Abstract
本发明涉及海绵技术领域,具体涉及一种可水洗海绵,由聚醚多元醇、交联剂、复合催化剂、泡沫稳定剂、二苯基烷‑4,4二异氨酸酯和水发泡而成。与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的一种可水洗海绵,通过调节三官聚醚多元醇、聚醚多元醇和二官聚醚多元醇的比例能够使海绵的回弹效果变慢,能够有效的提高人体的舒适性,从而提高睡眠质量,同时慢回弹海绵具有压力缓解的特点,能够让使用者的身体在一个自然的无压力位置得到休息,通过复合催化剂及各原料混合整体发泡而成的一种可水洗海绵透气值可达到211Liter/Min以上,因此海绵枕头质地细密且具有较佳的透气性,更有效解决了刺激性气味的问题,还可以进行真空压缩包装,可直接进行多次反复水洗,使用舒适度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及海绵技术领域,具体涉及一种可水洗海绵。
背景技术
记忆棉是一种具有开放式单元结构的聚氨酯高分子聚合物,该材料具有特殊的黏弹特性,并具有很强的冲击能吸收能力,在座椅、沙发、床垫、枕头等领域中广泛应用。现在的大部分记忆棉枕头不透气,且不能沾水,在长期的使用过程中,很容易产生异味,并且不能保证人体正常的颈椎曲度(自然生理弯曲),并且不能对颈椎弧度,肩部,及睡眠时颈部与枕头之间产生的间隙进行有效支撑、保证舒适的睡眠。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术缺陷的不足,本发明提供了一种可水洗海绵,解决了现有记忆棉枕头透气性差、舒适度低而导致睡眠质量不佳,无法有效的缓减压力,不满足现有使用者的使用需求的问题。
一种可水洗海绵,关键在于由以下质量份数原料发泡而成:800-1200份聚醚多元醇、5-15份交联剂、15-25份复合催化剂、18-28份泡沫稳定剂、350-420份二苯基烷-4,4二异氨酸酯、30-50份水;所述聚醚多元醇为质量比为(1-5):(1-5):1的三官聚醚多元醇、聚醚多元醇和二官聚醚多元醇。
优选的,所述聚醚多元醇为质量比为(1-3):(1-3):1的三官聚醚多元醇、聚醚多元醇和二官聚醚多元醇。
优选的,所述复合催化剂为质量比为1:(2-5):(1-4):(2-5)的2,4,6-(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚、五甲基二亚乙基三胺、双-(3-二甲丙胺基)胺和硫醇二丁基锡。
优选的,所述复合催化剂为质量比为1:3:2:3的2,4,6-(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚、五甲基二亚乙基三胺、双-(3-二甲丙胺基)胺和硫醇二丁基锡。
优选的,所述交联剂选自二羟甲基丙酸、三羟甲基丙烷、一缩二乙二醇(DEG)、甘露醇、二甲硫基甲苯二胺、聚氮丙啶中的一种或两种。
优选的,所述泡沫稳定剂为有机硅型消泡剂或聚醚型消泡剂。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明所提供的一种可水洗海绵,通过调节三官聚醚多元醇、聚醚多元醇和二官聚醚多元醇的比例能够使海绵的回弹效果变慢,在使用者在使用慢回弹海绵做成的枕头睡觉时,能够有效的提高人体的舒适性,从而提高睡眠质量,同时慢回弹海绵具有压力缓解的特点,能够让使用者的身体在一个自然的无压力位置得到休息,通过复合催化剂及各原料混合整体发泡而成的一种可水洗海绵透气值可达到211Liter/Min以上,因此海绵枕头质地细密且具有较佳的透气性,更有效解决了刺激性气味的问题,还可以进行真空压缩包装,可直接进行多次反复水洗,使用舒适度高。
具体实施方法
为使本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附表和具体实施方式对本发明作详细说明。
实施例1
各原料为:800份聚醚多元醇、5份二甲硫基甲苯二胺、15份复合催化剂、18份泡沫稳定剂(BYK-110)、350份二苯基烷-4,4二异氨酸酯、30份水;复合催化剂为1:2:1:2的2,4,6-(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚、五甲基二亚乙基三胺、双-(3-二甲丙胺基)胺和硫醇二丁基锡;聚醚多元醇为质量比为1:1:1的三官聚醚多元醇、聚醚多元醇和二官聚醚多元醇;
制备工艺:取聚醚多元醇、交联剂、复合催化剂、泡沫稳定剂、和水在温常温(25℃)下混合搅拌20分钟、转速1200r/min得到混合物;将混合物和2,4,6-(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚同时注入喷涂有脱模剂的模具中,密封模具,控制模具温度在40-45℃,反应5分钟后,开模得到一种可水洗海绵。
实施例2
