本发明涉及生活用品技术领域,具体为一种舒适性好的鞋子及其制造方法。
背景技术
鞋子对于人们来说是一种必不可少的生活用品,人们一直在改善鞋的结构和制造方法,以设计和制备出更令人满意的鞋子。运动鞋时根据人们参加运动的特点设计制造的,但是高强度的体能运动必然导致脚底出汗严重,从而整个鞋腔都闷热潮湿,造成脚感不适,且运动持久容易得脚类疾病,因此运动鞋更注重的性能主要集中在透气性和减震性。
目前鞋子的结构单一且舒适度较差,会导致使用者的疲劳感快速增加,鞋子的减震性能不佳,容易引起足部疲劳甚至扭伤脚踝,同时鞋底的透气效果较差,导致使用者容易得脚部疾病,为此我们提出一种舒适度高、减震效果好,可以缓解足部疲劳防止脚部损伤,同时有效增加了透气效果,且能够延长使用寿命的鞋子及其制造方法来解决此问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种舒适性好的鞋子及其制造方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种舒适性好的鞋子,包括鞋底和鞋面,所述鞋面位于鞋底的顶部,且鞋面和鞋底之间固定连接,所述鞋底的底部设置有外底,所述鞋面的外侧缝合有防水表层,所述鞋面的顶部设置有鞋带孔,且鞋带孔呈对称分布,所述鞋面顶部的右侧缝合有透气垫,所述透气垫的表面设置有透气网孔,所述鞋底的顶部分别开设有第一空腔和第二空腔,且第二空腔位于第一空腔的右侧,所述第一空腔的内部设置有第一气垫,所述第一空腔的底部设置有减震机构,所述减震机构与第一气垫之间固定连接,所述第二空腔的内部设置有第二气垫,所述鞋底的中间位置贯穿设置有导气管,所述导气管的左右两端分别与第一空腔和第二空腔连通。
优选的,所述鞋面包括保温层、透气层和耐磨层,且保温层、透气层和耐磨层由内至外依次排列,所述保温层的内部填充有保温棉,所述透气层由亚麻纤维编制而成,所述耐磨层采用天然皮革面料制成。
优选的,所述减震机构包括固定座、凹槽和压缩弹簧,所述固定座与鞋底之间固定连接,所述凹槽开设于固定座的顶部,所述压缩弹簧位于凹槽的内部,且压缩弹簧的顶部与第一气垫之间固定连接。

一种舒适性好的鞋子制造方法,其方法包括以下步骤:
(1)鞋面制作:首先根据鞋面的规格裁剪出适合尺寸的保温层、透气层和耐磨层,并向保温层中填充保温棉,然后对保温层、透气层和耐磨层的表面刷胶一次,将保温层、透气层和耐磨层按正方向粘合,最后通过缝纫机将保温层、透气层和耐磨层缝合在一起,完成鞋面的制作;
(2)鞋底制作:鞋底和外底采用硅胶和橡塑混合体材料作为原材料,随后将原材料注入模具中,使用液压机对鞋底和外底进行压制处理,压制完成后在鞋底和外底的连接处涂刷粘合剂,然后将外底与鞋底粘合在一起,并对鞋底和外底加热使粘合剂固化,完成鞋底的制作;
(3)鞋底组件安装:将硅胶片分别嵌设在鞋底的两侧,将减震机构固定在第一空腔的内部,然后使第一气垫与减震机构连接,并将第二气垫安放在第二空腔的内部,然后在鞋垫底部的四周涂刷粘合剂,将鞋垫与鞋底之间粘接固定;
(4)鞋子成型:对鞋面和鞋底的表面进行清洁,清除附着的异物,随后采用涤纶线对鞋底和鞋面进行缝制,缝制完成后在缝合处涂敷胶粘剂进行粘合固定。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中,鞋面制作时对耐磨层做起毛处理,使天然皮革面料的毛孔疏松和扩张。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中,液压机的温度控制为115℃~125℃,压力为7~9MPa,且鞋底的压制时间为7~8min。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中,粘合剂为环氧树脂系胶结剂,加热温度固化时控制在110℃~130℃,且加热时间为10~20min。

(2)鞋底制作:鞋底1和外底3采用硅胶和橡塑混合体材料作为原材料,随后将原材料注入模具中,使用液压机对鞋底1和外底3进行压制处理,压制完成后在鞋底1和外底3的连接处涂刷粘合剂,然后将外底3与鞋底1粘合在一起,并对鞋底1和外底3加热使粘合剂固化,完成鞋底1的制作,液压机的温度控制为115℃~125℃,压力为7~9MPa,且鞋底1的压制时间为7~8min,粘合剂为环氧树脂系胶结剂,加热温度固化时控制在110℃~130℃,且加热时间为10~20min,可以增加鞋底1的成型效率,且能够加速鞋底1与外底3的粘接固定,进而提升鞋子的生产效率;
(3)鞋底组件安装:将硅胶片14分别嵌设在鞋底1的两侧,将减震机构10固定在第一空腔8的内部,然后使第一气垫9与减震机构10连接,并将第二气垫12安放在第二空腔11的内部,然后在鞋垫16底部的四周涂刷粘合剂,将鞋垫16与鞋底1之间粘接固定;
(4)鞋子成型:对鞋面2和鞋底1的表面进行清洁,清除附着的异物,随后采用涤纶线对鞋底1和鞋面2进行缝制,缝制完成后在缝合处涂敷胶粘剂进行粘合固定。

