本发明公开了一种绿色环保竹丝纤维、尼龙66共混改性纺丝面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:SEE生态棉2‑4,竹丝纤维粉5‑10,羊毛纤维1‑3,尼龙66 30‑40,聚乙二醇‑400 2‑5,高碘酸钠溶液10‑20,磷酸酯2‑5,PAMAM 15‑25,Anion(R)系列负离子添加剂4‑8,甲基纤维素2‑4,十二烷基磺酸钠1‑2,竹炭粉3‑6,蒸馏水20‑30;本发明面料柔软蓬松,同时竹丝纤维赋予面料优良的吸放湿性、透气性,很强的天然抗菌、抑菌、防臭和抗紫外线的功能;配合添加的SEE生态棉使面料具有生物降解、节能改排、环保生态等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料技术领域,具体涉及一种绿色环保竹丝纤维、尼龙66共混改性纺丝面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会发展的脚步越来越快及电子化社会的到来,人们的健康在无形中受到了很大的影响,巨大的生活压力、生活中无处不在的电磁波辐射,家具及其它生活用品中有害化学药品的释放等等,都危及人们的健康。所以,越来越多的人追求一种健康的生活方式,而这种追求最直接的表现就是人们在衣服或家纺产品的选择上,能够自然消除或弱化这些因素对人体的伤害的产品必将成为人们的首选。而竹丝纤维具有许多其他纤维所不具备的优点,如优良的吸放湿性、透气性,很强的天然抗菌、抑菌、防臭和抗紫外线的功能,是一种很好的环保型功能性纤维。利用竹丝纤维的优良性能,研究开发的竹丝纤维织物既具舒适、保暖、光泽好的性能,又具有耐磨损、抗菌、抗紫外线辐射、吸湿透气、凉爽干燥的特点,属于高档服装面料,对纺织行业的结构调整、产品升级和扩大出口、提高国际市场竞争力都具有十分重要的意义。
贺晓在《PA66/超细竹炭微粉共混改性纺丝研究》中利用PA66和竹炭微粉通过共混纺丝制备了一种面料,但是当其应用于服装面料时,还存在着透气性、杀菌除臭性不好,不能释放负离子达到保健效果的缺点。
发明内容
基于以上的思考,本发明旨在提供一种杀菌除臭性、防紫外线、可以释放负离子的服装面料及其制备方法,以解决以上的问题。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现 :
一种绿色环保竹丝纤维、尼龙66共混改性纺丝面料,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
SEE生态棉2-4,竹丝纤维粉5-10,羊毛纤维1-3,尼龙66 30-40,聚乙二醇-400 2-5,高碘酸钠溶液10-20,磷酸酯2-5,PAMAM 15-25,Anion(R)系列负离子添加剂4-8,甲基纤维素2-4,十二烷基磺酸钠1-2,竹炭粉3-6,蒸馏水20-30;
所述PAMAM为聚酰胺-胺型树枝状高分子;高碘酸钠溶液的浓度为0.1-10g/L;PAMAM溶液浓度为1-10g/L。
所述的一种绿色环保竹丝纤维、尼龙66共混改性纺丝面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
a. 将竹丝纤维粉置于高碘酸钠溶液中避光氧化反应3-5h,反应温度为40-110℃,过滤、水洗、烘干,得到氧化竹纤维;将氧化竹纤维浸渍在PAMAM 溶液中3-6h,反应温度25-85℃,过滤烘干并研磨,得到PAMAM 接枝竹丝纤维粉;
b. 将Anion(R)系列负离子添加剂、甲基纤维素、十二烷基磺酸钠加入到蒸馏水中,混合搅拌均匀制成负离子溶液后,加入步骤a所得PAMAM 接枝竹丝纤维粉、羊毛纤维、竹炭粉、磷酸酯,超声分散均匀并浸泡30-50min,过滤,25℃干燥10-15h,得混合物,备用;
c. 将步骤b所得混合物、SEE生态棉、尼龙66、聚乙二醇投入到混合螺杆挤压机中熔融,再经纺丝、织造后得到面料后,再次将面料浸泡于步骤b所得负离子溶液中,并超声震荡10-20min后,放入焙烘机,烘焙2-5min,取出。
所述的一种绿色环保竹丝纤维、尼龙66共混改性纺丝面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤c中熔融温度为150-200℃,纺丝温度为250-300℃。
