发明公开了一种高性能墙纸的制备方法,包括配制混合木粉、对混合木粉进行改性、配制石粉、制备混料、制备胚料、制备面料、将面料与PVC人造革粘接制成墙纸;本发明通过将改性木粉、石粉与聚氨酯胶水制成配料,然后再切成软片与本发明制备的PVC人造革相粘接制成墙纸,极大的提高了墙纸的拉伸强度、耐撕裂性能,并且制备的墙纸保温隔音效果显著,抗污渍性能强,印刷性佳,防潮性好。

背景技术
墙纸是现代室内装饰材料的重要组成部分,是室内墙体表面主要装饰装修材料之一,由于墙纸具有良好的装饰效果,所以得到越来越广泛的应用。随着社会经济的不断发展和人们生产水平的不断提高,酒店及住宅大量涌现,人们对室内的装修装饰要求越来越高,更为注重墙体表面的装饰效果。目前,越来越多的人致力于墙纸的研究,但大多研究停留于墙纸的装饰效果方面,如改变花色等方面,更多的注重表面。而墙纸更多的应用在于建筑物室内装修后,占据室内很大的面积,但是现有的墙纸综合功能性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高性能墙纸。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种高性能墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a 混合木粉:按重量份称取板柳木粉53-55、枣木粉46-50、榆木粉62-65、玉米秸秆粉10-15;
b 对混合木粉进行改性:①改性剂配制:改性剂A按重量份计由以下成分制成:纤维素酶4、水100;改性剂B按重量份计由以下成分制成:半纤维素酶3、硅烷偶联剂2、榕树须醇提取物0.4、水100;
②将板柳木粉、枣木粉、榆木粉均匀混合后,得到混合木粉a,将混合木粉a与改性剂A按1:22质量比例混合,调节温度至40℃,保温2小时,然后过滤,清水洗涤,然后再添加玉米秸秆粉,得到混合木粉b,将混合木粉b与改性剂B按1:19质量比例混合后,调节温度至52℃,保温4.5小时,然后过滤,清水洗涤,烘干至含水量低于5%,然后过800目;
c 配置石粉,所述石粉按重量份计由以下成分制成:水镁石63-68、硅藻土1-3、海泡石1-3,将水镁石、硅藻土、海泡石均匀混合到一起,然后进行混合研磨,过600目;
d 将经过改性的混合木粉、石粉、聚氨酯胶水按3:0.1:1的质量比添加到搅拌机中,以500r/min转速搅拌40min,得到混料;
E将混料添加到模具中在压力为280吨的压力机下进行压胚,得到胚料;
f将胚料放入烤炉中于90℃高温下加热12小时,出炉后放置在40℃恒温环境下自然冷却至40℃后,继续放置6小时,再用剖片机剖成厚度为0.6mm的软片,即得到面料;
g将面料与基材PVC人造革采用水性胶通过贴合机于168℃的高温下贴合在一起,再经过压纹机于188℃的高温下压纹,自然冷却后用印花机印制花纹,最后再用烫金机于188℃的高温下烫金,自然冷却后即得到所需墙纸。
进一步的,所述的PVC人造革采用PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述PVC浆料按重量份计由以下成分制成:PVC树脂粉102、改性环氧大豆油30、非重金属色饼3、PVC复合稳定剂1、十二烷基硫酸钠2、改性海泡石16。
进一步的,所述改性环氧大豆油按重量份计由以下成分制成:环氧大豆油80、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1、松香4、氢氧化钠0.2,其制备方法为:
按各重量份将环氧大豆油、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、松香和氢氧化钠添加到反应釜,控制温度在125℃,持续2小时,然后进行蒸馏,控制压力1.7MPa,在116℃下持续3小时,然后进行水洗,将环氧大豆油与水混合后以600r/min转速搅拌40min,环氧大豆油与水的质量比为1:38,然后进行脱水,至含水量小于2%,即得。

