Abstract
本发明提出了一种保健床垫,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:改性竹炭纤维10‑30份、低密度聚乙烯100‑200份、硅藻泥5‑10份、发泡剂2‑4份、泡沫稳定剂0.1‑0.2份、中药精油3‑5份、引发剂0.01‑0.02份。本发明制得的保健床垫软硬度适中,承托性能佳,具有优良的力学强度、透气性,能形成有益于人体健康的磁场,且具有良好的抗菌抑菌、防螨除臭的功效,对于使用者有很好的保健效果,同时延长了其使用时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及床垫技术领域,具体涉及一种保健床垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
床垫是为了保证消费者获得健康而又舒适的睡眠而使用的一种介于人体和床之间的物品,床垫材质繁多,不同材料制作的床垫能给人带来不同的睡眠效果。随着物质文明和技术工艺的不断进步,现代人们使用的床垫种类逐渐趋向多元化,主要弹簧床垫、棕榈床垫、乳胶床垫、海绵床垫和3D床垫,在这些床垫中,弹簧床垫占较大的比重。
弹簧床垫属于现代常用的、性能较优的床垫,弹性好、承托性较佳、透气性较强,但弹簧床垫在使用过程中,具有一定的噪音,且长期使用后,弹簧易失去弹性,具有使用寿命短、散热慢等缺陷;棕榈床垫质地较硬,环保,价格相对较低,但使用时有棕榈气味、耐用程度差、易塌陷变形、承托性能差、易虫蛀或发霉等;乳胶床垫分合成乳胶和天然乳胶,合成乳胶来源石油,不环保且弹性和透气不足,天然乳胶环保,柔软舒适,透气性好,但成本较高;3D床垫由双面网布和中间连接丝组成,具有优良的透气性和回弹性,但没有承托性较好的骨架材料,不利于搬运和运输;海绵床垫也叫泡沫床垫,复合身体曲线设计,在提供支撑的同时,不失柔性和弹性,同时能缓冲身体的动作,无噪音,得到了人们的青睐和喜爱。
现在市场上的海绵床垫主要是聚氨酯泡沫床垫和EPE泡沫床垫,该类海绵床垫比较软,不能形成对腰部托起的力量,且透气性不佳,不利于人体健康。聚氨酯泡沫床垫也是我们常说的记忆棉床垫,它能随压力的变化改性形状,保持该有的形状,很好的贴合身体曲线,减少床垫对身体的压力,但是聚氨酯来源石油,无法满足人们对绿色环保的要求。EPE泡沫床垫制品密度小、柔韧性好、回复率高,且表面吸水率低,可反复回收利用,成本较低,不污染环境,但是该床垫的折弯性能和承压性能较差,透气性不好,影响该床垫的推广使用。随着时间的推进和产品不断的开发应用,EPE泡沫床垫将得到更广泛的应用。
中国发明专利CN201310575445.8公开了一种EPE泡沫床垫的制备方法,在注塑成型之前对EPE泡沫粒子进行含浸预压,然后进行保压,最后降压至大气压,在注塑成型之后得到的初始EPE泡沫床垫进行后处理,经该方法处理的EPE泡沫床垫的合格率提高,折弯性能和承压性能也得到大大提高。但该EPE泡沫床垫太软,长久睡在此床垫上易造成腰肌劳损等症状,且该床垫的透气性不佳,影响人们的睡眠,不利于身体健康。
因此,开发一种软硬度适中,透气性能优良,成本较低,使用寿命长,不污染环境,可反复回收利用的床垫成为必然趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种保健床垫及其制备方法,软硬度适中,承托性能佳,具有优良的力学强度、透气性,能形成有益于人体健康的磁场,且具有良好的抗菌抑菌、防螨除臭的功效,对于使用者有很好的保健效果,同时延长了其使用时间。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供一种保健床垫,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:改性竹炭纤维10-30份、低密度聚乙烯100-200份、硅藻泥5-10份、发泡剂2-4份、泡沫稳定剂0.1-0.2份、中药精油3-5份、引发剂0.01-0.02份;
所述改性竹炭纤维的制备方法如下:
S1.预处理:将竹炭纤维浸泡在0.5-2wt%的NaOH溶液中,浸渍20-30min,取出,洗净;
S2.磁性纳米粒子的沉积:将氯化铁、氯化亚铁溶液混合后,加入预处理后的竹炭纤维,搅拌10-30min,滴加氨水溶液至pH为8-11,通入氧气,控制反应温度为50-70℃,过滤,固体经过煅烧后,得到磁性纳米粒子沉积的竹炭纤维;
