背景技术
絮片是指絮状沉淀物的小薄片,也可指植物纤维、动物纤维或化学纤维制 成的供保暖、隔热或防震用的片型绵状物。
絮片主要分为热熔絮片、喷胶棉絮片、金属镀膜复合絮片和毛型复合保暖 材料,热熔絮片是一种用热熔粘合工艺加工而成的絮片,压缩弹性率大于85.0%; 喷胶棉絮片是以涤纶短纤维为主要原料,经梳理成网,并对纤网喷洒液体粘合 剂后加热处理而成;金属镀膜复合絮片是以纤维絮片、金属镀膜为主体原料, 经复合加工而成,俗称太空棉、宇航棉、金属棉等;毛型复合保暖材料是以纤 维絮层为主体,以饱暖为主要目的的多层次复合结构材料。
家纺絮片在使用一段时间后容易滋生细菌,给人们健康产生威胁。目前对 家纺絮片的抗菌处理主要使用有机抗菌剂和无机抗菌剂,有机抗菌剂主要指有 机酸、酯、醇、酚等物质,但是有机抗菌剂耐热性,稳定性较差,其分解产物 和挥发物对人体有害,因而应用范围较小;无机抗菌剂通常是由具有抗菌活性 的金属离子和载体组成的体系,与有机抗菌剂相比,它具有较好的耐热性和安 全性,而且资源丰富,应用范围广,是纤维、塑料、建材等生活制品比较适宜 的抗菌剂品种,有望替代有机抗菌剂,但是金属离子往往采用是重金属粒子作 为抗菌剂,例如纳米银粒子,纳米银粒子在日常生活中长时间接触容易造成重 金属中毒,容易对人们的健康埋下隐患。
中国专利(CN102191681A)公开了一种抗菌无纺布及无纺布制品的生产方 法,包括纳米银水溶胶的制备;纳米银粒子的相转移;纳米银有机溶胶的制备; 抗菌无纺布的制成。该专利能够制得具有良好抗菌性的无纺布,但是无纺布中 使用的纳米银粒子在人们长期接触中容易造成重金属中毒,给人们健康埋下隐 患。
因此,本专利提供一种安全和长效抗菌的一种抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方 法,具有重要现实意义。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供一种抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,具体采用如下的技术方 案:
一种抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,其特征在于,各组分以质量份计,包括如下步骤:
S1:将无机载体放置在真空环境中加热烘干,烘干后的无机载体在真空环境中冷却至室 温并密封保存;
S2:将步骤S1制得的无机载体放入植物杀菌素溶液中密封浸泡;
S3:将步骤S2浸泡完成后的无机载体和植物杀菌素溶液分离,将分离后的无机载体低温 烘干;
S4:将步骤S3低温烘干后的无机载体和水溶液混合形成悬浊液,并且高速搅拌制成无机 载体悬浊液;
S5:将步骤S4制得的无机载体悬浊液与低温型水性聚氨酯树脂溶液、分散剂和稳定剂混 合并搅拌均匀制成混合液;
S6:采用喷淋整理方式,将步骤S5制得的混合液喷淋到絮片表面后预烘干;
S7:将步骤S6预烘干后的絮片烘焙烘干;将烘焙烘干后的絮片自然冷却至室温后打卷;
S8:将步骤S7制得的絮片进行多层重叠,通过针刺设备加工制成家纺絮片。
优选地,步骤S1中所述无机载体的粒径为1~3μm;所述无机载体包括硅藻土、弗石或 活性炭;所述加热烘干的温度为200~300℃。
优选地,步骤S2中所述植物杀菌素溶液为红松植物杀菌素溶液或扁柏树植物杀菌素溶 液;所述植物杀菌素溶液温度为20~25℃,溶液压力为0.1~0.3MPa,浸泡时间为1~3h。
优选地,步骤S3中将所述无机载体和所述植物杀菌素溶液分离的步骤为:
S31:将步骤S2制得的植物杀菌素溶液倒入离心管内;
S32:将所述离心管放入离心机内,并且调节所述离心机的转速为3000~5000rpm,离心 时间为20~30min;
S33:将步骤S32离心后的所述植物杀菌素溶液吸出,即可实现所述无机载体和所述植物 杀菌素溶液的分离。

一种抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,各组分以质量份计,包括如下步骤:
S1:将粒径为2μm的弗石放置在真空环境中加热烘干,所述加热烘干的温 度为250℃;烘干后的所述弗石在真空环境中冷却至室温并密封保存;
S2:将步骤S1制得的弗石放入扁柏树植物杀菌素溶液中密封浸泡;所述扁 柏树植物杀菌素溶液温度为22℃,溶液压力为0.2MPa,浸泡时间为2h。
S3:将步骤S2浸泡完成后的弗石和扁柏树植物杀菌素溶液分离,将分离后 的弗石低温烘干;该弗石低温烘干温度为7℃,烘干时间为3.5h。
该弗石和该扁柏树植物杀菌素溶液分离步骤为:
S31:将步骤S3制得的扁柏树植物杀菌素溶液放入离心管内;
S32:将所述离心管放入离心机内,并且调节所述离心机的转速为4000rpm, 离心时间为25min;
S33:将步骤S32离心后的所述扁柏树植物杀菌素溶液吸出,即可实现所述 弗石和所述扁柏树植物杀菌素溶液的分离。

