Abstract

本发明公开了一种含超细羽绒纤维‑壳聚糖微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂,本发明将羽绒纤维处理成具有高反应活性的和高热稳定性超细纤维,并将其分散于壳聚糖溶液中,在戊二醛的作用下交联形成复合微球,这种复合微球具备羽绒纤维的高透气透湿性,同时具有壳聚糖的生物功效,这种复合微球在聚氨酯乳液中稳定分散性好,用这种涂层剂处理后的织物透湿透气,抗菌防臭,不伤皮肤,同水洗牢度高,可有效改善织物的使用体验,提高经济价值。

一种含超细羽绒纤维 - 壳聚糖微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品涂层整理剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种含超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂。
背景技术
纺织品涂层整理剂简称涂层剂,是一种涂布于织物表面的高分子化合物薄膜,用以改善织物的风格、手感以及外观等等,极大的提高了纺织品的附加价值。水性聚氨酯涂层剂是一类重要的环保涂层剂,其具有弹性优,手感柔软,耐磨耐溶剂等优点,然而其透湿性较差,严重影响织物的穿着体验,且生产成本高,随着市场需求的提升,研究防水透气类环保聚氨酯织物涂层剂显得尤为重要。《丝素/聚氨酯防水透湿涂层剂的制备及其应用》一文利用丝素对聚氨酯进行改性处理,有效的提高了涂层剂的透湿效果,然而丝素的疏水性较差,随着丝素质量分数的提高涂层膜的耐水性会变差,且丝素的生产成本较高,不利于大规模生产。
我国是羽绒生产大国,年产量遥遥领先于其他国家,羽绒是一种多基团的氨基酸肽链结构的天然蛋白质材料,粗蛋白含量占整个羽绒的80%以上,其结构蓬松柔软,保暖性卓越,具备良好的吸湿性和生物相容性,然而在其资源利用方面的研究利用依旧处于原材料粗加工的水平,除了少量的作为保暖填充材料用于服装和床上用品以外,还有一部分用于体育用品、工艺品以及复合材料的增强材料,大部分都被作为废弃物处理,造成了大量的资源浪费。羽绒在透湿透气性以及耐水性方面均优于丝素,如果能将羽绒有效的引入聚氨酯涂层剂中,将会获得具备优良综合性能的涂层剂,提高织物的经济价值。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种含超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种含超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂,该涂层剂由以下重量份的原料制得:固含量为30-50%的水性聚氨酯乳液30-50、超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球1-5、分散剂0.1、水性消泡剂0.1、去离子水10-50。
所述的超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球的制备方法为:
(1)将羽绒经过除杂、消毒、清洗、干燥后经高速剪切机剪切粉碎,过625-800目筛,随后将过筛物投入磨浆机内,以无水乙醇作为研磨介质磨浆,研磨2-5h后在60-80℃条件下干燥,制成超细羽绒纤维,最后将所得物料投入浓度为1-5%的戊二醛水溶液中浸泡处理1-3h,反应结束后过滤,物料水洗2-3次后干燥,制成戊二醛接枝的超细羽绒纤维;
(2)将壳聚糖溶解于浓度为1-3%的醋酸溶液中,配制成壳聚糖质量分数为5-15%的溶液,随后加入步骤(1)所得的超细羽绒纤维,高速搅拌混合均匀后加入浓度为3-5%的戊二醛水溶液,混合均匀后反应2-5h,反应结束后将混合液与等体积的无水乙醇混合,投入高压微射流均质机中,在均质压力为10000-20000psi条件下均质2-3次,处理完毕后溶液静置分层,除去上层清液后的物料用去离子水反复抽滤至中性后喷雾干燥后即得所述超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球。
所述的超细羽绒纤维、壳聚糖重量比为0.1:0.1-0.5。
所述的戊二醛水溶液与壳聚糖醋酸溶液的体积比为1:1-2。
所述的一种含超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂的制备方法为:将各原料搅拌混合均匀后即得。
本发明将羽绒纤维处理成具有高反应活性的和高热稳定性超细纤维,并将其分散于壳聚糖溶液中,在戊二醛的作用下交联形成复合微球,这种复合微球具备羽绒纤维的高透气透湿性,同时具有壳聚糖的生物功效,这种复合微球在聚氨酯乳液中稳定分散性好,用这种涂层剂处理后的织物透湿透气,抗菌防臭,不伤皮肤,同水洗牢度高,可有效改善织物的使用体验,提高经济价值。
具体实施方式
该实施例涂层剂由以下重量份的原料搅拌混合均匀后制得:固含量为30%的水性聚氨酯乳液30、超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球1、分散剂0.1、水性消泡剂0.1、去离子水10。
其中超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球的制备方法为:
(1)将羽绒经过除杂、消毒、清洗、干燥后经高速剪切机剪切粉碎,过625目筛,随后将过筛物投入磨浆机内,以无水乙醇作为研磨介质磨浆,研磨2h后在60℃条件下干燥,制成超细羽绒纤维,最后将所得物料投入浓度为1%的戊二醛水溶液中浸泡处理1h,反应结束后过滤,物料水洗2次后干燥,制成戊二醛接枝的超细羽绒纤维;
(2)将壳聚糖溶解于浓度为1%的醋酸溶液中,配制成壳聚糖质量分数为5%的溶液,随后加入步骤(1)所得的超细羽绒纤维,高速搅拌混合均匀后加入浓度为3%的戊二醛水溶液,混合均匀后反应2h,反应结束后将混合液与等体积的无水乙醇混合,投入高压微射流均质机中,在均质压力为10000psi条件下均质2次,处理完毕后溶液静置分层,除去上层清液后的物料用去离子水反复抽滤至中性后喷雾干燥后即得所述超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球。
其中超细羽绒纤维、壳聚糖重量比为0.1:0.1。
其中戊二醛水溶液与壳聚糖醋酸溶液的体积比为1:1。
将制得的涂层剂对涤纶织物进行涂覆处理,使得织物增重2.5%,处理后的织物按照纺织品性能测试标准进行测试,测试结果如下:

Claims (5)

1.一种含超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂,其特征在于,该涂层剂由以下重量份的原料制得:固含量为30-50%的水性聚氨酯乳液30-50、超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球1-5、分散剂0.1、水性消泡剂0.1、去离子水10-50。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂,其特征在于,所述的超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球的制备方法为:
(1)将羽绒经过除杂、消毒、清洗、干燥后经高速剪切机剪切粉碎,过625-800目筛,随后将过筛物投入磨浆机内,以无水乙醇作为研磨介质磨浆,研磨2-5h后在60-80℃条件下干燥,制成超细羽绒纤维,最后将所得物料投入浓度为1-5%的戊二醛水溶液中浸泡处理1-3h,反应结束后过滤,物料水洗2-3次后干燥,制成戊二醛接枝的超细羽绒纤维;

3.如权利要求2所述的一种含超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂,其特征在于,所述的超细羽绒纤维、壳聚糖重量比为0.1:0.1-0.5。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种含超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂,其特征在于,所述的戊二醛水溶液与壳聚糖醋酸溶液的体积比为1:1-2。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种含超细羽绒纤维-壳聚糖微球的水性聚氨酯涂层剂的制备方法为:将各原料搅拌混合均匀后即得。
