Abstract
一种多功能保健棉麻面料,所述棉麻面料由里层和外层组成,所述里层由聚氨酯改性棉纤维作为经线和植物提取物改性麻纤维作为纬线相互交织而成,所述外层为防水PU薄膜。本发明分别利用第一改性剂混合溶液和第二改性剂混合溶液对棉纤维和麻纤维进行改性处理,提高了棉纤维拉伸性能、弹性和耐用性,有效降低了棉纤维褪色缩水等性能缺陷;同时降低了麻纤维对皮肤的不舒适感,并起到保健作用;超吸水性的改性无纺布进一步提高了棉麻内衣的舒适性。本发明还公开了一种多功能保健棉麻面料的制备方法。

技术领域
本发明涉及棉麻面料技术领域,具体的说涉及一种多功能保健棉麻面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
棉麻是指棉和麻为原材料的纺织品,棉和麻都是温带的植物生长出来的分别有棉花和芘麻的种子部分采下来,经过晒干,机器脱粒,分解出种子和棉麻部分,经过机器压制,在经过纺织成线和布匹,最后经过染色得到成品。棉纤维舒适性好,手感柔软,吸汗性强,强度高,但是棉纤维拉伸性较差,不耐用,弹性差,褪色缩水,易皱。麻纤维由于纤维素大分子的取向度比棉纤维大,结晶度好,因而麻纤维的强度比棉纤维高,伸长率小,只有棉纤维的一半,比棉纤维脆,麻纤维较为挺直,不易变形,但是麻纤维对皮肤有刺痒,弹力差,易褪色。
棉麻面料质地柔软、冬暖夏凉、通透性特好,能有效吸附人体皮肤上的汗水和微汗,使体温迅速恢复正常,真正达到透气,吸汗的效果。但是由于棉纤维和麻纤维的拉伸性能差异,降低了棉麻面料的耐用性;同时两者弹性差和易退色缩水等缺陷,使其受到雨水浸湿后,造成衣物黏附在身体上,让人感觉极不舒适;最后,麻纤维的表面粗糙,容易引起皮肤的刺痒,给人不舒适感。
发明内容
鉴于以上现有技术的不足之处,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种多功能保健棉麻面料及其制备方法,以解决棉麻面料耐用差、穿着不舒适、弹性差、皮肤刺痒等问题,从而满足广大消费者对更加舒适、耐用棉麻面料的广泛需求。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种多功能保健棉麻面料,所述棉麻面料由里层和外层组成,所述里层由聚氨酯改性棉纤维作为经线和植物提取物改性麻纤维作为纬线相互交织而成,所述外层为防水PU薄膜。
优选的,所述聚氨酯改性棉纤维通过以下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1:按棉纤维与去离子水1:30~80的质量比,将棉纤维和去离子水加入至反应罐中,按棉纤维和质量百分比浓度为10~20%的丙烯酸甲酯水溶液1:3~12的质量比,将丙烯酸甲酯水溶液滴加至上述反应罐中,在80℃的水浴锅中,搅拌30~60min,备用;
S2:取出步骤S1处理过的棉纤维,并置于真空等离子体气氛中,设置放电电压为220~380V,等离子体处理时间10~180s,得到真空等离子体改性棉纤维;
S3:将真空等离子体改性棉纤维再次放入反应罐中,按麻纤维、二氧化钛、EDTA和第二改性剂混合溶液10:0.1~1.5:0.5~3.5:15~35的质量比,加入到反应罐中,60~100℃继续搅拌反应1~3h,过滤取出反应产物,用去离子水充分洗涤,60~90℃下烘干至恒重,得到聚氨酯改性棉纤维。
优选的,所述第一改性剂混合溶液由甲基羟基硅油、油酸、丙烯酰胺和水性聚醚型聚氨酯组成,其质量比为30~50:3~15:5~20:30~80。
优选的,所述植物提取物改性麻纤维通过以下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1:按麻纤维与无水乙醇1:50~80的质量比,将麻纤维和无水乙醇加入至反应罐中,按麻纤维和甲基乙烯基硅油1:8~25的质量比,将甲基乙烯基硅油滴加至上述反应罐中,在60~80℃的水浴锅中进行加热冷凝回流,搅拌30~60min,备用;
S2:取出步骤S1处理过的麻纤维,并置于真空等离子体气氛中,设置放电电压为220~380V,等离子体处理时间30~180s,得到真空等离子体改性麻纤维;
S3:将真空等离子体改性麻纤维再次放入反应罐中,按麻纤维、碳酸钠和第二改性剂混合溶液1:5~10:15~35的质量比,加入到反应罐中,60~100℃继续搅拌反应1~3h,过滤取出反应产物,用去离子水充分洗涤,60~90℃下烘干至恒重,得到植物提取物改性麻纤维。
优选的,所述第二改性剂混合溶液由植物提取物、水、甘油、丁二醇、甘油硬脂酸酯和透明质酸钠组成。
优选的,所述植物提取物、水、甘油、丁二醇、甘油硬脂酸酯和透明质酸钠的重量份数比为20~45:15~50:1.5~4.5:1~5:3.5~6.5:10~30。
优选的,所述植物提取物的植物原料为黑鳞大耳蕨、三羽叉蕨、白蔷薇根、残槁蔃根、山甘草、大血藤、北豆根中的至少一种。
优选的,所述植物提取物通过以下方法制备得到:在压力为15~20MPa,温度为60~80℃的条件下,利用由体积浓度为10~15%的甲酸和流量为1~2mL/min的超临界CO2组成的复合流体进行超临界萃取植物原料中的活性成分,得到植物提取物。
相应的,一种如所述的多功能保健棉麻面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将聚氨酯改性棉纤维经5~8个捻回/厘米的加捻工艺制作成经线,将植物提取物改性麻纤维经5~8个捻回/厘米的加捻工艺制作成纬线,将所述经线和纬线进行清花处理,控制原料质量的均匀率大于99%;
S2:将清花后的原料依次在梳棉机和并条机上进行梳棉和并条操作;
S3:将经过并条操作后的原料采用经纬交织的斜纹组织法制造成基布里层;
S4:在基布里层涂覆一层防水PU薄膜外层,得到所述多功能保健棉麻面料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明利用第一改性剂混合溶液进行棉纤维的改性,提高了棉纤维拉伸性能、弹性和耐用性,有效降低了棉纤维褪色缩水等性能缺陷;本发明同时优选野生天然植物的藤或者根利用超临界萃取工艺进行植物活性成分的提取,并配制成第二改性混合溶液,最大限度地保留了活性成分中的有效官能团,从而提高了植物提取物改性麻纤维的性能,降低了麻纤维对皮肤的不舒适感;在棉麻面料的外层涂覆一层防水PU薄膜,可以更好的协同作用起到防水作用,防止面料浸水后褪色缩水。
本发明利用植物提取物中的活性成分含有的羟基和胺基活性较强,在二氧化钛的协同作用下,与细菌作用时可以有效消除细菌中的有害自由基,从而达到抗菌保健的效果。
具体实施方式

