本发明涉及复合垫布相关制品领域,具体为一种高耐磨海绵复合垫布的制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的崛起与蓬勃发展,人们对橡胶轮胎的质量要求越来越高。在轮胎制造过程中,通常使用垫布来分隔成卷放置的橡胶料。但由于橡胶重量大,因此对垫布的性能有较高要求,只有垫布的性能高了,才能够防止胎体等橡胶产品在成卷放置时不会变,现有的海绵复合垫布抗撕裂性差、不耐折,且耐磨程度不高,不能够满足橡胶轮胎的使用标准,具有一定的缺陷性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高耐磨海绵复合垫布的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高耐磨海绵复合垫布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一,将预定量的麻纤维和合成纤维按照间隔排列的方式放置于抓棉机中,经过处理后,充分混合得到混合纤维:
步骤二,将步骤一中混合纤维加工成复合纤维网,进行水刺加固处理,得到复合无纺布为垫布基布;
步骤三,复合无纺布放入预定浓度的NaOH溶液中进行碱改性处理;
步骤四,改性处理后的复合无纺布利用烘干机烘干干燥,制备得到麻纤维复合无纺布;
步骤五,将麻纤维复合无纺布浸入浆料中,进行紫外固化;
步骤六,在麻纤维复合无纺布上涂耐磨涂料,烘干制得耐磨面布;
步骤七,在步骤六烘干后的复合无纺布面料上通过热压机复合上海绵。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该高耐磨海绵复合垫布的制备方法中采用麻纤维和合成纤维作为基布具有高强度低伸,它的断裂强度高,有较高的结晶度和取向度,氢氧化钠进行碱改性处理,处理后的无纺布麻纤维中木质素和胶质等物质得到去除,麻纤维在氢氧化钠碱溶液中发生溶胀,表面结构发生变化,麻纤维表面粗糙不光滑,且原纤化程度提高,比表面积增大,碱改性处理过程增加了麻纤维柔软度和弹性,使得麻纤维结晶度的降低,纤维变得柔软,同时在表明涂覆一层耐磨涂料有效增加其耐磨性,使用寿命增加。

步骤二,将步骤一中混合纤维加工成复合纤维网,进行水刺加固处理,得到复合无纺布为垫布基布;
步骤三,复合无纺布放入预定浓度的NaOH溶液中进行碱改性处理;
步骤四,改性处理后的复合无纺布利用烘干机烘干干燥,制备得到麻纤维复合无纺布;
步骤五,将麻纤维复合无纺布浸入浆料中,进行紫外固化;
