本发明涉及人造革制造领域,特别是涉及一种生态型PVC装饰人造革。
背景技术
人造革是最早发明用于皮质面料的代用品,它是用PVC加增塑剂和其他的助剂压延复合在布上制成。目前国内PVC装饰人造革生产过程中,通常采用增塑剂、PVC树脂粉、重钙、稳定剂、发泡剂、色饼等主要原料组成。这种人造革容易变硬、变脆,其中如增塑剂等化工原料会给装饰人造革带来环境污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生态型PVC装饰人造革。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种生态型PVC装饰人造革,该人造革利用生态型PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述生态型PVC浆料按重量份计由以下成分制成:PVC树脂粉110-115、改性环氧大豆油32-38、非重金属色饼 4-6、稳定剂1-3、发泡剂2-4、改性绢云母15-22。
进一步的,所述改性环氧大豆油按重量份计由以下成分制成:环氧大豆油100、丙烯酸酯4、松香2、氢氧化钠0.4,其制备方法为:
(1)按各重量份将环氧大豆油、丙烯酸酯、松香和氢氧化钠添加到反应釜,控制温度在128℃,持续2小时;
(2)将步骤(1)所得环氧大豆油进行蒸馏,控制压力1.8MPa,在118℃下持续3小时;
(3)将步骤(2)所得环氧大豆油进行水洗,将环氧大豆油与水混合后以800r/min转速搅拌30min,环氧大豆油与水的质量比为1:40;
(4)对步骤(3)所得环氧大豆油进行脱水,至环氧大豆油含水量小于1%,即得。
进一步的,所述改性绢云母制备方法为:将绢云母与硅藻土按100:1质量比例混合然后在350℃下煅烧20min,然后将混合后的绢云母研磨至500目,按1:2:80质量比例将马来酸酐、硅烷偶联剂和水均匀混合制成混合溶液,将混合后的绢云母与混合溶液均匀混合到一起,加热至80℃,保温4小时,然后过滤,采用清水清洗,烘干,即得改性绢云母。

进一步的,所述的压延法为将生态型PVC浆料的原料按各自重量份在120℃下高速搅拌后于165℃下密炼,得到生态型PVC浆料;将基材于120℃下上PU浆料开幅后,再与所述生态型PVC浆料进入四滚压延机于180℃下贴合,最后于235℃下进行发泡压花处理。

本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比:
本发明通过对环氧大豆油进行改性以及特定的浆料配方的条件下,并且通过改性绢云母以及其他条件的配合下,可以极大的克服人造皮革易硬脆的缺点,尤其是,能够极大的改善人造革透气性和吸湿性差的问题,本发明人造革内部形成有若干细小微孔,这些微孔可使人造革透气得到极大提高,并且不会降低人造革的机械性能,经过本发明对环氧大豆油的改性和对绢云母的改性,制备的人造革耐油性得极大的加强。通过本发明各成分之间的协同配合作用,制成的人造革不仅具有较好的机械性能(如拉伸负荷、断裂伸长率、撕裂伸长率、撕裂负荷等),相较于普通人造革,本发明人造革拉伸负荷提高了20%左右,撕裂负荷提高了45%左右,还具有较佳的耐折牢度老化性能,该皮革通过了32000次耐折牢度实验,老化性能实验结果为不开裂。试验发现,本发明人造革表面的摩擦系数得到极大的提高,增加了防滑能力,使人手易于握持,保证了使用效果很好。

实施例2:经向拉伸负荷331N,纬向拉伸负荷243N,经向断裂伸长率12..8%,纬向断裂伸长率17.5%,撕裂强度为93N/mm,表面颜色牢度6级,通过32000次耐折牢度试验,老化性测试不开裂,耐油性佳。
实施例3:经向拉伸负荷332N,纬向拉伸负荷244N,经向断裂伸长率12.9%,纬向断裂伸长率17.7%,撕裂强度为95N/mm,表面颜色牢度6级,通过32000次耐折牢度试验,老化性测试不开裂,耐油性佳。
对比例1:经向拉伸负荷302N,纬向拉伸负荷224N,经向断裂伸长率10.2%,纬向断裂伸长率16.2%,撕裂强度为77N/mm,表面颜色牢度6级,通过31000次耐折牢度试验,老化性测试不开裂,耐油性较差。
对比例2:经向拉伸负荷310N,纬向拉伸负荷228N,经向断裂伸长率10.5%,纬向断裂伸长率16.6%,撕裂强度为75N/mm,表面颜色牢度6级,通过31000次耐折牢度试验,老化性测试不开裂,耐油性一般。
对比例3:经向拉伸负荷302N,纬向拉伸负荷218N,经向断裂伸长率9.3%,纬向断裂伸长率15.2%,撕裂强度为71N/mm,表面颜色牢度6级,通过30000次耐折牢度试验,老化性测试不开裂,耐油性较差。
由以上试验结果可发现,本发明人造革质量优异。
Claims (5)
1.一种生态型PVC装饰人造革,其特征在于,该人造革利用生态型PVC浆料采用压延法制备而成,所述生态型PVC浆料按重量份计由以下成分制成:PVC树脂粉110-115、改性环氧大豆油32-38、非重金属色饼 4-6、稳定剂1-3、发泡剂2-4、改性绢云母15-22;所述改性环氧大豆油按重量份计由以下成分制成:环氧大豆油100、丙烯酸酯4、松香2、氢氧化钠0.4,其制备方法为:
(1)按各重量份将环氧大豆油、丙烯酸酯、松香和氢氧化钠添加到反应釜,控制温度在128℃,持续2小时;
(2)将步骤(1)所得环氧大豆油进行蒸馏,控制压力1.8MPa,在118℃下持续3小时;
(3)将步骤(2)所得环氧大豆油进行水洗,将环氧大豆油与水混合后以800r/min转速搅拌30min,环氧大豆油与水的质量比为1:40;
(4)对步骤(3)所得环氧大豆油进行脱水,至环氧大豆油含水量小于1%,即得;
所述改性绢云母制备方法为:将绢云母与硅藻土按100:1质量比例混合然后在350℃下煅烧20min,然后将混合后的绢云母研磨至500目,按1:2:80质量比例将马来酸酐、硅烷偶联剂和水均匀混合制成混合溶液,将混合后的绢云母与混合溶液均匀混合到一起,加热至80℃,保温4小时,然后过滤,采用清水清洗,烘干,即得改性绢云母。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生态型PVC装饰人造革,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂为PVC复合稳定剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生态型PVC装饰人造革,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生态型PVC装饰人造革,其特征在于,所述的压延法为将生态型PVC浆料的原料按各自重量份在120℃下高速搅拌后于165℃下密炼,得到生态型PVC浆料;将基材于120℃下上PU浆料开幅后,再与所述生态型PVC浆料进入四滚压延机于180℃下贴合,最后于235℃下进行发泡压花处理。
5.根据权利要求1所述的生态型PVC装饰人造革,其特征在于,所述高速搅拌的速度为2000r/min。