1.一种舒适性好的鞋子,包括鞋底(1)和鞋面(2),其特征在于:所述鞋面(2)位于鞋底(1)的顶部,且鞋面(2)和鞋底(1)之间固定连接,所述鞋底(1)的底部设置有外底(3),所述鞋面(2)的外侧缝合有防水表层(4),所述鞋面(2)的顶部设置有鞋带孔(5),且鞋带孔(5)呈对称分布,所述鞋面(2)顶部的右侧缝合有透气垫(6),所述透气垫(6)的表面设置有透气网孔(7),所述鞋底(1)的顶部分别开设有第一空腔(8)和第二空腔(11),且第二空腔(11)位于第一空腔(8)的右侧,所述第一空腔(8)的内部设置有第一气垫(9),所述第一空腔(8)的底部设置有减震机构(10),所述减震机构(10)与第一气垫(9)之间固定连接,所述第二空腔(11)的内部设置有第二气垫(12),所述鞋底(1)的中间位置贯穿设置有导气管(13),所述导气管(13)的左右两端分别与第一空腔(8)和第二空腔(11)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒适性好的鞋子,其特征在于:所述鞋面(2)包括保温层(201)、透气层(202)和耐磨层(203),且保温层(201)、透气层(202)和耐磨层(203)由内至外依次排列,所述保温层(201)的内部填充有保温棉,所述透气层(202)由亚麻纤维编制而成,所述耐磨层(203)采用天然皮革面料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒适性好的鞋子,其特征在于:所述减震机构(10)包括固定座(101)、凹槽(102)和压缩弹簧(103),所述固定座(101)与鞋底(1)之间固定连接,所述凹槽(102)开设于固定座(101)的顶部,所述压缩弹簧(103)位于凹槽(102)的内部,且压缩弹簧(103)的顶部与第一气垫(9)之间固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒适性好的鞋子,其特征在于:所述鞋底(1)的前后两侧均嵌设有硅胶片(14),且硅胶片(14)与第一空腔(8)之间连通,所述硅胶片(14)的表面开设有进气孔(15),所述进气孔(15)的内部设置有防水透气膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒适性好的鞋子,其特征在于:所述鞋底(1)的顶部设置有鞋垫(16),且鞋垫(16)与鞋底(1)的四周贴合,所述鞋垫(16)的表面开设有通气孔(17),所述通气孔(17)位于脚跟和脚掌处,且通气孔(17)呈阵列分布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种舒适性好的鞋子,其特征在于:所述外底(3)和鞋底(1)之间粘接,所述外底(3)的中间位置粘接有防滑垫(18),所述外底(3)的底部设置有若干防滑凸块(19),且防滑凸块(19)环绕在防滑垫(18)的四周。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种舒适性好的鞋子制造方法,其特征在于:其方法包括以下步骤:
(1)鞋面制作:首先根据鞋面(2)的规格裁剪出适合尺寸的保温层(201)、透气层(202)和耐磨层(203),并向保温层(201)中填充保温棉,然后对保温层(201)、透气层(202)和耐磨层(203)的表面刷胶一次,将保温层(201)、透气层(202)和耐磨层(203)按正方向粘合,最后通过缝纫机将保温层(201)、透气层(202)和耐磨层(203)缝合在一起,完成鞋面(2)的制作;
(2)鞋底制作:鞋底(1)和外底(3)采用硅胶和橡塑混合体材料作为原材料,随后将原材料注入模具中,使用液压机对鞋底(1)和外底(3)进行压制处理,压制完成后在鞋底(1)和外底(3)的连接处涂刷粘合剂,然后将外底(3)与鞋底(1)粘合在一起,并对鞋底(1)和外底(3)加热使粘合剂固化,完成鞋底(1)的制作;
(3)鞋底组件安装:将硅胶片(14)分别嵌设在鞋底(1)的两侧,将减震机构(10)固定在第一空腔(8)的内部,然后使第一气垫(9)与减震机构(10)连接,并将第二气垫(12)安放在第二空腔(11)的内部,然后在鞋垫(16)底部的四周涂刷粘合剂,将鞋垫(16)与鞋底(1)之间粘接固定;
(4)鞋子成型:对鞋面(2)和鞋底(1)的表面进行清洁,清除附着的异物,随后采用涤纶线对鞋底(1)和鞋面(2)进行缝制,缝制完成后在缝合处涂敷胶粘剂进行粘合固定。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种舒适性好的鞋子制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,鞋面(2)制作时对耐磨层做起毛处理,使天然皮革面料的毛孔疏松和扩张。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种舒适性好的鞋子制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,液压机的温度控制为115℃~125℃,压力为7~9MPa,且鞋底(1)的压制时间为7~8min。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种舒适性好的鞋子制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中,粘合剂为环氧树脂系胶结剂,加热温度固化时控制在110℃~130℃,且加热时间为10~20min。
