Abstract
本发明公开了一种平纹织物的染整前处理方法,包括以下步骤:步骤(1),烧毛,将面料进行烧毛,除去面料上的毛边;步骤(2),清洗,清洗烧毛后的面料;步骤(3),退浆,去除面料上的浆料,使其变软;步骤(4),煮炼,将面料进行煮炼,煮炼温度为120‑160℃;步骤(5),氧漂,将织物浸渍氧漂液,经100‑103℃汽蒸25‑30min,90‑95℃水洗3‑4道;氧漂液中含有煮练剂6‑10g/L、H2O23‑6.5g/L和稳定剂2‑5g/L;步骤(6),皂洗,将织物加90‑95℃皂洗液,皂洗2‑3min;步骤(7),预定形,对面料进行预定形。与现有技术相比,本发明的技术效果为:通过对各个工序工艺配方的调整,使得半成品的毛效优良、退浆干净。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,特别是一种平纹织物的染整前处理方法。
背景技术
未经染整加工的织物统称为原布或坯布。印染前处理的目的为,在使坯布受损很小的条件下,除去织物上的各类杂质,使坯布成为洁白、柔软并有良好润湿性能的印染半制品。印染前处理是印染加工的准备工序,也称为练漂,对于平纹织物的前处理有准备、烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光等工序。现有的一些印染工艺的前处理液,由于染料基团与纤维的偶合速率低,染料分子在纤维上的吸附率低、稳定性差,导致上染速度慢、上染不均匀,对纤维的膨化和均染效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种平纹织物的染整前处理方法,以解决现有技术中的技术问题。
本发明提供了一种平纹织物的染整前处理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1),烧毛,采用烧毛机对所述纺织面料进行烧毛,烧毛机的车速150m/min,烧毛时的火焰温度为1200~1300℃,烧毛级数为6级;
步骤(2),煮练,清洗烧毛后的面料,煮练剂包括2-5份氯化铵,2-5份亚硫酸钠,2-5份六亚甲基四胺,3-9份聚氨酯树脂,4-10份醋酸乙酯,3-7份顺丁烯二酸酐,5-8份聚乙烯醇,2-8份羟甲基纤维素,200-900份水;
步骤(3),退浆,将3份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、2份十二烷基磺酸钠、15份淀粉分解酶、1份苯并三氮唑、8份聚丙烯酸钠依次投入80份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再依次投入5份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、1份嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、4份碱木质素、3份纳他霉素,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得退浆液;将织物在退浆液中浸轧处理,取出后水洗并晾干;
步骤(4),煮炼,将面料进行煮炼,煮炼温度为120-160℃;
步骤(5),氧漂,将织物浸渍氧漂液,经100-103℃汽蒸25-30min,90-
95℃水洗3-4道;氧漂液中含有10-20份硫酸钡,1-5份六亚甲基四胺,4-5份聚氨酯树脂,2-7份醋酸乙酯,5-8份过硫酸镁,5-8份乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠,1-2份聚丙烯酰胺,5-10份醇胺,5-8份硼酸,1-10份柠檬酸钠,3-6份镁无机盐,3-5份分散剂,4-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及蒸馏水。
步骤(6),皂洗,将织物加90-95℃皂洗液,皂洗2-3min;皂洗液中含有皂洗剂8-10g/L;
步骤(7),预定形,对面料进行预定形。
如上所述的平纹织物的染整前处理方法,其中,优选的是,氧漂液中含有10份硫酸钡,1份六亚甲基四胺,4份聚氨酯树脂,2份醋酸乙酯,5份过硫酸镁,5份乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠,1份聚丙烯酰胺,5份醇胺,5份硼酸,1份柠檬酸钠,3份镁无机盐,3份分散剂,4份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及蒸馏水。
如上所述的平纹织物的染整前处理方法,其中,优选的是,氧漂液中含有20份硫酸钡,5份六亚甲基四胺,5份聚氨酯树脂,7份醋酸乙酯,8份过硫酸镁,8份乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠,2份聚丙烯酰胺,10份醇胺,8份硼酸,10份柠檬酸钠,6份镁无机盐,5份分散剂,10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及蒸馏水。
如上所述的平纹织物的染整前处理方法,其中,优选的是,煮练剂包括2份氯化铵,2份亚硫酸钠,2份六亚甲基四胺,3份聚氨酯树脂,4份醋酸乙酯,3份顺丁烯二酸酐,5份聚乙烯醇,2份羟甲基纤维素,200份水。
如上所述的平纹织物的染整前处理方法,其中,优选的是,煮练剂包括5份氯化铵,5份亚硫酸钠,5份六亚甲基四胺,9份聚氨酯树脂,10份醋酸乙酯,7份顺丁烯二酸酐,8份聚乙烯醇,8份羟甲基纤维素,900份水。
如上所述的平纹织物的染整前处理方法,其中,优选的是,煮炼时间为20分钟。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术效果为:通过对各个工序工艺配方的调整,使得平纹织物的毛效优良、退浆干净,并且能达到后道生产加工的要求,为后道的工序提供了保证。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
一种平纹织物的染整前处理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1),烧毛,采用烧毛机对所述纺织面料进行烧毛,烧毛机的车速150m/min,烧毛时的火焰温度为1200℃,烧毛级数为6级;
步骤(2),煮练,清洗烧毛后的面料,煮练剂包括2份氯化铵,2份亚硫酸钠,2份六亚甲基四胺,3份聚氨酯树脂,4份醋酸乙酯,3份顺丁烯二酸酐,5份聚乙烯醇,2份羟甲基纤维素,200份水;
步骤(3),退浆,将3份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、2份十二烷基磺酸钠、15份淀粉分解酶、1份苯并三氮唑、8份聚丙烯酸钠依次投入80份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再依次投入5份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、1份嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、4份碱木质素、3份纳他霉素,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得退浆液;将织物在退浆液中浸轧处理,取出后水洗并晾干;
