本发明公开了一种水性压变商标革制备工艺,将100重量份水性聚氨脂湿法树脂、0.5‑1.0重量份分散剂、10‑20重量份木粉搅拌均匀,加入4‑6重量份发泡剂、0.5‑2重量份水性色浆和1‑2重量份增稠剂搅拌均匀获得湿法浆料,将基布在酸水中含浸后烘半干,将过滤后的湿法浆料发泡到1.3‑1.4倍率,再涂刮在基布上,经凝固、轧水、水洗和干燥得湿法贝斯,将100重量份水性压变干法树脂、0.5‑1.0重量份分散剂、5‑8重量份水性色浆和1‑2重量份增稠剂搅匀得干法面料和干法底料,将干法面料涂刮于离型纸上,干燥后再涂刮干法底料并粘合湿法贝斯,本发明获得的商标革健康、环保,商标受压变色效果明显、美观。

水性压变商标革制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉一种合成革制造领域,特别是指一种水性压变商标革制备工艺。
背景技术
商标革也称为压变PU,商标革受到外界压力作用后,革面受力处发生颜色变化,经热压后的图案颜色相比原底色更深,有明显的差别,增强了视觉效果,美化了产品外表,可压印品牌LOGO、文字、图案等,主要用于中高档笔记本,记事本、商标制作、万用手册、奖证书、名片册、名片包、支票夹、钥匙包、银包、护照包、经理包、皮具礼品等。目前传统的商标革是采用顶层和顶层下的变色层形成的压变效果,变色层由脂肪族干法PU树脂、DMF、醋酸乙酯、高模量PU树脂颗粒、气相二氧化硅和聚丙烯蜡微粉混合而成,这种材料混合配料时,DMF具有毒性,生产时其对眼、皮肤和呼吸道有刺激作用,成品合成革长期使用也会有有害物挥发出来,污染环境,不利于人体健康,且商标受压后变色不明显,其变色层位于底层下侧,在有的角度观看不到变色。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种水性压变商标革制备工艺,采用该工艺方法生产的商标革表面压LOGO后变色,凸显商标,外形美观。
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案:一种水性压变商标革制备工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法混合配料:
a、将100重量份水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜搅拌,加入0.5-1.0重量份分散剂,然后缓慢加入10-20重量份木粉搅拌均匀;
b、向步骤a中获得的混合物中加入4-6重量份发泡剂搅拌搅拌均匀,再加入0.5-2重量份水性色浆充分搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入1-2重量份增稠剂搅拌均匀;
c、对步骤b中获得的混合物进行粘度检测,在低于40度的温度条件下混合物的粘度指标达到20000-25000cps为合格,对检测合格的混合物进行过滤待用;
步骤二:湿法贝斯生产:
将基布放入质量百分浓度为1.5-2%的酸水溶液中含浸处理,然后烘半干形成纺织布纤维,将步骤一中过滤好的湿法浆料通过发泡机发泡到1.3-1.4倍率,将发泡后的湿法浆料涂刮在纺织布纤维上,浸入质量百分浓度为4.5-5%的酸水溶液中进行凝固,然后顺序经过至少一道轧水工序、水洗工序和干燥工序最后得到湿法贝斯;
步骤三:干法混合配料:
将100重量份水性压变干法树脂、0.5-1.0重量份分散剂和5-8重量份水性色浆混合搅拌均匀,再加入1-2重量份增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为5000-6000CPS,形成干法面料;
将100重量份聚氨酯干法树脂、0.5-1.0重量份分散剂和5-8重量份水性色浆混合搅拌均匀,再加入1-2重量份增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为15000-20000CPS,形成干法底料;
步骤四 干法贴面:
将步骤三中配制好的干法面料涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,经过干燥后再涂刮干法底料,然后在干法底料上粘合步骤二中获得的湿法贝斯,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离;
步骤五 成品检查。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一的a分步中100重量份水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜以300-500转/分钟的速度进行搅拌,加入0.8重量份分散剂,然后缓慢加入15重量份木粉在反应釜内以400-600转/分钟的转速进行搅拌30分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一b分步中加入发泡剂后以300-400转/分钟的转速进行搅拌5分钟左右,然后再加入水性色浆。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤一b分步中缓慢加入增稠剂,并在混合物增稠过程中注意观察分散情况来控制添加的速度,加入增稠剂过程中反应釜转速控制在500-600转/分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤二中的酸水溶液为草酸水溶液或甲酸水溶液。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤二中预处理的基布经过温度为100度的热烫轮烘半干。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤四中干法面料在烘箱内进行烘干,干法贴面车速在10-15米/min。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用纯水性材料制作商标革,获得的产品为纯水性生态革,没有DMF和其他溶剂,避免了有害物质挥发,有利于人体健康和环境保护,且变色层位于人造革面层上,商标受压变色效果明显,在任意角度都能够清晰呈现,面层上通过离型纸上花纹,使得商标受压变色的同时具有清晰的花纹,使得商标更美观。

