随着社会的不断发展,人造革行业得到了快速的发展。人造革被广泛的运用于沙发、鞋业、服装业和汽车坐垫等领域。目前使用的汽车坐垫皮革多种多样,但是经过长期使用后会发现,汽车坐垫皮革的质地不柔软,还会出现老化、表皮脱落等现象,这样不但会严重影响到汽车坐垫本身的外在美观度,而且使得汽车坐垫本身的使用寿命会大大降低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决上述背景技术中的现有技术存在的问题,提供一种汽车坐垫皮革的制备方法,加工工艺简单,制得的汽车坐垫皮革质地柔软,耐磨强度高,耐老化,使用寿命长。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种汽车坐垫皮革的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:制作强力无纺布,将涤纶短纤原料进行开松梳理成棉网,对棉网进行5次~8次的反复折叠得到折叠棉网,对折叠棉网进行针刺得到针刺无纺布,在所得针刺无纺布上铺附玻纤网格布并进行针刺得到网格无纺布,将网格无纺布在150℃~180℃ 下进行热定型得到强力无纺布成品;
步骤二:制作水性聚氨酯浆料,水性聚氨酯浆料的组分,以重量份为单位,包括100份的水性聚氨酯树脂、0.25份~0.45份的乳化硅油、0.05份~0.15份的聚乙烯醇、0.15份~0.35份的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.15份~0.35份的聚四氟乙烯、0.25份~0.45份的二月桂酸二丁基锡和0.05份~0.15份的氯化聚乙烯,将所有的组分混合均匀得到水性聚氨酯浆料;
步骤三:通过烘箱对强力无纺布进行上浆预热处理,预热温度为70℃~75℃,预热时间为2 .50h~3.50h;
步骤四:在强力无纺布上均匀涂有2层~3层的水性聚氨酯浆料,并通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为140℃~150℃,烘干时间为6.50 h~8.50h;
步骤五:在初成革上均匀涂有1层~2层的四氟二氯乙烷,并通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为100℃~120℃,烘干时间为3 .50h~4.50h;
步骤六:在初成革上均匀涂有3层~4层的碱性染色剂或酸性染色剂;
步骤七:在初成革上均匀涂有1层~2层的颜料,并通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为80℃~90℃,烘干时间为1 .50h~2.50h得到成品革。
进一步具体地说,上述技术方案中,所述的步骤六中,当在初成革上均匀涂有3层~4层的碱性染色剂时,通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为130℃~160℃,烘干时间为5.50h~6.50h。
进一步具体地说,上述技术方案中,所述的步骤六中,当在初成革上均匀涂有3层~4层的酸性染色剂时,通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为110℃~120℃,烘干时间为3.50 h~4.50h。
进一步具体地说,上述技术方案中,所述的步骤二中,乳化硅油的重量份为0.35份,聚乙烯醇的重量份为0.10份,聚二甲基硅氧烷的重量份为0.25份,聚四氟乙烯的重量份为0.25份,二月桂酸二丁基锡的重量份为0.35份,氯化聚乙烯的重量份为0.10份。

实施例2
一种汽车坐垫皮革的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:制作强力无纺布,将涤纶短纤原料进行开松梳理成棉网,对棉网进行6次的反复折叠得到折叠棉网,对折叠棉网进行针刺得到针刺无纺布,在所得针刺无纺布上铺附玻纤网格布并进行针刺得到网格无纺布,将网格无纺布在160℃ 下进行热定型得到强力无纺布成品;
步骤二:制作水性聚氨酯浆料,水性聚氨酯浆料的组分,以重量份为单位,包括水性聚氨酯树脂、乳化硅油、聚乙烯醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚四氟乙烯、二月桂酸二丁基锡和氯化聚乙烯,水性聚氨酯树脂的重量份为100份,乳化硅油的重量份为0.35份,聚乙烯醇的重量份为0.10份,聚二甲基硅氧烷的重量份为0.25份,聚四氟乙烯的重量份为0.25份,二月桂酸二丁基锡的重量份为0.35份,氯化聚乙烯的重量份为0.10份,将所有的组分混合均匀得到水性聚氨酯浆料;
步骤三:通过烘箱对强力无纺布进行上浆预热处理,预热温度为72℃,预热时间为3h;
步骤四:在强力无纺布上均匀涂有3层的水性聚氨酯浆料,并通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为145℃,烘干时间为7.50h;
步骤五:在初成革上均匀涂有1层~2层的四氟二氯乙烷,并通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为110℃,烘干时间为4.0h;
步骤六:在初成革上均匀涂有4层的碱性染色剂或酸性染色剂;
步骤六中,当在初成革上均匀涂有4层的碱性染色剂时,通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为145℃,烘干时间为6.0h;
步骤六中,当在初成革上均匀涂有4层的酸性染色剂时,通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为115℃,烘干时间为4.0h;
步骤七:在初成革上均匀涂有2层的颜料,并通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为85℃,烘干时间为2.0h得到成品革。
