其性能优异于常规的有氟聚醚类的耐水解树脂,本发明生产的合成革手感柔软,弹性优秀,剥离强度高,在质量百分比浓度为10%的常温NaOH溶液中浸泡24小时-48小时,浸泡后产品都无明显的变化,采用本发明生产的合成革是一种耐水解性能强,物性高,化性环保的合成革产品。

步骤一:湿法备料:
湿法贝斯涂刮料包括:100kg湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨脂树脂、20-80kg无氟二甲基甲酰胺、0.5-2kg无氟表面活性剂、0.5-5kg湿法无氟耐水解助剂和3-13kg湿法无氟耐水解色浆;
湿法贝斯含浸料包括:100kg湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨脂树脂、100-500kg无氟二甲基甲酰胺、0.5-2kg无氟表面活性剂、0.1-5kg耐水解助剂和5-15kg湿法无氟耐水解色浆;
步骤二:湿法贝斯涂刮料混合配料:
a.将10-15kg无氟二甲基甲酰胺与湿法无氟耐水解色浆高速搅拌均匀,过滤静止待用;
b.剩余的无氟二甲基甲酰胺、湿法无氟耐水解助剂以及无氟表面活性剂加入可抽负压的真空反应釜中混合搅拌;
c.将步骤a中获得的混合物放入反应釜中再搅拌5-15分钟后加入湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀,对反应釜抽负压,混合物在负压状态下消泡,消泡后过滤,然后静止自然消泡待用;

g.含浸处理后的无纺布通过定量辊,使无纺布内含有定量的无氟高耐水解聚氨脂树脂;
h.在无纺布表面涂刮步骤二中制得的湿法贝斯涂刮料混合液,然后,进入质量百分比浓度为15%-25%的DMF凝固池凝固成膜;
j.挤压水洗后烘干定型形成湿法贝斯;
k.检验步骤j中制得的湿法贝斯外观,并测试物性,检测合格即待用;
步骤五:干法混合配料:
将10-70kg无氟二甲基甲酰胺和100kg干法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂搅拌均匀,再缓缓加10-30kg无氟耐水解色浆和0.1-1.0kg无氟表面活性剂高速搅拌均匀,过滤密封静止待用;
步骤六:干法贴面:
将步骤五中配合好的干法混合液涂刮在离型纸上,然后通过无氟粘合剂贴合步骤四中得到的湿法贝斯合格品,干燥后与离型纸分离。
步骤七:检测包装:
对成品进行外观检验、物性和化性的测试,检测合格后进行包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无氟环保型运动鞋材合成革生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二的a分步中无氟二甲基甲酰胺与湿法无氟耐水解色浆高速搅拌15-20分钟;步骤二的b分步中无氟二甲基甲酰胺、湿法无氟耐水解助剂以及无氟表面活性剂在可抽负压的真空反应釜中混合搅拌15-20分钟;步骤二的c分步中加入湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂后搅拌1.5-2个小时,且温度控制在20℃-40℃之间;步骤三的d分步中无氟二甲基甲酰胺与湿法无氟耐水解色浆搅拌15-20分钟;步骤三的e分步中湿法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂和剩余的无氟二甲基甲酰胺搅拌20-30分钟后加入无氟表面活性剂和步骤d中配好的混合物搅拌30-50分钟;步骤五中无氟二甲基甲酰胺和干法无氟高耐水解聚氨酯树脂搅拌15-20分钟,再加无氟耐水解色浆和无氟表面活性剂搅拌35-50分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无氟环保型运动鞋材合成革生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二的c分步中反应釜抽负压达到0.06-0.08MPa,在负压状态下经过1-2.5小时脱泡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无氟环保型运动鞋材合成革生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四的g分步中定量辊的定量间隙为50-100丝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的无氟环保型运动鞋材合成革生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四的j分步中水洗时的水温为30℃-60℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无氟环保型运动鞋材合成革生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤四的j分步中在烘干定型机中进行烘干定型,烘干定型时定型温度控制在100℃-140℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的无氟环保型运动鞋材合成革生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤六中离型纸选用未被污染的有一定花纹的离型纸。
8.根据权利要求1所述的无氟环保型运动鞋材合成革生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤六中在100-150度温度条件下进行干燥,干燥时间为5-15分钟。