具体实施方式
实施例:一种水性压变商标革制备工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法合配料:
湿法涂刮料按下表进行备料:

a、将湿法水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜以300-500转/分钟的速度搅拌,加入分散剂,然后缓慢加入木粉,反应釜在400-600转/分钟的转速下搅拌30分钟,使混合物搅拌均匀;
b、向步骤a中获得的混合物中加入发泡剂,反应釜搅拌转速降至300-400转/分钟,搅拌5分钟,搅拌均匀后再加入水性色浆充分搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入增稠剂,在增稠过程中注意观察分散情况来控制添加的速度,一般分散快则增稠剂添加速度快,相反,分散慢则降低增稠剂添加速度,转速控制在500-600转/分钟;
c、对步骤b中获得的混合物进行粘度检测,在低于40度的温度条件下混合物的粘度指标达到20000-25000cps为合格,对检测合格的混合物进行过滤待用;
步骤二:湿法贝斯生产:
将基布在质量百分浓度为1.5-2%的草酸水溶液中含浸处理,含浸处理后的基布经过温度为100度的热烫轮烘半干,然后,将步骤一中过滤好的湿法浆料通过发泡机发泡到1.3-1.4倍率,将发泡后的湿法浆料涂刮在前述烘半干的基布上,浸入质量百分浓度为4.5-5%的酸水溶液中进行凝固、然后经过至少一道轧水工序、再进行水洗和干燥后得到一种湿法贝斯,车速在12-14米/min;
步骤三:干法混合配料:
干法面料按下表进行备料:

步骤四:干法贴面:
将步骤三中配制好的干法面料涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,经过烘箱干燥再涂刮干法底料,并在干法底料上粘合步骤二中得到的湿法贝斯,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离,车速在10-15米/min;
步骤五 成品检查。

Claims (7)

1.一种水性压变商标革制备工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一:湿法混合配料:
a、将100重量份水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜搅拌,加入0.5-1.0重量份分散剂,然后缓慢加入10-20重量份木粉搅拌均匀;
b、向步骤a中获得的混合物中加入4-6重量份发泡剂搅拌搅拌均匀,再加入0.5-2重量份水性色浆充分搅拌均匀,然后缓慢加入1-2重量份增稠剂搅拌均匀;
c、对步骤b中获得的混合物进行粘度检测,在低于40度的温度条件下混合物的粘度指标达到20000-25000cps为合格,对检测合格的混合物进行过滤待用;
步骤二:湿法贝斯生产:
将基布放入质量百分浓度为1.5-2%的酸水溶液中含浸处理,然后烘半干形成纺织布纤维,将步骤一中过滤好的湿法浆料通过发泡机发泡到1.3-1.4倍率,将发泡后的湿法浆料涂刮在纺织布纤维上,浸入质量百分浓度为4.5-5%的酸水溶液中进行凝固,然后顺序经过至少一道轧水工序、水洗工序和干燥工序最后得到湿法贝斯;
步骤三:干法混合配料:
将100重量份水性压变干法树脂、0.5-1.0重量份分散剂和5-8重量份水性色浆混合搅拌均匀,再加入1-2重量份增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为5000-6000CPS,形成干法面料;
将100重量份聚氨酯干法树脂、0.5-1.0重量份分散剂和5-8重量份水性色浆混合搅拌均匀,再加入1-2重量份增稠剂,增稠至粘度值为15000-20000CPS,形成干法底料;
步骤四 干法贴面:
将步骤三中配制好的干法面料涂刮于带有花型的离型纸上,经过干燥后再涂刮干法底料,然后在干法底料上粘合步骤二中获得的湿法贝斯,经过干燥后跟离型纸分离;
步骤五 成品检查。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性压变商标革制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一的a分步中100重量份水性聚氨脂湿法树脂加入反应釜以300-500转/分钟的速度进行搅拌,加入0.8重量份分散剂,然后缓慢加入15重量份木粉在反应釜内以400-600转/分钟的转速进行搅拌30分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性压变商标革制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一b分步中加入发泡剂后以300-400转/分钟的转速进行搅拌5分钟左右,然后再加入水性色浆。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性压变商标革制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤一b分步中缓慢加入增稠剂,并在混合物增稠过程中注意观察分散情况来控制添加的速度,加入增稠剂过程中反应釜转速控制在500-600转/分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性压变商标革制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中的酸水溶液为草酸水溶液或甲酸水溶液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性压变商标革制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤二中预处理的基布经过温度为100度的热烫轮烘半干。