本发明的有益效果是:竹丝纤维经高碘酸钠氧化后,其表面的羟基基团被氧化为醛基甚至羧基,与PAMAM 表面的氨基发生交联反应,从而将PAMAM 接枝到竹丝纤维上,不仅可以使竹丝纤维更加柔软蓬松,而且增强了竹丝纤维与尼龙基底的融合,同时竹丝纤维具有优良的吸放湿性、透气性,很强的天然抗菌、抑菌、防臭和抗紫外线的功能;接枝过的竹丝纤维与竹炭粉具有良好的吸附能力,吸附负离子添加剂之后能在使用过程中不断释放负离子,应用于服装内衬时,具有镇静、镇痛、镇咳、止痒、增食欲、降血压之效,并且织造之后的再次浸泡,巩固了此效果;配合添加的SEE生态棉使面料具有生物降解、节能改排、环保生态等特点。

下面结合实施例, 对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
实施例
一种绿色环保竹丝纤维、尼龙66共混改性纺丝面料,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
SEE生态棉4,竹丝纤维粉10,羊毛纤维3,尼龙66 40,聚乙二醇-400 5,高碘酸钠溶液20,磷酸酯5,PAMAM 25,Anion(R)系列负离子添加剂8,甲基纤维素4,十二烷基磺酸钠2,竹炭粉6,蒸馏水30;
所述PAMAM为聚酰胺-胺型树枝状高分子;高碘酸钠溶液的浓度为0.1-10g/L;PAMAM溶液浓度为1-10g/L。
所述的一种绿色环保竹丝纤维、尼龙66共混改性纺丝面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
a. 将竹丝纤维粉置于高碘酸钠溶液中避光氧化反应3-5h,反应温度为40-110℃,过滤、水洗、烘干,得到氧化竹纤维;将氧化竹纤维浸渍在PAMAM 溶液中3-6h,反应温度25-85℃,过滤烘干并研磨,得到PAMAM 接枝竹丝纤维粉;
b. 将Anion(R)系列负离子添加剂、甲基纤维素、十二烷基磺酸钠加入到蒸馏水中,混合搅拌均匀制成负离子溶液后,加入步骤a所得PAMAM 接枝竹丝纤维粉、羊毛纤维、竹炭粉、磷酸酯,超声分散均匀并浸泡30-50min,过滤,25℃干燥10-15h,得混合物,备用;
c. 将步骤b所得混合物、SEE生态棉、尼龙66、聚乙二醇投入到混合螺杆挤压机中熔融,再经纺丝、织造后得到面料后,再次将面料浸泡于步骤b所得负离子溶液中,并超声震荡10-20min后,放入焙烘机,烘焙2-5min,取出。
所述的一种绿色环保竹丝纤维、尼龙66共混改性纺丝面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤c中熔融温度为150-200℃,纺丝温度为250-300℃。
本发明的技术参数为:紫外线透过比≥92%;断裂伸长率≥145%。

1.一种绿色环保竹丝纤维、尼龙66共混改性纺丝面料,其特征在于,是由以下重量份的原料制成:
SEE生态棉2-4,竹丝纤维粉5-10,羊毛纤维1-3,尼龙66 30-40,聚乙二醇-400 2-5,高碘酸钠溶液10-20,磷酸酯2-5,PAMAM 15-25,Anion(R)系列负离子添加剂4-8,甲基纤维素2-4,十二烷基磺酸钠1-2,竹炭粉3-6,蒸馏水20-30;
所述PAMAM为聚酰胺-胺型树枝状高分子;高碘酸钠溶液的浓度为0.1-10g/L;PAMAM溶液浓度为1-10g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种绿色环保竹丝纤维、尼龙66共混改性纺丝面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
a. 将竹丝纤维粉置于高碘酸钠溶液中避光氧化反应3-5h,反应温度为40-110℃,过滤、水洗、烘干,得到氧化竹纤维;将氧化竹纤维浸渍在PAMAM 溶液中3-6h,反应温度25-85℃,过滤烘干并研磨,得到PAMAM 接枝竹丝纤维粉;
b. 将Anion(R)系列负离子添加剂、甲基纤维素、十二烷基磺酸钠加入到蒸馏水中,混合搅拌均匀制成负离子溶液后,加入步骤a所得PAMAM 接枝竹丝纤维粉、羊毛纤维、竹炭粉、磷酸酯,超声分散均匀并浸泡30-50min,过滤,25℃干燥10-15h,得混合物,备用;
c. 将步骤b所得混合物、SEE生态棉、尼龙66、聚乙二醇投入到混合螺杆挤压机中熔融,再经纺丝、织造后得到面料后,再次将面料浸泡于步骤b所得负离子溶液中,并超声震荡10-20min后,放入焙烘机,烘焙2-5min,取出。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种绿色环保竹丝纤维、尼龙66共混改性纺丝面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤c中熔融温度为150-200℃,纺丝温度为250-300℃。