本发明中制备的PVC人造革具有较好的机械性能(如拉伸负荷、断裂伸长率、撕裂伸长率、撕裂负荷等),还具有较佳的耐折牢度高,耐老化性能优异,耐撕裂性强,本发明通过将改性木粉、石粉与聚氨酯胶水制成配料,然后再切成软片与本发明制备的PVC人造革相粘接制成墙纸,极大的提高了墙纸的拉伸强度、耐撕裂性能,并且制备的墙纸保温隔音效果显著,抗污渍性能强,印刷性佳,防潮性好,具有鲜明的立体视觉和强烈的触摸感,立体效果好,并且墙纸在加工过程中不收缩,无潮湿感,墙纸的柔韧性非常好,本发明墙纸能够在一定程度上吸附甲醛、苯等有害气体,对人体健康起到了一定的保障;本发明墙纸表面具有较高的反射性能,能改善视角平衡,增大增益,从而具有较高的投影效果,影像饱和度好,清晰度高,可以适用于各种投影载体使用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高性能墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a 混合木粉:按重量份称取板柳木粉53、枣木粉46、榆木粉62、玉米秸秆粉10;
b 对混合木粉进行改性:①改性剂配制:改性剂A按重量份计由以下成分制成:纤维素酶4、水100;改性剂B按重量份计由以下成分制成:半纤维素酶3、硅烷偶联剂2、榕树须醇提取物0.4、水100;
②将板柳木粉、枣木粉、榆木粉均匀混合后,得到混合木粉a,将混合木粉a与改性剂A按1:22质量比例混合,调节温度至40℃,保温2小时,然后过滤,清水洗涤,然后再添加玉米秸秆粉,得到混合木粉b,将混合木粉b与改性剂B按1:19质量比例混合后,调节温度至52℃,保温4.5小时,然后过滤,清水洗涤,烘干至含水量低于5%,然后过800目;
c 配置石粉,所述石粉按重量份计由以下成分制成:水镁石63、硅藻土1、海泡石1,将水镁石、硅藻土、海泡石均匀混合到一起,然后进行混合研磨,过600目;
d 将经过改性的混合木粉、石粉、聚氨酯胶水按3:0.1:1的质量比添加到搅拌机中,以500r/min转速搅拌40min,得到混料;
e将混料添加到模具中在压力为280吨的压力机下进行压胚,得到胚料;
f将胚料放入烤炉中于90℃高温下加热12小时,出炉后放置在40℃恒温环境下自然冷却至40℃后,继续放置6小时,再用剖片机剖成厚度为0.6mm的软片,即得到面料;
g将面料与基材PVC人造革采用水性胶通过贴合机于168℃的高温下贴合在一起,再经过压纹机于188℃的高温下压纹,自然冷却后用印花机印制花纹,最后再用烫金机于188℃的高温下烫金,自然冷却后即得到所需墙纸。
实施例2
一种高性能墙纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a 混合木粉:按重量份称取板柳木粉55、枣木粉50、榆木粉65、玉米秸秆粉15;
b 对混合木粉进行改性:①改性剂配制:改性剂A按重量份计由以下成分制成:纤维素酶4、水100;改性剂B按重量份计由以下成分制成:半纤维素酶3、硅烷偶联剂2、榕树须醇提取物0.4、水100;

b 对混合木粉进行改性:①改性剂配制:改性剂A按重量份计由以下成分制成:纤维素酶4、水100;改性剂B按重量份计由以下成分制成:半纤维素酶3、硅烷偶联剂2、榕树须醇提取物0.4、水100;
②将板柳木粉、枣木粉、榆木粉均匀混合后,得到混合木粉a,将混合木粉a与改性剂A按1:22质量比例混合,调节温度至40℃,保温2小时,然后过滤,清水洗涤,然后再添加玉米秸秆粉,得到混合木粉b,将混合木粉b与改性剂B按1:19质量比例混合后,调节温度至52℃,保温4.5小时,然后过滤,清水洗涤,烘干至含水量低于5%,然后过800目;
c 配置石粉,所述石粉按重量份计由以下成分制成:水镁石65、硅藻土2、海泡石2,将水镁石、硅藻土、海泡石均匀混合到一起,然后进行混合研磨,过600目;

以上实施例中:
进一步的,所述的PVC人造革采用PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述PVC浆料按重量份计由以下成分制成:PVC树脂粉102、改性环氧大豆油30、非重金属色饼3、PVC复合稳定剂1、十二烷基硫酸钠2、改性海泡石16。
进一步的,所述改性环氧大豆油按重量份计由以下成分制成:环氧大豆油80、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1、松香4、氢氧化钠0.2,其制备方法为:
按各重量份将环氧大豆油、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、松香和氢氧化钠添加到反应釜,控制温度在125℃,持续2小时,然后进行蒸馏,控制压力1.7MPa,在116℃下持续3小时,然后进行水洗,将环氧大豆油与水混合后以600r/min转速搅拌40min,环氧大豆油与水的质量比为1:38,然后进行脱水,至含水量小于2%,即得。
进一步的,所述的改性海泡石制备方法为:将海泡石与硅藻土按100:1质量比例混合然后在390℃下煅烧18min,然后将混合后的海泡石研磨至600目,按1:3:80质量比例将马来酸酐、硅烷偶联剂和水均匀混合制成混合溶液,将混合后的海泡石与混合溶液均匀混合到一起,加热至75℃,保温4小时,然后过滤,采用清水清洗,烘干,即得改性海泡石。
进一步的,所述的压延法为将PVC浆料的原料按各自重量份在124℃下高速搅拌后于170℃下密炼,得到PVC浆料;将基材于122℃下上PU浆料开幅后,再与PVC浆料进入四滚压延机于182℃下贴合,最后于230℃下进行发泡压花处理。
进一步的,所述的步骤b中榕树须醇提取物的制备方法为:将榕树须先在沸水中烫漂14min后,然后捣碎,然后采用74%体积百分比浓度乙醇溶液,按料液比1: 24,在44℃下回流提取4h,离心得上清液,再经过旋转蒸发浓缩,然后冷冻干燥制得。
对比例1:与实施例1的区别仅为将改性混合木粉替换为普通未改性杨木粉。
对比例2:与实施例1的区别仅为将PVC人造革替换为普通PVC人造革。
墙纸厚度为1mm,粘贴在240mm厚度的墙体,对其隔音效果的影响:

由表1可以看出,本发明墙纸隔音性能优异。
面积为600mm×600mm×1mm的本发明墙纸对甲醛的吸收量(30天)高达0.0324mg,而同样规格的对比例1墙纸对甲醛的吸收量(30天)仅为0.0126mg,同样规格的对比例2墙纸对甲醛的吸收量(30天)仅为0.0189mg。
经测试,本发明墙纸使用寿命相较于普通墙纸的使用寿命提高了3-4倍,经久耐用。
Claims (6)
1.一种高性能墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a 混合木粉:按重量份称取板柳木粉53-55、枣木粉46-50、榆木粉62-65、玉米秸秆粉10-15;
b 对混合木粉进行改性:①改性剂配制:改性剂A按重量份计由以下成分制成:纤维素酶4、水100;改性剂B按重量份计由以下成分制成:半纤维素酶3、硅烷偶联剂2、榕树须醇提取物0.4、水100;
②将板柳木粉、枣木粉、榆木粉均匀混合后,得到混合木粉a,将混合木粉a与改性剂A按1:22质量比例混合,调节温度至40℃,保温2小时,然后过滤,清水洗涤,然后再添加玉米秸秆粉,得到混合木粉b,将混合木粉b与改性剂B按1:19质量比例混合后,调节温度至52℃,保温4.5小时,然后过滤,清水洗涤,烘干至含水量低于5%,然后过800目;
c 配置石粉,所述石粉按重量份计由以下成分制成:水镁石63-68、硅藻土1-3、海泡石1-3,将水镁石、硅藻土、海泡石均匀混合到一起,然后进行混合研磨,过600目;
d 将经过改性的混合木粉、石粉、聚氨酯胶水按3:0.1:1的质量比添加到搅拌机中,以500r/min转速搅拌40min,得到混料;
e将混料添加到模具中在压力为280吨的压力机下进行压胚,得到胚料;
f将胚料放入烤炉中于90℃高温下加热12小时,出炉后放置在40℃恒温环境下自然冷却至40℃后,继续放置6小时,再用剖片机剖成厚度为0.6mm的软片,即得到面料;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的PVC人造革采用PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述PVC浆料按重量份计由以下成分制成:PVC树脂粉102、改性环氧大豆油30、非重金属色饼3、PVC复合稳定剂1、十二烷基硫酸钠2、改性海泡石16。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高性能墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性环氧大豆油按重量份计由以下成分制成:环氧大豆油80、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1、松香4、氢氧化钠0.2,其制备方法为:
按各重量份将环氧大豆油、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、松香和氢氧化钠添加到反应釜,控制温度在125℃,持续2小时,然后进行蒸馏,控制压力1.7MPa,在116℃下持续3小时,然后进行水洗,将环氧大豆油与水混合后以600r/min转速搅拌40min,环氧大豆油与水的质量比为1:38,然后进行脱水,至含水量小于2%,即得。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种高性能墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的改性海泡石制备方法为:将海泡石与硅藻土按100:1质量比例混合然后在390℃下煅烧18min,然后将混合后的海泡石研磨至600目,按1:3:80质量比例将马来酸酐、硅烷偶联剂和水均匀混合制成混合溶液,将混合后的海泡石与混合溶液均匀混合到一起,加热至75℃,保温4小时,然后过滤,采用清水清洗,烘干,即得改性海泡石。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的一种高性能墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的压延法为将PVC浆料的原料按各自重量份在124℃下高速搅拌后于170℃下密炼,得到PVC浆料;将基材于122℃下上PU浆料开幅后,再与PVC浆料进入四滚压延机于182℃下贴合,最后于230℃下进行发泡压花处理。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能墙纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤b中榕树须醇提取物的制备方法为:将榕树须先在沸水中烫漂14min后,然后捣碎,然后采用74%体积百分比浓度乙醇溶液,按料液比1: 24,在44℃下回流提取4h,离心得上清液,再经过旋转蒸发浓缩,然后冷冻干燥制得。
