Abstract
本发明公开一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,涉及生活用品领域。本发明公开的一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫由以下重量份数的原料组分制备:低密度聚乙烯70‑80份、改性竹纤维10‑20份、凹凸棒石12‑18份、发泡剂3‑6份、偶联剂0.5‑0.8份、发泡缩助剂0.4‑0.8份、泡沫稳定剂0.1‑0.4份、表面活性剂3‑5份和改性液150‑300份,通过在低密度聚乙烯发泡材料中加入凹凸棒石,将其改性后与表面处理后的竹纤维混合注塑制成的。本发明提供的含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,成本较低,软硬度适中,承托性能佳,具有优良的强度、韧性、透气性和散热性,其柔软性和回弹性恰到好处,该床垫会根据人体不同部位而调整,达到让人舒适的程度,不会因使用时间过程而影响性能,其延长了床垫的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于生活用品领域,尤其涉及一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
人生的三分之一是在睡眠中度过的,睡眠质量的好坏是衡量人们是否健康的标志之一。睡眠质量的好坏与床垫息息相关,人们在选择床垫时可从床垫的通透性、减压性、支撑度、服贴性、床面张力、睡眠温度和睡眠湿度等方面来选择合适、品质优良的床垫。随着物质文明和技术工艺的不断进步,现代人们使用的床垫种类逐渐趋向多元化,主要弹簧床垫、棕榈床垫、乳胶床垫、海绵床垫和3D床垫,在这些床垫中,弹簧床垫占较大的比重。
弹簧床垫属于现代常用的、性能较优的床垫,弹性好、承托性较佳、透气性较强,但弹簧床垫在使用过程中,具有一定的噪音,且长期使用后,弹簧易失去弹性,具有使用寿命短、散热慢等缺陷;棕榈床垫质地较硬,环保,价格相对较低,但使用时有棕榈气味、耐用程度差、易塌陷变形、承托性能差、易虫蛀或发霉等;乳胶床垫分合成乳胶和天然乳胶,合成乳胶来源石油,不环保且弹性和透气不足,天然乳胶环保,柔软舒适,透气性好,但成本较高;3D床垫由双面网布和中间连接丝组成,具有优良的透气性和回弹性,但没有承托性较好的骨架材料,不利于搬运和运输;海绵床垫也叫泡沫床垫,复合身体曲线设计,在提供支撑的同时,不失柔性和弹性,同时能缓冲身体的动作,无噪音,得到了人们的青睐和喜爱。
现在市场上的海绵床垫主要是聚氨酯泡沫床垫和EPE泡沫床垫,该类海绵床垫比较软,不能形成对腰部托起的力量,且透气性不佳,不利于人体健康。聚氨酯泡沫床垫也是我们常说的记忆棉床垫,它能随压力的变化改性形状,保持该有的形状,很好的贴合身体曲线,减少床垫对身体的压力,但是聚氨酯来源石油,无法满足人们对绿色环保的要求。EPE泡沫床垫制品密度小、柔韧性好、回复率高,且表面吸水率低,可反复回收利用,成本较低,不污染环境,但是该床垫的折弯性能和承压性能较差,透气性不好,影响该床垫的推广使用。随着时间的推进和产品不断的开发应用,EPE泡沫床垫将得到更广泛的应用。中国发明专利CN201310575445.8公开了一种EPE泡沫床垫的制备方法,在注塑成型之前对EPE泡沫粒子进行含浸预压,然后进行保压,最后降压至大气压,在注塑成型之后得到的初始EPE泡沫床垫进行后处理,经该方法处理的EPE泡沫床垫的合格率提高,折弯性能和承压性能也得到大大提高。但该EPE泡沫床垫太软,长久睡在此床垫上易造成腰肌劳损等症状,且该床垫的透气性不佳,影响人们的睡眠,不利于身体健康。因此,开发一种软硬度适中,透气性能优良,成本较低,使用寿命长,不污染环境,可反复回收利用的床垫成为必然趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,成本较低,软硬度适中,承托性能佳,具有优良的强度、韧性、透气性和散热性,其柔软性和回弹性恰到好处,该床垫会根据人体不同部位而调整,达到让人舒适的程度,不会因使用时间过程而影响性能,其延长了床垫的使用寿命。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,由以下重量份数的原料组分制备:低密度聚乙烯70-80份、改性竹纤维10-20份、凹凸棒石12-18份、发泡剂3-6份、偶联剂0.5-0.8份、发泡缩助剂0.4-0.8份、泡沫稳定剂0.1-0.4份、表面活性剂3-5份和改性液150-300份。
进一步的,所述改性竹纤维的制备方法为:将经过除杂的竹纤维加入到质量浓度为2%的NaOH溶液中,浸渍0.5h,然后加入烷基磷羧酸盐,边搅拌边升温至70-80℃,反应1-2h,过滤,用去离子水清洗三次,干燥,制得所述改性竹纤维。
