背景技术
汉麻,素有“天然纤维之王”美誉,由它制成的服装衣饰具有吸湿、透气、舒爽、散热、防霉、抑菌、抗辐射、防紫外线、吸音等多种功能,既可军用又可民用。大面积推广种植,可有效缓解中国纤维紧缺的现状,为解决“三农”问题闯出一条高附加值的新路,其优良特性将为未来军人吃穿住用带来革命性变化。
现有技术中,汉麻面料手感粗糙,亲肤性不佳,且防紫外线能力不足,不耐光照,且清洗难度大,染色牢固性不佳,所以需要一种汉麻双层双面面料以解决上述出现的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种汉麻双层双面面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种汉麻双层双面面料,包括内层面料以及外层面料,所述内层面料与外层面料通过缝制进行连接,加工步骤包括:
步骤一:汉麻纤维加工:1)汉麻预处理,按照汉麻纤维量6%的软麻油剂与水的混合溶液对汉麻进行均匀的喷洒,并浸泡至少24h,以提高汉麻纤维的柔韧性和可纺性;2)开清棉,将经过预处理的汉麻喂入开清棉联合机中,开清棉对汉麻进行开松、混棉以及清除杂质和棉结;3)梳棉,然后将经过开清后的汉麻喂入梳棉机中,调节锡林速度为330r/min,刺辊速度为660r/min,由于汉麻纤维中棉结及较硬的超长纤维较多,所以采用较大的盖板速度240r/min,同时配备较密的JPT42型盖板针布,加强梳理;4)精梳,采用条卷、并卷机,各牵引胶辊以及精梳辊均采用静电涂料轻处理后使用,从而减少静电,牵伸隔距10mm,落棉刻度8;5)并条,将精梳后的汉麻纤维喂入并条机中进行并条处理,从而改善砂条内在结构,提高纤维伸直平行和条干均匀度;
步骤二:聚乳酸纤维加工:1)聚乳酸生产,以含淀粉的聚乳酸为原料,以麦芽酶、糖化酶为生物催化剂将淀粉转化为葡萄糖等单糖,加入麦芽汁培养的纯乳酸菌和碳酸钙,发酵6-8h,搅拌均匀,保持在35-50℃再发酵80h,发酵液用石灰乳中和至微碱性,煮沸杀菌,冷却后过滤,用热水重结晶,再加入50%的硫酸分解出乳酸和硫酸钙沉淀,滤出硫酸钙,滤液在减压下蒸发浓缩,即得70%的工业用乳酸,然后用活性炭脱色得纯乳酸,然后将纯乳酸进行直接聚合,从而得到聚乳酸;2)溶液纺丝,采用PET熔融纺丝原理生产聚乳酸纤维,采用186℃,结晶为75%的聚乳酸进行真空干燥,然后用螺杆熔融挤出纺丝,纺丝速度为1800-2000m/min,得到初生纤维卷绕,然后将初生预取向纤维在160℃热板上双趋热拉伸,得到聚乳酸纤维;3)纺丝:经开清棉工序、梳棉工序以及并条工序从而得到熟条;
步骤三:内层面料纺织:1)粗纱,将汉麻熟条和聚乳酸纤维均以50%比重喂入粗纱机中,调整粗纱定量3.5g/10m,捻系数120,后区牵伸1.18倍,罗拉隔距25mm×30mm;2)细纱,将两根粗纱从后罗拉同时喂入,经过后区、前区牵伸后从前罗拉输出,另外在前罗拉输出部位加两根长丝,同时从前罗拉输出,细纱锭速在14000r/min以下,罗拉隔距为18.5×38mm,后区牵伸1.21倍,捻系数420;3)织造,将经过细纱的纤维分为经线和纬线喂入纺织机中进行纺织,从而得出内层面料;
步骤四:外层面料纺织:1)粗纱,将60%汉麻熟条和40%涤纶纤维均喂入粗纱机中,调整粗纱定量3.5g/10m,捻系数120,后区牵伸1.18倍,罗拉隔距25mm×30mm;2)细纱,将两根粗纱从后罗拉同时喂入,经过后区、前区牵伸后从前罗拉输出,另外在前罗拉输出部位加两根长丝,同时从前罗拉输出,细纱锭速在14000r/min以下,罗拉隔距为18.5×38mm,后区牵伸1.21倍,捻系数420;3)织造,将经过细纱的纤维分为经线和纬线喂入纺织机中进行纺织,从而得出外层面料;
步骤五:缝制,将内层面料和面层面料重叠,并喂入纺织机中进行缝合。

步骤二:聚乳酸纤维加工:1)聚乳酸生产,以含淀粉的聚乳酸为原料,以麦芽酶、糖化酶为生物催化剂将淀粉转化为葡萄糖等单糖,加入麦芽汁培养的纯乳酸菌和碳酸钙,发酵6-8h,搅拌均匀,保持在35-50℃再发酵80h,发酵液用石灰乳中和至微碱性,煮沸杀菌,冷却后过滤,用热水重结晶,再加入50%的硫酸分解出乳酸和硫酸钙沉淀,滤出硫酸钙,滤液在减压下蒸发浓缩,即得70%的工业用乳酸,然后用活性炭脱色得纯乳酸,然后将纯乳酸进行直接聚合,从而得到聚乳酸;2)溶液纺丝,采用PET熔融纺丝原理生产聚乳酸纤维,采用186℃,结晶为75%的聚乳酸进行真空干燥,然后用螺杆熔融挤出纺丝,纺丝速度为1800-2000m/min,得到初生纤维卷绕,然后将初生预取向纤维在160℃热板上双趋热拉伸,得到聚乳酸纤维;3)纺丝:经开清棉工序、梳棉工序以及并条工序从而得到熟条;
步骤三:内层面料纺织:1)粗纱,将汉麻熟条和聚乳酸纤维均以50%比重喂入粗纱机中,调整粗纱定量3.5g/10m,捻系数120,后区牵伸1.18倍,罗拉隔距25mm×30mm;2)细纱,将两根粗纱从后罗拉同时喂入,经过后区、前区牵伸后从前罗拉输出,另外在前罗拉输出部位加两根长丝,同时从前罗拉输出,细纱锭速在14000r/min以下,罗拉隔距为18.5×38mm,后区牵伸1.21倍,捻系数420;3)织造,将经过细纱的纤维分为经线和纬线喂入纺织机中进行纺织,从而得出内层面料;
步骤四:外层面料纺织:1)粗纱,将60%汉麻熟条和40%涤纶纤维均喂入粗纱机中,调整粗纱定量3.5g/10m,捻系数120,后区牵伸1.18倍,罗拉隔距25mm×30mm;2)细纱,将两根粗纱从后罗拉同时喂入,经过后区、前区牵伸后从前罗拉输出,另外在前罗拉输出部位加两根长丝,同时从前罗拉输出,细纱锭速在14000r/min以下,罗拉隔距为18.5×38mm,后区牵伸1.21倍,捻系数420;3)织造,将经过细纱的纤维分为经线和纬线喂入纺织机中进行纺织,从而得出外层面料;
步骤五:缝制,将内层面料和面层面料重叠,并喂入纺织机中进行缝合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汉麻双层双面面料,其特征在于:在所述步骤二中,在聚乳酸生产过程中,进行聚乳酸聚合时,利用乳酸在真空条件下采用溶剂脱水技术和微机控制反应进行制备。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汉麻双层双面面料,其特征在于:在所述步骤二中,纺丝过程中,纺丝温度为213℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汉麻双层双面面料,其特征在于:在所述步骤五中,缝制过程中使用碳纤维与棉纤维混纺纱进行缝合。
