Abstract

本发明提出一种减震透气鞋垫的制作方法,包括减震透气记忆膜层的制作步骤:将上述减震透气记忆膜层裁切的步骤,得到具有鞋垫形状的减震透气记忆膜层;将上述减震透气记忆膜层底表面与支撑层通过热熔合复合机进行热熔合贴合处理,使得鞋垫本体在足弓的位置有支撑位;将复合有支撑层的减震透气记忆膜层放入注塑模具内注塑成型鞋垫本体;将成型后的鞋垫本体脱模、修边,得到减震透气鞋垫,其整体制作工艺简单、巧妙、鞋垫整体连接牢固、成型效率高。

Description

减震透气鞋垫的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋垫技术领域,特别涉及一种减震透气鞋垫的制作方法。
背景技术
市场上常见的鞋垫大多采用实心结构,利用材料如EVA本身所具有物理性质进行缓震,但是受材料本身性能所限,在受到足底的冲击力后有一个压缩极限与回弹极限无法快速反应,并且使用一段时间后,材料老化坍缩,起不到缓冲减震的作用;鞋垫透气性比较差,容易导致使用者脚底出汗。
因此,如图1与图2,本发明人研究了一种TPU减震透气鞋垫,包括鞋垫本体1、设置于所述鞋垫本体1底部足跟区域、前掌区域上的减震透气记忆膜层,所述减震透气记忆膜层包括与鞋垫本体1下表面连接的上层记忆膜31、下层记忆膜32,所述下层记忆膜32的底表面均布有内凹凹槽321,所述下层记忆膜32错开各内凹凹槽321的位置设有抽吸孔322,所述上层记忆膜31与鞋垫本体1上对应设有排气孔311。所述内凹凹槽321为圆台形或方形。所述内凹凹槽的凹槽底部a’与上层记忆膜31固定连接,下层记忆膜32与上层记忆膜31错开各内凹凹槽321的位置形成透气空腔33,所述鞋垫本体1底部位于足弓部位设有支撑层4,所述支撑层4向足跟区域延伸,所述足跟区域的减震透气记忆膜层穿出支撑层4底表面。为了穿着更舒适,所述鞋垫本体的表面还设有布面层5。行走时,当人体脚跟部位抬起时,透气空腔内通过抽吸孔吸入气体,当脚跟着地时,人体脚跟对减震记忆膜层施压压力,气体从排气孔排出,同理,当前掌部位抬起时,透气空腔内通过抽吸孔吸入气体,当前掌部位着地时,人体脚跟对减震记忆膜层施压压力,透气空腔内气体从排气孔排出,如此反复循环达到换气的效果,脚跟区域的空腔与前掌区域的透气空腔交叉抽排空气,即可实现鞋内的空气流通,极大增强了透气性,同时,减震透气记忆膜层设置内凹凹槽结构,使得该鞋垫具有良好的缓冲减震性能。
该鞋垫大大加强了鞋内空气的流动性,具有较强的透气性,预防脚底出汗提升了舒适性;减震透气记忆膜层采用了合理的内凹结构以及自身的高弹性特性,提升了缓冲效果,减弱了运动时对脚带来的冲击。但是目前市面还没有一种简单合理的方法将该 鞋垫生产出来,导致该鞋垫的投产受到限制。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种能制作上述减震透气鞋垫的制作方法,其制作工艺简单合理,生产效率高。
为实现上述技术问题,本发明采取的解决方案为:减震透气鞋垫的制作方法,包括:
1)、减震透气记忆膜层的制作步骤:所述减震透气记忆膜层的制作步骤包括:
a)、将下层记忆膜以9~11m/min的车速度匀速输送至真空吸塑机的真空吸塑辊上进行表面吸槽处理,该真空吸塑辊的表面具有内凹的凹槽,将表面吸附有内凹凹槽的下层记忆膜进行冷却,得到底表面均布有内凹凹槽的下层记忆膜;
b)、将下层记忆膜与上层记忆膜层高频复合在一起,使得下层记忆膜内凹凹槽的凹槽底部与上层记忆膜固定连接,下层记忆膜与上层记忆膜错开各内凹凹槽的位置形成透气空腔,得到具有透气空腔的减震透气记忆膜层;
c)、将减震透气记忆膜层送入打孔机,在下层记忆膜错开内凹凹槽的位置上成型抽吸孔,在上层记忆膜上对应各抽吸孔的位置同时成型一个排气孔;
2)、裁切步骤:将上述减震透气记忆膜层裁切,得到具有鞋垫形状的减震透气记忆膜层;
3)、在减震透气记忆膜层的足弓部位复合一层支撑层的步骤:将上述减震透气记忆膜层底表面与支撑层通过热熔合复合机进行热熔合贴合处理,使得鞋垫本体在足弓的位置有支撑位;
4)、鞋垫本体的成型步骤:将复合有支撑层的减震透气记忆膜层放入注塑模具内注塑成型鞋垫本体;
5)将成型后的鞋垫本体脱模、修边,得到减震透气鞋垫。
进一步改进的是:所述真空吸塑辊的吸塑压力为6.5~7.5公斤。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明下层记忆膜层的内凹凹槽通过真空吸塑辊热吸塑成型,下层记忆膜层内凹凹槽成型后与上层记忆膜层热熔合复合连接,形成具有内凹结构的高弹减震缓冲结构,同时末内凹下层记忆膜层与上层记忆膜层之间还形成具有吸气排气功能的透气空腔,接着在减震透气记忆膜底表面足弓部位复合一层支撑层,使得该鞋垫本体在足弓位置具有支撑,提高穿着舒适度,最后将复合有支撑层的减震透气记忆膜层放入注塑模具内注塑成型鞋垫本体;其整体制作工艺简单、巧妙、鞋垫整体连接牢固、成型效率高。