进一步的,所述烷基磷羧酸盐的加入量为所述竹纤维质量的2.2-3.6%。
进一步的,所述发泡剂为丙烷、丁烷或戊烷中的一种,所述发泡缩助剂为分子蒸馏单甘脂。
进一步的,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基硅烷、氨基硅烷或甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷中的一种。
进一步的,所述泡沫稳定剂为聚乙烯醇和三乙醇胺,所述聚乙烯醇和三乙醇胺的质量比为(2-4):1,所述表面活性剂为烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯月桂酰胺中的一种。
进一步的,所述改性液的制备方法为:向聚乙二醇中加入质量浓度为25%的尿素溶液搅拌均匀,然后在搅拌过程中加入三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯和有机锡催化剂,制得所述改性液。
进一步的,所述聚乙二醇和尿素的质量比为2:1,所述三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯的质量为所述尿素质量的2-5%,所述有机锡催化剂的质量为所述尿素质量的0.5-1.0%。
根据上述所述的任一项含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将凹凸棒石粉碎、研磨,过100目筛网所得凹凸棒石颗粒,按照原料的重量份比称取各组分;
(2)将上述的凹凸棒石颗粒、低密度聚乙烯、发泡剂、偶联剂、发泡缩助剂、泡沫稳定剂和表面活性剂均匀混合,加入到双辊炼胶机中熔融制得料片,然后将料片加到预热的模具中,于平板硫化机上160℃下加压至5MPa,保压10min,去压发泡,制得泡沫粒子;
(3)将上述泡沫粒子和改性液放入压力浸渍罐中,开启真空泵,保持真空压力为0.5MPa~1.2MPa,浸渍3-5h,关闭真空泵,然后将改性液排出,将压力浸渍罐升温至90-110℃,恒温4-5h,冷却至室温,取出泡沫粒子,去离子水洗涤,干燥,即得改性后泡沫粒子;
(4)将改性竹纤维粉碎,然后与上述改性后泡沫粒子混合均匀,进行注塑成型,制得所述环保型复合床垫。
本发明取得了以下有益效果:
1、本发明将凹凸棒石和低密度聚乙烯共混,经过双辊炼胶机和平板硫化机的高温高压作用,在偶联剂和表面活性剂下反应交联,使制得的泡沫粒子具有EPE和凹凸棒石的优点,然后将通过改性液改性的泡沫粒子与改性竹纤维注塑成型,制得环保型复合床垫。因凹凸棒石和改性竹纤维的加入,该复合床垫的软硬度适中,能对腰部形成承托力,时腰肌处于放松状态,长久睡在此床垫上不易造成腰肌劳损、腰椎间盘突出等症状;并且,其柔软性和回弹性恰到好处,床垫会根据人体不同部位而调整,达到让人体舒适的程度,不会因使用时间过程而影响性能,其延长了床垫的使用寿命。
2、本发明的凹凸棒石质轻,具有较好的长径比和丰富的内孔道,是优良的增强材料和阻燃材料,具有隔热保温、可防虫蛀且不易变形,其与低密度聚乙烯反应,然后进行发泡,使制得的发泡粒子也具有较好的阻燃性能,并能起到隔热保温的作用;提高了发泡粒子的强度,从而提高了复合床垫的硬度。凹凸棒石的加入,使复合床垫具有抑制微生物生长,吸收有毒挥发成分的作用,从而维护人们的身体健康。
3、本发明的泡沫粒子在真空加压浸渍作用下,将改性液中的各组分填充入凹凸棒石的内孔道内或泡沫粒子的气泡之间,在高温高压的作用下,改性液的各组分与泡沫粒子反应交联,并形成较强的界面作用力,提高了改性泡沫粒子与改性竹纤维间的作用力,使两者能更好的粘结在一起,从而提高了复合床垫的力学强度,改善了复合床垫的软硬度,提升了床垫的舒适度和承托力。
4、本发明的凹凸棒石具有很好的分散性,其与低密度聚乙烯反应并发泡的过程中,能均匀分散,并作为泡沫粒子的成核剂,使泡沫粒子内部气泡分布均匀,形成了交联结构的泡沫粒子,提高了泡沫粒子的透气性,同时也提高了复合床垫的透气性和散热性。
5、本发明使用的竹纤维为竹原纤维,具有良好的透气性、吸水性、强度和抗菌抑菌作用,其在碱性条件下通过烷基磷羧酸盐改善了竹纤维的表面界面性能,增加了竹纤维与改性泡沫粒子的表面粘结性和相容性,从而大大提高了复合床垫的力学强度,也提高了复合床垫的透气性和抗菌抑菌性能。
6、本发明利用真空加压浸渍法对泡沫粒子进行处理,大大提高了复合床垫的折弯性能和承压性能。
7、本发明改性液中聚乙二醇、尿素、三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯和有机锡催化剂与泡沫粒子中的各组分产生协同作用,增加了凹凸棒石、竹纤维和低密度聚乙烯之间的界面作用力,增加了三者间的相容性,从而提高了复合床垫的力学强度。