实施例3
一种汽车坐垫皮革的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:制作强力无纺布,将涤纶短纤原料进行开松梳理成棉网,对棉网进行8次的反复折叠得到折叠棉网,对折叠棉网进行针刺得到针刺无纺布,在所得针刺无纺布上铺附玻纤网格布并进行针刺得到网格无纺布,将网格无纺布在180℃ 下进行热定型得到强力无纺布成品;
步骤二:制作水性聚氨酯浆料,水性聚氨酯浆料的组分,以重量份为单位,包括水性聚氨酯树脂、乳化硅油、聚乙烯醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚四氟乙烯、二月桂酸二丁基锡和氯化聚乙烯,水性聚氨酯树脂的重量份为100份,乳化硅油的重量份为0.45份,聚乙烯醇的重量份为0.15份,聚二甲基硅氧烷的重量份为0.35份,聚四氟乙烯的重量份为0.35份,二月桂酸二丁基锡的重量份为0.45份,氯化聚乙烯的重量份为0.15份,将所有的组分混合均匀得到水性聚氨酯浆料;
步骤三:通过烘箱对强力无纺布进行上浆预热处理,预热温度为75℃,预热时间为3.50h;
步骤四:在强力无纺布上均匀涂有3层的水性聚氨酯浆料,并通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为150℃,烘干时间为8.50h;
步骤五:在初成革上均匀涂有1层~2层的四氟二氯乙烷,并通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为120℃,烘干时间为4.50h;
步骤六:在初成革上均匀涂有4层的碱性染色剂或酸性染色剂;
步骤六中,当在初成革上均匀涂有4层的碱性染色剂时,通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为160℃,烘干时间为6.50h;
步骤六中,当在初成革上均匀涂有4层的酸性染色剂时,通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为120℃,烘干时间为4.50h;
步骤七:在初成革上均匀涂有2层的颜料,并通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为90℃,烘干时间为2.50h得到成品革。
将三个实施例中生产出来的成品一、成品二、成品三进行相同条件下的实验,发现成品二的柔软性最佳、耐磨性能和耐老化性能最佳。

Claims (4)
1.一种汽车坐垫皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一:制作强力无纺布,将涤纶短纤原料进行开松梳理成棉网,对棉网进行5次~8次的反复折叠得到折叠棉网,对折叠棉网进行针刺得到针刺无纺布,在所得针刺无纺布上铺附玻纤网格布并进行针刺得到网格无纺布,将网格无纺布在150℃~180℃ 下进行热定型得到强力无纺布成品;
步骤二:制作水性聚氨酯浆料,水性聚氨酯浆料的组分,以重量份为单位,包括100份的水性聚氨酯树脂、0.25份~0.45份的乳化硅油、0.05份~0.15份的聚乙烯醇、0.15份~0.35份的聚二甲基硅氧烷、0.15份~0.35份的聚四氟乙烯、0.25份~0.45份的二月桂酸二丁基锡和0.05份~0.15份的氯化聚乙烯,将所有的组分混合均匀得到水性聚氨酯浆料;
步骤三:通过烘箱对强力无纺布进行上浆预热处理,预热温度为70℃~75℃,预热时间为2 .50h~3.50h;
步骤四:在强力无纺布上均匀涂有2层~3层的水性聚氨酯浆料,并通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为140℃~150℃,烘干时间为6.50 h~8.50h;
步骤五:在初成革上均匀涂有1层~2层的四氟二氯乙烷,并通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为100℃~120℃,烘干时间为3 .50h~4.50h;
步骤六:在初成革上均匀涂有3层~4层的碱性染色剂或酸性染色剂;
步骤七:在初成革上均匀涂有1层~2层的颜料,并通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为80℃~90℃,烘干时间为1 .50h~2.50h得到成品革。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车坐垫皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤六中,当在初成革上均匀涂有3层~4层的碱性染色剂时,通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为130℃~160℃,烘干时间为5.5 0h~6.50h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车坐垫皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤六中,当在初成革上均匀涂有3层~4层的酸性染色剂时,通过烘箱对其进行烘干,烘干温度为110℃~120℃,烘干时间为3.50 h~4.50h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车坐垫皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤二中,乳化硅油的重量份为0.35份,聚乙烯醇的重量份为0.10份,聚二甲基硅氧烷的重量份为0.25份,聚四氟乙烯的重量份为0.25份,二月桂酸二丁基锡的重量份为0.35份,氯化聚乙烯的重量份为0.10份。
