背景技术
皮肤指身体表面包在肌肉外面的组织,是人体最大的器官,主要承担着保护身体、排汗、感觉冷热和压力等功能。皮肤覆盖全身,它使体内各种组织和器官免受物理性、机械性、化学性和病原微生物性的侵袭,是人体最重要的安全屏障。随着工业的发展,环境污染日益严重,大气中的二氧化碳、氮氧化物和硫氧化物不断增加,这些污染物除了对人体的呼吸系统造成直接危害外,还会造成人体皮肤过敏,影响到人体的健康,因而皮肤护理不断引起重视。随着人们健康意识的不断增强以及皮肤医学的飞速发展,人们越来越意识到维护皮肤健康的必要性,护肤在现代已经成为一门学问。皮肤护理方式除了采用护肤品外,更为直接有效的方式是采用和人体皮肤直接接触的护肤面料作为皮肤的防护屏障。传统的天然护肤面料主要指由天然纤维纺织而成的面料,主要指纯棉面料及蚕丝面料等,其具有柔软舒适、吸湿透气等优点,能有效的保护皮肤。然而,随着纺织技术的飞速发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,传统的天然护肤面料的单一功能已经不能满足人们的需求。因此,急需一种多功能的护肤面料。基于上述陈述,本发明提出了一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法。
一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将棉线纤维与护肤纤维进行混合,混合均匀后经梳棉机梳理整齐后做经线备用,将蚕丝纤维与护肤纤维进行混合,混合均匀后经梳棉机梳理整齐后做经线备用;
S2、将步骤S1中准备的棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线分别通过纺织机的纤维轴引出,设置纺织机的捻度为280~350,捻向为Z,使棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线正交固结形成护肤面料内层;
S3、将聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银离子在120~150℃,500~700r/min的转速下熔融混合,混合均匀后通过熔体纺丝机喷出,冷却固化后得多功能纤维,经梳棉机梳理重叠成网,做护肤面料外层;
S4、将当归、白芷、白茯苓、百合、茵陈、丁香、甘草、金银花和玫瑰用去离子水浸泡2~4h后,在高温98~128℃下煎煮1~2h,反复煎煮两遍,冷却后用精密过滤器分别滤出药液,加入乙醇溶液,静置2~5h后分离得到澄明护肤液;
S5、将步骤S2所得的护肤面料内层和步骤S3所得的护肤面料外层分别浸泡在步骤S4所得的澄明护肤液中,浸泡10~15h,取出后在40~55℃的低温下烘干2~3h,将护肤面料内层和步骤S3所得的护肤面料外层叠放整齐后用粘合剂浸渍后经胶辊挤压输出,在60~80℃下烘干即得。
优选的,所述步骤S1中棉线纤维与护肤纤维的质量比为3.2~5:0.1~0.3。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例一
本发明提出的一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将棉线纤维与护肤纤维按质量比3.8:0.2进行混合,混合均匀后经梳棉机梳理整齐后做经线备用,将蚕丝纤维与护肤纤维按质量比3.2:0.1进行混合,其中,护肤纤维包括海藻纤维、芦荟纤维、维生素纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和珍珠纤维,混合均匀后经梳棉机梳理整齐后做经线备用;
S2、将步骤S1中准备的棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线分别通过纺织机的纤维轴引出,设置纺织机的捻度为300,捻向为Z,使棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线正交固结形成护肤面料内层;

S2、将步骤S1中准备的棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线分别通过纺织机的纤维轴引出,设置纺织机的捻度为280,捻向为Z,使棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线正交固结形成护肤面料内层;
S3、按质量比5:0.3:0.2:0.1,将聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银离子在150℃,550r/min的转速下熔融混合,混合均匀后通过熔体纺丝机喷出,冷却固化后得多功能纤维,经梳棉机梳理重叠成网,做护肤面料外层;