实施例1
一种多功能保健棉麻面料,所述棉麻面料由里层和外层组成,所述里层由聚氨酯改性棉纤维作为经线和植物提取物改性麻纤维作为纬线相互交织而成,所述外层为防水PU薄膜。
所述聚氨酯改性棉纤维通过以下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1:按棉纤维与去离子水1:30的质量比,将棉纤维和去离子水加入至反应罐中,按棉纤维和质量百分比浓度为10%的丙烯酸甲酯水溶液1:3的质量比,将丙烯酸甲酯水溶液滴加至上述反应罐中,在80℃的水浴锅中,搅拌30min,备用;
S2:取出步骤S1处理过的棉纤维,并置于真空等离子体气氛中,设置放电电压为220V,等离子体处理时间10s,得到真空等离子体改性棉纤维;
S3:将真空等离子体改性棉纤维再次放入反应罐中,按麻纤维、二氧化钛、EDTA和第二改性剂混合溶液10:0.1:0.5:15的质量比,加入到反应罐中,60℃继续搅拌反应3h,过滤取出反应产物,用去离子水充分洗涤,90℃下烘干至恒重,得到聚氨酯改性棉纤维。

S3:将真空等离子体改性麻纤维再次放入反应罐中,按麻纤维、碳酸钠和第二改性剂混合溶液1:5:15的质量比,加入到反应罐中,60℃继续搅拌反应3h,过滤取出反应产物,用去离子水充分洗涤,60℃下烘干至恒重,得到植物提取物改性麻纤维。

