发明公开了一种耐磨PVC装饰人造革,该人造革利用耐磨PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述耐磨PVC浆料按重量份计由以下成分制成:PVC树脂粉、改性环氧大豆油、非重金属色饼、稳定剂、发泡剂、改性松脂岩、香樟木粉;本发明通过改性松脂岩与经过处理的香樟木粉的协同作用,能够极大的提高人造革的耐磨性能,并且其耐磨性不会随时间增加而下降,极大的提高了使用寿命,可满足鞋包、家居等易破损皮具制品的使用要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及人造革制造领域,特别是涉及一种耐磨PVC装饰人造革。
背景技术
人造革是最早发明用于皮质面料的代用品,它是用PVC加增塑剂和其他的助剂压延复合在布上制成。目前国内PVC装饰人造革生产过程中,通常采用增塑剂、PVC树脂粉、重钙、稳定剂、发泡剂、色饼等主要原料组成。这种人造革容易变硬、变脆,透气性差、耐磨性差,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐磨PVC装饰人造革。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐磨PVC装饰人造革,该人造革利用耐磨PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述耐磨PVC浆料按重量份计由以下成分制成:PVC树脂粉112-116、改性环氧大豆油30-35、非重金属色饼 4-6、稳定剂1-3、发泡剂1-5、改性松脂岩18-24、香樟木粉5-7。
进一步的,所述改性环氧大豆油按重量份计由以下成分制成:环氧大豆油110、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯5、松香3、氢氧化钠0.5,其制备方法为:
(1)按各重量份将环氧大豆油、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、松香和氢氧化钠添加到反应釜,控制温度在128℃,持续2小时;
(2)将步骤(1)所得环氧大豆油进行蒸馏,控制压力1.8MPa,在118℃下持续3小时;
(3)将步骤(2)所得环氧大豆油进行水洗,将环氧大豆油与水混合后以800r/min转速搅拌30min,环氧大豆油与水的质量比为1:40;
(4)对步骤(3)所得环氧大豆油进行脱水,至环氧大豆油含水量小于1%,即得。
进一步的,所述改性松脂岩制备方法为:将松脂岩与硅藻土按100:3质量比例混合然后在368℃下煅烧20min,然后将混合后的松脂岩研磨至500目,按1:2:80质量比例将马来酸酐、硅烷偶联剂和水均匀混合制成混合溶液,将混合后的松脂岩与混合溶液均匀混合到一起,加热至80℃,保温4小时,然后过滤,采用清水清洗,烘干,即得改性松脂岩。
进一步的,所述的稳定剂为PVC复合稳定剂。
进一步的,所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
进一步的,所述的香樟木粉制备方法为:将香樟树枝去皮后,切成碎片,将壳聚糖与质量浓度为2.5%的衣康酸溶液按1:50质量比例混合,制成壳聚糖酸溶液,然后将香樟树枝碎片添加到壳聚糖酸溶液中,浸泡3天,浸泡温度为40℃,然后过滤,表面清洗,再将香樟树枝碎片制成木粉,过500目,即可。
进一步的,所述的压延法为将耐磨PVC浆料的原料按各自重量份在121℃下高速搅拌后于166℃下密炼,得到耐磨PVC浆料;将基材于121℃下上PU浆料开幅后,再与所述耐磨PVC浆料进入四滚压延机于182℃下贴合,最后于238℃下进行发泡压花处理。
进一步的,所述高速搅拌的速度为2000r/min。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比:
本发明通过改性松脂岩与经过处理的香樟木粉的协同作用,能够极大的提高人造革的耐磨性能,并且其耐磨性不会随时间增加而下降,极大的提高了使用寿命,可满足鞋包、家居等易破损皮具制品的使用要求。通过对环氧大豆油进行改性以及特定的浆料配方的条件下,并且通过改性松脂岩以及其他条件的配合下,能够改善人造革吸湿性差的问题,并且本发明人造革韧性更好,耐老化性得到极大的提高,经过本发明对环氧大豆油的改性和对松脂岩的改性,能够极大的提高人造革耐油性,避免了传统人造革耐油性差的问题。通过本发明各成分之间的协同配合作用,制成的人造革不仅具有较好的机械性能(如拉伸负荷、断裂伸长率、撕裂伸长率、撕裂负荷等),相较于普通人造革,本发明人造革拉伸负荷提高了22.5%左右,撕裂负荷提高了47.8%左右,还具有较佳的耐折牢度老化性能,该皮革通过了32000次耐折牢度实验,老化性能实验结果为不开裂。