S4、按质量比3:1.5:2.5:2:1:2.5:1:1.5:3:130,将当归、白芷、白茯苓、百合、茵陈、丁香、甘草、金银花和玫瑰用去离子水浸泡2h后,在高温100℃下煎煮1.2h,反复煎煮两遍,冷却后用精密过滤器分别滤出药液,加入浓度为55%的乙醇溶液,静置4h后分离得到澄明护肤液;
S5、将步骤S2所得的护肤面料内层和步骤S3所得的护肤面料外层分别浸泡在步骤S4所得的澄明护肤液中,浸泡12h,取出后在42℃的低温下烘干3h,将护肤面料内层和步骤S3所得的护肤面料外层叠放整齐后用粘合剂浸渍后经胶辊挤压输出,在65℃下烘干即得。
实施例三
本发明提出的一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将棉线纤维与护肤纤维按质量比3.2:0.3进行混合,混合均匀后经梳棉机梳理整齐后做经线备用,将蚕丝纤维与护肤纤维按质量比3.8:0.3进行混合,其中,护肤纤维包括海藻纤维、芦荟纤维、维生素纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和珍珠纤维,混合均匀后经梳棉机梳理整齐后做经线备用;
S2、将步骤S1中准备的棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线分别通过纺织机的纤维轴引出,设置纺织机的捻度为320,捻向为Z,使棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线正交固结形成护肤面料内层;
S3、按质量比4:0.2:0.1:0.3,将聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银离子在120℃,700r/min的转速下熔融混合,混合均匀后通过熔体纺丝机喷出,冷却固化后得多功能纤维,经梳棉机梳理重叠成网,做护肤面料外层;
S4、按质量比2:1:1.5:3:2.5:3:1.5:1:2.5:115,将当归、白芷、白茯苓、百合、茵陈、丁香、甘草、金银花和玫瑰用去离子水浸泡4h后,在高温105℃下煎煮1h,反复煎煮两遍,冷却后用精密过滤器分别滤出药液,加入浓度为78%的乙醇溶液,静置2h后分离得到澄明护肤液;
S5、将步骤S2所得的护肤面料内层和步骤S3所得的护肤面料外层分别浸泡在步骤S4所得的澄明护肤液中,浸泡15h,取出后在48℃的低温下烘干2.2h,将护肤面料内层和步骤S3所得的护肤面料外层叠放整齐后用粘合剂浸渍后经胶辊挤压输出,在80℃下烘干即得。
实施例四
本发明提出的一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将棉线纤维与护肤纤维按质量比5:0.1进行混合,混合均匀后经梳棉机梳理整齐后做经线备用,将蚕丝纤维与护肤纤维按质量比4:0.2进行混合,其中,护肤纤维包括海藻纤维、芦荟纤维、维生素纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和珍珠纤维,混合均匀后经梳棉机梳理整齐后做经线备用;
S2、将步骤S1中准备的棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线分别通过纺织机的纤维轴引出,设置纺织机的捻度为350,捻向为Z,使棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线正交固结形成护肤面料内层;
S3、按质量比2:0.2:0.1:0.3,将聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银离子在130℃,500r/min的转速下熔融混合,混合均匀后通过熔体纺丝机喷出,冷却固化后得多功能纤维,经梳棉机梳理重叠成网,做护肤面料外层;
S4、按质量比1.5:3:1:2.5:2:1.5:2.5:3:1:105,将当归、白芷、白茯苓、百合、茵陈、丁香、甘草、金银花和玫瑰用去离子水浸泡2.5h后,在高温120℃下煎煮2h,反复煎煮两遍,冷却后用精密过滤器分别滤出药液,加入浓度为60%的乙醇溶液,静置5h后分离得到澄明护肤液;
S5、将步骤S2所得的护肤面料内层和步骤S3所得的护肤面料外层分别浸泡在步骤S4所得的澄明护肤液中,浸泡10h,取出后在55℃的低温下烘干2.5h,将护肤面料内层和步骤S3所得的护肤面料外层叠放整齐后用粘合剂浸渍后经胶辊挤压输出,在75℃下烘干即得。
实施例五
本发明提出的一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将棉线纤维与护肤纤维按质量比4.5:0.2进行混合,混合均匀后经梳棉机梳理整齐后做经线备用,将蚕丝纤维与护肤纤维按质量比3.5:0.1进行混合,其中,护肤纤维包括海藻纤维、芦荟纤维、维生素纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和珍珠纤维,混合均匀后经梳棉机梳理整齐后做经线备用;
