一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺,尤其是可广泛的用于石油、机械制造、设备维修、汽车行业等工业企业服装面料的生产。
背景技术
在当前的社会工作环境当中静电、火花、水、油是人们的服装面料等织物在日常生活和工作中常见的危害人们身体健康的因素和污染物,特别是在一些特殊的环境中所使用的织物,更容易受到静电、火花水、油等污物的玷污,如石油、机械制造、设备维修、汽车行业等工业,这就对纺织品提出了新的性能要求。而普通的防静电服、阻燃服、防水、防油、防污的纺织品可以单一的防止静电、火花、油性污染物和水性污染物玷污,在复杂的工作环境中不能很好的保护工人的身体健康。
目前,在很多的行业使用的普通的功能性防护服都是用尼龙、涤纶等复合材料和涂层制成防护服,存在以下不足:
(1)不能同时具备良好的防静电、阻燃、防水、防油、防污功能;
(2)这些材料虽然存在着一定的防静电、阻燃、防水、防油、防污的特性,由于他们都是经过了涂层处理,因而不可避免地使制成的防护服厚重、透气、透湿性能差,在穿着舒适方面会感到闷热、不舒服,不仅会影响到工人的工作效率,而且有可能危害到他们的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是针对以上不足,提供一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料生产工艺,以实现以下发明目的:
(1)本发明制备的复合面料,抗静电性能达B级,阻燃性能达到A级,抗渗水性能达到5级,拒油性能达到5级,易去污效果达到4级以上,抗水/乙醇溶液≥7级,pH值6-7;
(2)本发明制备的复合面料,吸湿排干性能好,表面吸湿排干性能好,芯吸高度达150mm以上,透湿量达10000g(m2,d)以上,蒸发速率达0.50g/h以上;
(3)本发明制备的复合面料,透气性能好,透气量达10500g/m2/24hr以上。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺,所述工艺,包括浸轧功能性整理剂。
以下是对上述技术方案的进一步改进:
所述功能性整理剂,包括阻燃整理剂80-100g/L、渗透剂2-5g/L、交联剂5-8g/L、柔软剂25-35g/L、三防整理剂30-40g/L。
优选为,所述功能性整理剂包括阻燃整理剂100g/L、渗透剂3g/L 、交联剂6g/L 、柔软剂30g/L 、三防整理剂40g/L。
所述阻燃整理剂,型号为SC-969B;所述三防整理剂,型号为RHSF-1。
所述柔软剂,型号为GS-550;所述交联剂,为聚马来酸。
所述渗透剂,型号为OT,质量指标为固含量≥50%;1%水溶液的pH值为5.0-7.0;1%水溶液的渗透力≤5s。
所述功能性整理剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分:硼酸三(2,3-二溴)丙酯15份、乙氧基月桂酷胺10份、硬脂酸钠5份、植物活性成分8份、交联剂3份、渗透剂1份、硅酮树脂3份、羟基硅酸镁5份、聚氧化乙烯4份、三防整理剂8份、无水乙醇10份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6份;
所述功能性整理剂,使用浓度为150g/L。

所述浸轧功能性整理剂,首先将染色织物进入含有阻燃整理剂的压槽,通过二浸二轧的工艺方法,使其带液率达到80%,然后再经过80-115℃的温度,6分钟的烘干;
其次将三防整理剂和渗透剂进行混合,加入浸扎槽,将温度升至50℃,升温速率为每分钟2℃,然后先将交联剂进行混合,加入压轧槽同时也将温度的升至65℃,升温速率为每分钟1.5℃;升温至65℃时再将柔软剂加入其中;
完成以上工艺过程后其轧余率控制在85%,然后再通过80-100℃烘干,烘干时间为3-5min。

所述浸轧功能性整理剂,还包括预烘,所述预烘,温度为100-110℃、时间为1-2min,至含潮率30%-40%。
进一步地,所述浸轧功能性整理剂还包括焙烘,所述焙烘,温度为160-180℃、时间为1-3min。