8、本发明使用的竹纤维、凹凸棒石、烷基磷羧酸盐、低密度聚乙烯等原料,无毒、环保,在复合床垫的制备过程和使用过程中均不会挥发,也不会产生诸如甲醛、苯酚等有害物质的挥发释放问题,对环境无污染,是一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫。
9、本发明的制备方法易操作,成本较低,含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,通过在低密度聚乙烯发泡材料中加入凹凸棒石,将其改性后与表面处理后的竹纤维混合注塑制成的,该复合床垫软硬度适中,承托性能佳,具有优良的力学强度、透气性和抗菌抑菌性能,其柔软性和回弹性恰到好处,该床垫会根据人体不同部位而调整,达到让人舒适的程度,不会因使用时间过程而影响性能,其延长了床垫的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫及其制备方法予以说明。
实施例1一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫
一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,由以下重量份数的原料组分制备:低密度聚乙烯80份、改性竹纤维20份、凹凸棒石12份、发泡剂3份、偶联剂0.8份、发泡缩助剂0.8份、泡沫稳定剂0.4份、表面活性剂3份和改性液300份,其制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将凹凸棒石粉碎、研磨,过100目筛网所得凹凸棒石颗粒,按照原料的重量份比称取各组分;
(2)将上述的凹凸棒石颗粒、低密度聚乙烯、发泡剂、偶联剂、发泡缩助剂、泡沫稳定剂和表面活性剂均匀混合,加入到双辊炼胶机中熔融制得料片,然后将料片加到预热的模具中,于平板硫化机上160℃下加压至5MPa,保压10min,去压发泡,制得泡沫粒子;
(3)将上述泡沫粒子和改性液放入压力浸渍罐中,开启真空泵,保持真空压力为0.5MPa~1.2MPa,浸渍3-5h,关闭真空泵,然后将改性液排出,将压力浸渍罐升温至90-110℃,恒温4-5h,冷却至室温,取出泡沫粒子,去离子水洗涤,干燥,即得改性后泡沫粒子;
(4)将改性竹纤维粉碎,然后与上述改性后泡沫粒子混合均匀,进行注塑成型,制得本实施例的环保型复合床垫。
上述改性竹纤维的制备方法为:将经过除杂的1kg竹纤维加入到质量浓度为2%的NaOH溶液中,浸渍0.5h,然后加入22g烷基磷羧酸盐,边搅拌边升温至70-80℃,反应1-2h,过滤,用去离子水清洗三次,干燥,制得改性竹纤维。
上述发泡剂为丙烷,发泡缩助剂为分子蒸馏单甘脂,偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂,即乙烯基硅烷,泡沫稳定剂为聚乙烯醇和三乙醇胺,其聚乙烯醇和三乙醇胺的质量比为2:1,表面活性剂为烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚。
上述改性液的制备方法为:向4kg聚乙二醇中加入4kg质量浓度为25%的尿素溶液搅拌均匀,然后在搅拌过程中加入80g三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯和40g有机锡催化剂,制得改性液。
实施例2一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫
一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,由以下重量份数的原料组分制备:低密度聚乙烯70份、改性竹纤维10份、凹凸棒石18份、发泡剂6份、偶联剂0.5份、发泡缩助剂0.4份、泡沫稳定剂0.1份、表面活性剂5份和改性液150份,其制备方法与实施例1中相同,具体参照实施例1。
上述改性竹纤维的制备方法为:将经过除杂的1kg竹纤维加入到质量浓度为2%的NaOH溶液中,浸渍0.5h,然后加入36g烷基磷羧酸盐,边搅拌边升温至70-80℃,反应1-2h,过滤,用去离子水清洗三次,干燥,制得改性竹纤维。
上述发泡剂为丁烷,发泡缩助剂为分子蒸馏单甘脂,偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂,即氨基硅烷,泡沫稳定剂为聚乙烯醇和三乙醇胺,其聚乙烯醇和三乙醇胺的质量比为4:1,表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯月桂酰胺。
上述改性液的制备方法为:向2kg聚乙二醇中加入4kg质量浓度为25%的尿素溶液搅拌均匀,然后在搅拌过程中加入200g三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯和20g有机锡催化剂,制得改性液。
