背景技术
棉、麻、丝织物及粘胶纤维在纺织印染过程中,不断经受外力的作用而变形,织物在洗涤过程中受湿热影响,也会产生一定的褶皱,这主要是因为它们的纤维缺少弹性,防皱性较差。人们通常的做法是采用熨烫机或除皱剂来除皱,但是熨烫机携带不方便,不能随身除皱,而传统的除皱剂在使用过程中不断的释放甲醛,整理后的织物容易泛黄。因此如何克服现有技术的不足是目前日用化学品技术领域亟需解决的问题。

针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种衬衫除皱喷雾剂及其制备方法,不泛黄,无甲醛。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种衬衫除皱喷雾剂,按照重量份包括以下组分:柠檬酸2~10份、马来酸酐6~13份、三乙胺3~9份、缩水甘油醚类环氧树脂10~20份、柠檬黄5~15份、聚乙烯醇吡咯烷酮8~12份、表面活性剂2~5份、依兰精油1~5份、乙醇5~10份、抛射剂40~50份、硼酸3~14份、聚氧乙烯醚3~9份和水80~100份。

步骤1:按照配比称取柠檬酸、马来酸酐、三乙胺、缩水甘油醚类环氧树脂置于反应釜中,开启减压阀,以100~120r/min条件进行搅拌,搅拌时间为20~30min,搅拌完成后得到混合物料,将混合物料置于烘箱中烘烤,取出粉碎,放入乙二醇溶液中浸泡5~6h,得到液体混料A;
步骤2:按照配比称取柠檬黄、聚乙烯醇吡咯烷酮、表面活性剂、依兰精油、乙醇、抛射剂、硼酸,然后放入90~100℃水中水焯15~20min,取出沥干放入加热容器中,同时加入聚氧乙烯醚,升温加热,保持加热温度为70~85℃,加热时间为50~60min,冷却后得到混合液,向混合液中加入1~2倍重量份的60~75%乙醇溶液,浸泡回流提取9~10h后,保留提取液,得到液体混料B;
步骤3:将步骤1得到的液体混料A与步骤2得到的液体混料B加入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,充分混合后取出进行干燥处理,得到固体混合物,再用粉碎机进行粉碎,过100~120目筛,得到粉末状喷雾剂,将粉末状喷雾剂加入到去离子水中混合,充分溶胀30~40h后,过滤,将滤渣冷冻24~26h,即得到所述衬衫除皱喷雾剂。

一种衬衫除皱喷雾剂,按照重量份包括以下组分:柠檬酸10份、马来酸酐13份、三乙胺9份、缩水甘油醚类环氧树脂20份、柠檬黄15份、聚乙烯醇吡咯烷酮12份、表面活性剂5份、依兰精油5份、乙醇10份、抛射剂50份、硼酸14份、聚氧乙烯醚9份和水100份。
所述表面活性剂为失水山梨醇单油酸酯。
所述的抛射剂为压缩气体。
所述的压缩气体为氮、二氧化碳、氧化亚氮、三氯一氟甲烷、二氟甲烷或者三氯四氟乙烷。
一种衬衫除皱喷雾剂的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤1:按照配比称取柠檬酸、马来酸酐、三乙胺、缩水甘油醚类环氧树脂置于反应釜中,开启减压阀,以120r/min条件进行搅拌,搅拌时间为30min,搅拌完成后得到混合物料,将混合物料置于烘箱中烘烤,取出粉碎,放入乙二醇溶液中浸泡6h,得到液体混料A;
步骤2:按照配比称取柠檬黄、聚乙烯醇吡咯烷酮、表面活性剂、依兰精油、乙醇、抛射剂、硼酸,然后放入100℃水中水焯20min,取出沥干放入加热容器中,同时加入聚氧乙烯醚,升温加热,保持加热温度为85℃,加热时间为60min,冷却后得到混合液,向混合液中加入2倍重量份的75%乙醇溶液,浸泡回流提取10h后,保留提取液,得到液体混料B;
步骤3:将步骤1得到的液体混料A与步骤2得到的液体混料B加入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,充分混合后取出进行干燥处理,得到固体混合物,再用粉碎机进行粉碎,过120目筛,得到粉末状喷雾剂,将粉末状喷雾剂加入到去离子水中混合,充分溶胀40h后,过滤,将滤渣冷冻26h,即得到所述衬衫除皱喷雾剂。
所述步骤3中的搅拌机为磁力搅拌机,搅拌时间为40min,搅拌速度为200r/min。
所述步骤1中乙二醇溶液的浓度为75%。

1.一种衬衫除皱喷雾剂,其特征在于,按照重量份包括以下组分:柠檬酸2~10份、马来酸酐6~13份、三乙胺3~9份、缩水甘油醚类环氧树脂10~20份、柠檬黄5~15份、聚乙烯醇吡咯烷酮8~12份、表面活性剂2~5份、依兰精油1~5份、乙醇5~10份、抛射剂40~50份、硼酸3~14份、聚氧乙烯醚3~9份和水80~100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种衬衫除皱喷雾剂,其特征在于,按照重量份包括以下组分:柠檬酸2份、马来酸酐6份、三乙胺3份、缩水甘油醚类环氧树脂10份、柠檬黄5份、聚乙烯醇吡咯烷酮8份、表面活性剂2份、依兰精油1份、乙醇5份、抛射剂40份、硼酸3份、聚氧乙烯醚3份和水80份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种衬衫除皱喷雾剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为失水山梨醇单油酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种衬衫除皱喷雾剂,其特征在于,所述的抛射剂为压缩气体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种衬衫除皱喷雾剂,其特征在于,所述的压缩气体为氮、二氧化碳、氧化亚氮、三氯一氟甲烷、二氟甲烷或者三氯四氟乙烷。
6.一种衬衫除皱喷雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤1:按照配比称取柠檬酸、马来酸酐、三乙胺、缩水甘油醚类环氧树脂置于反应釜中,开启减压阀,以100~120r/min条件进行搅拌,搅拌时间为20~30min,搅拌完成后得到混合物料,将混合物料置于烘箱中烘烤,取出粉碎,放入乙二醇溶液中浸泡5~6h,得到液体混料A;
步骤2:按照配比称取柠檬黄、聚乙烯醇吡咯烷酮、表面活性剂、依兰精油、乙醇、抛射剂、硼酸,然后放入90~100℃水中水焯15~20min,取出沥干放入加热容器中,同时加入聚氧乙烯醚,升温加热,保持加热温度为70~85℃,加热时间为50~60min,冷却后得到混合液,向混合液中加入1~2倍重量份的60~75%乙醇溶液,浸泡回流提取9~10h后,保留提取液,得到液体混料B;
步骤3:将步骤1得到的液体混料A与步骤2得到的液体混料B加入到高速搅拌机中搅拌,充分混合后取出进行干燥处理,得到固体混合物,再用粉碎机进行粉碎,过100~120目筛,得到粉末状喷雾剂,将粉末状喷雾剂加入到去离子水中混合,充分溶胀30~40h后,过滤,将滤渣冷冻24~26h,即得到所述衬衫除皱喷雾剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种衬衫除皱喷雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3中的搅拌机为磁力搅拌机,搅拌时间为30~40min,搅拌速度为100~200r/min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种衬衫除皱喷雾剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1中乙二醇溶液的浓度为55%~75%。
