本发明涉及服装技术领域,特别是涉及一种弹性面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑身衣可适当的施压于人体腹部、臀部、大腿等部位,以支撑或紧实松弛下垂的肌肉,并调整不良姿势,进而塑造出优美且匀称的体态,因此广受女性的喜爱。塑身衣通常使用弹性较强的弹性面料制造,弹性面料大多为一面为胶片另一面为织物面料的复合面料;现有的复合面料通过粘合剂将胶片与织物面料粘合,由于粘合剂是水溶性的,胶与织物面料很容易分离,特别是经水洗后织物面料与胶片基本分离起不到回弹塑身作用,影响塑形效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种弹性面料及其制备方法,能够使基布层与弹力胶层一次直接性成型且结合牢固,弹性面料拉伸强度好,撕裂强度高,回弹力高,柔软度佳。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种弹性面料,包括基布层和弹力胶层,所述弹力胶层包括以下重量份的组分:天然橡胶100份、硫磺1.5~2份、促进剂2.5~3.5份、纳米氧化锌4~6份、硬脂酸1~3份、防老剂2~3份和补强剂18~30份。其中,基布层为具有弹性的织布面料。其中,基布层为织物面料,且该织物面料具有弹性。优选地,还包括香料0.1~0.2份,能够调整弹力胶层的气味。

作为本发明优选的方案,所述防老剂包括苯乙烯化苯酚和2-硫醇基苯并咪唑,所述苯乙烯化苯酚与2-硫醇基苯并咪唑的质量比为1.6:0.6。苯乙烯化苯酚是一种中等强度的防老剂,对热氧、天候、光挠曲等老化具有良好的防护作用,易分散、不变色、不污染。2-硫醇基苯并咪唑能减少橡胶硫化时的变色,不变色,不被污染。本发明通过实验发现,苯乙烯化苯酚与2-硫醇基苯并咪唑以一定的配比并用,可获得明显的协同效果,有效增强橡胶制品的抗老化性能。

本发明还提供了一种弹性面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将除硫磺外的所有原料组分送入密炼机中进行混炼,混炼完成后排胶;
(2)将步骤(1)排出的混炼胶翻炼至均匀光滑后,切成条状,送入滤胶机进行过滤,去除胶料中的杂质;优选地,所述滤胶机的不锈钢过滤网为圆形,且由两层分别为20目和40目的滤网组成;
(3)将经步骤(2)过滤的混炼胶返压成片状,过隔离冷却水风干,停放备用;优选地,片状的混炼胶冷却至45℃以下后,折叠放入铁架停放6h以上;
(4)将经步骤(3)处理的混炼胶先经热炼后,送入开炼机,加入硫磺,翻炼至胶料光滑均匀,过隔离冷却水风干,停放备用;优选地,该步骤的热炼可在开炼机或密炼机中进行,并调节辊距使混炼胶的厚度控制在8~10mm,用翻胶装置使配合剂与混炼胶进一步分散均匀;
(5)将经步骤(4)处理的胶料热炼后,送入压延机进行压延,然后送入平带硫化机并与基布一次成型硫化;在本步骤中,平带硫化机按所需花纹进行选择;
(6)将经步骤(5)硫化的弹力胶层,经辅机冷却卷取后,进行包装;
优选地,所述步骤(1)的混炼包括如下步骤:
a:将天然橡胶、白炭黑和二氧化钛加入密炼机中,或者,将天然橡胶和炭黑加入密炼机中,温度调至100±5℃,加压15±2MPa,混炼10±2s;
b:升栓,加压15±2MPa,保持15±2s,至温度达到105±5℃;
c:加入其余物料,继续混炼15±2s,加压12±2MPa,至温度达到110±5℃;
d:升栓,加压12±2MPa,保持20±2s,至温度达到115±5℃;
e:升栓,加压15±2MPa,保持20±2s,至温度达到120±5℃;
f:升栓,加压15±2MPa,保持20±2s,至温度达到130±5℃,
排胶。
作为本发明优选的方案,所述步骤(5)的成型硫化的工艺参数为:温度180±5℃,压力5~8MPa,速度0.8±0.05m/min。

