本发明涉及一种无纺布及其制备方法,具体涉及一种含玫瑰精油、可连续释放负氧离子的含竹丝纤维无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,而且还有棉质的感觉,已被广泛用于服装领域。随着人们对“生态、健康、环保”理念的不断追求,纺织品和时尚、健康环保已紧密联系在一起,这种时尚折射出的是人类对自身的关爱和对生存环境的关注,同时由于生态纺织品概念在全球范围内的推广,以及人们追求天然舒适、回归自然、返璞归真的心理,绿色纺织品已经成为未来纺织品发展的主要趋向。
蒋颖刚在《含竹炭粉内衬布制备与吸附性能研究》中,利用竹炭粉和非织造布,通过涂层、浸轧等方法,制成多种含竹炭粉非织造衬布。然而,还存在着不能提供负氧离子、不能释放提神清凉的芳香等有利于人的身体健康、提神抗疲劳的不足之处。
发明内容
综合以上的考虑,本发明提供一种无纺布及其配方,目的在于解决当无纺布应用于汽车内饰时,不能连续释放负氧离子,提供更好的车内空间的缺陷。
为实现上述目的, 本发明的技术方案如下:
一种含玫瑰精油、可连续释放负氧离子的含竹丝纤维无纺布,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
玫瑰精油4-9,竹丝纤维粉3-7,羊毛纤维2-5,纳米电气石粉4-8,PAMAM溶液4-9,聚乳酸5-10,桑蚕丝1-3,聚乙二醇200 1-2,活性炭3-5,薄荷香精4-8,高碘酸钠溶液10-15,等规聚丙烯50-70,硅藻土3-6,十二烷基磺酸钠1-2,羟甲基纤维素钠适量,水适量;
所述高碘酸钠溶液的浓度为0.1-10g/L;PAMAM溶液浓度为1-10g/L。
所述的一种含玫瑰精油、可连续释放负氧离子的含竹丝纤维无纺布及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
a. 在150-200℃下,将纳米电气石粉加入到聚乳酸中,再加入聚乙二醇200,搅拌均匀,使纳米电气石粉均匀分散到聚乳酸中,并使聚乳酸包裹在纳米电气石粉表面,形成微球,过滤并烘干;
b. 将活性炭添加到水中分散均匀,然后向其中添加薄荷香精和玫瑰精油,继续分散,分散均匀后转入抽真空条件下静置3-5h,后经离心、干燥、研磨处理得到负载有薄荷香精和玫瑰精油的活性炭粉;
c. 将竹丝纤维粉置于高碘酸钠溶液中避光氧化反应3-5h,反应温度为40-110℃,过滤、水洗、烘干,得到氧化竹纤维;将氧化竹纤维浸渍在PAMAM 溶液中3-6h,反应温度25-85℃,过滤烘干并研磨,得到PAMAM 接枝竹丝纤维粉;
d. 将等规聚丙烯、步骤a所得微球、步骤b所得活性炭粉、步骤c所得PAMAM接枝竹丝纤维粉、桑蚕丝、羊毛纤维添加到螺杆挤压机进行熔融,再经纺丝、牵伸、成网、热轧后制得无纺布;
e. 将硅藻土加入到水中,搅拌均匀后加入十二烷基磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加入羟甲基纤维素钠,调整粘度适中,制得浆液;将步骤d所得无纺布完全浸没于浆液,并放入超声波振荡器中超声 5-10min,取出,采用“二浸二轧”的方法,即充分浸没,用浸轧机轧液,再一次浸没,然后用浸轧机轧液后,放入焙烘机,烘焙2-5min,取出。
所述的一种含玫瑰精油、可连续释放负氧离子的含竹丝纤维无纺布及其制备方法,其特征在于,步骤b中所述烘焙机烘焙温度为70-110℃。
本发明的有益效果是:在无纺布中添加纳米电气石粉,可以达到连续释放负氧离子的效果,应用于服装内衬时,具有镇静、镇痛、镇咳、止痒、增食欲、降血压之效,搭配薄荷香精,可以使人神清气爽,抗疲劳;利用聚乳酸来包裹纳米电气石粉,不仅防止了纳米电气石粉的破碎和脱落,并且促进了电气石粉与聚丙烯基底的容合与分散,同时聚乳酸具有优良的透气性、透氧性,以及抑菌及抗霉特性,提高了无纺布的抗霉性,延长使用年限;用活性炭来负载薄荷香精,增加了薄荷香精的载入量及空气接触面积,达到更加持久的释放效果,同时引入了活性炭的吸附特性,增加无纺布吸附异味的功能;竹丝纤维经高碘酸钠氧化后,其表面的羟基基团被氧化为醛基甚至羧基,与PAMAM 表面的氨基发生交联反应,从而将PAMAM 接枝到竹丝纤维上,不仅可以使竹丝纤维更加柔软蓬松,而且增强了竹丝纤维与等规聚丙烯基底的融合;配合添加玫瑰精油,纯天然调香剂,无公害。