实施例3一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫
一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,由以下重量份数的原料组分制备:低密度聚乙烯75份、改性竹纤维15份、凹凸棒石15.4份、发泡剂4份、偶联剂0.7份、发泡缩助剂0.7份、泡沫稳定剂0.2份、表面活性剂4份和改性液220份,其制备方法与实施例1中相同,具体参照实施例1。
上述改性竹纤维的制备方法为:将经过除杂的1kg竹纤维加入到质量浓度为2%的NaOH溶液中,浸渍0.5h,然后加入30g烷基磷羧酸盐,边搅拌边升温至70-80℃,反应1-2h,过滤,用去离子水清洗三次,干燥,制得改性竹纤维。
上述发泡剂为戊烷,发泡缩助剂为分子蒸馏单甘脂,偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂,即甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷,泡沫稳定剂为聚乙烯醇和三乙醇胺,其聚乙烯醇和三乙醇胺的质量比为3:1,表面活性剂为聚氧乙烯月桂酰胺。
上述改性液的制备方法为:向3kg聚乙二醇中加入4kg质量浓度为25%的尿素溶液搅拌均匀,然后在搅拌过程中加入120g三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯和30g有机锡催化剂,制得改性液。
实施例4一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫
一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,由以下重量份数的原料组分制备:低密度聚乙烯73份、改性竹纤维15份、凹凸棒石16.6份、发泡剂5份、偶联剂0.6份、发泡缩助剂0.5份、泡沫稳定剂0.3份、表面活性剂4份和改性液200份,其制备方法与实施例1中相同,具体参照实施例1。
上述改性竹纤维的制备方法为:将经过除杂的1kg竹纤维加入到质量浓度为2%的NaOH溶液中,浸渍0.5h,然后加入25g烷基磷羧酸盐,边搅拌边升温至70-80℃,反应1-2h,过滤,用去离子水清洗三次,干燥,制得改性竹纤维。
上述发泡剂为戊丁烷,发泡缩助剂为分子蒸馏单甘脂,偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂,即甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷,泡沫稳定剂为聚乙烯醇和三乙醇胺,其聚乙烯醇和三乙醇胺的质量比为3:1,表面活性剂为烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚。
上述改性液的制备方法为:向3kg聚乙二醇中加入4kg质量浓度为25%的尿素溶液搅拌均匀,然后在搅拌过程中加入180g三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯和26g有机锡催化剂,制得改性液。
对比例1
本对比例中环保型复合床垫的原料组分和制备方法与实施例3相同,与实施例3不同之处在于,本对比例1中未加入凹凸棒石,其它组分与操作步骤均不变。
对比例2
本对比例中环保型复合床垫的原料组分和制备方法与实施例3相同,与实施例3不同之处在于,本对比例2中未加入改性竹纤维,其它组分与操作步骤均不变。
对比例3
本对比例中环保型复合床垫的原料组分与实施例3相同,与实施例3不同之处在于,本对比例3中未加入改性液,泡沫粒子未用改性液浸泡,其制备方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将凹凸棒石粉碎、研磨,过100目筛网所得凹凸棒石颗粒,按照原料的重量份比称取各组分;
(2)将上述的凹凸棒石颗粒、低密度聚乙烯、发泡剂、偶联剂、发泡缩助剂、泡沫稳定剂和表面活性剂均匀混合,加入到双辊炼胶机中熔融制得料片,然后将料片加到预热的模具中,于平板硫化机上160℃下加压至5MPa,保压10min,去压发泡,制得泡沫粒子;
(3)将上述泡沫粒子放入压力浸渍罐中,开启真空泵,保持真空压力为0.5MPa~1.2MPa,保持3-5h,关闭真空泵,然后将压力浸渍罐升温至90-110℃,恒温4-5h,冷却至室温,取出泡沫粒子,干燥,即得泡沫粒子;
(4)将改性竹纤维粉碎,然后与上述泡沫粒子混合均匀,进行注塑成型,制得本对比例的环保型复合床垫。
对比例4
