背景技术
枕头是我们日常使用的物品,而目前市场上的多数枕头都是那种看起来高度一样、缺乏曲线,又蓬蓬松松的枕头。造型和结构完全不符合人体工程学,这样的枕头除了颜值,可以说没一点好处,并不能从各个角度对人体脊柱进行放松和自然牵引,用久了很容易患上颈椎病、肩周炎等。清代著名养生学家曹庭栋在《老老恒言》中这样形容枕头:“高下尺寸,令侧卧恰与肩平,即仰卧亦觉安舒。”也就是说,枕头的高度,并非千人同一,而应该根据不同人的情况来定。特别是对于年龄较小的婴童人群,由于其处于生长发育过程中,头部和颈部的骨骼还没有完全定型,因此需要对其颈部和头部进行矫正和保护,避免婴童的头部和颈部发育不正常,因此需要一种能够适应婴童的枕头,不仅能够对婴童的头部和颈部进行保护,还具有抗菌抗螨的能力。

一种对婴童头部和颈部具有防护功能的护型枕,包括头枕部,所述头枕部两侧边沿和后部向外延伸,在头枕部的周围形成防护部,所述防护部内填充有棉纤维,所述头枕部内填充有乳胶垫,且防护部的高度不小于头枕部的高度。
其中,所述头枕部和防护部的面料为透气面料。
其中,所述透气面料的制备方法为:将棉纤维浸入碱性溶液内进行表面活化处理,将活化处理后的棉纤维浸入整理液内,使棉纤维的表面挂涂占棉纤维10-15wt%的整理液,经干燥后,得到改性纤维,将改性纤维经后处理步骤处理后,编织成透气面料;
所述整理液由以下重量份的原料混合而成,曲拉通X-100 10-15份、环氧树脂70-75份、环氧基硅烷偶联剂10-12份、乙酸水溶液3-5份。
其中,所述碱性溶液为10wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液,温度为30-50℃。
其中,所述后处理步骤的处理方法为:将改性纤维浸入含有环氧树脂50-60份、纳米抗菌剂1-3份、三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷5-10份的处理液内,使改性纤维表面挂涂占改性纤维5-10wt%的处理液,然后加热使处理液固化。
其中,所述纳米抗菌剂为纳米氧化锌。
其中,所述乳胶垫的制备方法为:将乳胶60-70份、硫化剂0.2-0.4份、胶凝剂2-5份和抗氧化剂0.2-0.3份混合并搅拌均匀制成混合液,然后使用发泡机发泡处理,发泡后置于模具中,进行高温硫化,接着进行水洗,水洗后使用3-8wt%的氨水溶液浸洗,最后再次水洗,烘干后得到乳胶垫。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:
本发明的护型枕的头枕部内填充弹性较好的乳胶垫,能够有效的对婴童的头部和颈部进行支撑,而防护部能够防止婴童偏头,实现了对婴童头部和颈部的保护。
且本发明通过含有曲拉通X-100的整理液对碱液活化后的棉纤维进行处理,使棉纤维表面的羟基能够在偶联剂的作用下与环氧树脂进行结合,且通过在环氧树脂内加入曲拉通X-100,使固化的环氧树脂的亲水能力得到了提升,同时使改性树脂得到了软化,提高了棉纤维的柔韧性,使透气面料更柔软;且本发明通过使用含有抗菌剂和三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷的处理液对改性纤维进行处理,有效的提高了纤维的抗菌和抗螨能力;另外本发明使用自制的乳胶垫,硫化后的乳胶经过氨水的水洗,使乳胶内发泡形成的空腔之间产生连通,使乳胶枕的弹性更好,且各部分支撑强度均衡,使用时能够很好地复合人体人工学,有效的实现了对婴童头、颈的支撑保护。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明的一种对婴童头部和颈部具有防护功能的护型枕,包括头枕部3,头枕部3两侧边沿2和后部向外延伸,在头枕部3的周围形成防护部1,防护部1内填充有棉纤维,头枕部3内填充有乳胶垫,且防护部1的高度不小于头枕部3的高度。