实施例
一种含玫瑰精油、可连续释放负氧离子的含竹丝纤维无纺布,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
玫瑰精油9,竹丝纤维粉7,羊毛纤维5,纳米电气石粉8,PAMAM溶液9,聚乳酸10,桑蚕丝3,聚乙二醇200 2,活性炭5,薄荷香精8,高碘酸钠溶液15,等规聚丙烯70,硅藻土6,十二烷基磺酸钠2,羟甲基纤维素钠适量,水适量;
所述高碘酸钠溶液的浓度为0.1-10g/L;PAMAM溶液浓度为1-10g/L。
所述的一种含玫瑰精油、可连续释放负氧离子的含竹丝纤维无纺布及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
a. 在150-200℃下,将纳米电气石粉加入到聚乳酸中,再加入聚乙二醇200,搅拌均匀,使纳米电气石粉均匀分散到聚乳酸中,并使聚乳酸包裹在纳米电气石粉表面,形成微球,过滤并烘干;
b. 将活性炭添加到水中分散均匀,然后向其中添加薄荷香精和玫瑰精油,继续分散,分散均匀后转入抽真空条件下静置3-5h,后经离心、干燥、研磨处理得到负载有薄荷香精和玫瑰精油的活性炭粉;
c. 将竹丝纤维粉置于高碘酸钠溶液中避光氧化反应3-5h,反应温度为40-110℃,过滤、水洗、烘干,得到氧化竹纤维;将氧化竹纤维浸渍在PAMAM 溶液中3-6h,反应温度25-85℃,过滤烘干并研磨,得到PAMAM 接枝竹丝纤维粉;
d. 将等规聚丙烯、步骤a所得微球、步骤b所得活性炭粉、步骤c所得PAMAM接枝竹丝纤维粉、桑蚕丝、羊毛纤维添加到螺杆挤压机进行熔融,再经纺丝、牵伸、成网、热轧后制得无纺布;
e. 将硅藻土加入到水中,搅拌均匀后加入十二烷基磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加入羟甲基纤维素钠,调整粘度适中,制得浆液;将步骤d所得无纺布完全浸没于浆液,并放入超声波振荡器中超声 5-10min,取出,采用“二浸二轧”的方法,即充分浸没,用浸轧机轧液,再一次浸没,然后用浸轧机轧液后,放入焙烘机,烘焙2-5min,取出。

本发明的技术参数为:
单位重量无纺布的甲醛吸附率≥11.09%,苯吸附率≥14.83%,TVOC吸附率≥13.42%。

玫瑰精油4-9,竹丝纤维粉3-7,羊毛纤维2-5,纳米电气石粉4-8,PAMAM溶液4-9,聚乳酸5-10,桑蚕丝1-3,聚乙二醇200 1-2,活性炭3-5,薄荷香精4-8,高碘酸钠溶液10-15,等规聚丙烯50-70,硅藻土3-6,十二烷基磺酸钠1-2,羟甲基纤维素钠适量,水适量;
所述高碘酸钠溶液的浓度为0.1-10g/L;PAMAM溶液浓度为1-10g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含玫瑰精油、可连续释放负氧离子的含竹丝纤维无纺布及其制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
a. 在150-200℃下,将纳米电气石粉加入到聚乳酸中,再加入聚乙二醇200,搅拌均匀,使纳米电气石粉均匀分散到聚乳酸中,并使聚乳酸包裹在纳米电气石粉表面,形成微球,过滤并烘干;
b. 将活性炭添加到水中分散均匀,然后向其中添加薄荷香精和玫瑰精油,继续分散,分散均匀后转入抽真空条件下静置3-5h,后经离心、干燥、研磨处理得到负载有薄荷香精和玫瑰精油的活性炭粉;
c. 将竹丝纤维粉置于高碘酸钠溶液中避光氧化反应3-5h,反应温度为40-110℃,过滤、水洗、烘干,得到氧化竹纤维;将氧化竹纤维浸渍在PAMAM 溶液中3-6h,反应温度25-85℃,过滤烘干并研磨,得到PAMAM 接枝竹丝纤维粉;
d. 将等规聚丙烯、步骤a所得微球、步骤b所得活性炭粉、步骤c所得PAMAM接枝竹丝纤维粉、桑蚕丝、羊毛纤维添加到螺杆挤压机进行熔融,再经纺丝、牵伸、成网、热轧后制得无纺布;
e. 将硅藻土加入到水中,搅拌均匀后加入十二烷基磺酸钠,搅拌均匀后加入羟甲基纤维素钠,调整粘度适中,制得浆液;将步骤d所得无纺布完全浸没于浆液,并放入超声波振荡器中超声 5-10min,取出,采用“二浸二轧”的方法,即充分浸没,用浸轧机轧液,再一次浸没,然后用浸轧机轧液后,放入焙烘机,烘焙2-5min,取出。
