Abstract
本发明公开了一种弹性抗老化塑料绳及其制备方法,该塑料绳包括绳体(1)、三元乙丙橡胶层(2),绳体(1)由聚丙烯纤维与聚酰胺纤维混捻而成,绳体(1)的表面包裹覆盖有三元乙丙橡胶层(2);制备方法包括抗老化三元乙丙橡胶层的制备、绳体的制备以及二者的覆合过程。本发明在三元乙丙橡胶层的制备过程中,加入了石墨烯,该物质能够增强橡胶的弹性,同时,加入了抗氧剂及抗老剂,能够提升橡胶的抗老化性;本发明采用聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维作为绳子的绳体,这两种纤维具有质轻、强度高、耐磨性好,耐腐蚀性强等优点;本发明制得的塑料绳强度高、耐磨性好、耐腐蚀性强、弹性高、抗老化性强。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料绳技术领域,具体地,涉及一种弹性抗老化塑料绳的制备方法。
背景技术
绳子作为一种常用工具,在很多领域都得到了广泛的实用,在工商业飞速发展的今天,人们对绳子的质量要求也越来越高,塑料绳作为一种成本低廉、加工方便的绳子,也在很多领域受到了人们的青睐,但是由于其原料性质限制,塑料绳在紫外线、潮湿、臭氧、霉菌、阳光、细菌等外部环境的影响下很容易就会出现老化的现象,这也造成了绳子所能承受的最大压力下降,在没有及时发现时甚至会对使用者的生命安全带来威胁。
发明内容
为解决传统塑料绳子易老化的问题,本发明提供了一种弹性抗老化塑料绳的制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种弹性抗老化塑料绳的制备方法,该弹性抗老化塑料绳包括绳体和三元乙丙橡胶层,绳体由聚丙烯纤维与聚酰胺纤维混捻而成,绳体的表面包裹覆盖有三元乙丙橡胶层;
该弹性抗老化塑料绳由如下步骤制成:
(1)抗老化三元乙丙橡胶层的制备:调节橡胶开炼机的辊筒温度在30-60℃,依次将三元乙丙橡胶基体、石墨烯、促进剂、加工助剂、抗氧剂投入开炼机中混炼23-29min;调整开炼机的辊距到0.6-1.4mm,加入防老剂,捣胶,混炼6-13min;再调整开炼机的辊距到3-5mm,继续混炼,直至形成光滑无隙的胶料;将所得胶料辊压出片,待胶片在室温下自然冷却后,再次投入开炼机中,加入N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺,进行硫化、出料,制得抗老化三元乙丙橡胶;
(2)绳体的制备:选用聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维作为制绳丝原料,制绳丝强度为1870/1960MPa双强度;经过串联机组一次性混捻而出;在串联机组的后段即股层合拢处使用喷防护油脂装置喷防护油脂;
(3)涂覆:将抗老化三元乙丙橡胶加热至230-250℃,成熔融状态,将熔体涂覆在绳体的外表面,冷却固化后制得弹性抗老化塑料绳。
优选的,所述聚丙烯纤维与聚酰胺纤维的股数之比为9:1。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中促进剂为三乙烯二胺、二月桂酸二丁基锡或二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠,加工助剂为偏苯三酸酯和碳酸氢铵的复配物,抗氧剂为二氢喹啉或2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚,防老剂为N-苯基-N’-环己基对苯二胺或N-苯基-α-苯胺,硫化剂为N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明在三元乙丙橡胶层的制备过程中,加入了石墨烯,该物质能够增强橡胶的弹性,同时,加入了抗氧剂及抗老剂,能够提升橡胶的抗老化性;
(2)本发明采用聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维作为绳子的绳体,这两种纤维具有质轻、强度高、耐磨性好,耐腐蚀性强等优点;
(3)本发明制得的塑料绳在纤维绳体的表面包覆有一层三元乙丙橡胶层,在保持纤维绳体高强度、高耐磨性、强耐腐蚀性的性能的基础上,增强了绳子的弹性和抗老化性。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种弹性抗老化塑料绳,包括绳体(1)、三元乙丙橡胶层(2);
所述绳体(1)由聚丙烯纤维与聚酰胺纤维混捻而成,绳体(1)的表面包裹覆盖有三元乙丙橡胶层(2)。
优选的,所述聚丙烯纤维与聚酰胺纤维的股数之比为9:1。
一种弹性抗老化塑料绳的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)抗老化三元乙丙橡胶层的制备:调节橡胶开炼机的辊筒温度在30℃,依次将三元乙丙橡胶基体、石墨烯、三乙烯二胺、偏苯三酸酯和碳酸氢铵的复配物、二氢喹啉投入开炼机中混炼23min;调整开炼机的辊距到0.6mm,加入N-苯基-N’-环己基对苯二胺,捣胶,混炼6min;再调整开炼机的辊距到3mm,继续混炼,直至形成光滑无隙的胶料;将所得胶料辊压出片,待胶片在室温下自然冷却后,再次投入开炼机中,加入N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺,进行硫化、出料,制得抗老化三元乙丙橡胶;
