背景技术
目前市场上广泛销售和使用的婴儿枕头,虽然品种较多,采用实心棉,化纤,丝绸纤维等材质制成,但其外观结构形式与填充物单一,单一的用一面枕头,存在不足之处:其一是婴幼儿处于快速生长时期,排汗量较大。头部是婴儿排汗的唯一通道,致使大量的汗液聚集在枕头上,当汗液浸入棉,化纤,丝绸纤维等时,汗液会从外层渗透到内层的,而纤维的外层是湿的,内层是干的,皮肤容易滋生细菌形成湿疹痱子;其二是枕头填充物与枕头高度对婴儿来讲,是影响脑壳成型和健康成长的重要因素。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是:提供一种婴幼儿乳胶枕,便于保护头形,避免扁头和偏头,有助于骨骼生长,具有透气,散湿的效果,可以时刻保持枕套表面的干爽洁净。
本发明为解决上述问题所提供的技术方案为:一种婴幼儿乳胶枕,包括枕套一、整套二、枕芯一和枕芯二,所述枕芯一可拆卸设置在枕套一内,所述枕芯二可拆卸设置在所述枕套二内;所述枕套一和枕套二之间通过可拆卸的拉链连接;所述枕套一和枕套二的面料的加工工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)、将苎麻纤维和天丝纤维按一定比例混纺成丝麻面料;
(2)、将上述丝麻面料用高压蒸汽进行蒸煮,蒸汽为水、柠檬酸和硼酸的混合蒸汽,然后取出自然冷却10小时;
(3)、将经过步骤(2)处理过的丝麻面料放入温度为70-80℃的恒温加热箱中进行恒温加热2-3小时;
(4)、然后将丝麻面料进行定型整理,整理液包括亲水性硅油、氨基硅油柔软剂,吸湿排汗剂PSR、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和次亚磷酸钠,轧余率为110~130%,温度为150~180℃,机速控制在15~25m/min;
(5)、通过拉伸法制备PTFE微孔膜,PTFE微孔膜孔径为40nm~100nm,膜的厚度为30μm~45μm;
(6)在双胶槽网复合机工作台面上平铺一层PTFE微孔膜,然后在PTFE微孔膜上依次平铺热熔胶和经过步骤(4)处理过的丝麻面料,双胶槽网复合机通过对热熔胶进行熔融以及对PTFE微孔膜和丝麻面料进行挤压,然后将复合后面料放在恒温恒湿箱中进行固化,固化温度20℃~28℃,湿度65%~75%,固化时间1~2天。
优选的,所述枕芯一采用天然乳胶制成,枕芯二采用植物颗粒制成。
优选的,所述植物颗粒包括蒙稷、决明子、布荆子淡竹叶、夏枯草。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:本发明枕芯一为天然乳胶,进一步促进婴幼儿睡眠质量,增加恒温性;枕套一和枕套二采用苎麻面料制成,具有透气,散湿的效果,可以时刻保持枕套表面的干爽洁净。枕芯二采用蒙稷、决明子、蒙稷、决明子、布惊籽、淡竹叶、夏枯草植物混合制成。这些材料能够促进婴幼儿头部血液循环,增加记忆,有一定的护型作用;此枕头可根据婴幼儿发育需求适应不同高度和冷暖调节多用,本发明制备得到的枕套一和枕套二的工艺通过采用水、柠檬酸和硼酸的混合蒸汽进行蒸煮,然后自然冷却,使得丝麻面料在做成成品前就完成欲缩,然后再次通过加入整理液,有效地解决了丝麻织物的缩水问题。经过处理后,丝麻织物的经向缩水率和纬向缩水率达到了0.7%以下,也就是说,经过此方法处理后的丝麻织物几乎不缩水;同时,通过加入一层PTFE微孔膜,其具有防水透气性,一方面能够防止婴儿产生的汗液浸透到枕芯内使得枕芯内的植物颗粒发生霉变,另一方面能够保证婴儿与枕芯之间空气的畅通;本步骤采用的丝麻面料是由苎麻纤维和天丝纤维按一定比例混纺而成,完美结合了苎麻和天丝的优点,既保持了苎麻的抗菌和透气,又兼具天丝的超强舒适性,解决了长久以来纯苎麻过于粗糙而无法贴身使用的困恼。丝麻中的苎麻天然含有叮咛、嘧啶、嘌呤等微量元素,能够有效抑制生活中常见的有害菌,如金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等。丝麻面料的抗菌性不会因为反复洗涤而减弱。天丝是第一种采用突破性可控纳米原纤技术生产的纤维素纤维,横截面为圆形或椭圆形,形似“海绵”的内部结构,具有超强的透气性。苎麻具有独特的“管状空腔”纤维结构,能快速的将水分导入管腔,保持表面干爽,并形成高效的排湿通道。二者结合,丝麻面料就像“会呼吸”一般,时刻给人干爽通透的感觉。丝麻的天然含水量达13%,加之卓越的导湿性,使其不会积聚静电负荷,从而表面不会轻易吸附空气中的微尘,时刻保持面料的整洁。丝麻表面有一种柔顺纤维的结构组织,圆滑饱满,使其在接触肌肤时柔软不僵硬,不会对娇嫩的肌肤造成任何伤害。

(1)、将苎麻纤维和天丝纤维按一定比例混纺成丝麻面料;
(2)、将上述丝麻面料用高压蒸汽进行蒸煮,蒸汽为水、柠檬酸和硼酸的混合蒸汽,然后取出自然冷却10小时;
(3)、将经过步骤(2)处理过的丝麻面料放入温度为70-80℃的恒温加热箱中进行恒温加热2-3小时;