各原料为:1200份聚醚多元醇、15份二羟甲基丙酸、25份复合催化剂、28份泡沫稳定剂(BYK-019)、420份二苯基烷-4,4二异氨酸酯、50份水;复合催化剂为1:5:4:5的2,4,6-(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚、五甲基二亚乙基三胺、双-(3-二甲丙胺基)胺和硫醇二丁基锡;聚醚多元醇为质量比为5:5:1的三官聚醚多元醇、聚醚多元醇和二官聚醚多元醇;
制备工艺同实施例1。
实施例3
各原料为:1000份聚醚多元醇、10份一缩二乙二醇、18份复合催化剂、20份泡沫稳定剂(BYK-1730)、400份二苯基烷-4,4二异氨酸酯、35份水;复合催化剂为1:3:2:3的2,4,6-(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚、五甲基二亚乙基三胺、双-(3-二甲丙胺基)胺和硫醇二丁基锡;聚醚多元醇为质量比为3:3:1的三官聚醚多元醇、聚醚多元醇和二官聚醚多元醇;
制备工艺同实施例1。
实施例4
各原料为:1100份聚醚多元醇、8份交联剂(广州有信材料有限公司YNIX SA202)、20份复合催化剂、20份泡沫稳定剂(BYK-141)、390份二苯基烷-4,4二异氨酸酯、35份水;复合催化剂为1:3:2:3的2,4,6-(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚、五甲基二亚乙基三胺、双-(3-二甲丙胺基)胺和硫醇二丁基锡;聚醚多元醇为质量比为2:2:1的三官聚醚多元醇、聚醚多元醇和二官聚醚多元醇;
制备工艺同实施例1。
对比例
市购的记忆棉枕头。
对各实施例1-4及对比例1进行各项性能测试,测试结果如下表1所示:
复原时间测试:参照GB/T 26392-2011标准规定方法进行测定;
气味测试:参照GB/T 24551-2009标准规定方法进行测定;
透气性测试:参照EN ISO-7231标准规定方法进行测试;
拉伸强度测试:参照GB/T 6344-2008标准规定方法进行测试;
断裂伸长率测试:参照GB/T 6344-2008标准规定方法进行测试;
撕裂强度测试:参照GB/T 10808-2006标准规定方法进行测试;
水洗测试:25℃下,将各实施例制备的一种可水洗海绵放入市售枕套中,在市售洗衣机中进行重负荷循环洗涤,洗涤结束后将可水洗海绵取出,置于60℃下空气烘箱中干燥至恒重,再进行各项性能的测试。
表1性能测试结果
上表中可以看到,本发明的实施例1-4的透气值可到到211liter/Min以上,远优于对比例,具有较佳的透气性,并且在不同温度条件下仍然不产生刺激性气味,提高了使用舒适度,而且回弹性能优异,可进行真空压缩包装,并且水洗后的拉伸强度、撕裂强度等物理性能变化不大,仍然具有较好的稳定性和耐水洗性能,而普通的记忆棉枕头水洗洗后的物理性能下降较多,耐水洗性能较差。

1.一种可水洗海绵,其特征在于由以下质量份数原料发泡而成:800-1200份聚醚多元醇、5-15份交联剂、15-25份复合催化剂、18-28份泡沫稳定剂、350-420份二苯基烷-4,4二异氨酸酯、30-50份水;
所述聚醚多元醇为质量比为(1-5):(1-5):1的三官聚醚多元醇、聚醚多元醇和二官聚醚多元醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种可水洗海绵,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇为质量比为(1-3):(1-3):1的三官聚醚多元醇、聚醚多元醇和二官聚醚多元醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种可水洗海绵,其特征在于:所述复合催化剂为质量比为1:(2-5):(1-4):(2-5)的2,4,6-(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚、五甲基二亚乙基三胺、双-(3-二甲丙胺基)胺和硫醇二丁基锡。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种可水洗海绵,其特征在于:所述复合催化剂为质量比为1:3:2:3的2,4,6-(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚、五甲基二亚乙基三胺、双-(3-二甲丙胺基)胺和硫醇二丁基锡。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种可水洗海绵,其特征在于:所述交联剂为选自二羟甲基丙酸、三羟甲基丙烷、一缩二乙二醇、甘露醇、二甲硫基甲苯二胺、聚氮丙啶中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种可水洗海绵,其特征在于:所述泡沫稳定剂为有机硅型消泡剂或聚醚型消泡剂。
