根据相关研究显示,普通人每年通过脚部排出的汗液大约有100L,换算到每一天大约有130-140mL。脚部的潮湿感会让人非常不舒适,甚至影响作训表现,而脚部潮湿的环境还会造成细菌真菌等微生物的滋生,同时会产生不愉快的气味,长时间的脚部潮湿还会造成真菌感染、皮肤溃烂等问题。因此,保持脚部的干爽,对人的健康具有重要影响。

综合上述已授权或公开的专利可知,目前具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,其吸汗功能主要通过活性炭或海绵实现的,这类吸附剂都是通过物理吸附作用实现对汗液的吸附,存在吸附量小、易饱和等缺点;其抑菌功能则是通过抑菌面料和添加纳米二氧化钛等抑菌颗粒实现的,抑菌面料的抑菌能力主要体现在其本身的抑菌特性,即微生物不容易在其表面附着和繁殖,而这些面料本身通常不能杀死微生物,长期使用后,随着材料结构的破坏并不能解决微生物繁殖的问题,而纳米二氧化钛具有一定的杀菌性能,但其杀菌作用需要通过紫外线激发实现,阴暗的环境下其杀菌性能会受到极大削弱。
发明内容
针对现有的鞋垫吸汗抑菌效果不够好的缺点,本发明提供一种具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,该鞋垫吸汗量足够大且可以长期有效抑菌,有更好的舒适度。
一种具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,包括支撑层、凝胶层、单向透水层、抑菌除臭层;所述支撑层为最底层,支撑层之上填充凝胶层,凝胶层之上附单向透水层,单向透水层与支撑层边缘固定,单向透水层之上附抑菌除臭层。

b.将凝胶添加到支撑层上制成凝胶层;
c.将抑菌剂添加到固定载体中,烘干后卷膜;
d.将单向透水膜、步骤c中卷膜后的固定载体进行加热粘合制成复合膜;
e.将复合膜与支撑层的边缘进行加热粘合;
f.将粘合后的鞋垫放入成型机中压制固定成型。
所述的具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
a.将重量比为(0.1-1):(1-0.1)的羟甲基纤维素丙烯酸交联树脂与壳聚糖丙烯酸交联树脂的混合成高吸水树脂,再将干重比为1%-10%的抑菌成分与高吸水树脂混合成抑菌高吸水树脂,制成凝胶;
b.将凝胶添加到支撑层的填充格中制成凝胶层,凝胶层填充厚度为5-20mm;
c.将抑菌剂添加到固定载体中,抑菌剂与固定载体的干重比为1%-20%,烘干后卷膜;
d.将氨纶材料编织成一层或多层材料的表面为多孔网格结构的防滑膜;
e.将单向透水膜、步骤c中卷膜后的固定载体以及防滑膜进行加热粘合制成复合膜;
f.将复合膜与支撑层的边缘进行加热粘合;
g.将粘合后的鞋垫放入成型机中压制固定成型。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫采用高吸水树脂作为吸汗层,大大提高了鞋垫的吸汗性能,其吸水能力可以达到200-300g/g,充分满足了人们运动时的需要;本发明设计了单独的抑菌除臭层的同时,在凝胶层中也加入了抑菌剂,以溶菌酶、纳米银、植物提取物、化学杀菌剂的联合使用,可以最大限度的杀死鞋垫中的微生物,保证鞋垫的抑菌性能,同时也可以直接作用于脚部的微生物,使鞋垫保持清洁并防止异味的产生。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明中的技术方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
如图1所示,图1是具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫结构示意图。
本发明实施例1所述的具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,包括支撑层1、凝胶层2、单向透水层3、抑菌除臭层4;支撑层1为最底层,支撑层1之上填充凝胶层2,凝胶层2之上附单向透水层3,单向透水层3与支撑层1边缘固定,单向透水层3之上附抑菌除臭层4。
支撑层1原料为PU高分子材料,支撑层1上有填充格,填充凝胶颗粒;凝胶层2由抑菌高吸水树脂与丝状纤维复合而成,抑菌高吸水树脂由干重比为5%的植物提取物与高吸水树脂混合组成,高吸水树脂由重量比为0.5:0.5的羟甲基纤维素丙烯酸交联树脂与壳聚糖丙烯酸交联树脂混合组成,其中凝胶层填充厚度为10mm;单向透水层3为单向透水复合纤维膜,复合纤维膜由亲水层和疏水层组成,亲水层为由聚丙烯酸酯组成的纳米级纤维膜,疏水层为由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯组成的微米级纤维膜;抑菌除臭层4由干重比为3%的植物提取物与无纺布组成;植物提取物为从金银花、灵芝、黄连、桑枝、益母草、薄荷、百里香中提取得到提取液。
本实施例1的具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫的制作方法为:
a.将重量比为0.5:0.5的羟甲基纤维素丙烯酸交联树脂与壳聚糖丙烯酸交联树脂混合成高吸水树脂,将干重比为5%的植物提取物与高吸水树脂混合成抑菌高吸水树脂,将抑菌高吸水树脂与丝状纤维复合成凝胶;
b.将凝胶添加到支撑层的填充格中制成凝胶层,凝胶层填充厚度为10mm;
c.将植物提取物添加到固定载体中,植物提取物与无纺布的干重比为3%,烘干后卷膜;
d.将单向透水膜、步骤c中卷膜后的无纺布进行加热粘合制成复合膜;
e.将复合膜与支撑层的边缘进行加热粘合;
f.将粘合后的鞋垫放入成型机中压制固定成型。
实施例2
如图2所示,图2是具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫结构示意图。
