Abstract

本发明公开了一种含超细羽绒纤维‑有机硅微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂,本发明将羽绒纤维处理成具有高表面活性和高热稳定性的超细纤维,并在其表面交联沉积有机硅膜层,这种有机硅膜层具备良好的疏水透气性,可在不影响羽绒特有性能的基础上改善超细羽绒纤维的吸湿性,防止回潮,且这种超细羽绒纤维‑有机硅微球与水性聚氨酯乳液的相容性更佳;本发明的聚氨酯涂层剂创新的引入羽绒纤维,得到了一类具备透气、耐热、高弹、抗污、抗黄变的织物涂层整理剂,其经济环保,无毒无味,可有效改善织物的使用体验。

Description

一种含超细羽绒纤维 - 有机硅微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品涂层整理剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种含超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂。
背景技术
纺织品涂层整理剂简称涂层剂,是一种涂布于织物表面的高分子化合物薄膜,用以改善织物的风格、手感以及外观等等,极大的提高了纺织品的附加价值。水性聚氨酯涂层剂是一类重要的环保涂层剂,其具有弹性优,手感柔软,耐磨耐溶剂等优点,然而其透湿性较差,严重影响织物的穿着体验,且生产成本高,随着市场需求的提升,研究防水透气类环保聚氨酯织物涂层剂显得尤为重要。《丝素/聚氨酯防水透湿涂层剂的制备及其应用》一文利用丝素对聚氨酯进行改性处理,有效的提高了涂层剂的透湿效果,然而丝素的疏水性较差,随着丝素质量分数的提高涂层膜的耐水性会变差,且丝素的生产成本较高,不利于大规模生产。
我国是羽绒生产大国,年产量遥遥领先于其他国家,羽绒是一种多基团的氨基酸肽链结构的天然蛋白质材料,粗蛋白含量占整个羽绒的80%以上,其结构蓬松柔软,保暖性卓越,具备良好的吸湿性和生物相容性,然而在其资源利用方面的研究利用依旧处于原材料粗加工的水平,除了少量的作为保暖填充材料用于服装和床上用品以外,还有一部分用于体育用品、工艺品以及复合材料的增强材料,大部分都被作为废弃物处理,造成了大量的资源浪费。羽绒在透湿透气性以及耐水性方面均优于丝素,如果能将羽绒有效的引入聚氨酯涂层剂中,将会获得具备优良综合性能的涂层剂,提高织物的经济价值。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种含超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种含超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂,该涂层剂由以下重量份的原料制得:固含量为30-50%的水性聚氨酯乳液30-50、超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球1-5、氧化聚乙烯蜡1-2、分散剂0.1、水性消泡剂0.1、去离子水10-50。
所述的超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球的制备方法为:
(1)将羽绒经过除杂、消毒、清洗、干燥后经高速剪切机剪切粉碎,过625-800目筛,随后将过筛物投入磨浆机内,以无水乙醇作为研磨介质磨浆,研磨2-5h后在60-80℃条件下干燥,制成超细羽绒纤维;
(2)步骤(1)所得的超细羽绒纤维投入去离子水中,配成5-10wt%的分散液,再加入聚氧乙烯烷基醚,搅拌混合均匀后加入聚二甲基硅氧烷、含氢硅油、铂盐催化剂,继续搅拌混合3-5h,形成均质乳液,其中聚氧乙烯烷基醚的用量为去离子水重量的1%-10%,超细羽绒纤维、聚二甲基硅氧烷与含氢硅油的重量比为0.1:1-1.5:0.8-1,铂盐催化剂的用量为聚二甲基硅氧烷与含氢硅油总量的50-200ppm(以Pt计);
(3)将步骤(2)所得的均质乳液升温至40-50℃,交联反应10-15h,反应结束后乳液进行喷雾干燥,即得所述超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球。
所述的一种含超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂的制备方法为:将各原料搅拌混合均匀后即得。
本发明将羽绒纤维处理成具有高表面活性和高热稳定性的超细纤维,并在其表面交联沉积有机硅膜层,这种有机硅膜层具备良好的疏水透气性,可在不影响羽绒特有性能的基础上改善超细羽绒纤维的吸湿性,防止回潮,且这种超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球与水性聚氨酯乳液的相容性更佳;本发明的聚氨酯涂层剂创新的引入羽绒纤维,得到了一类具备透气、耐热、高弹、抗污、抗黄变的织物涂层整理剂,其经济环保,无毒无味,可有效改善织物的使用体验。
具体实施方式
该实施例涂层剂由以下重量份的原料搅拌混合均匀后制得:固含量为30%的水性聚氨酯乳液30、超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球1、氧化聚乙烯蜡1、分散剂0.1、水性消泡剂0.1、去离子水10。
其中超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球的制备方法为:
(1)将羽绒经过除杂、消毒、清洗、干燥后经高速剪切机剪切粉碎,过625目筛,随后将过筛物投入磨浆机内,以无水乙醇作为研磨介质磨浆,研磨2h后在60℃条件下干燥,制成超细羽绒纤维;
(2)步骤(1)所得的超细羽绒纤维投入去离子水中,配成5wt%的分散液,再加入聚氧乙烯烷基醚,搅拌混合均匀后加入聚二甲基硅氧烷、含氢硅油、铂盐催化剂,继续搅拌混合3h,形成均质乳液,其中聚氧乙烯烷基醚的用量为去离子水重量的1%%,超细羽绒纤维、聚二甲基硅氧烷与含氢硅油的重量比为0.1:1:0.8,铂盐催化剂的用量为聚二甲基硅氧烷与含氢硅油总量的50ppm(以Pt计);
(3)将步骤(2)所得的均质乳液升温至40℃,交联反应10h,反应结束后乳液进行喷雾干燥,即得所述超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球。
将制得的涂层剂对涤纶织物进行涂覆处理,使得织物增重2.5%,处理后的织物按照纺织品性能测试标准进行测试,测试结果如下:

1.一种含超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂,其特征在于,该涂层剂由以下重量份的原料制得:固含量为30-50%的水性聚氨酯乳液30-50、超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球1-5、氧化聚乙烯蜡1-2、分散剂0.1、水性消泡剂0.1、去离子水10-50。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂,其特征在于,所述的超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球的制备方法为:
(1)将羽绒经过除杂、消毒、清洗、干燥后经高速剪切机剪切粉碎,过625-800目筛,随后将过筛物投入磨浆机内,以无水乙醇作为研磨介质磨浆,研磨2-5h后在60-80℃条件下干燥,制成超细羽绒纤维;
(2)步骤(1)所得的超细羽绒纤维投入去离子水中,配成5-10wt%的分散液,再加入聚氧乙烯烷基醚,搅拌混合均匀后加入聚二甲基硅氧烷、含氢硅油、铂盐催化剂,继续搅拌混合3-5h,形成均质乳液,其中聚氧乙烯烷基醚的用量为去离子水重量的1%-10%,超细羽绒纤维、聚二甲基硅氧烷与含氢硅油的重量比为0.1:1-1.5:0.8-1,铂盐催化剂的用量为聚二甲基硅氧烷与含氢硅油总量的50-200ppm(以Pt计);
(3)将步骤(2)所得的均质乳液升温至40-50℃,交联反应10-15h,反应结束后乳液进行喷雾干燥,即得所述超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种含超细羽绒纤维-有机硅微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂的制备方法为:将各原料搅拌混合均匀后即得。