本发明采用以上技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明制备的复合面料,抗静电性能达B级,阻燃性能达到A级,抗渗水性能达到5级,拒油性能达到5级,易去污效果达到4级以上,抗水/乙醇溶液≥7级,pH值6-7。
(2)本发明制备的复合面料,表面吸湿排干性能好,芯吸高度达150mm以上,透湿量达10000g(m2,d)以上,蒸发速率达0.50g/h以上。
(3)本发明制备的复合面料,透气性能好,透气量达10500g/m2/24hr以上。

包括以下步骤:
1、织造
在坯布的织造过程中按照工艺将静电丝混纺到面料当中去,形成有规则相连接的形状,使其具有优良的导电性能。

准备坯布→坯布煮、练、漂、丝光→浸轧染液→烘干→汽蒸或焙烘→水洗→皂洗→水洗→烘干→浸轧功能整理剂→预缩→烘干→焙烘→收卷
a、准备坯布
包括坯布检验、翻布、缝头;
b、坯布煮、练、漂、丝光
对作为原料的服装面料进行烧毛、退浆、丝光处理,除去织物纺纱过程中的浆料和多余的油剂;
c、浸轧染液
所述染液包括染料5-6%(o.w.f)、尿素25-30g/L,润湿剂1.2-1.5g/L,元明粉45-50g/L,匀染剂1.5-1.6g/L,碱剂2.1-2.6g/L;
在浸轧染液的时候先将染料按照颜色调制配方,将调配好的染料溶于水中进行充分的搅拌,使染料完全溶于水中,然后将水温升至35℃,每分钟升温速率为4℃,温度升至35℃时,将匀染剂加入染液中,稳定染料的分子成分能够使它更加稳定的附着到面料当中,加入匀染剂之后将水温按照每分钟升温0.5℃的速率为将染液升温至40℃,然后将尿素、润湿剂、元明粉依次加入染液,然后将染液温度按照每分钟5℃的升温速率升至70℃,再加入碱剂,加入碱剂的时候要分5次加入,每次间隔1分钟,5次加入的质量比例为5:4:2:3:1。
o.w.f:染料用量一般用对纤维重量的百分数(o.w.f)表示;
所述染料,由上海万得染料有限公司生产;
所述尿素由山东联盟化工集团生产;
所述润湿剂,为JFC,由北京洁尔爽高科技有限公司生产;
所述元明粉,为无水硫酸钠,由江苏南风化工有限公司生产;
所述碱剂,为碳酸钠,由山东海化股份有限公司生产;
所述匀染剂,为平平加OS-15 ,由山东滨州助剂厂生产;
浸轧染液后的面料,经过烘干→汽蒸或焙烘→水洗→皂洗→水洗→烘干;
d、浸轧功能性整理剂
对染色织物进行功能整理;
所述功能性整理剂包括阻燃整理剂80-100g/L、渗透剂2-5g/L、交联剂5-8g/L、柔软剂25-35g/L、三防整理剂30-40g/L;
所述浸轧功能性整理剂的方法如下:
首先将染色织物进入压槽,压槽中加入阻燃整理剂,通过二浸二轧的工艺方法,使其带液率达到80%,然后再经过80-115℃的温度,6分钟的烘干使其阻燃液和纤维分子冲的融合,进入纤维内部,牢牢的固着在上面,在经过水洗,将多余的阻燃整理剂去掉,最后烘干;
其次将三防整理剂和渗透剂进行混合,加入浸扎槽,将温度升至50℃,升温速率为每分钟2℃,然后将交联剂加入压轧槽同时也将温度的升至65℃,升温速率为每分钟1.5℃;升温至65℃时再将柔软剂加入其中;
完成以上工艺过程后,控制轧余率控制在85%,然后再通过80-100℃烘干,烘干时间为3-5min;
最后制的的面料手感柔软,透气、透湿效果好,在经过50次水洗之后依然能够保持其功能性。
经长期大量试验,整理剂的配方:阻燃整理剂100g/L、渗透剂3g/L 、交联剂6g/L 、柔软剂30g/L 、三防整理剂40g/L为优选值,该配方时制备的产品各项技术性能指标最优;
所述的阻燃整理剂,型号为SC-969B,三防整理剂,型号为RHSF-1,所述柔软剂,型号为GS-550;所述交联剂,为聚马来酸;
所述渗透剂型号为OT,质量指标为固含量≥50%;pH值(1%水溶液)为5.0-7.0;渗透力(1%水溶液)≤5s。
收卷
把整理好的面料进行打卷,制得抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合服装面料。
