(3)将步骤(1)的三合一基布上机,基布和步骤(2)的乳液经过振动,喷洒分布进入基布内部,再通过挤压形成二合一主体,主体材料经过热挤压、拉幅定型,随后进入热气泵负压仓,并结合上下强热气冲击气流进行贯穿,击通主体架构,形成红外发射微孔,远红外发射产生的正负电流波交换接点产生负氧离子颗粒,分布在材料各部分,形成远红外保健纤维材料半成品;
(4)半成品通过剪切,将多余部分切除,经过储存固化冷却后获得成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的远红外保健纤维材料,内部远红外粒子可接受人体25℃-37℃之间体温的热发射出对人体有益的4um-14um的远红外波,这种远红外波能通过人体脚底部穴位,活化人体中的水分,促进新陈代谢,增加细胞活力;
(2)本发明的远红外保健纤维材料还具有抗菌抑菌,透气吸附保健功能,材料内经远红外射线产生的负离子成分对真菌,霉菌,白色念珠菌,大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌均超过标准抗菌抑菌要求。
(3)本发明的远红外保健纤维材料质轻,耐曲折,软硬度可根据要求在制作中进行调整。

(4)半成品通过剪切,将多余部分切除,经过储存固化冷却后获得成品。
实施例2
远红外保健纤维材料,所述纤维材料由基布喷洒乳胶挤压而成,
所述基布为三层层结构,第一层为无纺棉层,第二层为交织布层,第三层为无纺布层,第一层无纺棉层、第二层交织布层及第三层无纺布层上机通过滚筒合成一层,通过针刺工艺,将三层结构针刺形成基布,
所述乳胶由下列重量份的原料加工而成:乳胶70份,负离子粉10份,远红外矿物质10份,竹炭粉12份,硅藻泥8份,艾草粉8份,红花粉8份,田七粉8份,磁性有序介孔炭8份,所述远红外矿物质为远红外陶瓷粉。
远红外保健纤维材料的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)第一层无纺棉层,第二层交织布层及第三层无纺布层上机通过滚筒合成一层,通过针扎工艺,将三层结构扎为一层形成基布;
(2)配方量的胶乳成分通过搅拌机进行充分搅拌,搅拌后的乳液再经过130℃高温微频处理10min,进入浸胶胶槽;
(3)将步骤(1)的三合一基布上机,基布和步骤(2)的乳液经过振动,喷洒分布进入基布内部,再通过挤压形成二合一主体,主体材料经过热挤压、拉幅定型,随后进入热气泵负压仓,并结合上下强热气冲击气流进行贯穿,击通主体架构,形成红外发射微孔,远红外发射产生的正负电流波交换接点产生负氧离子颗粒,分布在材料各部分,形成远红外保健纤维材料半成品;

远红外保健纤维材料的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)第一层无纺棉层,第二层交织布层及第三层无纺布层上机通过滚筒合成一层,通过针扎工艺,将三层结构扎为一层形成基布;
(2)配方量的胶乳成分通过搅拌机进行充分搅拌,搅拌后的乳液再经过120℃高温微频处理12min,进入浸胶胶槽;
(3)将步骤(1)的三合一基布上机,基布和步骤(2)的乳液经过振动,喷洒分布进入基布内部,再通过挤压形成二合一主体,主体材料经过热挤压、拉幅定型,随后进入热气泵负压仓,并结合上下强热气冲击气流进行贯穿,击通主体架构,形成红外发射微孔,远红外发射产生的正负电流波交换接点产生负氧离子颗粒,分布在材料各部分,形成远红外保健纤维材料半成品;
(4)半成品通过剪切,将多余部分切除,经过储存固化冷却后获得成品。
本发明实施例1-3加工获得的远红外保健纤维材料具有如下优异的性能:
(1)本发明的远红外保健纤维材料,内部远红外粒子可接受人体25℃-37℃之间体温的热发射出对人体有益的4um-14um的远红外波,这种远红外波能通过人体脚底部穴位,活化人体中的水分,促进新陈代谢,增加细胞活力;
(2)本发明的远红外保健纤维材料还具有抗菌抑菌,透气吸附保健功能,材料内经远红外射线产生的负离子成分对真菌,霉菌,白色念珠菌,大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌均超过标准抗菌抑菌要求。
(3)本发明的远红外保健纤维材料质轻,耐曲折,软硬度可根据要求在制作中进行调整。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

1.远红外保健纤维材料,其特征在于:所述纤维材料由基布喷洒乳胶挤压而成,
所述基布为三层层结构,第一层为无纺棉层,第二层为交织布层,第三层为无纺布层,第一层无纺棉层、第二层交织布层及第三层无纺布层上机通过滚筒合成一层,通过针刺工艺,将三层结构针刺形成基布,
所述乳胶由下列重量份的原料加工而成:合成乳胶60-70份,负离子粉5-10份,远红外矿物质5-10份,竹炭粉8-12份,硅藻泥5-8份,艾草粉5-8份,红花粉5-8份,田七粉5-8份,磁性有序介孔炭5-8份;
所述远红外保健纤维材料的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)第一层无纺棉层,第二层交织布层及第三层无纺布层上机通过滚筒合成一层,通过针扎工艺,将三层结构扎为一层形成基布;
(2)配方量的乳胶成分通过搅拌机进行充分搅拌,搅拌后的乳液再经过100-130℃高温微频处理10-15min,进入浸胶胶槽;
(3)将步骤(1)的三合一基布上机,基布和步骤(2)的乳液经过振动,喷洒分布进入基布内部,再通过挤压形成二合一主体,主体材料经过热挤压、拉幅定型,随后进入热气泵负压仓,并结合上下强热气冲击气流进行贯穿,击通主体架构,形成红外发射微孔,远红外发射产生的正负电流波交换接点产生负氧离子颗粒,分布在材料各部分,形成远红外保健纤维材料半成品;
(4)半成品通过剪切,将多余部分切除,经过储存固化冷却后获得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远红外保健纤维材料,其特征在于:所述乳胶由下列重量份的原料加工而成:乳胶65份,负离子粉8份,远红外矿物质8份,竹炭粉10份,硅藻泥6份,艾草粉6份,红花粉6份,田七粉6份,磁性有序介孔炭6份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的远红外保健纤维材料,其特征在于:
所述远红外矿物质为电气石粉、远红外陶瓷粉和玉石粉中的任意一种。