S3.改性:将磁性纳米粒子沉积的竹炭纤维加入含有硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液中,加热至80-90℃,反应1-2h后,取出,洗净,得到改性竹炭纤维。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述硅烷偶联剂为带有双键的硅烷偶联剂,选自KH570、A171、KH-A172、A151中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述硅烷偶联剂为A171和KH570的复配混合,质量比为1:(2-3)。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述氯化铁、氯化亚铁溶液的物质的量之比为2:1;所述煅烧温度为300-400℃;所述含有硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液中硅烷偶联剂的含量为2-4wt%,余量为乙醇;所述氧气的通气量为1-2L/min。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述中药精油由以下方法制备而成:将川穹、三七、茴香、薄荷分别洗净,干燥,超微粉碎后混合,得到中药粉;将中药粉加入聚乙烯醇和石油醚的混合溶液中,搅拌萃取1-2h后,离心,取上清液,减压浓缩,得到中药精油。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述中药精油由以下方法制备而成:将5-10重量份川穹、2-4重量份三七、1-3重量份茴香、2-5重量份薄荷分别洗净,50-90℃真空干燥2-4h,WZJ-6BI型振动式超微粉碎机内,加入70-80个介质,进行超微粉碎15-30min,超微粉碎后混合,得到中药粉;将中药粉加入聚乙烯醇和石油醚的混合溶液中,其中聚乙烯醇和石油醚的质量比为1:(5-10),所述中药粉与聚乙烯醇和石油醚混合溶液的质量体积比为1:(5-10)g/mL,200-500r/min搅拌萃取1-2h后,3000-5000r/min离心10-20min,取上清液,0.01-0.05MPa减压浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.5,得到中药精油。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述发泡剂选自正戊烷、正己烷、正庚烷、石油醚中的至少一种;所述泡沫稳定剂选自聚乙烯醇、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的至少一种。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述引发剂选自偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异庚腈、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化苯甲酰叔丁酯、过氧化甲乙酮中的至少一种。
本发明进一步保护一种上述保健床垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅藻泥粉碎、研细,过筛后得到硅藻泥粉;
(2)将改性竹炭纤维、发泡剂、低密度聚乙烯、泡沫稳定剂、引发剂混合均匀后,加入到双辊炼胶机中熔融反应0.5-1h后,继续加入硅藻泥粉制得料片,然后置于平板硫化机上160-200℃下加压至2-7MPa,保压10-30min,去压发泡,降至室温后混合中药精油,得到泡沫粒;
(3)将泡沫粒进行注塑成型,得到保健床垫。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述过筛的粒径为100-200目。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明制备了一种磁性的改性竹炭纤维,通过在竹炭纤维表面预处理后,形成较多的羟基、含氧基团,进一步,将氯化铁和氯化亚铁反应沉积在预处理后竹炭纤维表面,煅烧形成磁性三氧化四铁,进一步与带有双键的硅烷偶联剂反应,使得改性竹炭纤维表面不仅沉积大量的磁性纳米粒子,同时含有较多的双键基团,后续与低密度聚乙烯在引发剂的作用下发生共聚,从而使得改性竹炭纤维接枝在低密度聚乙烯分子链上,使得制得的EPE泡沫不仅具有竹炭的抑菌、除臭功能,同时能够形成磁场,对人体具有磁场保健的效果;
本发明将川穹、三七、茴香、薄荷通过聚乙烯醇和石油醚的混合溶液萃取出与油溶性的成分,进一步减压浓缩得到中药精油,不仅与基体具有很好的相容性,同时还具有很好的抗菌、抑菌、防螨、芬芳的效果,加入保健床垫中对人体具有很好的保健、舒缓的效果;
本发明硅藻泥、改性竹炭纤维和低密度聚乙烯混合制备的改性EPE泡沫软硬度适中,能对腰部形成承托力,人们谁在该保健床垫上对于腰肌劳损、腰椎间盘突出等病症有一定的舒缓作用;并且,该床垫的柔软性和回弹性适当,能够很好的长久保持,该床垫的使用寿命大大延长。