本发明实施例2所述的具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,包括支撑层1、凝胶层2、单向透水层3、抑菌除臭层4、防滑层5;支撑层1为最底层,支撑层1之上填充凝胶层2,凝胶层2之上附单向透水层3,单向透水层3与支撑层1边缘固定,单向透水层3之上附抑菌除臭层4,抑菌除臭层4之上附防滑层5。
支撑层1原料为EVA高分子材料,支撑层1上设有若干个孔径为0.5mm的小孔;凝胶层2由抑菌高吸水树脂与绒毛纤维复合而成,抑菌高吸水树脂由干重比为1%的溶菌酶与高吸水树脂混合组成,高吸水树脂由重量比为0.9:0.1的羟甲基纤维素丙烯酸交联树脂与壳聚糖丙烯酸交联树脂混合组成,其中凝胶层填充厚度为15mm;单向透水层3为单向透水复合纤维膜,复合纤维膜由亲水层和疏水层组成,亲水层为由聚乙烯醇组成的纳米级纤维膜,疏水层为由聚氨酯组成的微米级纤维膜;抑菌除臭层4由干重比为2%的银离子颗粒与合成纤维组成;防滑层5由氨纶材料编织而成,上表面为多孔网格设计。
本实施例2的具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫的制作方法为:
a.将重量比为0.9:0.1的羟甲基纤维素丙烯酸交联树脂与壳聚糖丙烯酸交联树脂混合成高吸水树脂,将干重比为1%的溶菌酶与高吸水树脂混合成抑菌高吸水树脂,将抑菌高吸水树脂与绒毛纤维复合成凝胶;
b.将凝胶添加到支撑层上制成凝胶层,凝胶层填充厚度为15mm;
c.将银离子颗粒添加到固定载体中,银离子颗粒与合成纤维的干重比为2%,烘干后卷膜;
d.将氨纶材料编织成多层材料的表面为多孔网格结构的防滑膜;
e.将单向透水膜、步骤c中卷膜后的无纺布以及防滑膜进行加热粘合制成复合膜;
f.将复合膜与支撑层的边缘进行加热粘合;
g.将粘合后的鞋垫放入成型机中压制固定成型。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,其特征在于,包括支撑层、凝胶层、单向透水层、抑菌除臭层;所述支撑层为最底层,支撑层之上填充凝胶层,凝胶层之上附单向透水层,单向透水层与支撑层边缘固定,单向透水层之上附抑菌除臭层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述支撑层原料为高分子材料;所述支撑层上设有若干个孔径小于1mm的小孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述支撑层原料为EVA、PU、聚酯纤维、乳胶、硅胶高分子材料的一种或几种;所述支撑层上设有填充格,填充凝胶颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述凝胶层由抑菌高吸水树脂与纤维复合而成;所述纤维为绒毛纤维或丝状纤维;所述抑菌高吸水树脂由抑菌成分和高吸水树脂混合组成;所述高吸水树脂为羟甲基纤维素丙烯酸交联树脂、壳聚糖丙烯酸交联树脂、壳聚糖聚乙烯醇丙烯酸复合树脂、聚乙烯醇丙烯酸羟甲基纤维素复合树脂中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述凝胶层为抑菌高吸水树脂;所述抑菌高吸水树脂由抑菌成分和高吸水树脂混合组成,抑菌成分与高吸水树脂的干重比为1%-10%;所述抑菌成分为溶菌酶、植物提取物、化学合成抑菌剂、纳米银中的一种或几种;所述高吸水树脂由羟甲基纤维素丙烯酸交联树脂与壳聚糖丙烯酸交联树脂混合组成,羟甲基纤维素丙烯酸交联树脂、壳聚糖丙烯酸交联树脂的重量比为(0.1-1):(1-0.1);所述凝胶层厚度为5-20mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述单向透水层为单向透水复合纤维膜,所述复合纤维膜由亲水层和疏水层组成;所述亲水层为由聚乙烯醇或醋酸纤维素或聚丙烯酸酯亲水性聚合物组成的纳米级纤维膜;所述疏水层为由聚氨酯或聚苯乙烯或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯或聚己内酯疏水性聚合物组成的微米级纤维膜。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述抑菌除臭层由抑菌剂和固定载体组成,抑菌剂与固定载体的干重比为1%-20%;所述抑菌剂为溶菌酶、植物提取物、化学合成抑菌剂、纳米银中的一种或几种;所述植物提取物为从金银花、灵芝、黄连、桑枝、益母草、薄荷、百里香中的一种或几种中提取得到的提取液;所述固定载体为无纺布、合成纤维、聚氨酯、羟甲基纤维素钠、海藻酸盐中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫,其特征在于,所述抑菌除臭层之上附有防滑层;所述防滑层由一层或多层材料复合编织而成;防滑层上表面为多孔网格设计。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
a.将抑菌成分与高吸水树脂混合成抑菌高吸水树脂,后将抑菌高吸水树脂与纤维复合成凝胶;
b.将凝胶添加到支撑层上制成凝胶层;
c.将抑菌剂添加到固定载体中,烘干后卷膜;
d.将单向透水膜、步骤c中卷膜后的固定载体进行加热粘合制成复合膜;
e.将复合膜与支撑层的边缘进行加热粘合;
f.将粘合后的鞋垫放入成型机中压制固定成型。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有吸汗抑菌功能的鞋垫的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