现结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
参考图1、图2,本发明实施例所揭示的一种减震透气鞋垫,包括鞋垫本体1、设置于所述鞋垫本体1底部足跟区域、前掌区域上的减震透气记忆膜层,所述减震透气记忆膜层包括与鞋垫本体1下表面连接的上层记忆膜31、下层记忆膜32,所述下层记忆膜32的底表面均布有内凹凹槽321,所述下层记忆膜32错开各内凹凹槽321的位置设有抽吸孔322,所述上层记忆膜31与鞋垫本体1上对应设有排气孔311。所述内凹凹槽321为圆台形或方形。所述内凹凹槽的凹槽底部a’与上层记忆膜31固定连接,下层记忆膜32与上层记忆膜31错开各内凹凹槽321的位置形成透气空腔33,所述鞋垫本体1底部位于足弓部位设有支撑层4,所述支撑层4向足跟区域延伸,所述足跟区域的减震透气记忆膜层穿出支撑层4底表面。为了穿着更舒适,所述鞋垫本体的表面还设有布面层5。行走时,当人体脚跟部位抬起时,透气空腔内通过抽吸孔吸入气体,当脚跟着地时,人体脚跟对减震记忆膜层施压压力,气体从排气孔排出,同理,当前掌部位抬起时,透气空腔内通过抽吸孔吸入气体,当前掌部位着地时,人体脚跟对减震记忆膜层施压压力,透气空腔内气体从排气孔排出,如此反复循环达到换气的效果,脚跟区域的空腔与前掌区域的透气空腔交叉抽排空气,即可实现鞋内的空气流通,极大增强了透气性,同时,减震透气记忆膜层设置内凹凹槽结构,使得该鞋垫具有良好的缓冲减震性能。
上述减震透气鞋垫的制作方法:包括:
1)、减震透气记忆膜层的制作步骤:所述减震透气记忆膜层的制作步骤包括:
a)、将下层记忆膜以9~11m/min的车速度匀速输送至真空吸塑机的真空吸塑辊上进行表面吸槽处理,该真空吸塑辊的表面具有内凹的凹槽,所述真空吸塑辊的吸塑压力为7公斤,将表面吸附有内凹凹槽的下层记忆膜进行冷却,得到底表面均布有内凹凹槽的下层记忆膜;
b)、将下层记忆膜与上层记忆膜层高频复合在一起,使得下层记忆膜内凹凹槽的凹槽底部与上层记忆膜固定连接,下层记忆膜与上层记忆膜错开各内凹凹槽的位置形成透气空腔,得到具有透气空腔的减震透气记忆膜层;
c)、将减震透气记忆膜层送入打孔机,在下层记忆膜错开内凹凹槽的位置上成型抽吸孔,在上层记忆膜上对应各抽吸孔的位置同时成型一个排气孔;
2)、裁切步骤:将上述减震透气记忆膜层裁切,得到具有鞋垫形状的减震透气记忆膜层;
3)、在减震透气记忆膜层的足弓部位复合一层支撑层的步骤:将上述减震透气记忆膜层底表面与支撑层通过热熔合复合机进行热熔合贴合处理,使得鞋垫本体在足弓的位置有支撑位;
4)、鞋垫本体的成型步骤:将复合有支撑层的减震透气记忆膜层放入注塑模具内注塑成型鞋垫本体;
5)将成型后的鞋垫本体脱模、修边,得到减震透气鞋垫。
本发明下层记忆膜层的内凹凹槽通过真空吸塑辊热吸塑成型,下层记忆膜层内凹凹槽成型后与上层记忆膜层热熔合复合连接,形成具有内凹结构的高弹减震缓冲结构,同时末内凹下层记忆膜层与上层记忆膜层之间还形成具有吸气排气功能的透气空腔,接着在减震透气记忆膜底表面足弓部位复合一层支撑层,使得该鞋垫本体在足弓位置具有支撑,提高穿着舒适度,最后将复合有支撑层的减震透气记忆膜层放入注塑模具内注塑成型鞋垫本体;其整体制作工艺简单、巧妙、鞋垫整体连接牢固、成型效率高。
基于前述技术方案:所述真空吸塑辊的吸塑压力只要在6.5~7.5公斤均可以实现本发明的目的。

