近年来,随着人们生活方式的改变和消费水平的不断提高,服装市场的需要也正在发生着巨大的变化,为了适应穿着的轻便舒适、功能性以及满足不同地域气候等的需求,服装面料在满足基本的轻、柔、顺、垂等要求时,个性化、功能化的要求越来越高,崇尚自然、舒适美观、护理方便和卫生保健等功能也逐渐成为人们的追求目标,这些因素促进和推动了纺织纤维原料和服装面料的发展。
如专利CN201110357681.3公开了一种护肤天然纺织材料及其制造方法,有甲壳素纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维、天丝纤维混纺而成,混纺纤维上至少含有芳香剂,通过三种纤维混纺后,可以充分发挥三者的优点,使产品同时具有抑菌防臭、润肌养肤、吸湿柔软舒适功能,同时通过含有芳香剂微胶囊的后整理,面料成为含芳香剂微胶囊的最好载体,面料通过微胶囊芳香剂缓释,可实施芳香的功能疗法,增强人体的免疫能力,提高了人的生活质量,对人体健康具有一定的辅助治疗作用。
专利CN201110146805.3公开了一种芦荟整理面料,包括织物层,所述芦荟整理面料还包括一层芦荟整理层,被固定在所述织物层的表面,由该面料制备的家纺制品接触人体肌肤,会产生舒服、滋润、放松的感觉,对于美肤、护肤具有良好的作用,有助于促进肌肤健康,保湿效果好,具有优异的抗静电性,抗菌性,具有柔软、舒适的手感和滑爽飘逸垂坠的风格。
目前所揭示的多为多功能的保健纺织面料,通过多种面料进行复合或进行各种功能涂层整理,从而达到医疗保健、穿着舒适、及保暖等作用。
本申请主要是针对北方冬天天气干燥的气候环境,提供一种能够用于长久缓释保湿的面料,虽然现有的专利技术中有提到制备的面料具备一定的保湿效果,但保湿效果不够持久,或者面料经多次水洗后保湿效果显著下降。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术不足,提供一种含玻尿酸的护肤保湿面料,该面料具有柔软、舒适的手感,提供一定的抗菌、抗静电功能,还能够提供长久缓释的保湿效果。
为实现上述目的,在一个具体的实施方式中,提供一种含玻尿酸的护肤保湿面料,包括面料基层和渗透在面料基层中的玻尿酸部分,其特征在于:
(1)面料基层是通过经线和纬线相互编织而成,其中所述的经线采用角鲨烷/富强纤维,所述纬线采用天丝纤维、蛋白纤维、丙纶纤维;
(2)将步骤(1)所述的面料基层经过浸轧工艺使面料浸入含玻尿酸的整理液中,并经热定型和烘干交联固化,使玻尿酸部分牢固地吸附在面料基层上,得到所述保湿面料。
其中所述整理液中含有两种不同分子量的玻尿酸组分;
其中采用的角鲨烷/富强纤维是通过将角鲨烷揉入到富强纤维内部而得到的一种功能纤维,其富含角鲨烷,对皮肤有极好的亲和性、保湿效果,不会引起过敏和刺激,同时能够促进活性成分向皮肤中的渗透,同时胶鲨烷/富强纤维在后续的交联固化中能够通过一定的交联作用,提高整理液与面料基层的结合,胶鲨烷/富强纤维的使用对于提高面料基层与玻尿酸部分的结合力,保持面料的长久缓释保湿、促进小分子量玻尿酸的向皮肤中的渗透是有利的。
在一个具体实施例中,本申请提供了如下的含玻尿酸的整理液,按重量比组成为:
环保粘合剂20-30%
交联剂5-10%
低分子量玻尿酸组分10-20%
高分子量玻尿酸组分5-10%
甲壳素2-5%
有机硅柔顺剂1-2%
芳香剂0.5-2%
水余量。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述低分子量玻尿酸组分与高分子量玻尿酸的质量比为1:1-4:1,进一步优选两者的质量比为2:1。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述低分子量玻尿酸的分子量为50-100万,高分子量玻尿酸的分子量为600-1000万。
本发明中的整理液中采用两种不同分子量的玻尿酸配合使用,能够更好、更持久地保持保湿效果,具体地小分子量的玻尿酸能够透过皮肤吸收,营养肌肤,深层持久保湿,而大分子量的玻尿酸具有优良的保湿性、润滑性和稳定作用,能够阻隔外来灰尘、紫外线灯的入侵,保护皮肤;通过两种不同分子量玻尿酸的选择使用,能够解决皮肤表面缺水干燥的问题,还能改善皮肤自身的补水和锁水效果,两者之间用量的调整,对于皮肤长久保湿是更加有利的。
在一个优选的实施方式中,所述环保粘合剂为水性羟基丙烯酸树脂,所述交联剂为水性异氰酸酯、水性氨基树脂、水性环氧树脂中的一种。
