本发明涉及功能面料生产技术领域,具体涉及一种用于家居服的保健功能面料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
家居服是都市生活者除正装以外,穿着时间最长的一类衣物。现有市场上用于制造家居服的面料主要有棉、麻或两者混纺以及涤纶和丝织品。
人体在夜间的新陈代谢旺盛,尤其在南方的盛夏季节,睡觉时容易汗湿家居服,致使病原微生物贴附在衣物上,造成衣物上菌落较多,对健康造成危害。随着社会发展和人们生活水平的逐步提高,面料的舒适性和功能性已越来越受到人们的重视。作为日常生活中贴身穿着的家居服,其使用频率高,穿着时间长,清洗频率较其他衣物低,所以容易感染细菌,因此,除了对家居服的舒适性有较高要求外,还有对其抗菌性能、亲肤性均有较高的要求。目前市场上主要用于制作家居服的面料,其不足之处在于容易皱缩,且面料功能单一。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具有抑菌性能的用于家居服的保健功能面料,以及它的制备方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种用于家居服的保健功能面料,包括保健层和基层;
其中保健层是以冷杉、香樟、中药提取物和功能助剂为原料制成的粘胶纤维;
基层由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成,所述经纱为汉麻、精梳棉和竹纤维的混纺纱线,在经纱中,汉麻、精梳棉和竹纤维的重量比为45-52:9-13:22-26,所述经纱的支数为120-80s,捻系数为850-900;所述纬纱为汉麻、碳纤维和纯棉的混纺纱线,在纬纱中,汉麻、碳纤维和纯棉的重量比为41-46:6-12:62-67,所述纬纱的旦数为160-150D,捻系数为480-540;
所述保健层和基层之间用粘合剂粘接。
进一步的,所述冷杉包括冷杉树皮和冷杉树叶;所述香樟树包括香樟树皮和香樟树叶。
进一步的,所述中药提取物选自合欢皮、淡竹叶、绿豆壳、竺黄、夜交藤、夏枯草、柏子仁、浮小麦、远志、酸枣仁提取物中的任意两种或两种以上组合物。
进一步的,所述功能助剂包括Tween-60,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚,咪唑啉季铵盐和甜菜碱型表面活性剂。

一种用于居家服的保健功能面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备保健层:由冷杉树皮、冷杉树叶、香樟树皮和香樟树叶提取出浆粕,用烧碱、二硫化碳处理,得到纤维素黄原酸钠,再溶解在稀氢氧化钠溶液中,成为粘稠的纺丝原液,将溶液加热至65-80℃,加入中药提取物和功能助剂,保温1-2小时,在凝固浴中经湿法纺丝,纤维素黄原酸钠分解析出纤维素,再经水洗、脱硫、漂白、干燥后成为保健粘胶纤维;
(2)制备基层:选取性能优良的汉麻、精梳棉、竹纤维、碳纤维和纯棉作为纺织原料;将上述汉麻、精梳棉、竹纤维,汉麻、碳纤维、纯棉分别混纺成单股纱,再经倍捻机处理成捻系数为850-900的经纱和捻系数为480-540的纬纱,最后再将经纱和纬纱相互交织,即得基层纤维材料;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的保健粘胶纤维和步骤(2)得到的基层纤维材料用粘合剂粘接起来,即得用于家居服的保健功能面料。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)冷杉、香樟和汉麻具有良好的抗菌性能,本发明采用冷杉、香樟和汉麻作为家居服面料的主要材料,经处理后,面料的细菌抑制率达85.6-94.7%,抗菌性能优越,适用于家居环境。
(2)本发明在制备粘胶纤维的过程中加入功能助剂,有助于降低织物表面能,有效改善了面料的柔软亲肤性、抗静电性和耐沾污性。
(3),汉麻纤维较为细、短,经碳纤维和纯棉,精梳棉和竹纤维混纺改性后,抗静电性能优良,断裂强度和力学性能得到提高,使得制得的面料具有良好的力学性能和耐磨擦性,不易皱缩,面料的使用寿命长。