实施例1~5的弹性面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将天然橡胶和炭黑加入密炼机中,温度调至100±5℃,加压15±2MPa,混炼10±2s;升栓,加压15±2MPa,保持15±2s,至温度达到105±5℃;加入碳酸钙、纳米氧化锌、硬脂酸、促进剂、防老剂和色母胶,继续混炼15±2s,加压12±2MPa,至温度达到110±5℃;升栓,加压12±2MPa,保持20±2s,至温度达到115±5℃;升栓,加压15±2MPa,保持20±2s,至温度达到120±5℃;升栓,加压15±2MPa,保持20±2s,至温度达到130±5℃,排胶;
(2)将步骤(1)排出的混炼胶翻炼至均匀光滑后,切成条状,送入滤胶机进行过滤,去除胶料中的杂质;优选地,所述滤胶机的不锈钢过滤网为圆形,由两层滤网组成,第一层滤网为20目,第一层滤网为40目;装滤网时,两层网孔错开一定的角度,滤网放入机头后装上套环压紧压平;
(3)将经步骤(2)过滤的混炼胶返压成片状,过隔离冷却水冷却至45℃以下后风干,折叠放入铁架停放6h以上,等待加硫;
(4)将经步骤(3)处理的混炼胶先后经过第一台开炼机和第二台开练机进行加硫作业;其中,混炼胶在第一台开炼机的生产过程为:调节开炼机的辊距,使混炼胶的厚度控制在8~10mm,待混炼胶包辊炼至光滑后,割出三分一,通过输送带送入第二台开炼机加入硫磺,待硫磺全部混入后,再将余下混炼胶全部送入第二台开炼机;混炼胶在第二台开炼机的生产过程为:调节第二台开练机的辊距,使混炼胶的厚度控制在8~10mm,接收从输送带送来的经第一台开炼机翻炼过的混炼胶,待混炼胶包辊光滑后,按配方量的硫化剂进行混合,然后用翻胶导辊来回翻炼8次以上,直至翻炼光滑均匀后,过隔离冷却水风干,折叠停放;
(5)将经步骤(4)处理的胶料热炼后,送入压延机压延成所需厚度,然后送入平带硫化机并与基布一次成型硫化,并在弹力胶层形成不同花纹,成型硫化的工艺参数为:温度180±5℃,压力5~8MPa,速度0.8±0.05m/min;
(6)将经步骤(5)硫化的弹力胶层,经辅机冷却卷取后,进行包装。
实施例6~10的弹性面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将天然橡胶、白炭黑和二氧化钛加入密炼机中,温度调至100±5℃,加压15±2MPa,混炼10±2s;升栓,加压15±2MPa,保持15±2s,至温度达到105±5℃;加入碳酸钙、纳米氧化锌、硬脂酸、促进剂、防老剂和色母胶,继续混炼15±2s,加压12±2MPa,至温度达到110±5℃;升栓,加压12±2MPa,保持20±2s,至温度达到115±5℃;升栓,加压15±2MPa,保持20±2s,至温度达到120±5℃;升栓,加压15±2MPa,保持20±2s,至温度达到130±5℃,排胶;
(2)将步骤(1)排出的混炼胶翻炼至均匀光滑后,切成条状,送入滤胶机进行过滤,去除胶料中的杂质;优选地,所述滤胶机的不锈钢过滤网为圆形,由两层滤网组成,第一层滤网为20目,第一层滤网为40目;装滤网时,两层网孔错开一定的角度,滤网放入机头后装上套环压紧压平;
(3)将经步骤(2)过滤的混炼胶返压成片状,过隔离冷却水冷却至45℃以下后风干,折叠放入铁架停放6h以上,等待加硫;
(4)将经步骤(3)处理的混炼胶先后经过第一台开炼机和第二台开练机进行加硫作业;其中,混炼胶在第一台开炼机的生产过程为:调节第一台开炼机的辊距,使混炼胶的厚度控制在8~10mm,待混炼胶包辊炼至光滑后,割出三分一,通过输送带送入第二台开炼机,余下胶料待第二台开炼机将硫磺全部混入后,再将余下混炼胶全部送入第二台开炼机;混炼胶在第二台开炼机的生产过程为:调节第二台开练机的辊距,使混炼胶的厚度控制在8~10mm,接收从输送带送来的经第一台开炼机翻炼过的混炼胶,待混炼胶包辊光滑后,按配方量的硫化剂进行混合,然后用翻胶导辊来回翻炼8次以上,直至翻炼光滑均匀后,过隔离冷却水风干,折叠停放;
(5)将经步骤(4)处理的胶料热炼后,送入压延机压延成所需厚度,然后送入平带硫化机并与基布一次成型硫化,并在弹力胶层形成不同花纹,成型硫化的工艺参数为:温度180±5℃,压力5~8MPa,速度0.8±0.05m/min;
(6)将经步骤(5)硫化的弹力胶层,经辅机冷却卷取后,进行包装。
通过将实施例1的弹性面料和由基布层与弹力胶层通过胶水粘合制成的普通弹性面料进行粘合强度的测试,其中,将实施例1的弹性面料与普通弹性面料裁成宽度为25mm、长度200mm的长条,在拉力机上以50mm/min速度进行拉伸,取9个记录破坏时的最大负荷测试力值的平均数,除以试样宽度以得出测试结果,结果如表3所示:

从上述表3的结果可看出,实施例1的弹性面料的粘合强度明显优于普通弹性面料,说明弹力胶层与基布成型一次成型硫化的粘合离强度要优于通过胶水粘合制成的普通弹性面料。
一、弹性面料的性能测试
1、测试标准:
GB/T 528-2009《硫化橡胶拉伸性能测定》;
GB/T 3512-2014《硫化橡胶热空气性能测定》;
HG/T 2198-2011《硫化橡胶物理试验方法的一般要求》;
GB/T 1232.1-2016《门尼黏度的测定》。
2、按上述标准,对实施例1~10的弹性面料进行性能测试,结果如表4和表5所示:

二、防老剂对弹性面料的抗老化性能的影响
按照实施例1的配方,改变防老剂的种类/质量比(防老剂的总重量份不变,仍为2.2份)。防老剂按照表6中的种类/质量比分别添加到配方中,按照标准,测试制得的各弹性胶层的抗老化性能,结果如表7所示。

从表7的结果可看出:A、B、C、D和E组的抗老化性能均明显优于F组和G组,说明苯乙烯化苯酚和2-硫醇基苯并咪唑并用时,能显著增强弹力胶层的抗老化性能,发挥了协同作用。A、B、C、D和E组中,C组的抗老化性能最优,说明苯乙烯化苯酚与2-硫醇基苯并咪唑的质量比为1.6:0.6时,协同效果最明显,弹力胶层的抗老化性能最优。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种弹性面料,其特征在于,包括基布层和弹力胶层,所述弹力胶层包括以下重量份的组分:天然橡胶100份、硫磺1.5~2份、促进剂2.5~3.5份、纳米氧化锌4~6份、硬脂酸1~3份、防老剂2~3份和补强剂18~30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹性面料,其特征在于,所述天然橡胶100份、硫磺1.5~1.7份、促进剂2.5~3份、纳米氧化锌4.5~5.5份、硬脂酸1~3份、防老剂2~2.5份和补强剂18~30份。
3.如权利要求2所述的弹性面料,其特征在于,所述补强剂为炭黑。
4.如权利要求3所述的弹性面料,其特征在于,所述弹力胶层包括以下重量份的组分:天然橡胶100份、硫磺1.6份、促进剂2.5份、纳米氧化锌5份、硬脂酸2份、防老剂2.2份和炭黑20份。
5.如权利要求2所述的弹性面料,其特征在于,所述弹力胶层还包括以下重量份的组分:碳酸钙25~40份、二氧化钛5~7份和色母胶0.7~1份,所述补强剂为白炭黑。
6.如权利要求5所述的弹性面料,其特征在于,所述弹力胶层包括以下重量份的组分:天然橡胶100份、硫磺1.6份、促进剂2.5份、纳米氧化锌5份、硬脂酸2份、防老剂2.2份、白炭黑20份、碳酸钙30份、二氧化钛6份和色母胶0.8份。
7.如权利要求1~6任一项所述的弹性面料,其特征在于,所述促进剂包括促进剂TMTM、促进剂M和促进剂DM,所述促进剂TMTM、促进剂M与促进剂DM的质量比为1:1:0.5。
8.如权利要求1~6任一项所述的弹性面料,其特征在于,所述防老剂包括苯乙烯化苯酚和2-硫醇基苯并咪唑,所述苯乙烯化苯酚与2-硫醇基苯并咪唑的质量比为1.6:0.6。
9.一种如权利要求1~8任一项所述的弹性面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将除硫磺外的所有原料组分送入密炼机中进行混炼,混炼完成后排胶;
(2)将步骤(1)排出的混炼胶翻炼至均匀光滑后,切成条状,送入滤胶机进行过滤,去除胶料中的杂质;
(3)将经步骤(2)过滤的混炼胶返压成片状,过隔离冷却水风干,停放备用;
(4)将经步骤(3)处理的混炼胶先经热炼后,送入开炼机,加入硫磺,翻炼至胶料光滑均匀,过隔离冷却水风干,停放备用;
(5)将经步骤(4)处理的胶料热炼后,送入压延机进行压延,然后送入平带硫化机并与基布一次成型硫化;
(6)将经步骤(5)硫化的弹力胶层,经辅机冷却卷取后,进行包装;
优选地,所述步骤(1)的混炼包括如下步骤:
a:将天然橡胶、白炭黑和二氧化钛加入密炼机中,或者,将天然橡胶和炭黑加入密炼机中,温度调至100±5℃,加压15±2MPa,混炼10±2s;
b:升栓,加压15±2MPa,保持15±2s,至温度达到105±5℃;
c:加入其余物料,继续混炼15±2s,加压12±2MPa,至温度达到110±5℃;
d:升栓,加压12±2MPa,保持20±2s,至温度达到115±5℃;
e:升栓,加压15±2MPa,保持20±2s,至温度达到120±5℃;
f:升栓,加压15±2MPa,保持20±2s,至温度达到130±5℃,排胶。
10.如权利要求9所述的弹性面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)的成型硫化的工艺参数为:温度180±5℃,压力5~8MPa,速度0.8±0.05m/min。