步骤(4),煮炼,将面料进行煮炼,煮炼温度为120℃;
步骤(5),氧漂,将织物浸渍氧漂液,经100℃汽蒸25-30min,90℃水洗3道;氧漂液中含有10份硫酸钡,1份六亚甲基四胺,4份聚氨酯树脂,2-7份醋酸乙酯,5份过硫酸镁,5份乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠,1份聚丙烯酰胺,5份醇胺,5份硼酸,1份柠檬酸钠,3份镁无机盐,3份分散剂,4份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及蒸馏水。
步骤(6),皂洗,将织物加90℃皂洗液,皂洗2min;皂洗液中含有皂洗剂8g/L;
步骤(7),预定形,对面料进行预定形。
实施例二:
一种平纹织物的染整前处理方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1),烧毛,采用烧毛机对所述纺织面料进行烧毛,烧毛机的车速150m/min,烧毛时的火焰温度为1300℃,烧毛级数为6级;
步骤(2),煮练,清洗烧毛后的面料,煮练剂包括5份氯化铵, 5份亚硫酸钠, 5份六亚甲基四胺,9份聚氨酯树脂, 10份醋酸乙酯, 7份顺丁烯二酸酐,8份聚乙烯醇,8份羟甲基纤维素, 900份水;
步骤(3),退浆,将3份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、2份十二烷基磺酸钠、15份淀粉分解酶、1份苯并三氮唑、8份聚丙烯酸钠依次投入80份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再依次投入5份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、1份嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、4份碱木质素、3份纳他霉素,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得退浆液;将织物在退浆液中浸轧处理,取出后水洗并晾干;
步骤(4),煮炼,将面料进行煮炼,煮炼温度为160℃;
步骤(5),氧漂,将织物浸渍氧漂液,经103℃汽蒸30min,95℃水洗4道;氧漂液中含有20份硫酸钡, 5份六亚甲基四胺, 5份聚氨酯树脂, 7份醋酸乙酯, 8份过硫酸镁, 8份乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠, 2份聚丙烯酰胺, 10份醇胺, 8份硼酸, 10份柠檬酸钠, 6份镁无机盐,5份分散剂, 10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及蒸馏水。
步骤(6),皂洗,将织物加90-95℃皂洗液,皂洗2-3min;皂洗液中含有皂洗剂10g/L;
步骤(7),预定形,对面料进行预定形。
Claims (7)
1.一种平纹织物的染整前处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1),烧毛,采用烧毛机对所述纺织面料进行烧毛,烧毛机的车速150m/min,烧毛时的火焰温度为1200~1300℃,烧毛级数为6级;
步骤(2),煮练,清洗烧毛后的面料,煮练剂包括2-5份氯化铵,2-5份亚硫酸钠,2-5份六亚甲基四胺,3-9份聚氨酯树脂,4-10份醋酸乙酯,3-7份顺丁烯二酸酐,5-8份聚乙烯醇,2-8份羟甲基纤维素,200-900份水;
步骤(3),退浆,将3份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐、2份十二烷基磺酸钠、15份淀粉分解酶、1份苯并三氮唑、8份聚丙烯酸钠依次投入80份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再依次投入5份甲基丙烯酸甲酯、1份嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、4份碱木质素、3份纳他霉素,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得退浆液;将织物在退浆液中浸轧处理,取出后水洗并晾干;
步骤(4),煮炼,将面料进行煮炼,煮炼温度为120-160℃;
步骤(5),氧漂,将织物浸渍氧漂液,经100-103℃汽蒸25-30min,90-
95℃水洗3-4道;氧漂液中含有10-20份硫酸钡,1-5份六亚甲基四胺,4-5份聚氨酯树脂,2-7份醋酸乙酯,5-8份过硫酸镁,5-8份乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠,1-2份聚丙烯酰胺,5-10份醇胺,5-8份硼酸,1-10份柠檬酸钠,3-6份镁无机盐,3-5份分散剂,4-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及蒸馏水。
2.步骤(6),皂洗,将织物加90-95℃皂洗液,皂洗2-3min;皂洗液中含有皂洗剂8-10g/L;
步骤(7),预定形,对面料进行预定形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的平纹织物的染整前处理方法,其特征在于:氧漂液中含有10份硫酸钡,1份六亚甲基四胺,4份聚氨酯树脂,2份醋酸乙酯,5份过硫酸镁,5份乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠,1份聚丙烯酰胺,5份醇胺,5份硼酸,1份柠檬酸钠,3份镁无机盐,3份分散剂,4份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及蒸馏水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的平纹织物的染整前处理方法,其特征在于:氧漂液中含有20份硫酸钡,5份六亚甲基四胺,5份聚氨酯树脂,7份醋酸乙酯,8份过硫酸镁,8份乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠,2份聚丙烯酰胺,10份醇胺,8份硼酸,10份柠檬酸钠,6份镁无机盐,5份分散剂,10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及蒸馏水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的平纹织物的染整前处理方法,其特征在于:煮练剂包括2份氯化铵,2份亚硫酸钠,2份六亚甲基四胺,3份聚氨酯树脂,4份醋酸乙酯,3份顺丁烯二酸酐,5份聚乙烯醇,2份羟甲基纤维素,200份水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的平纹织物的染整前处理方法,其特征在于:煮练剂包括5份氯化铵,5份亚硫酸钠,5份六亚甲基四胺,9份聚氨酯树脂,10份醋酸乙酯,7份顺丁烯二酸酐,8份聚乙烯醇,8份羟甲基纤维素,900份水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的平纹织物的染整前处理方法,其特征在于:煮炼时间为20分钟。