(4)本发明采用天然材料作为衣物面料,安全环保,还具有质轻,透气,吸湿性好,防霉,凉爽的优良特性,对人体具有卫生保健作用;
本发明提供的制备方法简单,生产成本低,生产效率高。
(5)本发明加入了具有安神助眠功效的中药提取物,有助于安神静气,舒缓神经紧张,改善睡眠质量。
香樟:香樟中黄樟油素高,抗菌力大,耐腐蚀和虫害。其中香樟树叶中含有挥发油,其主要成分是樟脑(camphor)(54.54%),1,8-桉叶素(1,8-cineole)和少量α-松油醇(α-terpineol),β-蒎烯(β-pinene),α-蒎烯,牻牛儿醛(geranial),α-水芹烯(α-phellandrene),樟烯(camphene),龙及(borneol),橙花醛(neral)等,据《陆川本草》记载,香樟树叶具有良好的杀虫,杀菌功效。香樟树皮中含有树皮含左旋-表儿茶精(epicatechin),右旋-表儿茶精,原矢车菊素(procyanidins)B1、B2、B7、C1及桂皮鞣质Ⅰ(cinnamtanninⅠ),还含丙酸(propionicacid),丁酸(butyricacid),戊酸(valericacid),已酸(caproicacid),辛酸(caprylicacid),癸酸(capricacid),月桂酸(lauricacid),肉豆蔻酸(myristicacid),硬脂酸(stearicacid),油酸(oleicacid)及肉豆蔻烯酸(myristoleicacid)等,据《南宁市药物志》记载,香樟树皮具有“祛风化痰,杀虫。治寒性风湿骨痛,散毒行气,止痛”的功效。
冷杉:冷杉树皮的瘤状突起内含芳香树脂,主要成分含乙酸龙脑酯,β-水芹烯,α和β蒎烯,具有良好的杀菌功能。
汉麻,又名大麻,线麻、寒麻、火麻等。由它制成的服装衣饰具有吸湿、透气、舒爽、散热、防霉、抑菌、抗辐射、防紫外线、吸音等多种功能,抑菌率能达到94%,本发明将其应用于家居服面料中,既能提高家居服面料的安全环保性能,又能丰富现有家居服面料的品种花色。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
一种用于居家服的保健功能面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备保健层:由冷杉树皮、冷杉树叶、香樟树皮和香樟树叶提取出浆粕,用烧碱、二硫化碳处理,得到纤维素黄原酸钠,再溶解在稀氢氧化钠溶液中,成为粘稠的纺丝原液,将溶液加热至65-80℃,加入合欢皮、淡竹叶、绿豆壳提取物和Tween-60,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚,咪唑啉季铵盐和甜菜碱型表面活性剂,保温1-2小时,在由硫酸、硫酸钠和硫酸锌组成的凝固浴中经湿法纺丝,纤维素黄原酸钠分解析出纤维素,再经水洗、脱硫、漂白、干燥后成为保健粘胶纤维;
(2)制备基层:选取性能优良的汉麻、30-45支的精梳棉、竹纤维、碳纤维和纯棉作为纺织原料,其中汉麻、精梳棉和竹纤维的重量比为48:13:22,汉麻、碳纤维和纯棉,在纬线中,汉麻、碳纤维和纯棉的重量比为42:8:64;将上述汉麻、精梳棉、竹纤维,汉麻、碳纤维、纯棉分别混纺成单股纱,再以140捻/10cm的捻度经倍捻机处理成经纱捻系数为850-900,纬纱捻系数为480-540的经纱和纬纱,最后再将经纱和纬纱相互交织,制得经线支数为100s,纬线旦数为160D的基层面料;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的保健粘胶纤维层面料和步骤(2)得到的基层面料用以醋酸乙烯酯为主要单体的多元乳液共聚胶粘剂粘合起来,即得用于家居服的保健功能面料。
实施例2:
一种用于居家服的保健功能面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备保健层:由冷杉树皮、冷杉树叶、香樟树皮和香樟树叶提取出浆粕,用烧碱、二硫化碳处理,得到纤维素黄原酸钠,再溶解在稀氢氧化钠溶液中,成为粘稠的纺丝原液,将溶液加热至65-80℃,加入竺黄、夜交藤、夏枯草提取物和Tween-60,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚,咪唑啉季铵盐和甜菜碱型表面活性剂,保温1-2小时,在由硫酸、硫酸钠和硫酸锌组成的凝固浴中经湿法纺丝,纤维素黄原酸钠分解析出纤维素,再经水洗、脱硫、漂白、干燥后成为保健粘胶纤维;
