本发明涉及一种轻质弹性保健材料及其加工方法,所述轻质弹性材料由基材浸润胶乳发泡而成,所述基材为针刺无纺布;所述胶乳由下列重量份的原料加工而成:乳胶60‑70份,碳纤维15‑20份,硅藻泥10‑15份,发泡剂5‑8份,电气石5‑10份。本发明的轻质弹性保健材料可发射负离子等有益离子微波,波长在5‑15MM,可进入人体体内,负氧离子进入如体内,改善血液浓度,加快人体内部循环,增加新陈代谢,提高免疫功能,本发明的轻质弹性保健材料还具有质轻,透气,吸附,抗菌,增加循环等功效,产品根据不同客户的不同要求,对软硬度可进行调整。做成成品鞋以后,穿着清爽舒适,无色无味,曲挠性极高,运用于男女皮鞋,休闲鞋,运动鞋,板鞋,高尔夫鞋,皮具等高端产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轻质弹性保健材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
轻质弹性保健材料是一种鞋类主跟包头材料,原有的传统型主跟包头在硬、挺、弹上只能满足基本要求,但原有产品硬度、强度及抗冲击力,防穿刺等性能仍远远达不到制鞋标准要求,且其密度较高、材料较重,价格较贵,且在恶烈的低温环境下容易产生主跟包头断裂。这些方面都随着消费者各方面意识的提高,产品物性要求及化性要求都需要有更进一步的提升,同时在环保健康方面也需要达到消费者的要求,轻质弹性保健材料,就是在这一背景下研制出来。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种质地兼弹、柔、韧、挺之特性,曲挠高,耐穿刺的轻质弹性保健材料,该材料还增加了抗菌,促进循环,产生负离子等功效,粘着力强,不易折断,透气性好,定型后不易变形且可重复使用,鞋子成型后自然合脚,穿着舒适干爽,同时保持鞋子的线条流畅和整体美观。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
轻质弹性保健材料,所述轻质弹性材料由基材浸润胶乳发泡而成,
所述基材为针刺无纺布;
所述胶乳由下列重量份的原料加工而成:
乳胶60-70份,碳纤维15-20份,硅藻泥10-15份,发泡剂5-8份,电气石5-10份,负离子粉5-8份,磁性有序介孔炭5-8份。
优选的,所述胶乳由下列重量份的原料加工而成:
乳胶65份,碳纤维18份,硅藻泥12份,发泡剂6份,电气石8份,负离子粉6份,磁性有序介孔炭6份。
本发明所采用的磁性有序介孔炭具备巨大的比表面积和丰富的三维孔隙结构,高比表面积有利于碳纤维、电气石粉和硅藻泥的吸附储存;规整有序的开放性孔道、尺寸可调的孔径为负离子产生提供了路径,有利于负离子长时间缓慢持续产生,提高轻质弹性保健材料的使用效果,延长其使用寿命。
一种轻质弹性保健材料的制备方法,所述制备方法步骤如下:
(1)配方量的原料混合均匀制备胶乳,均匀搅拌后的胶乳进入浸胶胶槽;
(2)针刺无纺布上机,通过浸胶胶槽循环系统进行含浸和挤压,形成主体,主体材料再经过挤压和拉幅定型,进入热气泵负压仓,并结合上下强热气冲击气流进行贯穿,击通主体架构,形成红外发射微孔,远红外发射产生的正负电流波交换接点产生负氧离子颗粒,分布在材料各部分,同时主体材料在150-190℃高温下进行微发泡,成为成品;
(3)成品通过剪切,将多余部分切除,经过储存固化冷却后,进入产品检测。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的轻质弹性保健材料可发射负离子等有益离子微波,波长在5-15MM,可进入人体体内,负氧离子进入如体内,改善血液浓度,加快人体内部循环,增加新陈代谢,提高免疫功能,负氧离子可抗病菌侵入,经国家保健产业检测中心及中纺中心SGS检测,对真菌,霉菌,白色念珠菌,大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌均超过标准抗菌抑菌要求。
(2)本发明的轻质弹性保健材料具有质轻,透气,吸附,抗菌,增加循环等功效,产品根据不同客户的不同要求,对软硬度可进行调整。做成成品鞋以后,穿着清爽舒适,无色无味,曲挠性极高,运用于男女皮鞋,休闲鞋,运动鞋,板鞋,高尔夫鞋,皮具等高端产品。

实施例1:

(3)成品通过剪切,将多余部分切除,经过储存固化冷却后,进入产品检测。

本发明实施例1-3加工获得的轻质弹性保健材料具有如下优异的性能:

所述基材为针刺无纺布;
所述胶乳由下列重量份的原料加工而成:
乳胶 60-70份,碳纤维15-20份,硅藻泥10-15份,发泡剂 5-8份, 电气石5-10份,负离子粉5-8份,磁性有序介孔炭5-8份;
所述轻质弹性保健材料的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)配方量的原料混合均匀制备胶乳,均匀搅拌后的胶乳进入浸胶胶槽;