1.减震透气鞋垫的制作方法,其特征在于:所述减震透气鞋垫包括:鞋垫本体、设置于所述鞋垫本体底部足跟区域、前掌区域上的减震透气记忆膜层,所述减震透气记忆膜层包括与鞋垫本体下表面连接的上层记忆膜、下层记忆膜,所述下层记忆膜的底表面均布有内凹凹槽,所述下层记忆膜错开各内凹凹槽的位置设有抽吸孔,所述上层记忆膜与鞋垫本体上对应设有排气孔,所述内凹凹槽的凹槽底部与上层记忆膜固定连接,下层记忆膜与上层记忆膜错开各内凹凹槽的位置形成透气空腔,所述鞋垫本体底部位于足弓部位设有支撑层,所述支撑层向足跟区域延伸,所述足跟区域的减震透气记忆膜层穿出支撑层底表面,所述减震透气鞋垫制作方法,包括:
1)、减震透气记忆膜层的制作步骤:所述减震透气记忆膜层的制作步骤包括:

2)、裁切步骤:将上述减震透气记忆膜层裁切,得到具有鞋垫形状的减震透气记忆膜层;
3)、在减震透气记忆膜层的足弓部位复合一层支撑层的步骤:将上述减震透气记忆膜层底表面与支撑层通过热熔合复合机进行热熔合贴合处理,使得鞋垫本体在足弓的位置有支撑位;
4)、鞋垫本体的成型步骤:将复合有支撑层的减震透气记忆膜层放入注塑模具内注塑成型鞋垫本体;
5)、将成型后的鞋垫本体脱模、修边,得到减震透气鞋垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减震透气鞋垫的制作方法,其特征在于:所述真空吸塑辊的吸塑压力为6.5~7.5公斤。