(2)制备基层:选取性能优良的汉麻、30-45支的精梳棉、竹纤维、碳纤维和纯棉作为纺织原料,其中汉麻、精梳棉和竹纤维的重量比为45:10:26,汉麻、碳纤维和纯棉,在纬线中,汉麻、碳纤维和纯棉的重量比为41:7:67;将上述汉麻、精梳棉、竹纤维,汉麻、碳纤维、纯棉分别混纺成单股纱,再以160捻/10cm的捻度经倍捻机处理成经纱捻系数为850-900,纬纱捻系数为480-540的经纱和纬纱,最后再将经纱和纬纱相互交织,制得经线支数为120-80s,纬线旦数为160D的基层面料;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的保健粘胶纤维层面料和步骤(2)得到的基层面料用以丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体的多元乳液共聚胶粘剂粘合起来,即得用于家居服的保健功能面料。
实施例3:
一种用于居家服的保健功能面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备保健层:由冷杉树皮、冷杉树叶、香樟树皮和香樟树叶提取出浆粕,用烧碱、二硫化碳处理,得到纤维素黄原酸钠,再溶解在稀氢氧化钠溶液中,成为粘稠的纺丝原液,将溶液加热至65-80℃,加入柏子仁、浮小麦提取物和Tween-60,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚,咪唑啉季铵盐和甜菜碱型表面活性剂,保温1-2小时,在由硫酸、硫酸钠和硫酸锌组成的凝固浴中经湿法纺丝,纤维素黄原酸钠分解析出纤维素,再经水洗、脱硫、漂白、干燥后成为保健粘胶纤维;
(2)制备基层:选取性能优良的汉麻、30-45支的精梳棉、竹纤维、碳纤维和纯棉作为纺织原料,其中汉麻、精梳棉和竹纤维的重量比为48:9:24,汉麻、碳纤维和纯棉,在纬线中,汉麻、碳纤维和纯棉的重量比为46:6:65;将上述汉麻、精梳棉、竹纤维,汉麻、碳纤维、纯棉分别混纺成单股纱,再以120捻/10cm的捻度经倍捻机处理成经纱捻系数为850-900,纬纱捻系数为480-540的经纱和纬纱,最后再将经纱和纬纱相互交织,制得经线支数为120s,纬线旦数为150D的基层面料;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的保健粘胶纤维层面料和步骤(2)得到的基层面料用以醋酸乙烯酯为主要单体的多元乳液共聚胶粘剂粘合起来,即得用于家居服的保健功能面料。
实施例4:
一种用于居家服的保健功能面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备保健层:由冷杉树皮、冷杉树叶、香樟树皮和香樟树叶提取出浆粕,用烧碱、二硫化碳处理,得到纤维素黄原酸钠,再溶解在稀氢氧化钠溶液中,成为粘稠的纺丝原液,将溶液加热至65-80℃,加入远志、酸枣仁提取物中的任意两种或两种以上组合物。中药提取物和Tween-60,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚,咪唑啉季铵盐和甜菜碱型表面活性剂,保温1-2小时,在由硫酸、硫酸钠和硫酸锌组成的凝固浴中经湿法纺丝,纤维素黄原酸钠分解析出纤维素,再经水洗、脱硫、漂白、干燥后成为保健粘胶纤维;
(2)制备基层:选取性能优良的汉麻、30-45支的精梳棉、竹纤维、碳纤维和纯棉作为纺织原料,其中汉麻、精梳棉和竹纤维的重量比为52:12:23,汉麻、碳纤维和纯棉,在纬线中,汉麻、碳纤维和纯棉的重量比为43:12:62;将上述汉麻、精梳棉、竹纤维,汉麻、碳纤维、纯棉分别混纺成单股纱,再以180捻/10cm的捻度经倍捻机处理成经纱捻系数为850-900,纬纱捻系数为480-540的经纱和纬纱,最后再将经纱和纬纱相互交织,制得经线支数为80s,纬线旦数为160D的基层面料;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的保健粘胶纤维层面料和步骤(2)得到的基层面料用以丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体的多元乳液共聚胶粘剂粘合起来,即得用于家居服的保健功能面料。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于家居服的保健功能面料,其特征在于,包括保健层和基层;
