Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种高透气竹炭纤维中底板，包括一基底层，基底层由中间一层PP编织布与两侧无纺布针扎一体，该基底层设有若干微孔，所述微孔中通过树脂粘附竹炭颗粒。大大地提升了原有的纤维中底板的物性，且具有极强的透气性，吸湿干燥，有利于鞋内的空气流通，从而大大改善鞋内部环境。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高透气竹炭纤维中底板，用于各类鞋鞋子定型中底及汽车内饰，箱包，手袋，文具，玩具，皮具，家具等领域。
背景技术
目前鞋材市场上纤维中底板由于独特的高抗压，高抗绕曲折性，高弹性及待久的形保持率，广泛应用于各类鞋鞋子定型中底。也同样适用及汽车内饰，箱包，手袋，文具，玩具，皮具，家具等领域。但是现有的纤维中底板吸湿干燥，吸附分解，透气性一般，使鞋子内部不能完全排除人体足部汗液，达不到吸汗排湿干燥效果，从而长期潮湿环境下，有力促使细菌的衍生，引起足部脚气、异味，甚至腐烂、脱皮等一系列脚部疾病的产生。同理吸湿干燥性能不好也会给汽车内饰、皮具等滋生霉菌，降低其使用寿命。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种高透气竹炭纤维中底板，大大地提升了原有的纤维中底板的各项物性指标，且具有极强的瞬间吸水，吸湿干燥，有利于鞋内的空气流通，从而大大改善鞋内部环境。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：高透气竹炭纤维中底板，包括一基底层，所述基底层设有若干微孔，所述微孔中粘附竹炭颗粒。
优选地，所述竹炭颗粒通过树脂粘附在基底层的微孔中。竹炭颗粒经过高温负离子活化及树脂高温高压处理，并与基底层浸轧烘干定型，经此工艺后，微孔中便粘附了竹炭颗粒。
优选地，所述基底层由中间一层PP编织布与两侧无纺布层针扎为一体。
PP编织布与两侧无纺布针扎一体后，该组合的基底层具有若干个的微孔，竹炭颗粒可通过树脂粘附于这些微孔中。由于无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻等特点，加之竹炭颗粒具有很强的吸附、吸湿防霉作用，使得该中底板质轻且透气性强。
该基底层也可以只是无纺布层，无纺布层上设有众多微孔，微孔中粘附竹炭颗粒。
本实用新型采取了上述改进措施，其有益效果显著：
1.具有独特的瞬间吸水，透气性，大大改善了鞋子内部环境，从而有效的预防了足部各种疾病；
2.具有弹性极高，刚性极佳，曲挠极强，前后鞋包头定型后立体效果更加极优；
3.具有长期永久性会呼吸透气，吸湿干燥及吸附分解各种有害物质性能卓越的纯天然环保新型材料。由于竹炭鞋材其竹炭细密多孔比表面积是木碳的２－３倍，具有超强吸附功效，能将人体自然排除的汗液完全吸除，通过材料的透气性能使之排除于鞋外．从而使鞋内吸入新鲜气体；
4.具有超强的远红外线波长发射功能；
5.具有极强的释放负离子含量及吸附分解各种有害气体功能。以上有益效果均送检。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明：
参照图1所示，高透气竹炭纤维中底板包括一基底层，基底层由中间一层PP编织布4与两侧无纺布层1针扎一体，针扎后该一体结构中有若干微孔2，微孔2设置在无纺布层1中，微孔2中有通过树脂粘附的竹炭颗粒3。
负离子活化的竹炭及树脂经高温高压反应，改性增强吸水，透气性，并与无纺布浸轧，烘干定型。通过竹炭具有极强吸温干燥，吸附分解，透气呼吸，抑菌抗菌，防腐防臭，发射远红外线，高负离子等功能特性，及其永久性穿透性达到高透气竹炭纤维中底板瞬间吸水透气的独特的功能。
实施例2
高透气竹炭纤维中底板由基底层以及基底层微孔中的竹炭颗粒组成，基底层也可以只是一层无纺布层，无纺布层设微孔，微孔中粘附竹炭颗粒（如图2）。

1.一种高透气竹炭纤维中底板，其特征在于，包括一基底层，所述基底层设有若干微孔，所述微孔中粘附竹炭颗粒，所述竹炭颗粒通过树脂粘附在基底层的微孔中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高透气竹炭纤维中底板，其特征在于，所述基底层由中间一层PP编织布与两侧无纺布层针扎一体。