本发明制得的保健床垫软硬度适中,承托性能佳,具有优良的力学强度、透气性,能形成有益于人体健康的磁场,且具有良好的抗菌抑菌、防螨除臭的功效,对于使用者有很好的保健效果,同时延长了其使用时间。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
原料组成(重量份):改性竹炭纤维10份、低密度聚乙烯100份、硅藻泥5份、正庚烷2份、三乙醇胺0.1份、中药精油3份、过氧化苯甲酰叔丁酯0.01份。
改性竹炭纤维的制备方法如下:
S1.预处理:将20g竹炭纤维浸泡在0.5wt%的NaOH溶液中,浸渍20min,取出,洗净;
S2.磁性纳米粒子的沉积:将100mL 2mol/L氯化铁、100mL 1mol/L氯化亚铁溶液混合后,加入15g预处理后的竹炭纤维,搅拌10min,滴加20wt%氨水溶液至pH为8,通入氧气,通气量为1L/min,控制反应温度为50℃,过滤,固体经过300℃煅烧3h后,得到磁性纳米粒子沉积的竹炭纤维;
S3.改性:将10g磁性纳米粒子沉积的竹炭纤维加入100mL含有2wt%硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液中,加热至80℃,反应1h后,取出,洗净,得到改性竹炭纤维;
硅烷偶联剂为A171和KH570的复配混合,质量比为1:2。
中药精油由以下方法制备而成:将5g川穹、2g三七、1g茴香、2g薄荷分别洗净,50℃真空干燥2h,WZJ-6BI型振动式超微粉碎机内,加入70个介质,进行超微粉碎15min,超微粉碎后混合,得到中药粉;将中药粉加入聚乙烯醇和石油醚的混合溶液中,其中聚乙烯醇和石油醚的质量比为1:5,所述中药粉与聚乙烯醇和石油醚混合溶液的质量体积比为1:5g/mL,200r/min搅拌萃取1h后,3000r/min离心10min,取上清液,0.01MPa减压浓缩至相对密度为1.2,得到中药精油。
保健床垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅藻泥粉碎、研细,过100-200目筛后得到硅藻泥粉;
(2)将改性竹炭纤维、正庚烷、低密度聚乙烯、三乙醇胺、过氧化苯甲酰叔丁酯混合均匀后,加入到双辊炼胶机中熔融反应0.5h后,继续加入硅藻泥粉制得料片,然后置于平板硫化机上160℃下加压至2MPa,保压10min,去压发泡,降至室温后混合中药精油,得到泡沫粒;
(3)将泡沫粒进行注塑成型,得到保健床垫。
实施例2
原料组成(重量份):改性竹炭纤维30份、低密度聚乙烯200份、硅藻泥10份、正戊烷4份、二乙醇胺0.2份、中药精油5份、过氧化甲乙酮0.02份。
改性竹炭纤维的制备方法如下:
S1.预处理:将20g竹炭纤维浸泡在2wt%的NaOH溶液中,浸渍30min,取出,洗净;
S2.磁性纳米粒子的沉积:将100mL 2mol/L氯化铁、100mL 1mol/L氯化亚铁溶液混合后,加入15g预处理后的竹炭纤维,搅拌30min,滴加20wt%氨水溶液至pH为11,通入氧气,通气量为2L/min,控制反应温度为70℃,过滤,固体经过400℃煅烧4h后,得到磁性纳米粒子沉积的竹炭纤维;
S3.改性:将10g磁性纳米粒子沉积的竹炭纤维加入100mL含有4wt%硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液中,加热至90℃,反应2h后,取出,洗净,得到改性竹炭纤维;
硅烷偶联剂为A171和KH570的复配混合,质量比为1:3。
中药精油由以下方法制备而成:将10g川穹、4g三七、3g茴香、5g薄荷分别洗净,90℃真空干燥4h,WZJ-6BI型振动式超微粉碎机内,加入80个介质,进行超微粉碎15-30min,超微粉碎后混合,得到中药粉;将中药粉加入聚乙烯醇和石油醚的混合溶液中,其中聚乙烯醇和石油醚的质量比为1:10,所述中药粉与聚乙烯醇和石油醚混合溶液的质量体积比为1:10g/mL,500r/min搅拌萃取2h后,5000r/min离心20min,取上清液,0.05MPa减压浓缩至相对密度为1.5,得到中药精油。
保健床垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅藻泥粉碎、研细,过200目筛后得到硅藻泥粉;
(2)将改性竹炭纤维、正戊烷、低密度聚乙烯、二乙醇胺、过氧化甲乙酮混合均匀后,加入到双辊炼胶机中熔融反应1h后,继续加入硅藻泥粉制得料片,然后置于平板硫化机上200℃下加压至7MPa,保压30min,去压发泡,降至室温后混合中药精油,得到泡沫粒;
(3)将泡沫粒进行注塑成型,得到保健床垫。
实施例3
原料组成(重量份):改性竹炭纤维20份、低密度聚乙烯150份、硅藻泥7份、石油醚3份、聚乙烯醇0.15份、中药精油4份、偶氮二异庚腈0.015份。