通过采用上述制造工艺,制备的产品是一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合服装面料,制备方法采用先将导电丝混纺到面料当中,再通过浸轧的方法,将阻燃整理剂和三防整理剂与易去污整理剂同浴,施加至织物上,再通过烘干和焙烘,使之获得永久性的抗静电/阻燃/拒水拒油抗污的效果,使织物具有很好的导电性能,并且在织物表面形成一层功能性高分子膜,具有较好的阻燃、防水、防油效果,不容易玷污固体污物,并且当织物被玷污后,也很容易的在水中被洗除,因此制得的产品不但有导电、阻燃性能并且还具有防水、防油、防污的功能,而且在玷污后污物易洗除,具有易去污的功效,可广泛的用于石油、机械制造、设备维修、汽车行业等工业企业服装面料的生产。
经检测:通过整理后的服装面料抗静电性能B级,阻燃性能达到A级,抗渗水性能达到5级,拒油性能达到5级,易去污效果达到4级以上,抗水/乙醇溶液≥7级,pH值6-7。
本发明实施例1制备的复合面料,表面吸湿排干性能好,芯吸高度为150mm,透湿量为10000g(m2,d),蒸发速率为0.50g/h;
本发明实施例1制备的复合面料,透气性能好,透气量达10500g/m2/24hr。
实施例2一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料生产工艺
在实施例1的基础上,去掉了1、织造步骤,具体如下:
包括以下步骤:
准备坯布→坯布煮、练、漂、丝光→浸轧染液→烘干→汽蒸或焙烘→水洗→皂洗→水洗→烘干→浸轧功能整理剂→预缩→烘干→焙烘→收卷;
其中
a、准备坯布
包括坯布检验、翻布、缝头;
b、坯布煮、练、漂、丝光
对作为原料的服装面料进行烧毛、退浆、丝光处理,除去织物纺纱过程中的浆料和多余的油剂;
c、浸轧染液
将所得面料进行浸轧染液、烘干、焙烘/蒸化、水洗、皂洗、水洗和烘干;所述浸轧染液,浴比1:35;
所述染液中,染料的用量为5%(o.w.f);
所述染液中还包括染液助剂,所述染液助剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分:1-丙基磷酸环酐8份、己内酰胺7份、茶多酚4份、丁子香酚3份、磷酸三辛酯6份、松脂酸钙2份、亚麻仁油酸3份、艾叶油4份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6份、无水乙醇8份。
所述染液助剂,使用浓度为85g/L;
其中:
o.w.f:染料用量一般用对纤维重量的百分数(o.w.f)表示
所述染料为上海万得染料有限公司生产;
d、浸轧功能性整理剂
所述功能性整理剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分: 硼酸三(2,3-二溴)丙酯15份、乙氧基月桂酷胺10份、硬脂酸钠5份、植物活性成分8份、交联剂3份、渗透剂1份、硅酮树脂3份、羟基硅酸镁5份、聚氧化乙烯4份、三防整理剂8份、无水乙醇10份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6份;
所述功能性整理剂,使用浓度为150g/L。
所述植物活性成分,以重量份计,包括芦荟提取物4份、仙人掌提取物3份、盐碱碱蓬提取物5份。
所述交联剂,以重量份计包括以下组分:聚马来酸5份、三聚氰酸三缩水甘油酯3份、钛酸酯2份。
所述渗透剂型号为OT,质量指标为固含量≥50%;pH值(1%水溶液)为5.0-7.0;渗透力(1%水溶液)≤5s;
所述三防整理剂,型号为RHSF-1。
所述功能性整理剂,采用织物溶剂溶解后,配制成150g/L的功能性整理剂溶液;
所述浸轧功能性整理剂的方法如下:
首先将染色织物进入装有功能性整理剂溶液的压槽,通过二浸二轧的工艺方法,使其带液率达到80%,然后再经过100-105℃的温度,5分钟烘干,再经过水洗,将多余的功能性整理剂去掉,最后烘干;制备复合面料。
收卷
把整理好的面料进行打卷,制得抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合服装面料。
本发明所述面料的纤维成分组成为聚酯纤维80%,棉20%。
本发明实施例2所述生产工艺制备的复合面料,表面电荷密度为0.5μC/m2,半衰期为0.14s; 表面比电阻为1.8×105Ω;抗静电性能A级,阻燃性能达到A级,抗渗水性能达到5级,拒油性能达到5级,易去污效果达到5级以上,抗水/乙醇溶液≥7级,pH值6-7。
本发明实施例2制备的复合面料,还具有防辐射功能,电磁屏蔽系数达30dB,对家用电器等发出的低频辐射屏蔽率达98%;
