本发明公开了高档防水吸湿面料,包括透气绵柔表层,所述透气绵柔表层的顶部设置有弹力层,所述弹力层的顶部设置有抑菌层,所述抑菌层的顶部设置有防腐层,所述防腐层的顶部设置有除湿层,所述除湿层的顶部设置有存水层。本发明通过透气绵柔表层的设计,材质柔软亲肤,提高舒适度,通过抑菌层的设计,远红外颗粒的杀菌作用和竹炭颗粒的吸附作用,能够有效改善微循环、抑制微生物和去除异味,通过除湿层和存水层的配合,吸水球吸收汗液,汗液在存水层中扩散,保证吸湿性能同时便于汗液的快速蒸发,通过防水层的设计,保证面料的防水性,从而达到防水吸湿的效果,解决了现有面料不能防水吸湿的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体为高档防水吸湿面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对贴身衣物的质量要求也越来越高,因此服装面料的舒适性、健康性、安全性和环保性都是人们考虑的重点,伴随着人们在户外活动时间的增加,人们很容易出现汗流浃背情况,但天然纤维以棉为例,其吸湿性能好,但当人的出汗量稍大时,棉纤维会因吸湿膨胀,导致其粘贴在皮肤上产生不适感,同时,水分发散速度也较慢,从而给人体造成一种冷湿感;而合成纤维以涤纶为例,其吸水性小,透湿性能差,出汗后容易产生闷热感,因此传统面料都不能达到防水吸湿的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供高档防水吸湿面料,具备防水吸湿的优点,解决了现有面料不能防水吸湿的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:高档防水吸湿面料,包括透气绵柔表层,所述透气绵柔表层的顶部设置有弹力层,所述弹力层的顶部设置有抑菌层,所述抑菌层的顶部设置有防腐层,所述防腐层的顶部设置有除湿层,所述除湿层的顶部设置有存水层,所述存水层的顶部设置透气层,所述透气层的顶部设置有防水层。
优选的,所述抑菌层为远红外颗粒和竹炭颗粒混合层。
优选的,所述弹力层由尼龙布料构成,所述弹力层的厚度为0.85MM。
优选的,所述除湿层的内腔设置有吸水球,所述吸水球与存水层的底部通过胶水粘合。
优选的,所述存水层由竹纤维、艾草纤维等吸收纤维材质构成,所述存水层的顶部设置有通气孔,所述防水层由聚四氟乙烯材质构成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过透气绵柔表层的设计,材质柔软亲肤,提高舒适度,通过抑菌层的设计,远红外颗粒的杀菌作用和竹炭颗粒的吸附作用,能够有效改善微循环、抑制微生物和去除异味,通过除湿层和存水层的配合,吸水球吸收汗液,汗液在存水层中扩散,保证吸湿性能同时便于汗液的快速蒸发,通过防水层的设计,保证面料的防水性,从而达到防水吸湿的效果,解决了现有面料不能防水吸湿的问题。
2、本发明通过弹力层的设计,提高面料抗拉扯性,使面料更加的结实耐用,同时减少面料厚度,通过吸水球的设计,吸水球吸收汗液在存水层中扩散,保证吸水球的吸水性能,通过存水层和通气孔的配合,便于汗液扩散,提高汗液的蒸发效率。