本发明通过环保粘合剂和交联剂的加入,面料基层在浸入整理液后,经热定型和烘干过程中,能够提高组分之间的交联作用,提高面料基层与整理液之间的结合,使玻尿酸等组分牢固地吸附在面料基层上,对于避免面料由于水洗等因素导致的保湿能力的下降是有利的。
在本发明的另一个实施方式中,本申请还提供了一种服装,该服装由上述所述的保湿面料加工形成的。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明采用的角鲨烷/富强纤维,其富含角鲨烷,对皮肤有极好的亲和性、保湿效果,不会引起过敏和刺激,同时能够促进活性成分向皮肤中的渗透,同时胶鲨烷/富强纤维在后续的交联固化中能够通过一定的交联作用,提高整理液与面料基层的结合,胶鲨烷/富强纤维的使用有利于提高面料基层与玻尿酸部分的结合力,保持面料的长久缓释保湿、促进小分子量玻尿酸的向皮肤中的渗透。
(2)本发明通过环保粘合剂和交联剂的加入,面料基层在浸入整理液后,经热定型和烘干过程中,能够提高组分之间的交联作用,提高面料基层与整理液之间的结合,使玻尿酸等组分牢固地吸附在面料基层上,对于避免面料由于水洗等因素导致的保湿能力的下降。
(3)本发明整理液中采用两种不同分子量的玻尿酸配合使用,能够解决皮肤表面缺水干燥的问题,还能改善皮肤自身的补水和锁水效果,两者之间用量的调整,有利于皮肤的长久保湿,同时甲壳素也能提供一定的抗菌和保湿作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式对本发明进行说明,以便充分理解,但本发明不受下面具体公司实施例的限制。
实施例1
一种含玻尿酸的护肤保湿面料,包括面料基层和渗透在面料基层中的玻尿酸部分,其具体制备过程如下:
(1)面料基层的制备:基层通过经线和纬线相互编织而成,其中经线选用角鲨烷/富强纤维,纬线选用天丝纤维;
(2)整理液配制:将以下各组分的按重量份数配料如下:水性羟基丙烯酸树脂20份,水性异氰酸酯5份,分子量为80万的玻尿酸10份,分子量为600万的玻尿酸5份,甲壳素3份,有机硅柔顺剂1份,芳香剂1份,水55份,将各组分充分混合均匀后,备用;
(3)将整理液用水作溶剂,配制成浓度为15%的整理剂加入到定型机的轧槽中,然后将面料基层完全浸投于轧槽的溶液中10s,再经轧辊脱水;将浸轧过的面料基层经过60℃的预烘后,再经过110℃烘干交联固化,即得保湿面料。
实施例2-4以及对比例1-4中的面料按照实施例1的方法进行制备,具体面料基层及整理液的组成如表1中所示。
本发明中效果评价方法如下:
保湿性效果评价:将实施例中的面料进一步加工制成相同的贴身衣物,提供给20个受过肤感评估训练的测试者,先后以第1次水洗和第100次水洗以后穿着衣物的皮肤感受进行保湿性效果评价。
测试标准,采用1-10分评估,取20个测试者平均分数进行效果评价。
其中,1-2分表示不满意,3-4分表示较满意,5-6分表示比较满意,7-8分表示满意,9-10分表示非常满意。

2)将步骤1)所述的面料基层经过浸轧工艺使面料浸入含玻尿酸的整理液中,并经热定型和烘干交联固化,使玻尿酸部分牢固地吸附在面料基层上,得到所述保湿面料;
所述含玻尿酸的整理液的重量比组成为:
环保粘合剂20-30%
交联剂5-10%
低分子量玻尿酸组分10-20%
高分子量玻尿酸组分5-10%
甲壳素2-5%
有机硅柔顺剂1-2%
芳香剂0.5-2%
水余量;
所述环保粘合剂为水性羟基丙烯酸树脂;
所述交联剂为水性异氰酸酯、水性氨基树脂、环氧树脂;
所述低分子量玻尿酸的分子量为50-100万,高分子量玻尿酸的分子量为600-1000万。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含玻尿酸的护肤保湿面料,其特征在于,低分子量玻尿酸组分与高分子量玻尿酸的质量比为2:1。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的含玻尿酸的护肤保湿面料的整理液,其特征在于:所述保湿面料整理液的重量比组成为:
环保粘合剂20-30%
交联剂5-10%
低分子量玻尿酸组分10-20%
高分子量玻尿酸组分5-10%
甲壳素2-5%
有机硅柔顺剂1-2%
芳香剂0.5-2%
水余量;
所述低分子量玻尿酸的分子量为50-100万,高分子量玻尿酸的分子量为600-1000万。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含玻尿酸的护肤保湿面料整理液,其特征在于,低分子量玻尿酸组分与高分子量玻尿酸的质量比为2:1。
5.一种服装,其特征在于,采用权利要求1-2任一项所述的保湿面料加工形成。
