本发明所述的一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂,其特征在于,所述柔软剂包含下述重量份数的各组分:酯基季铵盐:22‑28份;氨基硅油:10‑15份;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮:5‑13份;单宁:2‑8份;pH调节剂:0.5‑1.5份;附着力促进剂:1‑4份;天然香精:0.2‑1.8份;水:50‑80份。所述种羊毛面料专用柔软剂,具有较好的稳定性,降低羊毛面料间的摩擦系数,能够有效改善羊毛纤维的柔软度,洗涤后赋予羊毛面料丰满、蓬松、柔软的手感,提高穿着者的舒适度。

技术领域
本发明涉及日用品技术领域,特别涉及一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,人们在衣着上的要求越来越高,对轻爽柔软、富有弹性、延伸性和悬垂性好、透气性好、款式新颖的服装需求越来越大。由于这些需求正是羊毛衫服装的优越性所在,因此,使得羊毛衫服装在整个服装领域中占有越来越重要的地位。
由于柔软剂能赋予织物以柔软、舒适的手感,因此能提高织物的质量和附加价值,已成为纺织品后整理的主要助剂。随着人们生活水平的提高、环保和健康意识的增强,对纺织特种材料的要求也越来越高,要求面料具有一定的柔软、抗皱等特性,对柔软剂的品质要求也越来越高,这也促地使了柔软剂品种的快速发展。羊毛由于其特殊的材质,在洗涤过程中要求较高,因此需要一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂。所述羊毛面料专用柔软剂,具有较好的稳定性,降低羊毛面料间的摩擦系数,能够有效改善羊毛纤维的柔软度,洗涤后赋予羊毛面料丰满、蓬松、柔软的手感,提高穿着者的舒适度。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂,所述柔软剂包含下述重量份数的各组分:酯基季铵盐:22-28份;氨基硅油:10-15份;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮:5-13份; 单宁:2-8份;pH调节剂:0.5-1.5份;附着力促进剂:1-4份;天然香精:0.2-1.8份;水:50-80份。
进一步地,所述柔软剂包含下述重量份数的各组分:酯基季铵盐:22-25份;氨基硅油:10-13份;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮:8-13份;单宁:5-8份;pH调节剂:0.8-1.5份;附着力促进剂:2.5-4份;天然香精:0.2-1.2份;水:50-65份。
进一步地,所述防蛀整理剂包含下述重量份数的各组分:酯基季铵盐:23份;氨基硅油:12份;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮:9份;单宁:6份;pH调节剂:1.3份;附着力促进剂:3.5份;天然香精:0.7份;水:62份。
再有,所述酯基季铵盐为1-甲基-1-油酰胺乙基-2-油酸基咪唑啉硫酸甲酯铵。
另,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的分子量为8000-50000。
且有,所述天然香精为玫瑰香精、薰衣草香精、洋甘菊香精或绿茶香精中的任一种。
同时,所述pH调节剂为醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液。
再,所述水为去离子水。
一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将氨基硅油、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和水混合,在30-50℃,8000-12000转/分的状态下,高速搅拌6-10h,得到悬浮液;
(2)往步骤(1)得到的悬浮液中依次加入酯基季铵盐、单宁、pH调节剂继续搅拌3-5h,然后加入附着力促进剂及天然香精,继续搅拌得到羊毛面料专用柔软剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明提供的一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂,具有较好的稳定性,降低羊毛面料间的摩擦系数,能够有效改善羊毛纤维的柔软度,洗涤后赋予羊毛 面料丰满、蓬松、柔软的手感,提高穿着者的舒适度。

一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将氨基硅油、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和水混合,在30-50℃,8000-12000转/分的状态下,高速搅拌6-10h,得到悬浮液;
(2)往步骤(1)得到的悬浮液中依次加入酯基季铵盐、单宁、pH调节剂继续搅拌3-5h,然后加入附着力促进剂及天然香精,继续搅拌得到羊毛面料专用柔软剂。
本发明提供的一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂,具有较好的稳定性,降低羊毛面料间的摩擦系数,能够有效改善羊毛纤维的柔软度,洗涤后赋予羊毛面料丰满、蓬松、柔软的手感,提高穿着者的舒适度。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂,其特征在于,所述柔软剂包含下述重量份数的各组分:酯基季铵盐:22-25份;氨基硅油:10-13份;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮:8-13份;单宁:5-8份;pH调节剂:0.8-1.5份;附着力促进剂:2.5-4份;天然香精:0.2-1.2份;水:50-65份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂,其特征在于,所述防蛀整理剂包含下述重量份数的各组分:酯基季铵盐:23份;氨基硅油:12份;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮:9份;单宁:6份;pH调节剂:1.3份;附着力促进剂:3.5份;天然香精:0.7份;水:62份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂,其特征在于,所述酯基季铵盐为1-甲基-1-油酰胺乙基-2-油酸基咪唑啉硫酸甲酯铵。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的分子量为8000-50000。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂,其特征在于,所述天然香精为玫瑰香精、薰衣草香精、洋甘菊香精或绿茶香精中的任一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂为醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水。
9.一种羊毛面料专用柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将氨基硅油、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和水混合,在30-50℃,8000-12000转/分的状态下,高速搅拌6-10h,得到悬浮液;
(2)往步骤(1)得到的悬浮液中依次加入酯基季铵盐、单宁、pH调节剂继续搅拌3-5h,然后加入附着力促进剂及天然香精,继续搅拌得到羊毛面料专用柔软剂。