S3:将步骤S2浸泡完成后的活性炭和红松植物杀菌素溶液分离,将分离后 的活性炭低温烘干;该活性炭低温烘干温度为8℃,烘干时间为3h。
该活性炭和该红松植物杀菌素溶液分离步骤为:
S31:将步骤S3制得的红松植物杀菌素溶液放入离心管内;
S32:将所述离心管放入离心机内,并且调节所述离心机的转速为5000rpm, 离心时间为20min;
S33:将步骤S32离心后的所述红松植物杀菌素溶液吸出,即可实现所述活 性炭和所述红松植物杀菌素溶液的分离。
S4:取步骤S3制得的活性炭和水溶液混合形成悬浊液,其中活性炭占悬浊 液的质量分数为10%,水的质量分数为90%,并且高速搅拌制成活性炭悬浊液, 该高速搅拌的搅拌速度为4000r/min。
S5:将步骤S4制得的活性炭25wt%和70wt%的低温型水性聚氨酯树脂溶液、3wt%的分散剂科盈KYC-918和2wt%的稳定剂硅烷偶联剂KH570混合并搅拌均匀 制成混合液;其中所述低温型水性聚氨酯树脂溶液的固含量为15%,PH值为9。
S6:采用喷淋整理方式,将步骤S5制得的混合液喷淋到单层絮片表面后预 烘干;喷淋量为8g/m2,预烘干温度为70℃,预烘干时间为1min。
S7:将步骤S6预烘干后的絮片烘焙烘干;将烘焙烘干后的絮片自然冷却至 室温后打卷;焙烘烘干的温度为110℃,焙烘烘干的时间为2min。
S8:采用四层步骤S7制得的絮片重叠,通过针刺设备进行针刺加固加工制 成家纺用絮片。
实施例1~3该抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法生产的家纺絮片性能测试
按照GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法》,对 本发明实施例1~3抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法生产的家纺絮片进行金黄葡萄 球菌(AATCC6538)、大肠杆菌(AATCC8739)及白色念珠菌(AATCC10231)的抗 菌效果测试,其测试结果如表1所示。

如上所述,可较好地实现本发明,对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离 本发明的原理和精神的情况下对这些实施例进行变化、修改、替换、整合和变 型仍落入本发明的保护范围内。本发明中未进行特殊说明或限定的部分,均采 用现有技术。

Claims (10)

1.一种抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,其特征在于,各组分以质量份计,包括如下步骤:
S1:将无机载体放置在真空环境中加热烘干,烘干后的无机载体在真空环境中冷却至室温并密封保存;
S2:将步骤S1制得的无机载体放入植物杀菌素溶液中密封浸泡;
S3:将步骤S2浸泡完成后的无机载体和植物杀菌素溶液分离,将分离后的无机载体低温烘干;
S4:将步骤S3低温烘干后的无机载体和水溶液混合形成悬浊液,并且高速搅拌制成无机载体悬浊液;
S5:将步骤S4制得的无机载体悬浊液与低温型水性聚氨酯树脂溶液、分散剂和稳定剂混合并搅拌均匀制成混合液;
S6:采用喷淋整理方式,将步骤S5制得的混合液喷淋到絮片表面后预烘干;
S7:将步骤S6预烘干后的絮片烘焙烘干;将烘焙烘干后的絮片自然冷却至室温后打卷;
S8:将步骤S7制得的絮片进行多层重叠,通过针刺设备加工制成家纺絮片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中所述无机载体的粒径为1~3μm;所述无机载体包括硅藻土、弗石或活性炭;所述加热烘干的温度为200~300℃。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S2中所述植物杀菌素溶液为红松植物杀菌素溶液或扁柏树植物杀菌素溶液;所述植物杀菌素溶液温度为20~25℃,溶液压力为0.1~0.3MPa,浸泡时间为1~3h。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中将所述无机载体和所述植物杀菌素溶液分离的步骤为:
S31:将步骤S2制得的植物杀菌素溶液倒入离心管内;
S32:将所述离心管放入离心机内,并且调节所述离心机的转速为3000~5000rpm,离心时间为20~30min;
S33:将步骤S32离心后的所述植物杀菌素溶液吸出,即可实现所述无机载体和所述植物杀菌素溶液的分离。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S3中所述无机载体低温烘干温度为6~8℃,烘干时间为3~4h。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S4的所述悬浊液中无机载体的质量分数为5~10%,所述水的质量分数为90~95%;所述高速搅拌的搅拌速度为3500~4000r/min。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S5中所述无机载体悬浊液的质量分数为15~25%,所述低温型水性聚氨酯树脂溶液的质量分数为70~80%,所述分散剂的质量分数为2~3%,所述稳定剂的质量分数为2~3%;其中低温型水性聚氨酯树脂溶液的固含量为10~15%,pH值为7~9,所述分散剂优选为科盈KYC-918,所述稳定剂优选为硅烷偶联剂KH570。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S6中所述喷淋的喷淋量为5~8g/m2;所述预烘干温度为60~70℃,所述预烘干时间为1~2min。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S7中所述焙烘烘干的温度为100~110℃,所述焙烘烘干的时间为2~3min。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌消味家纺絮片的生产方法,其特征在于,步骤S8中所述多层重叠的层数为3~5层,每层间通过针刺设备进行针刺加固。