一种耐磨PVC装饰人造革,该人造革利用耐磨PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述耐磨PVC浆料按重量份计由以下成分制成:PVC树脂粉112-116、改性环氧大豆油30-35、非重金属色饼 4-6、稳定剂1-3、发泡剂1-5、改性松脂岩18-24、香樟木粉5-7。

实施例1:经向拉伸负荷331N,纬向拉伸负荷243N,经向断裂伸长率13.4%,纬向断裂伸长率18.2%,撕裂强度为96N/mm,表面颜色牢度6级,通过32000次耐折牢度试验,老化性测试不开裂,耐油性佳。
实施例2:经向拉伸负荷332N,纬向拉伸负荷244N,经向断裂伸长率13.2%,纬向断裂伸长率18.4%,撕裂强度为97N/mm,表面颜色牢度6级,通过32000次耐折牢度试验,老化性测试不开裂,耐油性佳。
实施例3:经向拉伸负荷333N,纬向拉伸负荷245N,经向断裂伸长率13.5%,纬向断裂伸长率18.6%,撕裂强度为98N/mm,表面颜色牢度6级,通过32000次耐折牢度试验,老化性测试不开裂,耐油性佳。
对比例1:经向拉伸负荷303N,纬向拉伸负荷225N,经向断裂伸长率11.0%,纬向断裂伸长率16.9%,撕裂强度为76N/mm,表面颜色牢度6级,通过31000次耐折牢度试验,老化性测试不开裂,耐油性较差。

由以上试验结果可发现,本发明人造革质量优异。

1.一种耐磨PVC装饰人造革,其特征在于,该人造革利用耐磨PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述耐磨PVC浆料按重量份计由以下成分制成:PVC树脂粉112-116、改性环氧大豆油30-35、非重金属色饼 4-6、稳定剂1-3、发泡剂1-5、改性松脂岩18-24、香樟木粉5-7;所述改性环氧大豆油按重量份计由以下成分制成:环氧大豆油110、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯5、松香3、氢氧化钠0.5,其制备方法为:
(1)按各重量份将环氧大豆油、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、松香和氢氧化钠添加到反应釜,控制温度在128℃,持续2小时;
(2)将步骤(1)所得环氧大豆油进行蒸馏,控制压力1.8MPa,在118℃下持续3小时;
(3)将步骤(2)所得环氧大豆油进行水洗,将环氧大豆油与水混合后以800r/min转速搅拌30min,环氧大豆油与水的质量比为1:40;
(4)对步骤(3)所得环氧大豆油进行脱水,至环氧大豆油含水量小于1%,即得;
所述的香樟木粉制备方法为:将香樟树枝去皮后,切成碎片,将壳聚糖与质量浓度为2.5%的衣康酸溶液按1:50质量比例混合,制成壳聚糖酸溶液,然后将香樟树枝碎片添加到壳聚糖酸溶液中,浸泡3天,浸泡温度为40℃,然后过滤,表面清洗,再将香樟树枝碎片制成木粉,过500目,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨PVC装饰人造革,其特征在于,所述改性松脂岩制备方法为:将松脂岩与硅藻土按100:3质量比例混合然后在368℃下煅烧20min,然后将混合后的松脂岩研磨至500目,按1:2:80质量比例将马来酸酐、硅烷偶联剂和水均匀混合制成混合溶液,将混合后的松脂岩与混合溶液均匀混合到一起,加热至80℃,保温4小时,然后过滤,采用清水清洗,烘干,即得改性松脂岩。