S2、将步骤S1中准备的棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线分别通过纺织机的纤维轴引出,设置纺织机的捻度为340,捻向为Z,使棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线正交固结形成护肤面料内层;
S3、按质量比4.5:0.3:0.1:0.2,将聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银离子在135℃,650r/min的转速下熔融混合,混合均匀后通过熔体纺丝机喷出,冷却固化后得多功能纤维,经梳棉机梳理重叠成网,做护肤面料外层;
S4、按质量比2.5:2.5:3:1:1.5:2:3:2:1.5:120,将当归、白芷、白茯苓、百合、茵陈、丁香、甘草、金银花和玫瑰用去离子水浸泡3.5h后,在高温115℃下煎煮1.8h,反复煎煮两遍,冷却后用精密过滤器分别滤出药液,加入浓度为70%的乙醇溶液,静置4.5h后分离得到澄明护肤液;
S5、将步骤S2所得的护肤面料内层和步骤S3所得的护肤面料外层分别浸泡在步骤S4所得的澄明护肤液中,浸泡14h,取出后在45℃的低温下烘干2h,将护肤面料内层和步骤S3所得的护肤面料外层叠放整齐后用粘合剂浸渍后经胶辊挤压输出,在60℃下烘干即得。
将本发明实施例一~五中制备的可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料制成贴身衣件后,随机选取500名敏感肌肤志愿者,试穿一个月,回访试穿体验,得知98%的志愿者表示试穿后有明显的肌肤改善效果,100%的志愿者表示,无肌肤过敏问题。

Claims (7)
1.一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将棉线纤维与护肤纤维进行混合,混合均匀后经梳棉机梳理整齐后做经线备用,将蚕丝纤维与护肤纤维进行混合,混合均匀后经梳棉机梳理整齐后做经线备用;
S2、将步骤S1中准备的棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线分别通过纺织机的纤维轴引出,设置纺织机的捻度为280~350,捻向为Z,使棉纤维经线和蚕丝纤维纬线正交固结形成护肤面料内层;
S3、将聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银离子在120~150℃,500~700r/min的转速下熔融混合,混合均匀后通过熔体纺丝机喷出,冷却固化后得多功能纤维,经梳棉机梳理重叠成网,做护肤面料外层;
S4、将当归、白芷、白茯苓、百合、茵陈、丁香、甘草、金银花和玫瑰用去离子水浸泡2~4h后,在高温98~128℃下煎煮1~2h,反复煎煮两遍,冷却后用精密过滤器分别滤出药液,加入乙醇溶液,静置2~5h后分离得到澄明护肤液;
S5、将步骤S2所得的护肤面料内层和步骤S3所得的护肤面料外层分别浸泡在步骤S4所得的澄明护肤液中,浸泡10~15h,取出后在40~55℃的低温下烘干2~3h,将护肤面料内层和步骤S3所得的护肤面料外层叠放整齐后用粘合剂浸渍后经胶辊挤压输出,在60~80℃下烘干即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中棉线纤维与护肤纤维的质量比为3.2~5:0.1~0.3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中蚕丝纤维与护肤纤维的质量比为3~4.2:0.1~0.3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中的护肤纤维包括海藻纤维、芦荟纤维、维生素纤维、牛奶蛋白纤维和珍珠纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维、纳米陶瓷粉、纳米二氧化钛和纳米银离子的质量比为2~5:0.1~0.3:0.1~0.3:0.1~0.3。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中当归、白芷、白茯苓、百合、茵陈、丁香、甘草、金银花、玫瑰和去离子水的质量比为1~3:1~3:1~3:1~3:1~3:1~3:1~3:1~3:1~3:45~135。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可以保养全身肌肤的护肤面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中乙醇溶液的浓度为55~78%。
