本发明涉及一种环保阻燃人造革,所述人造革包括由外而内粘合在一起的聚氨酯层、阻燃层、基布层;所述聚氨酯层其由以下重量份计成分组成:水性聚氨酯50‑65份、栀子汁2‑6份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶40‑50份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1‑3份、蓖麻油2‑3份、甲壳素1‑3份,阻燃层其由以下重量份计成分组成:膨胀珍珠岩25‑40份、栀子汁3‑6份、树脂30‑60份、二苯胺1‑3份、溴化聚苯乙烯15‑20份。本发明人造革具有更好的耐高温、阻燃等性能,且采用的原料无毒安全,对人体不会造成危害。

一种环保阻燃人造革
技术领域
本发明属于人造革领域,尤其涉及一种环保阻燃人造革。
背景技术
人造革是一种外观、手感似皮革并可代替其使用的塑料制品。通常以织物为底基,涂覆合成树脂及各种塑料添加制成。上世纪八十年代,昂贵的皮衣皮料一般人消费不起,应市场需求,仿冒皮革的人造革一度流行起来,被广泛应用于制衣、制包。这样仿冒皮革的人造革衣服、包包一度充斥街头,满足了人们穿皮戴皮的愿望。与皮革相比,人造革易于老化磨损,因含有大量化学原料而对人身健康产生危害,而且用其制作的衣包因不耐用而逐渐失去市场,直至被其他原料取代。因此提供一种耐磨、阻燃的且安全的人造革是现阶段的目标。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保阻燃人造革,解决了目前人造革不耐磨、不阻燃、对人体有害的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种环保阻燃人造革,所述人造革包括由外而内粘合在一起的聚氨酯层、阻燃层、基布层;
所述聚氨酯层其由以下重量份计成分组成:水性聚氨酯50-65份、栀子汁2-6份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶40-50份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-3份、蓖麻油2-3份、甲壳素1-3份,
阻燃层其由以下重量份计成分组成:膨胀珍珠岩25-40份、栀子汁3-6份、树脂30-60份、二苯胺1-3份、溴化聚苯乙烯15-20份。
优选的,所述聚氨酯层其由以下重量份计成分组成:水性聚氨酯57份、栀子汁4份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶46份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、蓖麻油2份、甲壳素2份。
优选的阻燃层其由以下重量份计成分组成:膨胀珍珠岩35份、栀子汁5份、树脂45份、二苯胺2份、溴化聚苯乙烯17份。
一种环保阻燃人造革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将膨胀珍珠岩、树脂、溴化聚苯乙烯混合,通入惰性气体,逐渐升温至230-240℃,搅拌反应30-60min,冷却到100-120℃,加入栀子汁、二苯胺,继续搅拌反应2-3h,冷却至常温;
(2)将基布层浸渍到步骤(1)获得的阻燃浆料中,浸渍处理5-10min,接着刮涂、凝固;
(3)将水性聚氨酯、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、聚二甲基硅氧烷混合,通入惰性气体,逐渐升温至255-270℃,搅拌反应1-2h,冷却到100-120℃,加入栀子汁、蓖麻油、甲壳素,继续搅拌反应2-3h,冷却至常温,在将其涂覆于步骤(2)获得的基布上,刮涂、凝固、水洗,烘干。
本发明的优点在于:本发明所制阻燃皮革还解决了皮革易燃的问题,且解决了燃烧时会释放出有毒气体和烟雾的问题。它同时降低了皮革的可燃性及减慢了火焰蔓延速度,当火焰移去后能快速熄灭,不再燃烧。本发明所制阻燃皮革性能稳定,无污染,环保节能,而且成本低,易操作,所制皮革具有高阻燃性能、粒面紧实,具有优异的物理化学性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保阻燃人造革,所述人造革包括由外而内粘合在一起的聚氨酯层、阻燃层、基布层;
所述聚氨酯层其由以下重量份计成分组成:水性聚氨酯57份、栀子汁4份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶46份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、蓖麻油2份、甲壳素2份。
阻燃层其由以下重量份计成分组成:膨胀珍珠岩35份、栀子汁5份、树脂45份、二苯胺2份、溴化聚苯乙烯17份。
一种环保阻燃人造革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将膨胀珍珠岩、树脂、溴化聚苯乙烯混合,通入惰性气体,逐渐升温至230-240℃,搅拌反应50min,冷却到100℃,加入栀子汁、二苯胺,继续搅拌反应3h,冷却至常温;