头枕部3和防护部1的面料采用透气面料,透气面料的制备方法为:将棉纤维浸入50℃的10wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液内进行表面活化处理,将活化处理后的棉纤维浸入整理液内,其中整理液由以下原料混合而成:曲拉通X-100 10kg、环氧树脂e44 70kg、环氧基硅烷偶联剂10kg、乙酸水溶液3kg,乙酸溶液中乙酸占10wt%,使棉纤维的表面挂涂占棉纤维10wt%的整理液,经干燥后,得到改性纤维,将改性纤维表面的整理液固化后,编织成透气面料。
实施例2
如图1所示,本发明的一种对婴童头部和颈部具有防护功能的护型枕,包括头枕部3,头枕部3两侧边沿2和后部向外延伸,在头枕部3的周围形成防护部1,防护部1内填充有棉纤维,头枕部3内填充有乳胶垫,且防护部1的高度不小于头枕部3的高度。
头枕部3和防护部1的面料采用透气面料,透气面料的制备方法为:将棉纤维浸入30-50℃的10wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液内进行表面活化处理,将活化处理后的棉纤维浸入整理液内,其中整理液由以下原料混合而成,曲拉通X-100 15kg、环氧树脂e44 75kg、环氧基硅烷偶联剂12kg、乙酸水溶液5kg,使棉纤维的表面挂涂占棉纤维15wt%的整理液,经干燥后,得到改性纤维,将改性纤维表面的整理液固化后,将改性纤维浸入含有环氧树脂e5160kg、纳米抗菌剂氧化锌3kg、三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷10kg的处理液内,使改性纤维表面挂涂占改性纤维10wt%的处理液,然后加热至60℃,使处理液固化,然后编织成透气面料。
实施例3
如图1所示,本发明的一种对婴童头部和颈部具有防护功能的护型枕,包括头枕部3,头枕部3两侧边沿2和后部向外延伸,在头枕部3的周围形成防护部1,防护部1内填充有棉纤维,头枕部3内填充有乳胶垫,且防护部1的高度不小于头枕部3的高度。
头枕部3和防护部1的面料采用透气面料,透气面料的制备方法为:将棉纤维浸入50℃的10wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液内进行表面活化处理,将活化处理后的棉纤维浸入整理液内,其中整理液由以下原料混合而成,曲拉通X-100 12kg、环氧树脂e44 70kg、环氧基硅烷偶联剂10kg、乙酸水溶液5kg,使棉纤维的表面挂涂占棉纤维10-15wt%的整理液,经干燥后,得到改性纤维,将改性纤维表面的整理液固化后,将改性纤维浸入含有环氧树脂e5160kg、纳米抗菌剂氧化锌3kg、三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷10kg的处理液内,使改性纤维表面挂涂占改性纤维10wt%的处理液,然后加热至60℃,使处理液固化,然后编织成透气面料。
乳胶垫的制备方法为,将乳胶60kg、硫化剂1,2-亚乙基硫脲0.2kg、胶凝剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸2kg和抗氧化剂2,6-对二叔丁基对甲酚0.2kg混合并搅拌均匀制成混合液,然后使用发泡机发泡处理,发泡后置于模具中,进行高温硫化,接着进行水洗,水洗后使用3wt%的氨水溶液浸洗,最后再次水洗,烘干后得到乳胶垫。
实施例4
如图1所示,本发明的一种对婴童头部和颈部具有防护功能的护型枕,包括头枕部3,头枕部3两侧边沿2和后部向外延伸,在头枕部3的周围形成防护部1,防护部1内填充有棉纤维,头枕部3内填充有乳胶垫,且防护部1的高度不小于头枕部3的高度。