本发明制备的复合面料,表面吸湿排干性能好,芯吸高度为200mm,透湿量为13000g(m2,d),蒸发速率为0.72g/h;
本发明制备的复合面料,透气性能好,透气量达12300g/m2/24hr。
本发明制备的复合面料,经洗涤100次后,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达93%,对大肠杆菌的抑菌率达92%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率达88%;
本发明实施例2制备的复合面料,起球等级为5级,经向断裂强力为1580N,纬向断裂强力为957N,耐磨性为52000次;洗涤50次后,径向缩水率为0.4%,纬向缩水率为0.3%;耐水色牢度(变色)为5级,耐水色牢度(沾色)达4级;耐酸汗渍色牢度(变色)达5级,耐酸汗渍色牢度(沾色)达4级,耐碱汗渍色牢度(变色)达5级,耐碱汗渍色牢度(沾色)达4级,耐摩擦色牢度(干摩擦)达5级。
除非特殊说明,本发明所述比例,均为质量比例,所述百分比,均为质量百分比。

1.一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述工艺,包括浸轧功能性整理剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述功能性整理剂,包括阻燃整理剂80-100g/L、渗透剂2-5g/L、交联剂5-8g/L、柔软剂25-35g/L、三防整理剂30-40g/L。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:优选为,所述功能性整理剂包括阻燃整理剂100g/L、渗透剂3g/L 、交联剂6g/L 、柔软剂30g/L 、三防整理剂40g/L。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述阻燃整理剂,型号为SC-969B;所述三防整理剂,型号为RHSF-1。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述柔软剂,型号为GS-550;所述交联剂,为聚马来酸。
6.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述渗透剂,型号为OT,质量指标为固含量≥50%;1%水溶液的pH值为5.0-7.0;1%水溶液的渗透力≤5s。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述功能性整理剂,以重量份计,包括以下组分:硼酸三(2,3-二溴)丙酯15份、乙氧基月桂酷胺10份、硬脂酸钠5份、植物活性成分8份、交联剂3份、渗透剂1份、硅酮树脂3份、羟基硅酸镁5份、聚氧化乙烯4份、三防整理剂8份、无水乙醇10份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚6份;所述功能性整理剂,使用浓度为150g/L。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述植物活性成分,以重量份计,包括芦荟提取物4份、仙人掌提取物3份、盐碱碱蓬提取物5份。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述交联剂,以重量份计包括以下组分:聚马来酸5份、三聚氰酸三缩水甘油酯3份、钛酸酯2份。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电、阻燃、拒水拒油抗污多功能复合面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述浸轧功能性整理剂,首先将染色织物进入含有阻燃整理剂的压槽,通过二浸二轧的工艺方法,使其带液率达到80%,然后再经过80-115℃的温度,6分钟的烘干;
其次将三防整理剂和渗透剂进行混合,加入浸扎槽,将温度升至50℃,升温速率为每分钟2℃,然后先将交联剂,加入压轧槽同时也将温度的升至65℃,升温速率为每分钟1.5℃;升温至65℃时再将柔软剂加入其中;
完成以上工艺过程后其轧余率控制在85%,然后再通过80-100℃烘干,烘干时间为3-5min。