(2)绳体的制备:选用聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维作为制绳丝原料,制绳丝强度为1870/1960MPa双强度;经过串联机组一次性混捻而出;在串联机组的后段即股层合拢处使用喷防护油脂装置喷防护油脂;
(3)涂覆:将抗老化三元乙丙橡胶加热至230℃,成熔融状态,将熔体涂覆在绳体的外表面,冷却固化后制得弹性抗老化塑料绳。
实施例2

一种弹性抗老化塑料绳的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)抗老化三元乙丙橡胶层的制备:调节橡胶开炼机的辊筒温度在45℃,依次将三元乙丙橡胶基体、石墨烯、二月桂酸二丁基锡、偏苯三酸酯和碳酸氢铵的复配物、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚投入开炼机中混炼26mi n;调整开炼机的辊距到1.0mm,加入N-苯基-α-苯胺,捣胶,混炼9mi n;再调整开炼机的辊距到4mm,继续混炼,直至形成光滑无隙的胶料;将所得胶料辊压出片,待胶片在室温下自然冷却后,再次投入开炼机中,加入N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺,进行硫化、出料,制得抗老化三元乙丙橡胶;
(2)绳体的制备:选用聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维作为制绳丝原料,制绳丝强度为1870/1960MPa双强度;经过串联机组一次性混捻而出;在串联机组的后段即股层合拢处使用喷防护油脂装置喷防护油脂;
(3)涂覆:将抗老化三元乙丙橡胶加热至240℃,成熔融状态,将熔体涂覆在绳体的外表面,冷却固化后制得弹性抗老化塑料绳。
实施例3
如图1所示,一种弹性抗老化塑料绳,包括绳体(1)、三元乙丙橡胶层(2);
所述绳体(1)由聚丙烯纤维与聚酰胺纤维混捻而成,绳体(1)的表面包裹覆盖有三元乙丙橡胶层(2)。
优选的,所述聚丙烯纤维与聚酰胺纤维的股数之比为9:1。
一种弹性抗老化塑料绳的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)抗老化三元乙丙橡胶层的制备:调节橡胶开炼机的辊筒温度在60℃,依次将三元乙丙橡胶基体、石墨烯、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠、偏苯三酸酯和碳酸氢铵的复配物、二氢喹啉投入开炼机中混炼29min;调整开炼机的辊距到1.4mm,加入N-苯基-N’-环己基对苯二胺,捣胶,混炼13min;再调整开炼机的辊距到5mm,继续混炼,直至形成光滑无隙的胶料;将所得胶料辊压出片,待胶片在室温下自然冷却后,再次投入开炼机中,加入N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺,进行硫化、出料,制得抗老化三元乙丙橡胶;
(2)绳体的制备:选用聚丙烯纤维和聚酰胺纤维作为制绳丝原料,制绳丝强度为1870/1960MPa双强度;经过串联机组一次性混捻而出;在串联机组的后段即股层合拢处使用喷防护油脂装置喷防护油脂;
(3)涂覆:将抗老化三元乙丙橡胶加热至250℃,成熔融状态,将熔体涂覆在绳体的外表面,冷却固化后制得弹性抗老化塑料绳。

所述绳体(1)由聚丙烯纤维与聚酰胺纤维混捻而成,绳体(1)的表面包裹覆盖有三元乙丙橡胶层(2);
所述弹性抗老化塑料绳的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)抗老化三元乙丙橡胶层的制备:调节橡胶开炼机的辊筒温度在30-60℃,依次将三元乙丙橡胶基体、石墨烯、促进剂、加工助剂、抗氧剂投入开炼机中混炼23-29min;调整开炼机的辊距到0.6-1.4mm,加入防老剂,捣胶,混炼6-13min;再调整开炼机的辊距到3-5mm,继续混炼,直至形成光滑无隙的胶料;将所得胶料辊压出片,待胶片在室温下自然冷却后,再次投入开炼机中,加入N,N’-间苯撑双马来酰亚胺,进行硫化、出料,制得抗老化三元乙丙橡胶;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种弹性抗老化塑料绳的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯纤维与聚酰胺纤维的股数之比为9:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种弹性抗老化塑料绳的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中促进剂为三乙烯二胺、二月桂酸二丁基锡或二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠,加工助剂为偏苯三酸酯和碳酸氢铵的复配物,抗氧剂为二氢喹啉或2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚,防老剂为N-苯基-N’-环己基对苯二胺或N-苯基-α-苯胺。