改性竹炭纤维的制备方法如下:
S1.预处理:将20g竹炭纤维浸泡在1wt%的NaOH溶液中,浸渍25min,取出,洗净;
S2.磁性纳米粒子的沉积:将100mL 2mol/L氯化铁、100mL 1mol/L氯化亚铁溶液混合后,加入15g预处理后的竹炭纤维,搅拌20min,滴加20wt%氨水溶液至pH为10,通入氧气,通气量为1.2L/min,控制反应温度为60℃,过滤,固体经过350℃煅烧3.5h后,得到磁性纳米粒子沉积的竹炭纤维;
S3.改性:将10g磁性纳米粒子沉积的竹炭纤维加入100mL含有3wt%硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液中,加热至85℃,反应1.5h后,取出,洗净,得到改性竹炭纤维;
硅烷偶联剂为A171和KH570的复配混合,质量比为1:2.5。
中药精油由以下方法制备而成:将7g川穹、3g三七、2g茴香、3.5g薄荷分别洗净,70℃真空干燥3h,WZJ-6BI型振动式超微粉碎机内,加入75个介质,进行超微粉碎22min,超微粉碎后混合,得到中药粉;将中药粉加入聚乙烯醇和石油醚的混合溶液中,其中聚乙烯醇和石油醚的质量比为1:7,所述中药粉与聚乙烯醇和石油醚混合溶液的质量体积比为1:7g/mL,3500r/min搅拌萃取1.5h后,4000r/min离心15min,取上清液,0.03MPa减压浓缩至相对密度为1.35,得到中药精油。
保健床垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅藻泥粉碎、研细,过150目筛后得到硅藻泥粉;
(2)将改性竹炭纤维、石油醚、低密度聚乙烯、聚乙烯醇、偶氮二异庚腈混合均匀后,加入到双辊炼胶机中熔融反应1h后,继续加入硅藻泥粉制得料片,然后置于平板硫化机上180℃下加压至5MPa,保压20min,去压发泡,降至室温后混合中药精油,得到泡沫粒;
(3)将泡沫粒进行注塑成型,得到保健床垫。
对比例1
与实施例3相比,竹炭纤维没有经过步骤S1中预处理步骤,其他条件均不改变。
改性竹炭纤维的制备方法如下:
S1.磁性纳米粒子的沉积:将100mL 2mol/L氯化铁、100mL 1mol/L氯化亚铁溶液混合后,加入15g竹炭纤维,搅拌20min,滴加20wt%氨水溶液至pH为10,通入氧气,通气量为1.2L/min,控制反应温度为60℃,过滤,固体经过350℃煅烧3.5h后,得到磁性纳米粒子沉积的竹炭纤维;
S2.改性:将10g磁性纳米粒子沉积的竹炭纤维加入100mL含有3wt%硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液中,加热至85℃,反应1.5h后,取出,洗净,得到改性竹炭纤维;
硅烷偶联剂为A171和KH570的复配混合,质量比为1:2.5。

测试例1
将本发明实施例1-3和对比例1-7制得的保健床垫进行性能测试,结果见表1。
压陷硬度指标(HA(40%/30s),单位N):指试样压缩达到总厚度的(40±1)%,保载(30±1)s后的,测试其压力。
压缩变形特征(Sf=F65/F25):指试样先压缩至总厚度的(75±1)%,然后卸载,Sf为压缩量分别达到(65±1)%和(25±1)%时,两个即时力之比。

由上表可知,本发明制得的保健床垫具有良好的抗变形能力、弹性和柔韧性。
测试例2抗菌抗螨性能测试
将实施例1-3以及对比例1-7制得保健床垫采用振荡法(GB/T20944.3-2008)测试,结果见表2。

由上表可知,本发明制得的保健床垫具有良好的抗菌抑菌、防螨性能。
与现有技术相比,本发明制备了一种磁性的改性竹炭纤维,通过在竹炭纤维表面预处理后,形成较多的羟基、含氧基团,进一步,将氯化铁和氯化亚铁反应沉积在预处理后竹炭纤维表面,煅烧形成磁性三氧化四铁,进一步与带有双键的硅烷偶联剂反应,使得改性竹炭纤维表面不仅沉积大量的磁性纳米粒子,同时含有较多的双键基团,后续与低密度聚乙烯在引发剂的作用下发生共聚,从而使得改性竹炭纤维接枝在低密度聚乙烯分子链上,使得制得的EPE泡沫不仅具有竹炭的抑菌、除臭功能,同时能够形成磁场,对人体具有磁场保健的效果;
本发明将川穹、三七、茴香、薄荷通过聚乙烯醇和石油醚的混合溶液萃取出与油溶性的成分,进一步减压浓缩得到中药精油,不仅与基体具有很好的相容性,同时还具有很好的抗菌、抑菌、防螨、芬芳的效果,加入保健床垫中对人体具有很好的保健、舒缓的效果;
本发明硅藻泥、改性竹炭纤维和低密度聚乙烯混合制备的改性EPE泡沫软硬度适中,能对腰部形成承托力,人们谁在该保健床垫上对于腰肌劳损、腰椎间盘突出等病症有一定的舒缓作用;并且,该床垫的柔软性和回弹性适当,能够很好的长久保持,该床垫的使用寿命大大延长。