头枕部3和防护部1的面料采用透气面料,透气面料的制备方法为:将棉纤维浸入40℃的10wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液内进行表面活化处理,将活化处理后的棉纤维浸入整理液内,其中整理液由以下原料混合而成,曲拉通X-100 10kg、环氧树脂e44 75kg、环氧基硅烷偶联剂12kg、乙酸水溶液5kg,使棉纤维的表面挂涂占棉纤维15wt%的整理液,经干燥后,得到改性纤维,将改性纤维表面的整理液固化后,将改性纤维浸入含有环氧树脂e51 60kg、纳米抗菌剂氧化锌2kg、三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷8kg的处理液内,使改性纤维表面挂涂占改性纤维8wt%的处理液,然后加热至60℃,使处理液固化,然后编织成透气面料。
乳胶垫的制备方法为,将乳胶70kg、硫化剂1,2-亚乙基硫脲0.4kg、胶凝剂三烯丙基异氰脲酸5kg和抗氧化剂2,6-对二叔丁基对甲酚0.3kg混合并搅拌均匀制成混合液,然后使用发泡机发泡处理,发泡后置于模具中,进行高温硫化,接着进行水洗,水洗后使用8wt%的氨水溶液浸洗,最后再次水洗,烘干后得到乳胶垫。
对比例1
与实施例1的区别在于,曲拉通X-100的加入量为0。
对比例2
与实施例2的区别在于,三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷的加入量为0。
对比例3
与实施例3的区别在于,水洗后使用0wt%的氨水溶液浸洗。
将实施例1-4和对比例1-3的透气面料按照GB/T 20944.2-2007《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第2部分:吸收法》、FZ/T62012-2009、AATCC79-2000中的方法进行抗菌、抗螨和吸水性测试,将实施例4和对比例3的乳胶垫进行吸水性测试,结果如下表所示:

由以上数据可以明显看出,本发明通过加入曲拉通X-100有效的提高了该透气面料的吸水速度,使使用更加舒适,同时乳胶枕芯的吸水速度也得到了提高,避免了该护型枕使用时吸汗能力差的问题,同时加入的三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷配合纳米氧化锌的使用,提高了该护型枕面料的抗菌和抗螨性能。且本发明使用的原料环保无毒。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (3)
1.一种对婴童头部和颈部具有防护功能的护型枕,其特征在于,包括头枕部,所述头枕部两侧边沿和后部向外延伸,在头枕部的周围形成防护部,所述防护部内填充有棉纤维,所述头枕部内填充有乳胶垫,且防护部的高度不小于头枕部的高度;
所述头枕部和防护部的面料为透气面料;
所述透气面料的制备方法为:将棉纤维浸入碱性溶液内进行表面活化处理,将活化处理后的棉纤维浸入整理液内,使棉纤维的表面挂涂占棉纤维10-15wt%的整理液,经干燥后,得到改性纤维,将改性纤维经后处理步骤处理后,编织成透气面料;
所述整理液由以下重量份的原料混合而成,曲拉通X-100 10-15份、环氧树脂70-75份、环氧基硅烷偶联剂10-12份、乙酸水溶液3-5份;
所述后处理步骤的处理方法为:将改性纤维浸入含有环氧树脂50-60份、纳米抗菌剂1-3份、三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷5-10份的处理液内,使改性纤维表面挂涂占改性纤维5-10wt%的处理液,然后加热使处理液固化;
所述乳胶垫的制备方法为:将乳胶60-70份、硫化剂0.2-0.4份、胶凝剂2-5份和抗氧化剂0.2-0.3份混合并搅拌均匀制成混合液,然后使用发泡机发泡处理,发泡后置于模具中,进行高温硫化,接着进行水洗,水洗后使用3-8wt%的氨水溶液浸洗,最后再次水洗,烘干后得到乳胶垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种对婴童头部和颈部具有防护功能的护型枕,其特征在于,所述碱性溶液为10wt%的氢氧化钠水溶液,温度为30-50℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种对婴童头部和颈部具有防护功能的护型枕,其特征在于,所述纳米抗菌剂为纳米氧化锌。