本对比例的环保型复合床垫,由以下重量份数的原料组分制备:低密度聚乙烯73份、发泡剂5份、偶联剂0.6份、发泡缩助剂0.5份、泡沫稳定剂0.3份、表面活性剂4份,其制备方法具体包括以下步骤:将上述的低密度聚乙烯、发泡剂、偶联剂、发泡缩助剂、泡沫稳定剂和表面活性剂均匀混合,加入到双辊炼胶机中熔融制得料片,然后将料片加到预热的模具中,于平板硫化机上160℃下加压至5MPa,保压10min,去压发泡,制得泡沫粒子,将泡沫粒子进行注塑成型,制得本对比例的环保型复合床垫。
根据以上实施例1-4和对比例1-4所制备的环保型复合床垫,对其进行力学性能测试,测试结果如下表1所示。
压陷硬度指标(HA(40%/30s),单位N):指试样压缩达到总厚度的(40±1)%,保载(30±1)s后的,测试其压力。
压缩变形特征(Sf=F65/F25):指试样先压缩至总厚度的(75±1)%,然后卸载,Sf为压缩量分别达到(65±1)%和(25±1)%时,两个即时力之比。
表1实施例1-4和对比例1-4的力学性能测试结果
从表1的性能检测结果表明,本发明的一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫的拉伸强度和压缩强度明显提高,显示出良好的抗变性能力、弹性和柔韧性。本发明的软硬度适中,其柔软性和回弹性恰到好处,该床垫会根据人体不同部位而调整,达到让人舒适的程度,不会因使用时间过程而影响性能,其延长了床垫的使用寿命。

1.一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料组分制备:低密度聚乙烯70-80份、改性竹纤维10-20份、凹凸棒石12-18份、发泡剂3-6份、偶联剂0.5-0.8份、发泡缩助剂0.4-0.8份、泡沫稳定剂0.1-0.4份、表面活性剂3-5份和改性液150-300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,其特征在于,所述改性竹纤维的制备方法为:将经过除杂的竹纤维加入到质量浓度为2%的NaOH溶液中,浸渍0.5h,然后加入烷基磷羧酸盐,边搅拌边升温至70-80℃,反应1-2h,过滤,用去离子水清洗三次,干燥,制得所述改性竹纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,其特征在于,所述烷基磷羧酸盐的加入量为所述竹纤维质量的2.2-3.6%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为丙烷、丁烷或戊烷中的一种,所述发泡缩助剂为分子蒸馏单甘脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基硅烷、氨基硅烷或甲基丙烯酰氧基硅烷中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,其特征在于,所述泡沫稳定剂为聚乙烯醇和三乙醇胺,所述聚乙烯醇和三乙醇胺的质量比为(2-4):1,所述表面活性剂为烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚、聚氧乙烯月桂酰胺中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,其特征在于,所述改性液的制备方法为:向聚乙二醇中加入质量浓度为25%的尿素溶液搅拌均匀,然后在搅拌过程中加入三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯和有机锡催化剂,制得所述改性液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫,其特征在于,所述聚乙二醇和尿素的质量比为2:1,所述三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯的质量为所述尿素质量的2-5%,所述有机锡催化剂的质量为所述尿素质量的0.5-1.0%。
9.根据权利要求1-8所述的任一项含竹纤维的环保型复合床垫的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将凹凸棒石粉碎、研磨,过100目筛网所得凹凸棒石颗粒,按照原料的重量份比称取各组分;
(2)将上述的凹凸棒石颗粒、低密度聚乙烯、发泡剂、偶联剂、发泡缩助剂、泡沫稳定剂和表面活性剂均匀混合,加入到双辊炼胶机中熔融制得料片,然后将料片加到预热的模具中,于平板硫化机上160℃下加压至5MPa,保压10min,去压发泡,制得泡沫粒子;
(3)将上述泡沫粒子和改性液放入压力浸渍罐中,开启真空泵,保持真空压力为0.5MPa~1.2MPa,浸渍3-5h,关闭真空泵,然后将改性液排出,将压力浸渍罐升温至90-110℃,恒温4-5h,冷却至室温,取出泡沫粒子,去离子水洗涤,干燥,即得改性后泡沫粒子;
(4)将改性竹纤维粉碎,然后与上述改性后泡沫粒子混合均匀,进行注塑成型,制得所述环保型复合床垫。