(2)将基布层浸渍到步骤(1)获得的阻燃浆料中,浸渍处理10min,接着刮涂、凝固;
(3)将水性聚氨酯、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、聚二甲基硅氧烷混合,通入惰性气体,逐渐升温至270℃,搅拌反应2h,冷却到100℃,加入栀子汁、蓖麻油、甲壳素,继续搅拌反应2h,冷却至常温,在将其涂覆于步骤(2)获得的基布上,刮涂、凝固、水洗,烘干。
实施例2
一种环保阻燃人造革,所述人造革包括由外而内粘合在一起的聚氨酯层、阻燃层、基布层;
所述聚氨酯层其由以下重量份计成分组成:水性聚氨酯50份、栀子汁2份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶40份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1份、蓖麻油2份、甲壳素1份,
阻燃层其由以下重量份计成分组成:膨胀珍珠岩25份、栀子汁3份、树脂30份、二苯胺1份、溴化聚苯乙烯15份。
一种环保阻燃人造革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将膨胀珍珠岩、树脂、溴化聚苯乙烯混合,通入惰性气体,逐渐升温至230℃,搅拌反应30min,冷却到100℃,加入栀子汁、二苯胺,继续搅拌反应2h,冷却至常温;
(2)将基布层浸渍到步骤(1)获得的阻燃浆料中,浸渍处理5min,接着刮涂、凝固;
(3)将水性聚氨酯、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、聚二甲基硅氧烷混合,通入惰性气体,逐渐升温至260℃,搅拌反应1h,冷却到110℃,加入栀子汁、蓖麻油、甲壳素,继续搅拌反应2h,冷却至常温,在将其涂覆于步骤(2)获得的基布上,刮涂、凝固、水洗,烘干。
实施例3
一种环保阻燃人造革,所述人造革包括由外而内粘合在一起的聚氨酯层、阻燃层、基布层;
所述聚氨酯层其由以下重量份计成分组成:水性聚氨酯65份、栀子汁6份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶50份、聚二甲基硅氧烷3份、蓖麻油3份、甲壳素3份,
阻燃层其由以下重量份计成分组成:膨胀珍珠岩40份、栀子汁6份、树脂60份、二苯胺1-3份、溴化聚苯乙烯20份。
一种环保阻燃人造革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将膨胀珍珠岩、树脂、溴化聚苯乙烯混合,通入惰性气体,逐渐升温至240℃,搅拌反应60min,冷却到120℃,加入栀子汁、二苯胺,继续搅拌反应3h,冷却至常温;
(2)将基布层浸渍到步骤(1)获得的阻燃浆料中,浸渍处理5-10min,接着刮涂、凝固;
(3)将水性聚氨酯、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、聚二甲基硅氧烷混合,通入惰性气体,逐渐升温至255℃,搅拌反应2h,冷却到120℃,加入栀子汁、蓖麻油、甲壳素,继续搅拌反应3h,冷却至常温,在将其涂覆于步骤(2)获得的基布上,刮涂、凝固、水洗,烘干。
实验结果:
所制得的阻燃皮革根据国家阻燃材料标准ANSI/UL-94-1985标准B级阻燃级别进行检测,其阻燃性能检测方法如下 :94HB级的水平燃烧试验方法, 检测方法采用长127mm,宽12.7mm, 最小厚度3mm的小条状试样,在无通风的试验箱中进行。在76.2mm标距上的燃烧速度不大于38.1mm/min,或在达到 102mm 标线之前必须停止燃烧。
经过检测制的的阻燃皮革,其燃烧速度为19mm/min。

Claims (1)

1.一种环保阻燃人造革,其特征在于:所述人造革包括由外而内粘合在一起的聚氨酯层、阻燃层、基布层;
所述聚氨酯层其由以下重量份计成分组成:水性聚氨酯57份、栀子汁4份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶46份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份、蓖麻油2份、甲壳素2份,
阻燃层其由以下重量份计成分组成:膨胀珍珠岩35份、栀子汁5份、树脂45份、二苯胺2份、溴化聚苯乙烯17份;
其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将膨胀珍珠岩、树脂、溴化聚苯乙烯混合,通入惰性气体,逐渐升温至230-240℃,搅拌反应30-60min,冷却到100-120℃,加入栀子汁、二苯胺,继续搅拌反应2-3h,冷却至常温;
(2)将基布层浸渍到步骤(1)获得的阻燃浆料中,浸渍处理5-10min,接着刮涂、凝固;
(3)将水性聚氨酯、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、聚二甲基硅氧烷混合,通入惰性气体,逐渐升温至255-270℃,搅拌反应1-2h,冷却到100-120℃,加入栀子汁、蓖麻油、甲壳素,继续搅拌反应2-3h,冷却至常温,在将其涂覆于步骤(2)获得的基布上,刮涂、凝固、水洗,烘干。