一种多功能保健棉麻面料,所述棉麻面料由里层和外层组成,所述里层由聚氨酯改性棉纤维作为经线和植物提取物改性麻纤维作为纬线相互交织而成,所述外层为防水PU薄膜。
所述聚氨酯改性棉纤维通过以下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1:按棉纤维与去离子水1:50的质量比,将棉纤维和去离子水加入至反应罐中,按棉纤维和质量百分比浓度为15%的丙烯酸甲酯水溶液1:6的质量比,将丙烯酸甲酯水溶液滴加至上述反应罐中,在80℃的水浴锅中,搅拌40min,备用;
S2:取出步骤S1处理过的棉纤维,并置于真空等离子体气氛中,设置放电电压为380V,等离子体处理时间100s,得到真空等离子体改性棉纤维;
S3:将真空等离子体改性棉纤维再次放入反应罐中,按麻纤维、二氧化钛、EDTA和第二改性剂混合溶液10:1:2:20的质量比,加入到反应罐中,80℃继续搅拌反应2h,过滤取出反应产物,用去离子水充分洗涤,70℃下烘干至恒重,得到聚氨酯改性棉纤维。
所述第一改性剂混合溶液由甲基羟基硅油、油酸、丙烯酰胺和水性聚醚型聚氨酯组成,其质量比为40:8:13:50。
所述植物提取物改性麻纤维通过以下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1:按麻纤维与无水乙醇1:70的质量比,将麻纤维和无水乙醇加入至反应罐中,按麻纤维和甲基乙烯基硅油1:15的质量比,将甲基乙烯基硅油滴加至上述反应罐中,在70℃的水浴锅中进行加热冷凝回流,搅拌40min,备用;
S2:取出步骤S1处理过的麻纤维,并置于真空等离子体气氛中,设置放电电压为300V,等离子体处理时间100s,得到真空等离子体改性麻纤维;
S3:将真空等离子体改性麻纤维再次放入反应罐中,按麻纤维、碳酸钠和第二改性剂混合溶液1:8:20的质量比,加入到反应罐中,80℃继续搅拌反应2h,过滤取出反应产物,用去离子水充分洗涤,70℃下烘干至恒重,得到植物提取物改性麻纤维。
所述第二改性剂混合溶液由植物提取物、水、甘油、丁二醇、甘油硬脂酸酯和透明质酸钠组成。所述植物提取物、水、甘油、丁二醇、甘油硬脂酸酯和透明质酸钠的重量份数比为30:30:2.5:3:4.5:20。
所述植物提取物的植物原料为黑鳞大耳蕨、残槁蔃根和山甘草。
所述植物提取物通过以下方法制备得到:在压力为18MPa,温度为70℃的条件下,利用由体积浓度为12%的甲酸和流量为1.5mL/min的超临界CO2组成的复合流体进行超临界萃取植物原料中的活性成分,得到植物提取物。
相应的,一种如所述的多功能保健棉麻面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将聚氨酯改性棉纤维经6个捻回/厘米的加捻工艺制作成经线,将植物提取物改性麻纤维经6个捻回/厘米的加捻工艺制作成纬线,将所述经线和纬线进行清花处理,控制原料质量的均匀率大于99%;
S2:将清花后的原料依次在梳棉机和并条机上进行梳棉和并条操作;
S3:将经过并条操作后的原料采用经纬交织的斜纹组织法制造成基布里层;
S4:在基布里层涂覆一层防水PU薄膜外层,得到所述多功能保健棉麻面料。
实施例3
一种多功能保健棉麻面料,所述棉麻面料由里层和外层组成,所述里层由聚氨酯改性棉纤维作为经线和植物提取物改性麻纤维作为纬线相互交织而成,所述外层为防水PU薄膜。
所述聚氨酯改性棉纤维通过以下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1:按棉纤维与去离子水1:80的质量比,将棉纤维和去离子水加入至反应罐中,按棉纤维和质量百分比浓度为20%的丙烯酸甲酯水溶液1:12的质量比,将丙烯酸甲酯水溶液滴加至上述反应罐中,在80℃的水浴锅中,搅拌60min,备用;
S2:取出步骤S1处理过的棉纤维,并置于真空等离子体气氛中,设置放电电压为380V,等离子体处理时间180s,得到真空等离子体改性棉纤维;

S1:将聚氨酯改性棉纤维经8个捻回/厘米的加捻工艺制作成经线,将植物提取物改性麻纤维经8个捻回/厘米的加捻工艺制作成纬线,将所述经线和纬线进行清花处理,控制原料质量的均匀率大于99%;
S2:将清花后的原料依次在梳棉机和并条机上进行梳棉和并条操作;

本对比例的棉麻面料,同样由里层和外层组成,所述里层由市售棉纤维作为经线和植物提取物改性麻纤维作为纬线相互交织而成,所述外层为防水PU薄膜,所述棉麻面料及其植物提取物改性麻纤维的制备方法同实施例1。
对比例2
本对比例的棉麻面料,同样由里层和外层组成,所述里层由聚氨酯改性棉纤维作为经线和市售麻纤维作为纬线相互交织而成,所述外层为防水PU薄膜,所述棉麻面料及其聚氨酯改性棉纤维的制备方法同实施例1。
对比例3
本对比例的棉麻面料,同样由里层和外层组成,所述里层由市售棉纤维作为经线和市售麻纤维作为纬线相互交织而成,所述外层为防水PU薄膜。
对比例4
本对比例的棉麻面料,仅由聚氨酯改性棉纤维作为经线和植物提取物改性麻纤维作为纬线相互交织而成,无防水PU薄膜作为外层。
将实施例1~3和对比例1~4的棉麻面料进行相关性能测试,其测试结果如1表所示:

耐磨性能检测方法:将面料按10*10cm切割成正方形,使用织物平磨试验仪进行摩擦实验,重锤质量为300g,测定其磨损1000转后的磨损率。
透湿性按ASTME96BW透湿性检测方法进行。

Claims (9)
1.一种多功能保健棉麻面料,其特征在于,所述棉麻面料由里层和外层组成,所述里层由聚氨酯改性棉纤维作为经线和植物提取物改性麻纤维作为纬线相互交织而成,所述外层为防水PU薄膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的多功能保健棉麻面料,其特征在于,所述聚氨酯改性棉纤维通过以下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1:按棉纤维与去离子水1:30~80的质量比,将棉纤维和去离子水加入至反应罐中,按棉纤维和质量百分比浓度为10~20%的丙烯酸甲酯水溶液1:3~12的质量比,将丙烯酸甲酯水溶液滴加至上述反应罐中,在80℃的水浴锅中,搅拌30~60min,备用;
S2:取出步骤S1处理过的棉纤维,并置于真空等离子体气氛中,设置放电电压为220~380V,等离子体处理时间10~180s,得到真空等离子体改性棉纤维;
S3:将真空等离子体改性棉纤维再次放入反应罐中,按棉纤维、碳酸钠和第一改性剂混合溶液1:5~8:25~50的质量比,加入到反应罐中,60~100℃继续搅拌反应1~3h,过滤取出反应产物,用去离子水充分洗涤,60~90℃下烘干至恒重,得到聚氨酯改性棉纤维。
3.如权利要求2所述的多功能保健棉麻面料,其特征在于,所述第一改性剂混合溶液由甲基羟基硅油、油酸、丙烯酰胺和水性聚醚型聚氨酯组成,其质量比为30~50:3~15:5~20:30~80。
4.如权利要求1所述的多功能保健棉麻面料,其特征在于,所述植物提取物改性麻纤维通过以下步骤的方法制备得到:
S1:按麻纤维与无水乙醇1:50~80的质量比,将麻纤维和无水乙醇加入至反应罐中,按麻纤维和甲基乙烯基硅油1:8~25的质量比,将甲基乙烯基硅油滴加至上述反应罐中,在60~80℃的水浴锅中进行加热冷凝回流,搅拌30~60min,备用;
S2:取出步骤S1处理过的麻纤维,并置于真空等离子体气氛中,设置放电电压为220~380V,等离子体处理时间30~180s,得到真空等离子体改性麻纤维;
S3:将真空等离子体改性麻纤维再次放入反应罐中,按麻纤维、二氧化钛、EDTA和第二改性剂混合溶液10:0.1~1.5:0.5~3.5:15~35的质量比,加入到反应罐中,60~100℃继续搅拌反应1~3h,过滤取出反应产物,用去离子水充分洗涤,60~90℃下烘干至恒重,得到植物提取物改性麻纤维。
5.如权利要求4所述的多功能保健棉麻面料,其特征在于,所述第二改性剂混合溶液由植物提取物、水、甘油、丁二醇、甘油硬脂酸酯和透明质酸钠组成。
6.如权利要求5所述的多功能保健棉麻面料,其特征在于,所述植物提取物、水、甘油、丁二醇、甘油硬脂酸酯和透明质酸钠的重量份数比为20~45:15~50:1.5~4.5:1~5:3.5~6.5:10~30。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的多功能保健棉麻面料,其特征在于,所述植物提取物的植物原料为黑鳞大耳蕨、三羽叉蕨、白蔷薇根、残槁蔃根、山甘草、大血藤、北豆根中的至少一种。
8.如权利要求7所述的多功能保健棉麻面料,其特征在于,所述植物提取物通过以下方法制备得到:在压力为15~20MPa,温度为60~80℃的条件下,利用由体积浓度为10~15%的甲酸和流量为1~2mL/min的超临界CO2组成的复合流体进行超临界萃取植物原料中的活性成分,得到植物提取物。
9.一种如权利要求1所述的多功能保健棉麻面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述棉麻面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将聚氨酯改性棉纤维经5~8个捻回/厘米的加捻工艺制作成经线,将植物提取物改性麻纤维经5~8个捻回/厘米的加捻工艺制作成纬线,将所述经线和纬线进行清花处理,控制原料质量的均匀率大于99%;
S2:将清花后的原料依次在梳棉机和并条机上进行梳棉和并条操作;
S3:将经过并条操作后的原料采用经纬交织的斜纹组织法制造成基布里层;
S4:在基布里层涂覆一层防水PU薄膜外层,得到所述多功能保健棉麻面料。