本发明制得的保健床垫软硬度适中,承托性能佳,具有优良的力学强度、透气性,能形成有益于人体健康的磁场,且具有良好的抗菌抑菌、防螨除臭的功效,对于使用者有很好的保健效果,同时延长了其使用时间。

Claims (10)
1.一种保健床垫,其特征在于,由以下原料按重量份制备而成:改性竹炭纤维10-30份、低密度聚乙烯100-200份、硅藻泥5-10份、发泡剂2-4份、泡沫稳定剂0.1-0.2份、中药精油3-5份、引发剂0.01-0.02份;
所述改性竹炭纤维的制备方法如下:
S1.预处理:将竹炭纤维浸泡在0.5-2wt%的NaOH溶液中,浸渍20-30min,取出,洗净;
S2.磁性纳米粒子的沉积:将氯化铁、氯化亚铁溶液混合后,加入预处理后的竹炭纤维,搅拌10-30min,滴加氨水溶液至pH为8-11,通入氧气,控制反应温度为50-70℃,过滤,固体经过煅烧后,得到磁性纳米粒子沉积的竹炭纤维;
S3.改性:将磁性纳米粒子沉积的竹炭纤维加入含有硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液中,加热至80-90℃,反应1-2h后,取出,洗净,得到改性竹炭纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述保健床垫,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为带有双键的硅烷偶联剂,选自KH570、A171、KH-A172、A151中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述保健床垫,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为A171和KH570的复配混合,质量比为1:(2-3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述保健床垫,其特征在于,所述氯化铁、氯化亚铁溶液的物质的量之比为2:1;所述煅烧温度为300-400℃;所述含有硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液中硅烷偶联剂的含量为2-4wt%,余量为乙醇;所述氧气的通气量为1-2L/min。
5.根据权利要求1所述保健床垫,其特征在于,所述中药精油由以下方法制备而成:将川穹、三七、茴香、薄荷分别洗净,干燥,超微粉碎后混合,得到中药粉;将中药粉加入聚乙烯醇和石油醚的混合溶液中,搅拌萃取1-2h后,离心,取上清液,减压浓缩,得到中药精油。
6.根据权利要求5所述保健床垫,其特征在于,所述中药精油由以下方法制备而成:将5-10重量份川穹、2-4重量份三七、1-3重量份茴香、2-5重量份薄荷分别洗净,50-90℃真空干燥2-4h,WZJ-6BI型振动式超微粉碎机内,加入70-80个介质,进行超微粉碎15-30min,超微粉碎后混合,得到中药粉;将中药粉加入聚乙烯醇和石油醚的混合溶液中,其中聚乙烯醇和石油醚的质量比为1:(5-10),所述中药粉与聚乙烯醇和石油醚混合溶液的质量体积比为1:(5-10)g/mL,200-500r/min搅拌萃取1-2h后,3000-5000r/min离心10-20min,取上清液,0.01-0.05MPa减压浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.5,得到中药精油。
7.根据权利要求1所述保健床垫,其特征在于,所述发泡剂选自正戊烷、正己烷、正庚烷、石油醚中的至少一种;所述泡沫稳定剂选自聚乙烯醇、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述保健床垫,其特征在于,所述引发剂选自偶氮二异丁腈、偶氮二异庚腈、偶氮二异丁酸二甲酯、过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化苯甲酰叔丁酯、过氧化甲乙酮中的至少一种。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述保健床垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅藻泥粉碎、研细,过筛后得到硅藻泥粉;
(2)将改性竹炭纤维、发泡剂、低密度聚乙烯、泡沫稳定剂、引发剂混合均匀后,加入到双辊炼胶机中熔融反应0.5-1h后,继续加入硅藻泥粉制得料片,然后置于平板硫化机上160-200℃下加压至2-7MPa,保压10-30min,去压发泡,降至室温后混合中药精油,得到泡沫粒;
(3)将泡沫粒进行注塑成型,得到保健床垫。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述过筛的粒径为100-200目。