其中保健层是以冷杉、香樟、中药提取物和功能助剂为原料制成的粘胶纤维;
基层由经纱和纬纱相互交织而成,所述经纱为汉麻、精梳棉和竹纤维的混纺纱线,在经纱中,汉麻、精梳棉和竹纤维的重量比为45-52:9-13:22-26,所述经纱的支数为120-80s,捻系数为850-900;所述纬纱为汉麻、碳纤维和纯棉的混纺纱线,在纬纱中,汉麻、碳纤维和纯棉的重量比为41-46:6-12:62-67,所述纬纱的旦数为160-150D,捻系数为480-540;
所述保健层和基层之间用粘合剂粘接。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于居家服的保健功能面料,其特征在于,所述冷杉包括冷杉树皮和冷杉树叶;所述香樟树包括香樟树皮和香樟树叶。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于居家服的保健功能面料,其特征在于,所述中药提取物选自合欢皮、淡竹叶、绿豆壳、竺黄、夜交藤、夏枯草、柏子仁、浮小麦、远志、酸枣仁提取物中的任意两种或两种以上组合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于居家服的保健功能面料,其特征在于,所述功能助剂包括Tween-60,聚氧乙烯月桂基醚,咪唑啉季铵盐和甜菜碱型表面活性剂。
5.如权利要求1所述的用于居家服的保健功能面料,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂为以醋酸乙烯酯或丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体的多元乳液共聚胶粘剂。
6.一种如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的用于居家服的保健功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备保健层:由冷杉树皮、冷杉树叶、香樟树皮和香樟树叶提取出浆粕,用烧碱、二硫化碳处理,得到纤维素黄原酸钠,再溶解在稀氢氧化钠溶液中,成为粘稠的纺丝原液,将溶液加热至65-80℃,加入中药提取物和功能助剂,保温1-2小时,在凝固浴中经湿法纺丝,纤维素黄原酸钠分解析出纤维素,再经水洗、脱硫、漂白、干燥后成为保健粘胶纤维;
(2)制备基层:选取性能优良的汉麻、精梳棉、竹纤维、碳纤维和纯棉作为纺织原料;将上述汉麻、精梳棉、竹纤维,汉麻、碳纤维、纯棉分别混纺成单股纱,再经倍捻机处理成捻系数为850-900的经纱和捻系数为480-540的纬纱,最后再将经纱和纬纱相互交织,即得基层纤维材料;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的保健粘胶纤维和步骤(2)得到的基层纤维材料用粘合剂粘接起来,即得用于家居服的保健功能面料。
7.如权利要求6所述的用于居家服的保健功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述凝固浴由硫酸、硫酸钠和硫酸锌组成。
8.如权利要求6所述的用于居家服的保健功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中倍捻机的捻度为120-180捻/10cm。
9.如权利要求6所述的用于居家服的保健功能面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中倍捻机的捻度为140-160捻/10cm。
10.如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的用于居家服的保健功能面料在服饰面料中的应用。
